Sales person was so accommodating, in spite of having an injured arm, she was able to maneuver me through the showroom and find the items I had previously chosen, even though they had all been reset in other places. She helped me attempt application for financing and then found a better way to get the purchase done. Enjoyed my time there didn’t have to spend a lot of time getting the things I needed done good job.

There were no Ashleys. They lied.

We had the great pleasure of working with Gina. She knew her inventory very well. We came in looking for a specific color and design for a bedroom that we are furnishing. She showed us all the options that we could possibly look at. After a quick decision to change the size of our bed from a full to a queen we had even more options. We came in looking for a bedroom set for full size bed and we left with a new queen memory foam size bed, bed frame and two end tables with more to come. Customer service was top notch at this location. Also to know that there are several furniture brands within one roof. So that means you have affordable options and skies the limit if you are not budget conscious. They have a great gallery/showroom. They also have extended warranty available for an additional cost. And a delivery fee of $169. I also shop with Louisa at the pearl ridge location. Thank you, Lord for Gina. We will see you soon.

Shopping here is very pleasant. Several furniture brands means variety, all good quality. Sales staff is helpful but not overly engaging which can be annoying and distracting. Thanks you Russ Acosta for helping me and my brother find some wonderful new pieces.

Ms Acosta was very helpful. She went above and beyond checking to see if there were any in stock. There wasn’t any in stock. Then she checked to see if they were anything similar to the one we wanted. There wasn’t any in stock. She also checked on the longer dresser it wasn’t in stock either. We ended up just ordering it now we need to wait till it gets here. Thank you for all you did….

Best furniture buying experience I have had! A salesperson (Roger) helped us right away, found out what we were looking for and helped us find the best sleeper couch in our price range, while also pointing out other options that might work in the small space. Bad delivery and communication and took forever to set up. The damn thing anyway wasn't that hard to set up oh and when I mean by communication and delivery is they brought the wrong things twice oh, and forgot my dresser and another item. I'm waiting on. Still didn't bring it

Roger helped us with our new sofa’s. He was very patient and helpful and provided all the information we needed and offered helpful suggestions regarding questions we had on delivery. My husband and I walked into the Kapolei location and were immediately greeted by Arnold Ambrocio. He was very helpful and assisted us in looking for countertop seating. He was nice enough to carry several styles to a countertop height table so we could actually "feel" how each chair felt. When we decided on the "right one" Arnold told us that we would qualify for an additional discount due to the amount of our purchase. Highly recommend visiting the Kapolei store. Large showroom and great customer service!

Arnold has helped us twice in 1 month. We first came into the store to see a couch we saw online in person and briefly mentioned we would probably be looking for a dinning table soon. Arnold helped us purchase the couch and helped give us suggestions for tables for our large ohana. He went above and beyond to help us create the vision and comfort we wanted for our home. We highly recommend working with Arnold. He was helpful and knew the best products that would be suitable for our needs. Definitely no stars probably would even give this store a negative 5 star. Went in looking to make a stop shop for my living room/kitchen needs and walked in with a greet but nothing more. After making my rounds not one salesperson approached me but the same guy that greeted us was the person I approached and asked him if he could assist me being that he knows their products and didn't want to waste my time being in the store the whole day. I gave him of what I'm looking for and asked if he had any suggestions. He looked confused or whatever for some reason so I told him if he doesn't want to help me that's fine and he than told me well you're asking for a lot of things! Seriously, a lot of things???? That is the most unprofessional help a salesperson could EVER say to a customer. The manager needs to speak with this person and he is even lucky I didn't tell my husband what he said to me. If you hate your job than quit and go do something you love doing. Salespeople now a days please don't work in a customer service career if any type of your just there for a pay check make sure you love talking and helping people.

I highly recommend seeing Roger for all of your furniture needs! He is very helpful from beginning to end and doesn't just walk away like the other sales associates.

Customer service is good but the delivery time is horrible. We bought a piece in early June with an ETA of August. We called late August to check on the status and the ETA changed to September. Called again mid September, and now the ETA is October. Are we ever going to get our order?

We were on our way to Inspirations but we decided to check out Ashley’s. So glad we did!! Roger was so helpful and we got everything we needed to complete our new home! We came here to look at sleeper sofas and was greeted by Hinano who was super friendly, personable, and helpful in finding the color and size we were looking for. He was not sales-y at all and got to know our needs but was just very easy to talk to. We also found some super comfortable massage chairs during our walk around the showroom and he gave us a run down of the new top of the line zero gravity massage chairs. I deducted 1 star because their items are quite pricey and also can take months to be delivered if they are not in stock and need to ship from the mainland.

Arnold was awesome! He helped us out with our furniture order, even when we needed to change delivery. Great service and selection. Thank you! I also must give a shout out to Russ, who we have worked with for the past couple of years as our family has grown. She always provides excellent customer service and is very easy to work with. This store has an amazing selection. Hannah helped us get a quote very quickly once we decided what we wanted and was friendly and pleasant. They didn't seem to mind our kids trying every couch before we decided either.

We’ve purchased several large and small items from this store and everyone working there has been really helpful and knowledgeable. But based on some great experience with Russ, we tend to always request for her when shopping. She really listens to what our preferences are and gives great suggestions. We’ve never felt pressured to buy anything and she really works with us to find what we’re looking and make sure that we’re happy with it. We would continue to do business there as long as you have associates like Russ!

The customer service is the worst. Feels like a used car lot - with the same overpriced inventory. Don't get me wrong I still bought all my furniture there. There are some really nice pieces. I still recommend trying to find something here just because there's no other option. But I truly wish there was. The furniture selection isn't the reason for this bad review- it's the way I felt treated. I need an hour of therapy now. Thanks a lot Ashley

Less than One Star!!! In September, I had a mediocre time picking out two three beds and dressers and night stands to match. It is now January and I have one bed, three dressers and a night stand. They brought two beds on nov 27. One bed and its dressers were damaged and the color was peeling. I called the store about it but they didn’t address what to do Or how they would assist. One of the beds came with no hardware and they told me they had to take the bed back. They call me asking why I declined delivery. Let them know I didn’t decline the delivery. They told me they would deliver my bed but didn’t confirm. I called the store asking about it and they had no idea what was coming to me or when. They brought the bed without confirming with me. they said they would confirm 24 hours prior. So, of course I get a call saying sorry I declined the bed. Set them straight again. Third time the delivery guy cracked the headboard and the footboard of the bed. So they took the bed back again. I have no estimated time of delivery for the replacement . And no clue when the other bed will show up at my place. I’ve been in contact with the assistant manager and got awful customer service. She said she would “call me right back” and it’s been three weeks. When I do get in touch with her, she expressed no gratitude or feel bad about what was happening and acted as though we never spoke and she didn’t know anything about this. I asked her if she was the only female assistant manager, she said yes. And even at that statement, proving it was her I talked to multiple times, she didn’t apologize for anything. She told me my sales person would call me and let me know how to compensate me. She wanted to give me a $100 credit for my two failed deliveries, my late items, my no confirmed delivery dates, my poor quality brand new items. My lost time and money waiting around. I will never buy here again

Spent several days searching for a new dining set online with no luck. Called Roger at Home World Kapolei and got a great set at a great price. Second time Roger has come through!!! He even remembered my military discount.

Shopping was great! Excellent customer service. However, the quality of the delivery was disappointing. Our shipment is missing parts. Therefore, we can't put our child's bed together. Have been getting the run around. Can't get a hold of anyone and I was given an email account to reach out too? Email? Really?

Shopping and buying experience are excellent. However, the store has no control over furniture delivery and we’ve been waiting almost 6 months for our sofa. Had we known the item would be delayed for so long we would have shopped elsewhere.

Overall we had a great shopping experience. Update: The wonderful salesman who placed the order gave me a courtesy call to let me know the order could be delayed. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I truly appreciated that. Shortly thereafter I learned that my HHG may be arriving sooner than later so I wanted to cancel my order. I called back and Justine answered. She was so incredibly sweet and gave me no hassle in completing my request. I have just not been to a store full of customer service stars! Good job ! You are appreciated! Previous : I just had the nicest salesman ever handle my order completely over the phone! I didn't catch his name but his initials are RLB from West Virginia. I told him I wanted a black tufted queen sleigh bed but I needed it delivered by August 2nd. I was disappointed when he told me there were no black or sleigh beds in inventory. But he immediately followed it a bed with a high tufted headboard! I chose it immediately! Since he did so well with picking that out that I trusted him to pick out a nice dresser. He came through swimmingly! Please, Ashley Homestead, make him a manager or at least a trainer of customer service. He was awesome and efficient!

Jennifer was very knowledgeable about products, sales/offers and not at all pushy or overbearing. She offered suggestions & paid careful attention to details we were mentioning & was able to answer all of our questions. Overall a very good experience.

We have been loyal customers throughout the years but on our recent visit to your kapolei location it felt as if we weren't welcomed in that location. No one was there to greet us as they always had in the past. The sales associates are just talking stories (literally!) While I'm sitting on a chair next to them. No associate were seen walking around making any impact or even asking "if we were ok and if they needed anything my name is..." I felt that there were no drive of motivation in the store especially with this memorial day special they had in store. My wife and I were pretty upset by the fact that we couldn't track any sales associate when we needed them until one came out of the restroom and got his attention. It was an easy sale with the guy we first saw although made the simplest mistake by charging us for 2 different chairs (upcost) without verifying the tag/ item/sku #. We ended up paying and left only to find out that the order was totally off. I called the store multiple times ( there should be a policy on phone pick up btw ) and after calling 5 times we get through to the desk. I believe it was Candice? She was able to help us correct the issue and gave us a refund on the price difference for the right items. We also wished you guys did a price match especially with your competitors inspiration store. You ended up loosing not only a nice commission but a sale from your store.

Called requesting for options on a platform bed frame, as none in stock previewed on the website. I was able to pre purchase (2) Queen size platform bed frames all within 5 mins span time. Excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff.. Thank you!

I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the bedroom furniture I bought in Colorado Springs 😡😭🙄! I got so tired of looking through catalog's, I was having an anxiety attack and woman that helped me wasn't helpful at all, after I describe what I bought before, all she did was hand a ton of catalogs!! That was the worst experience I've ever had at an Ashley furniture store in my life! The second woman that helped me and my domestic partner was totally awesome and showed us many more options of how to purchase a bed! We felt so relaxed and at ease with her, to top it off, she even gave us he business card and told us, if our credit was so good, they had a layaway plan! We felt even more relaxed and left unfortunate! Aloha and Mahalo for listening to reveling upset Wahine born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii! Mahalo=ty in Hawaiian for all your help regarding this matter! After my husband was in the Army, we bought a house with a finished basement with two glass towers, adjustable bridge and table for our Big screen TV! Our bedroom furniture look almost the same, only in ash white, glass window below the tower, sliding doors below that and 8 dresser drawer w/mirror for me, 5 dresser/stand up for him and 2 TWIN towers his/her with two doors on the top, middle to put my jewelry on, a drawer below that and another open cabinet with a flat panel and 2 drawers xoxo!

Every worker just looked at us and walked to the next customer. We wanted to purchase a table that we found after being in the store for 30mins not one person said hi or helped us. We ended up purchasing from Pearl City store instead. They have better manners and definitely not stuck up

One if the best Ashley Furniture stores on Island. Honestly really have some nice arrangements and unique economy family sofas and luxury sofa setups. Prices are very competitive considering how much Inspiration charges, this place is full of deals. Highly recommend checking it out, only downfall is the distance. But worth the drive for the value and deals that are to be had if you are a shrewd shopper.

Had a great experience today just shopping for furniture. AJ made us feel at home showed us some sofas and let us be. We end up putting money on a sectional. Can't wait for the arrival.

Nothing in stock we wanted at the store. But we can buy at the store then go pick up at a different location, pay 30 and have it shipped to the store or 60 to have it shipped to the house. Either way your not getting anything the day you want it at the store.Why even have a store?! Go online and save some time.

I&'m moving to Oahu and was there for only a week. I looked for a platform bed online after I couldn&'t find any at the stores. I finally decided on one. That&'s when I called Ashley&'s to see if it was available. I got connected to AJ and what a surprise! He helped me with every aspect of my order and even checked on inventory to see if it was in stock. He also told me he would work with me on my delivery, since I haven&'t moved yet. Thanks AJ for all your help.

Went with my fiancee to check out new couches in order to replace our old ones in the house. Was helped by Priscilla who was VERY helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Will definitely be coming back to this store for other furniture needs in the future.

Gina was super helpful and really kind! She was great at showing us around and helping us choose the perfect items for our home. Although my hubby and I have been married four years, we have never had our own new furniture for a place yet so this was exciting for us. We saved up for awhile as new baby is coming and we want our home to be our own (plus more space is needed). We ended up needing a couch, dining room set and a dresser. The front desk staff was great, showing us where the elevator was so we could take our toddler up in his stroller (bonus no stairs at 36 weeks pregnant is also a perk!). We found a couch we loved, same with a dining room set and dresser. We told Gina we would love delivery and set up as our vehicle isn't big enough for everything plus setting up so much with a toddler is a challenge. She let us know the pricing of everything which was reasonable. Only trouble was nothing was in stock we wanted and all items had a waiting list which was a bit of a bummer. It ended up being ok since we had to clear our all our current home items and clean a bit anyways, but we did end up going almost 2 weeks with out furniture lol. Gina was great though, she put us on a cancel list and got things to us as quickly as possible. Our dream dresser ended up being delayed and additional 3 months but Gina helped us find a different one that was in stock when all of our items arrived. Only other trouble we had was when Gina wasn't working we spoke to another staff member on the phone to get all the prices after our deposit so we could be prepared for a full one time payment. She was kinda rude and made me feel like a burden for asking her things. When I asked for the total amount owing she was kinda sassy and said "before taxes it is this much". I kindly asked her how much it would be total including taxes (my toddler was jumping on me at the moment and I didn't have a calculator on hand). She rudely snickered at me with a little condescending laugh before giving me the full price which I found to be pretty mean. I always feel like if people don't like helping others maybe they should find another job than customer service? Perhaps she would be better behind the scenes setting up furniture or something in the West house? Just a thought but who knows, maybe she was just having a bad day (I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt even if they are rude). I thanked her and asked her if she could get Gina to call me back when she's back in office to which Gina did. When Gina called back I double checked the total amount owed and she gave me a different price that was actually significantly lower which was pretty strange (was the other lady rude because she didn't know how to check properly or was she trying to get me to over pay or maybe just a mistake? Who knows). I think I do come back to buys something else in the future we will always ask for Gina to prevent from being made to feel bad again with that other lady. Gina was awesome though, she booked all of the delivery and set up on the same day for us so we would only have a one time fee for it all. When the guys came to deliver they were both extremely kind and very professional like Gina too. They had a fabulous system for set up where most of everything was put together at the wear house before coming to our home so everything was put together super fast which made it really easy with our wild one year old. They wore masks and gloves so we all felt really safe with the whole covid thing too. They saw I'm super preggos and made sure everything was exactly where I wanted by always asking and confirming it all with me an extra amount before leaving so I wouldn't have to move anything which I really appreciated a lot. They were also very punctual, they called as soon as they parked to confirm and they were there at 12pm on the dot when the time frame was 12-2pm for arrival. They also did a reminder confirmation a few days ahead which was great too. They ensured to clean up all of the packaging and everything as well which was also very nice. Overall this place would be a 5 star if I didn't have that really bad interaction with that one lady (really no reason for her to be mean and rude like that when I was genuinely nothing but extra kind). Gina and the delivery guys were beyond amazing and I would recommend anyone looking to buy to go here because of them. Hope that other lady can find a job she enjoys or that she has better days ahead of her. We will likely be back to buy more from this place again as our family continues to grow.

Gina was super helpful and really kind! She was great at showing us around and helping us choose the perfect items for our home. Although my hubby and I have been married four years, we have never had our own new furniture for a place yet so this was exciting for us. We saved up for awhile as new baby is coming and we want our home to be our own (plus more space is needed). We ended up needing a couch, dining room set and a dresser. The front desk staff was great, showing us where the elevator was so we could take our toddler up in his stroller (bonus no stairs at 36 weeks pregnant is also a perk!). We found a couch we loved, same with a dining room set and dresser. We told Gina we would love delivery and set up as our vehicle isn&'t big enough for everything plus setting up so much with a toddler is a challenge. She let us know the pricing of everything which was reasonable. Only trouble was nothing was in stock we wanted and all items had a waiting list which was a bit of a bummer. It ended up being ok since we had to clear our all our current home items and clean a bit anyways, but we did end up going almost 2 weeks with out furniture lol. Gina was great though, she put us on a cancel list and got things to us as quickly as possible. Our dream dresser ended up being delayed and additional 3 months but Gina helped us find a different one that was in stock when all of our items arrived. Only other trouble we had was when Gina wasn&'t working we spoke to another staff member on the phone to get all the prices after our deposit so we could be prepared for a full one time payment. She was kinda rude and made me feel like a burden for asking her things. When I asked for the total amount owing she was kinda sassy and said &"before taxes it is this much&". I kindly asked her how much it would be total including taxes (my toddler was jumping on me at the moment and I didn&'t have a calculator on hand). She rudely snickered at me with a little condescending laugh before giving me the full price which I found to be pretty mean. I always feel like if people don&'t like helping others maybe they should find another job than customer service? Perhaps she would be better behind the scenes setting up furniture or something in the West house? Just a thought but who knows, maybe she was just having a bad day (I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt even if they are rude). I thanked her and asked her if she could get Gina to call me back when she&'s back in office to which Gina did. When Gina called back I double checked the total amount owed and she gave me a different price that was actually significantly lower which was pretty strange (was the other lady rude because she didn&'t know how to check properly or was she trying to get me to over pay or maybe just a mistake? Who knows). I think I do come back to buys something else in the future we will always ask for Gina to prevent from being made to feel bad again with that other lady. Gina was awesome though, she booked all of the delivery and set up on the same day for us so we would only have a one time fee for it all. When the guys came to deliver they were both extremely kind and very professional like Gina too. They had a fabulous system for set up where most of everything was put together at the wear house before coming to our home so everything was put together super fast which made it really easy with our wild one year old. They wore masks and gloves so we all felt really safe with the whole covid thing too. They saw I&'m super preggos and made sure everything was exactly where I wanted by always asking and confirming it all with me an extra amount before leaving so I wouldn&'t have to move anything which I really appreciated a lot. They were also very punctual, they called as soon as they parked to confirm and they were there at 12pm on the dot when the time frame was 12-2pm for arrival. They also did a reminder confirmation a few days ahead which was great too. They ensured to clean up all of the packaging and everything as well which was also very nice. Overall this place would be a 5 star if I didn&'t have that really bad interaction with that one lady (really no reason for her to be mean and rude like that when I was genuinely nothing but extra kind). Ok so now i can&'t get my furniture cause No one is available..... is no one online? We paid over $20,000 in new furniture for our home and still need 4 bedroom sets, our remodeling on our house is going amazing and we would love to get our furniture soon. Originally we were told for our leather couch sets that it would be up to 8 weeks but two weeks ago the invoice said 3-4 months... this is BULLSHYT i would think someone would reach out to offer some assistance, is there no managers on line? I&'m at the point where i want all my money back and I&'ll go else where! Like most sales in Hawaii, Ashley and furniture world are no different, they will do anything and say everything to get u to buy but when u need to talk to someone NOBODY is available..... do we all understand that the flu each year kills 15,000-60,000 ppl in the US! this flu hasn&'t killed anyone in Hawaii..... ya being cautious is amazing it there should be online support available especially when I&'ve paid so much money!

I had a great experience shopping for a dining table with Athena. She was so helpful in helping find what I needed. She went out of her way by even moving dining chairs around for me trying to find a match something that I would like. She was so patient and friendly through the entire process. What made me come back and purchase my dining table was not only for the beautiful table but because of the outstanding service I received from Athena! I look forward to coming back in the future for buying my next piece of furniture.

Ordered new couches back in September and was told they would arrive in November then was told December and now told not until January! They gave no solution on why it was taking so long all they told me is that they didn&'t t put in the order so pretty much too bad. If your spending thousands of dollars it would be nice to get reason for the delay and if I knew it would take so long to get I would&'ve ordered else where. I don&'t recommend this place it&'s probably best to take your business elsewhere

I only went into the store to buy a parking pass to use their lot this evening to park to see the Kapolri City Lights Parade which was on the road in front of the store. Lot ample parking clean well lit pleasant parking attendent. Been in the store previously had what I wanted. All was super.

Amber is AMAZING! She makes sure you&'re aware of all options that might possibly fits what you&'re looking for. She took about an hour and a half with me just trying to see what&'s the cheaper/ best possibly route I should go to get the furniture I want. Her energy is amazing and genuine. HIGHLY recommend going to her when visiting this store.

AJ is by far the most helpful and informative sales associate I’ve ever came across in my life. He helped my husband and I get a beautiful sectional and was so awesome to talk to. It&'s a little bit of a drive to this side of the island for furniture, but I promise you it&'s worth it. I&'ve already purchased two pieces from this store and the customer service has been amazing. For me personally, that extra care the workers that helped me took into making me feel comfortable with what I was purchasing made all the difference. The store itself has some great items and excellent products with prices that can vary, but again for me it&'s the one in one interaction with a level of sincerity and patience I just don&'t see in most customer service industries anymore.

Overall the store is nice, I would just suggest the Honolulu locations. My husband and I went to the Kapolei location Friday , and we&'re assisted by Priscilla. We were concerned about when delivery was and she said it was a 50/50 for Saturday but if not, then 100% Sunday. We informed her we&'d be back in the morning cause we had two options we wanted to weigh and we were confirmed that Sunday would be the 100% shipping by then. Come Saturday, we meet back and we inform her what we want to do and she states &"it&'ll be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday. We were kind of lost ( first time buying from Ashely&'s so we didn&'t know their shipping dates ) so we asked and she goes &"oh no we don&'t ship Sundays&". I asked about when she told us it would 100% be Sunday and she denied it. (I had another customer who came in Friday and back that Sat. and said she overheard that too and that&'s why she came back in) went ahead and talked to a manger, who was absolutely helpful and kind (why we gave this review higher than a 1). Priscilla then preceded to give off this &'pissed off&' look as if we got her in trouble cause she is promising dates to people that don&'t exist for a sale. Afterwards she disappeared and left us, the manager took her place and we resolved the situation. Maybe it was my experience with a certain sales floor associate, but everyone else in the store was helpful.Anyone who&'s ever worked sales know, you have to know the regulations of your store and never make empty promises to your customers. And then after being wrong, don&'t show attitude cause you had your own information for your job wrong.

It's ok. I didnt like the fact that I purchased from Kapolei Store and pick up is at Salt Lake. Why have a store here and we still need to travel to pick up. It'll cost $125.00 for delivery or $35.00 for Salt Lake warehouse to deliver to Kapolei. I think I'm going to cancel my purchase. There should be signage letting consumers know before they purchase.
