I&'m moving to Oahu and was there for only a week. I looked for a platform bed online after I couldn&'t find any at the stores. I finally decided on one. That&'s when I called Ashley&'s to see if it was available. I got connected to AJ and what a surprise! He helped me with every aspect of my order and even checked on inventory to see if it was in stock. He also told me he would work with me on my delivery, since I haven&'t moved yet. Thanks AJ for all your help.

Gina was super helpful and really kind! She was great at showing us around and helping us choose the perfect items for our home. Although my hubby and I have been married four years, we have never had our own new furniture for a place yet so this was exciting for us. We saved up for awhile as new baby is coming and we want our home to be our own (plus more space is needed). We ended up needing a couch, dining room set and a dresser. The front desk staff was great, showing us where the elevator was so we could take our toddler up in his stroller (bonus no stairs at 36 weeks pregnant is also a perk!). We found a couch we loved, same with a dining room set and dresser. We told Gina we would love delivery and set up as our vehicle isn't big enough for everything plus setting up so much with a toddler is a challenge. She let us know the pricing of everything which was reasonable. Only trouble was nothing was in stock we wanted and all items had a waiting list which was a bit of a bummer. It ended up being ok since we had to clear our all our current home items and clean a bit anyways, but we did end up going almost 2 weeks with out furniture lol. Gina was great though, she put us on a cancel list and got things to us as quickly as possible. Our dream dresser ended up being delayed and additional 3 months but Gina helped us find a different one that was in stock when all of our items arrived. Only other trouble we had was when Gina wasn't working we spoke to another staff member on the phone to get all the prices after our deposit so we could be prepared for a full one time payment. She was kinda rude and made me feel like a burden for asking her things. When I asked for the total amount owing she was kinda sassy and said "before taxes it is this much". I kindly asked her how much it would be total including taxes (my toddler was jumping on me at the moment and I didn't have a calculator on hand). She rudely snickered at me with a little condescending laugh before giving me the full price which I found to be pretty mean. I always feel like if people don't like helping others maybe they should find another job than customer service? Perhaps she would be better behind the scenes setting up furniture or something in the West house? Just a thought but who knows, maybe she was just having a bad day (I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt even if they are rude). I thanked her and asked her if she could get Gina to call me back when she's back in office to which Gina did. When Gina called back I double checked the total amount owed and she gave me a different price that was actually significantly lower which was pretty strange (was the other lady rude because she didn't know how to check properly or was she trying to get me to over pay or maybe just a mistake? Who knows). I think I do come back to buys something else in the future we will always ask for Gina to prevent from being made to feel bad again with that other lady. Gina was awesome though, she booked all of the delivery and set up on the same day for us so we would only have a one time fee for it all. When the guys came to deliver they were both extremely kind and very professional like Gina too. They had a fabulous system for set up where most of everything was put together at the wear house before coming to our home so everything was put together super fast which made it really easy with our wild one year old. They wore masks and gloves so we all felt really safe with the whole covid thing too. They saw I'm super preggos and made sure everything was exactly where I wanted by always asking and confirming it all with me an extra amount before leaving so I wouldn't have to move anything which I really appreciated a lot. They were also very punctual, they called as soon as they parked to confirm and they were there at 12pm on the dot when the time frame was 12-2pm for arrival. They also did a reminder confirmation a few days ahead which was great too. They ensured to clean up all of the packaging and everything as well which was also very nice. Overall this place would be a 5 star if I didn't have that really bad interaction with that one lady (really no reason for her to be mean and rude like that when I was genuinely nothing but extra kind). Gina and the delivery guys were beyond amazing and I would recommend anyone looking to buy to go here because of them. Hope that other lady can find a job she enjoys or that she has better days ahead of her. We will likely be back to buy more from this place again as our family continues to grow.

We went to Ashley Furniture this past fall to pick out a bedroom set. Russ helped us, and she was amazing! Super patient, bubbly and fun to work with. We ended up going back to get a few more things today, and I was pleasantly surprised that she not only remembered me but my name! Thanks, Russ! You are such a pleasure to work with. Ok so now i can&'t get my furniture cause No one is available..... is no one online? We paid over $20,000 in new furniture for our home and still need 4 bedroom sets, our remodeling on our house is going amazing and we would love to get our furniture soon. Originally we were told for our leather couch sets that it would be up to 8 weeks but two weeks ago the invoice said 3-4 months... this is BULLSHYT i would think someone would reach out to offer some assistance, is there no managers on line? I&'m at the point where i want all my money back and I&'ll go else where! Like most sales in Hawaii, Ashley and furniture world are no different, they will do anything and say everything to get u to buy but when u need to talk to someone NOBODY is available..... do we all understand that the flu each year kills 15,000-60,000 ppl in the US! this flu hasn&'t killed anyone in Hawaii..... ya being cautious is amazing it there should be online support available especially when I&'ve paid so much money!

If ur looking for anything from Ashly go to Kapolei & see AJ. I went to two different Ashly Furniture stores & it wasn't until I met AJ over the phone that I felt like someone was finally helping me. He went out of his way to give me the best price he could because the websites prices were way lower than what they had in the store & everyone else was telling me that they absolutely couldn't price match it. He cleared up that confusion really quick. He also arranged for me to pay & pick up my furniture in Salt Lake so that I didn't have to drive all the way to Kapolei from where I live in Kaneohe. Thank u AJ for all ur hard work.

Ordered new couches back in September and was told they would arrive in November then was told December and now told not until January! They gave no solution on why it was taking so long all they told me is that they didn&'t t put in the order so pretty much too bad. If your spending thousands of dollars it would be nice to get reason for the delay and if I knew it would take so long to get I would&'ve ordered else where. I don&'t recommend this place it&'s probably best to take your business elsewhere

Had such a pleasant experience with AJ at Ashley Furniture!AJ was courteous, attentive, professional, and friendly. My sister and I were seeking out specific products and specific styles of furniture. AJ was happy to assist us and helped us find everything that we were looking for and more. AJ greeted us right away and was happy to assist us. He was not pushy at all. AJ knew the show room well on both floors. I highly recommend AJ if you are seeking out furnishings for your home. He will listen to you and find the best furnishings and style that fits your needs. I highly recommend seeing him if you have a specific style of bed, couch, chair, shelf, etc in mind. Love the store. The store is composed of multiple furniture outlets rolled into one. It&'s a one stop shop for all your furniture needs. This was much needed in the second city of Kapolei due to it being the second city, the influx of new homes being built, and Kapolei&'s tremendous growth.
