One other person when we walked in had approached professionally as well the second time we arrived, and had mentioned that I had talked to Jason a few days before, and helped us locate him

We keep coming back to Ashley simply because of Russ. She is so nice, helpful, and is informative without unnecessary pressure.

Large selection of recliners to choose from. Hannah and Jason were very knowledgeable and helped me make a great selection. The showroom was filled with so many other beautiful furniture that would appeal to everyone.

I was greeted at the door by a wonderful gentleman named Hinano and he helped me with what I went in for thank you. He made my experience an easy one. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the process. Thank you Hinano!

My husband and I spent a few hours trying to find the perfect recliner for my elderly mother. Jason Oliver's would check on us periodically and offer assistance. We left without buying anything that day, but came back the following week. As promised, we bought a recliner from Jason. He provided us with excellent customer service from when we first met. We will be back soon to buy a couch or recliners for ourselves. Jason will be the one we'll call when we're ready. Mahalo Jason!

We have lived in Kapolei for a very long time and see this store everyday. Never stepped foot in that store till today. Two floors of furniture as far as the eye can see. We were a little skeptical at first as everything seemed very expensive, the quality is definitely there. As we browsed more we realized this store caters to any kind of budget. Did not feel harassed by the sales people as I normally feel in furniture stores. Russ was absolutely amazing! She greeted us when we came in and checked in on us as we came down stairs asking if everything was good. As we were finished browsing and the 3 of us in the house were discussing decisions, she asked if we needed help as we all probably look confused as we were discussing. Told her we were just discussing she said okay and gave us space. When finally ready we chose to seek out Russ as we were there over an hour browsing and testing out all furniture and she had pleasantly checked in on us 3 times with no pressure to buy. She helped us with the no credit financing option and explained all of the fine print and was very straight forward. She didn't dance around questions plus she had adorable cat shoes. She was receptive to our jokes and humor and adapted right into the sarcasm and jokes. Felt like I was dealing with someone I have been friends with for years. It is a talent to adapt yourself with 3 different personalities and make us all feel comfortable. All three of us have decided as we continue to re-renovate our house that we will definitely be coming back here over and over again. We got a couch, love seat, area rug, coffee table, 2 side tables, two lamps, dining table with 4 chairs all for about $2500. Thank you Russ, we will definitely recommend you and the store to our friends.

Jason Oliveros has been the most helpful, kind and patient when it comes to my numerous furniture purchases. I've worked with him more than a few times now and everytime, he treats even my most miniscule purchases the same as my larger purchases. He never rushes me, he takes the time to understand what I NEED and thinks out of the box when necessary to fulfill my request. I always feel that he is looking out for me like a friend or family member. He is always patient and never rushes me into making my decision(s). I will only shop when he is available, wherever he is. I love that he is near my home in Ashley Kapolei. He's a wonderful person to work with, and for as long as Ashley has the pieces I need, I trust his judgement and recommendations, thus, all my purchases will be at Ashley for as long as he is there!

Seen the showroom here a couple of times, and on our first pass through it, we found a lot of good options. Really appreciate the floor sales person helping us find the table and chairs, where it was in stock, including getting an extra chair from a different store and having them all delivered together. The delivering company was speedy, efficient, and the item looks exactly like it did on the showroom floor.

I had an incredible shopping experience at Ashley in Homeworld. Russ was so sweet and provided excellent customer service, she showed me unique items that were affordable. We recently visited Ashley Furniture Kapolei and a young lady named Russ was outstanding. My wife and I were looking for a new living room set and Russ gave us top quality service. She was attentive and helpful with the entire process. Russ knew her product line very well and suggested the best options. We will definitely come back and see her for our furniture needs.

We stopped by Ashley Furniture just to browse and take photos of items we plan to purchase after moving into our new home in late July. As we were about to leave, Roger kindly approached us and told us about the Memorial Day promotion, military discount, and the option to place a deposit to reserve items for later delivery. We saw three pieces that we loved so Roger ended up helping us reserve them. He was friendly, helpful, and never pushy. He even gave our son a balloon, which made his day. Roger’s great customer service made the visit so much better than expected. We’ll definitely be back to complete our purchase with him. Thanks, Roger!

We needed another recliner so went to the nearest Ashley Furniture Store in Kapolei. We had bought a recliner from there about 2 years to replace our other recliner & got a great deal for it & the best sales person & customer service with Jason. So much so, that I specifically asked for him to help us when I saw that he was still there. He was great just as I remembered….Mahalo Jason! You truly make it worth our while to come out to your store. I would have given a 5 star review except the price was little on the higher end but we did get $200 off during the Memorial Day sale. AJ immediately greeted me and my family as soon as we entered & offered a helping hand. I made him aware that the furniture I was looking for I would need immediately but also needed a certain size. (Yes I was a picky customer but his customer service remained amazing the entire time) He graciously and patiently showed me around to multiple options while educating me on the different building parts to ensure the furniture I was purchasing would not only be esthetically pleasing, but also funtional & useful to my family. We were looking for a new sofa, and on our way, we found 'Homeworld Furniture ' in Kapolei. This store had a great selection and a good value for money. We were served excellently by Roger B. and found the sofa we wanted from 'Ashley' and, unexpectedly, a wonderful coffee table. Had a great experience with Home World Kapolei and worked with Clifford and Hannah for 2 bedroom sets and Natuzzi recliner chair, and got a really good price during the Black Friday November sale. The items are perfect and look great in our home. They delivered and assembled the items in one week, and the delivery crew of 3 were very fast, efficient, and great attitude. I highly recommend them and give a 5 star for this location.

Russ Acosta is an excellent Sales Associate. Her professionalism, customer service, and patience was awesome. I gave the 4 🌟, instead of 5 🌟, due to the lack of information available on a variety of Ashley items. The Manufacturer should provide more in depth information regarding their products.

Cliff and Ajay were SO helpful when it came to picking out my couch. Cliff sat with me for over an hour looking at different designs and configurations. I came back and met Ajay who helped finalized the sale when I was at a crossroads with my decision- he even drew up mock images of my living room. Definitely some affordable options during the sale, but you do have the higher priced ones considering the location and current competitive market. Would reach out to them again if needed

We went to the Ashley Store in Kapolei today looking for some dining room furniture. Upon entering were pleasantly greeted by Ashley's employee, AJ. We told him what we were looking for and he suggested areas of the store where we should look. We had a half-hour at least to look on our own. We appreciate that personal time. AJ came upstairs to check on our search. We had few sets we liked. He helped us measure our favorites and shuffle some pieces to see how they looked and felt. It was a great furniture shopping experience.

Russ went above and beyond to find me the piece I wanted so that I wouldn't have to wait for the next container to arrive. The fact that she went out of her way for such a small sale shows how good she is at her job. I walked in only to browse and ended up buying because of her effort and service quality.

Lots of selection in the store, good prices and quality of the products. Roger the sales person was very helpful and got me a good deal.

Sales person was so accommodating, in spite of having an injured arm, she was able to maneuver me through the showroom and find the items I had previously chosen, even though they had all been reset in other places. She helped me attempt application for financing and then found a better way to get the purchase done. Enjoyed my time there didn’t have to spend a lot of time getting the things I needed done good job.

We had the great pleasure of working with Gina. She knew her inventory very well. We came in looking for a specific color and design for a bedroom that we are furnishing. She showed us all the options that we could possibly look at. After a quick decision to change the size of our bed from a full to a queen we had even more options. We came in looking for a bedroom set for full size bed and we left with a new queen memory foam size bed, bed frame and two end tables with more to come. Customer service was top notch at this location. Also to know that there are several furniture brands within one roof. So that means you have affordable options and skies the limit if you are not budget conscious. They have a great gallery/showroom. They also have extended warranty available for an additional cost. And a delivery fee of $169. I also shop with Louisa at the pearl ridge location. Thank you, Lord for Gina. We will see you soon.

Shopping here is very pleasant. Several furniture brands means variety, all good quality. Sales staff is helpful but not overly engaging which can be annoying and distracting. Thanks you Russ Acosta for helping me and my brother find some wonderful new pieces.

Ms Acosta was very helpful. She went above and beyond checking to see if there were any in stock. There wasn’t any in stock. Then she checked to see if they were anything similar to the one we wanted. There wasn’t any in stock. She also checked on the longer dresser it wasn’t in stock either. My husband and I walked into the Kapolei location and were immediately greeted by Arnold Ambrocio. He was very helpful and assisted us in looking for countertop seating. He was nice enough to carry several styles to a countertop height table so we could actually "feel" how each chair felt. When we decided on the "right one" Arnold told us that we would qualify for an additional discount due to the amount of our purchase. Highly recommend visiting the Kapolei store. Large showroom and great customer service!

Arnold has helped us twice in 1 month. We first came into the store to see a couch we saw online in person and briefly mentioned we would probably be looking for a dinning table soon. Arnold helped us purchase the couch and helped give us suggestions for tables for our large ohana. He went above and beyond to help us create the vision and comfort we wanted for our home. This store has an amazing selection. Hannah helped us get a quote very quickly once we decided what we wanted and was friendly and pleasant. They didn't seem to mind our kids trying every couch before we decided either.

We’ve purchased several large and small items from this store and everyone working there has been really helpful and knowledgeable. But based on some great experience with Russ, we tend to always request for her when shopping. She really listens to what our preferences are and gives great suggestions. We’ve never felt pressured to buy anything and she really works with us to find what we’re looking and make sure that we’re happy with it. We would continue to do business there as long as you have associates like Russ!

Less than One Star!!! In September, I had a mediocre time picking out two three beds and dressers and night stands to match. It is now January and I have one bed, three dressers and a night stand. They brought two beds on nov 27. One bed and its dressers were damaged and the color was peeling. I called the store about it but they didn’t address what to do Or how they would assist. One of the beds came with no hardware and they told me they had to take the bed back. They call me asking why I declined delivery. Let them know I didn’t decline the delivery. They told me they would deliver my bed but didn’t confirm. I called the store asking about it and they had no idea what was coming to me or when. They brought the bed without confirming with me. they said they would confirm 24 hours prior. So, of course I get a call saying sorry I declined the bed. Set them straight again. Third time the delivery guy cracked the headboard and the footboard of the bed. So they took the bed back again. I have no estimated time of delivery for the replacement . And no clue when the other bed will show up at my place. I’ve been in contact with the assistant manager and got awful customer service. She said she would “call me right back” and it’s been three weeks. When I do get in touch with her, she expressed no gratitude or feel bad about what was happening and acted as though we never spoke and she didn’t know anything about this. I asked her if she was the only female assistant manager, she said yes. And even at that statement, proving it was her I talked to multiple times, she didn’t apologize for anything. She told me my sales person would call me and let me know how to compensate me. She wanted to give me a $100 credit for my two failed deliveries, my late items, my no confirmed delivery dates, my poor quality brand new items. My lost time and money waiting around. I will never buy here again

Spent several days searching for a new dining set online with no luck. Called Roger at Home World Kapolei and got a great set at a great price. Second time Roger has come through!!! He even remembered my military discount.

Shopping was great! Excellent customer service. However, the quality of the delivery was disappointing. Our shipment is missing parts. Therefore, we can't put our child's bed together. Have been getting the run around. Can't get a hold of anyone and I was given an email account to reach out too? Email? Really?

Shopping and buying experience are excellent. However, the store has no control over furniture delivery and we’ve been waiting almost 6 months for our sofa. Had we known the item would be delayed for so long we would have shopped elsewhere.

We were at the Kapolei store & were glad to have met Hinano. He met us upon our entry & allowed us to browse around by ourselves & miraculously appeared just as we needed him to confirm availability. We felt at ease as he was helpful without the usual sales 'push'. He made our visit very pleasant & fruitful.

Update: The wonderful salesman who placed the order gave me a courtesy call to let me know the order could be delayed. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I truly appreciated that. Shortly thereafter I learned that my HHG may be arriving sooner than later so I wanted to cancel my order. I called back and Justine answered. She was so incredibly sweet and gave me no hassle in completing my request. I have just not been to a store full of customer service stars! Good job ! You are appreciated! Previous : I just had the nicest salesman ever handle my order completely over the phone! I didn't catch his name but his initials are RLB from West Virginia. I told him I wanted a black tufted queen sleigh bed but I needed it delivered by August 2nd. I was disappointed when he told me there were no black or sleigh beds in inventory. But he immediately followed it a bed with a high tufted headboard! I chose it immediately! Since he did so well with picking that out that I trusted him to pick out a nice dresser. He came through swimmingly! Please, Ashley Homestead, make him a manager or at least a trainer of customer service. He was awesome and efficient!

Jennifer was very knowledgeable about products, sales/offers and not at all pushy or overbearing. She offered suggestions & paid careful attention to details we were mentioning & was able to answer all of our questions. Overall a very good experience.

We have been loyal customers throughout the years but on our recent visit to your kapolei location it felt as if we weren't welcomed in that location. No one was there to greet us as they always had in the past. The sales associates are just talking stories (literally!) While I'm sitting on a chair next to them. No associate were seen walking around making any impact or even asking "if we were ok and if they needed anything my name is..." I felt that there were no drive of motivation in the store especially with this memorial day special they had in store. My wife and I were pretty upset by the fact that we couldn't track any sales associate when we needed them until one came out of the restroom and got his attention. It was an easy sale with the guy we first saw although made the simplest mistake by charging us for 2 different chairs (upcost) without verifying the tag/ item/sku #. We ended up paying and left only to find out that the order was totally off. I called the store multiple times ( there should be a policy on phone pick up btw ) and after calling 5 times we get through to the desk. I believe it was Candice? She was able to help us correct the issue and gave us a refund on the price difference for the right items. We also wished you guys did a price match especially with your competitors inspiration store. You ended up loosing not only a nice commission but a sale from your store.

Called requesting for options on a platform bed frame, as none in stock previewed on the website. I was able to pre purchase (2) Queen size platform bed frames all within 5 mins span time. Excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff.. Thank you!

I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the bedroom furniture I bought in Colorado Springs 😡😭🙄! I got so tired of looking through catalog's, I was having an anxiety attack and woman that helped me wasn't helpful at all, after I describe what I bought before, all she did was hand a ton of catalogs!! That was the worst experience I've ever had at an Ashley furniture store in my life! The second woman that helped me and my domestic partner was totally awesome and showed us many more options of how to purchase a bed! We felt so relaxed and at ease with her, to top it off, she even gave us he business card and told us, if our credit was so good, they had a layaway plan! We felt even more relaxed and left unfortunate! Aloha and Mahalo for listening to reveling upset Wahine born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii! Mahalo=ty in Hawaiian for all your help regarding this matter! After my husband was in the Army, we bought a house with a finished basement with two glass towers, adjustable bridge and table for our Big screen TV! Our bedroom furniture look almost the same, only in ash white, glass window below the tower, sliding doors below that and 8 dresser drawer w/mirror for me, 5 dresser/stand up for him and 2 TWIN towers his/her with two doors on the top, middle to put my jewelry on, a drawer below that and another open cabinet with a flat panel and 2 drawers xoxo!

Every worker just looked at us and walked to the next customer. We wanted to purchase a table that we found after being in the store for 30mins not one person said hi or helped us. We ended up purchasing from Pearl City store instead. They have better manners and definitely not stuck up

I’ve had their furniture before in Philadelphia and was quite pleased. The staff went above and beyond assisting me. Now I’m trying to furnish my new apartment with the air quality furniture.

Nothing in stock we wanted at the store. But we can buy at the store then go pick up at a different location, pay 30 and have it shipped to the store or 60 to have it shipped to the house. Either way your not getting anything the day you want it at the store.Why even have a store?! Go online and save some time.

I had a great experience shopping for a dining table with Athena. She was so helpful in helping find what I needed. She went out of her way by even moving dining chairs around for me trying to find a match something that I would like. She was so patient and friendly through the entire process. What made me come back and purchase my dining table was not only for the beautiful table but because of the outstanding service I received from Athena! I look forward to coming back in the future for buying my next piece of furniture.

I only went into the store to buy a parking pass to use their lot this evening to park to see the Kapolri City Lights Parade which was on the road in front of the store. Lot ample parking clean well lit pleasant parking attendent. Been in the store previously had what I wanted. All was super.

It's ok. I didnt like the fact that I purchased from Kapolei Store and pick up is at Salt Lake. Why have a store here and we still need to travel to pick up. It'll cost $125.00 for delivery or $35.00 for Salt Lake warehouse to deliver to Kapolei. I think I'm going to cancel my purchase. There should be signage letting consumers know before they purchase.

Kristy Pauole is really great! She helped us on our 1st visit. She was really patient and helpful! On our 2nd visit, she gave us options and she's very knowledgeable. Never felt I was being pressured to buy anything. She also took the time to follow up if we received our order and if we are satisfied with it.

Came in my work attire on a midday Saturday right after working a very long and busy work week. I had no other time to come in to Ashley's besidesthis Saturday... Mind you!? My work attire is anything but formal. Strictly blue jeans little on the dirty side, a fluorescent shirt and steel toe boots. Walking in a little embarrassed cause I had no time to clean up and all your Ashley locations we ever set foot in!? Is always outstanding and always beautifully defined... But with all that set aside... I still got greeted warmly by Priscilla despite the way I was dressed... I knew what I was looking for at the time So I told her which department I was headed to as I marched along. I felt like i didn't need any help After 3 minutes of looking at my options!?!? I got greeted by Priscilla once again. Perfect timing as o needed a second opinion... She was very awesome and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable on the latest technology and fabric we was working with. Straight ABC and easy to understand on the pricing packages and awareness of the quality material that caught my interest and exactly what I was looking for. Shortly after my Wife showed up and met me at the store and we finalized our purchase after Priscilla once more greeted my wife and informed her with all the knowledge she just shared with me. The agents don't return calls and when you go in there they follow you like vultures.

The pillows they display with the couch I bought didn't come with it. They only gave me 2 small ones. I don't understand why they sell expensive couch/sectionals with no pillows. Unreasonable.

I personally do not care for the selection. Main reason is the colors. Everything is brown, grey, or black. Also the price is too high.

Service is fabulous!!! I had Sales Rep Luisa who was very personable and directed me to exactly what I wanted. Delivery was on time and done quickly. Followup call came right after delivery. Not to mention Luisa also sent me a "thank you " card. I will definitely buy from this store again.
