Great location for new furniture … Ask for Dan, he’s the Man! 🤙🏽
Tried to order some pillows for our couch and was told it would take 2-4 months. 4 months later, I call to find out where my order was and was told that they couldn’t find where it was. They reordered and told me they expedited it and it would take 1-2 months. It is now 2 months later and AGAIN they can’t find my order!! I call to ask for an update and at least a refund on my shipping cost and was told that someone would need to call me back. I waited 3 days, no call back. Now no one answers anytime I try to call. Unprofessional and serious lack of customer service. I had to physically go in to request a refund and was told that I had to wait until the manager returns in a couple days.

Worst place ever! Never ever buy something there. The quality is super cheap and priced over the roof. I bought a bed frame last year and within a year and ONE month the frame was broken and they didn’t want to cover it. Customer service was the worst. Attaching photos for references.
I first purchased a couch, bunk bed with matching dresser and a queen bedroom set. They were all beautiful. The couch broke first. I gave 2 stars because they at least credited me the cost so I could purchase a new couch from their sister store which has MUCH better quality furniture. My daughters bunk bed ladder broke. The mattress I purchased became sunken in and so incredibly uncomfortable. We were not sure if it was the slates in the bed so we were suggested to add bunky boards to all the beds (by the delivery guys who were more knowledgeable than the sales women). We now just had the queen bed completely break when sat on. I purchased a new bed and mattress from Bed Mart. When the movers came to remove the old bedframe, the headboard broke off, they were shocked, I was not considering our experience. Do not buy this press board, over priced furniture. It may look beautiful in that show room but it is very poor quality.

Dan helped me out today. After my house burnt down needed a new everything. Got the main bulk of furniture here. Could be a bit expensive but I wanted some nice stuff and not some cheap Walmart setup. I’m sure the furniture will hold a good value if I needed to sell any of it at some point in life. Mahalo.
