We just went in to see what was available for sectionals with recliner options, the staff greeted us and did not pressure us at all which is nice. As we were about to walk out Ryan Mullins just checked to make sure we had been helped, he asked what we were looking for and he explained more options to fit our needs and wants. In the end we ended up with a great sectional and some ideas to keep our cats away from using it as a scratching post.

Very quick and easy, they were able to locate the bed and frame I was looking for and had it in stock. Made many purchases here.

Went in looking for a couch, bed frame and mattress last month. The salesperson was great and very knowledgeable. Left after spending $6700. After waiting 4 weeks we got half our order delivered. The couch wedge wouldn’t fit through our door and the bedframe was damaged. When I went in asking for a full refund because the mattress would be another 2-4 weeks and we didn’t like anything else in their store I got talked down to and blamed for not measuring our own door frames when we (myself and the salesman) assumed everything would fit. The manager was a total jerk and degraded me for not wanting to do business with them since we had waited a month for something that didn’t work out and had gone somewhere else and found replacements that were in stock and would fit (and actually a better buy, saved $1100). He also tried to push me away with the excuse that I had to come back for my refund when the guy I bought the stuff from was there because he was gone today. I work in customer service and would never treat anyone the way I got treated today, knowing that they would never come back to my place of business.

Ashley’s was very nice to work with. All the employees were kind and respectful in store and for furniture pickup. When we went to pick up our bedroom set, some of the wrong pieces were ordered and we were told we would have to come back later to pick up the remaining items. This was mildly frustrating but after a brief phone call, Ashley’s was very willing to deliver the remaining items to our home without charge due to the mistake. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and would recommend them to anyone. The furniture was boxed well and in good condition upon opening the boxes. We love our new bedroom set.

Plus he knew exactly what inventory he had that would suit my taste, budget and specific measurements. He was able to organize the whole delivery process. We have been looking for a very long time for a good dinner table, and we had been back several times and I am certain that this sells people were probably burnt out on our several visits with us not purchasing anything at the time. We worked directly with Shawna in Idaho falls at the first street location and She treated us like royalty each time we visited. We always felt important every time we went there. Making the decision to buy our furniture there was easy.

Great furniture. Salesman was helpful but also wouldn’t leave me alone. I purchased a decor item and did not want to leave my phone number in their system because I didn’t want any messages. I wasn’t purchasing any furniture or needing anything delivered. The salesman convinced me I needed to enter my phone number in their system to make a purchase. He also convinced me there would be no text messages coming my way. This is my second text message about leaving a review so here is my review. The furniture seemed great. The salesman was pushy. I will be hesitant to return because of him.

Ashley furniture has been our go to place for furnishing our house in Tetonia. The sales people are very helpful and actually help you make good choices and save money. The delivery people are very professional and accommodating - far better than other furniture companies we’ve been working with.

I was not told at all the fabric of my expensive couches would do this. It became CLUMPED together and now looks cheap and dingy in just a few months. With normal use. When I called they just said "oh we tell people they will become matted." And deferred me to an email. This isn't matted. This is clumped together and impossible to clean through. Very disappointed in the failure to disclose. I saved up really hard to purchase nice couches. And the electronic charger that comes built in broke after like 2 weeks. Again, cheap.

I was treated beautifully and without the salesman being pushy. He listened to what I was looking for as far as style and comfort and lead me to a beautiful sectional that I ended up purchasing. I couldn’t be happier.

My husband and I were looking for a lift chair when we stopped at Ashley Furniture in Idaho Falls. We were greeted by Trish almost when we walked through the door. Trish walked us to the area where we needed to be and chatted easily about Ashley’s other pieces of furniture making us feel completely at ease. She answered our questions and then left us alone to try out the various chairs they had. Trish came back and listened to our likes and dislikes and was so agreeable with our choice. I absolutely love the team at the Ashley Home Store and the Ashley Outlet in Idaho Falls. My company works with them to stage our houses and as an individual customer, I always feel welcomed and valued. Austin and Spencer were very welcoming when I came in to buy some furniture for my new apartment. The delivery was fast and quite smooth. The guys couldn’t get the sofa in through the second doorway but did a great job figuring it out without damage to the building or the leather sofa. They were both kind and got right to work. I would like to express our appreciation for Spencer and Austin at Ashley Furniture who delivered our new bed a couple of weeks ago. They had to haul it upstairs and then assemble it. They were very careful getting it up the stairs and did an excellent job assembling it. They were so pleasant to work with.

This store is absolutely wonderful! The owner, Paul, was incredible and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and help us with all of our needs. Ryan, our sales associate, was equally as wonderful! I spoke to him over the phone and he immediately gave me his number and we started communicating back-and-forth on what we were looking for in our new home. He had a variety of things picked out for me to look at and was amazing. I was dreading the shopping trip because I knew we had so much to do, but between Ryan and Paul, it was seamless! They were amazing. The salesman walked a little fast LOL but he definitely went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the correct living room set and bed for my daughter. The only things that I did not like is we have to wait 2 weeks for our furniture. We just moved into a new house and we have absolutely no furniture in the living room or her room so it's going to be a long 2 weeks LOL

I went to Ashley’s to look for some comfy sofas and loveseats. I wanted to swing by a few other stores to look around and check out prices. Danny the sales rep greeted us and was very helpful! We never felt pressured and he responded to all our questions. We left to look around and came right back. Ashley’s definitely had the best couches and deals. I’ve owned Ashley’s sofas and loveseats before and they are very durable I had mine for 15 years and they were still in great shape but it was time for new ones! The delivery was fast Austin and Spencer did an incredible job at both my deliveries they were both very professional, friendly and took care of my walls as they were brining in the 2 loveseats and 2 sofas they even protected my doorframe with a thick moving blanket! I’m so happy about my purchase, the quality of the sofas and the great customer service!

Went into the home store over the weekend they were all homely looking, hair not appropriate, sitting on sofas while on cell phones. Told them what I was looking for. They then proceeded to follow me around not giving me a chance to look and talk to my husband in private. Decided to leave went to the outlet up the road. When I walked in I was professionally greeted by Danny. Danny had customers in there already so Sean stepped in and finished helping us. We have never been more pleased or amazed at the professionalism we received at the outlet would recommend over the home store 10 out of 10.

Bought bedroom furniture from Ashley Outlet Furniture. Had a great experience with the Sales Group! We took some furniture home that day and ordered a dresser that came in earlier than expected which we are happy about! There was an issue with the dresser that came in and they were so helpful and understanding with the mishap on the dresser and they took care of it! I ordered a bedroom set over the weekend, and the gentleman from my local ( 2hrs away) store contacted me this Monday morning. Bought a power recliner from these folks (actually at their Timberline store) in 2019. A couple weeks ago the chair quit working so we stopped by the Timberline store to see what they could do. This was on a Monday and at 0800 Wednesday a technician was at our home in Tetonia and the chair fixed, with no charge. These folks are awesome! Our favorite furniture stores indeed!

They were all very helpful! We were able to get a nice couch and table for a good price!

Wonderful experience! Some few months ago I went there with my mom to see the cauches on Black Friday. We liked one but it was gonna be available few months later because they get out of stock. Anyways, they showed us another one they had in the warehouse available and we like it even more so we bought it. They were GREAT with the delivery too. All the staff is very friendly.

Just recently bought a new bed from Ashleys and I have to say we were treated so amazing, couldn't have asked for a better salesman. We were looking for a split king bed with adjustable base. My husband suffered a stroke a year ago and the salesman helped us choose a purple mattress that would accommodate my husband's new needs, not the most expensive either, just the right one that would work best for having to sleep upright. The salesman was patient and very informative, we could not have asked for a better buying experience

It would be five stars because every time I went in I was always acknowledged and helped. After measuring and looking at different couches/sectionals trying to figure out what would fit/work best in the space I had, I finally settled on one, ordered it along with a bed frame. I was told that the sectional was in stock just missing one piece (an extra seat I decided to add). But could get it delivered within a week. They said the bed would be about 2-3 weeks to get with the extra seat. The day after placing the order I was told that the they actually didn’t have the couch in stock and it would be 2-3 weeks for the couch with the bed. After 4 weeks I didn’t hear anything, gave them a call and was told that the everything was on back order and that it would be a couple weeks. After not hearing anything again, I went into the store because on the phone I couldn’t get any answers. I was told I’d get a call back and never did. Turns out the bed had been at the store for about a week and no one had called to schedule a delivery. I asked about the couch and was told that it wouldn’t be arriving until the last half of January when it was order in the beginning of November with a 2-3 week time line. I asked for a loaner couch (which they do provide but did not offer). Yes I understand it was the holiday season and probably a busy time for everyone but a little communication from the sales rep that sold me the couch or getting a call back with information would have been appreciated. I got the bed frame delivered and the loaner couch for the time being at the end of December. I finally got the couch I ordered 8 weeks after the original delivery date at the end of January.

They were very helpful and patient while we were making our decision on which sofas to buy.

I went to Ashley's Store with very little hope at finding the perfect lamps for my home. As expected they had nothing that I was looking for, just as I was about to leave the salesman said "why don't you breeze thru or computer before you go". Not 5 minutes into looking there was exactly what I wanted and at half the cost I expected to pay. "I'll be back" for more when needed.

I absolutely love Ashley’s Furniture and their sales staff. This is the second time I’ve bought an entire house of furniture through Ashley’s, back in 2019 due to a house fire I bought a 5,000 square ft home full of furniture and again yesterday we bought an entire house full of furniture because of selling our cabin in Island Park. Anyway, the salesman Devin was awesome and he gave us some great deals. If you need to furnish your entire home I highly recommend Ashley Furniture. Or just a bedroom or living room or dining room go to Ashley’s on First street and ask for Devin, he knows his furniture

Had plans on buying a king bedroom set today from the Ashley store. I was the only customer in the store. I wondered thru the store looking from front to back, side to side. A salesperson never greeted or acknowledged me the whole time. I observe 6 people at the sales counter. None of them looked my way. I stopped at the front doors for a few minutes and waited. Still no acknowledgement. Decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Once out in the parking lot, I called the Ashley Store and spoke to a nice lady. I explained what happened and said I was going to Blackers Furniture for my purchases now. I guess it's true, Customer service is truly not here anymore. I won't be back to Ashley Furniture, they don't want my business.

He is happy to help you make a selection or just let you browse. When we were looking for the new dining table and chairs, we showed him pictures of where it would be going, and he helped us pick the perfect one. He not only knows everything about their inventory, but knows what questions to ask if you want his help in making a choice. They delivered it yesterday, and it looks even better than we anticipated.

Devin was our salesman during our furniture purchase. He was professional, knew his products and specifications and was not pushy at all. I stopped by Ashley Furniture to see what they had for living room tables. I was greeted immediately by Trish. She told me about their sales then let me wander the store. Later she found me by a living room set. She showed me a few features, checked for additional pieces and gave me a more than reasonable quote for a group of tables. I decided to buy 3 tables and we completed my transaction smoothly. Trish was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient without being pushy or applying pressure. I’m glad I stopped at Ashley Furniture and I look forward to the delivery of my new furniture.

We were not looking forward to couch shopping because we had very specific requirements that a lot of other stores weren’t able to meet. Trish helped us a ton and got us exactly what we wanted while helping us to not feel stressed during the process at all. I feel very at ease and happy with our purchase and choice.

Would be happy to give five stars but item on the floor we wanted to buy wasn’t available because it was a floor model. We have to wait 4 to 6 weeks.

We were greeted at the door by Trish who was very friendly. We told her what we were looking for and our price range. They had an awesome sale going on and we were able to stay right at our price range. It was an awesome experience and we'll be coming back in the future.

Sales lady was nice. I owned a furniture store and I was lied to about not being able to sell me a recliner on the floor. I was told what appeared to me to be a lie and yet they sold me one off the floor anyway but not the one we really wanted! Don’t recommend Ashley at this time. Use local furniture stores instead.

I love love love my table, I’ve been looking for over two years and I’m picky. So I’m really happy with what I got, I wish there were more options for matching chairs. I also don’t agree that the chairs are priced pretty high and individually… yet you have to buy a minimum of two. It should be two for a cheaper price or able to buy one. All the staff were polite with us and we were lucky, everything was in stock but one item so we went home with what we wanted.

Just because I wasn't dressed like a millionaire doesn't mean I shouldn't get the same customer service. I went into the establishment to purchase a mattress. After waiting for roughly 10 minutes, someone approached me to offer service. Granted, that doesn't seem like a long time, but the store wasn't busy. Also, other customers who arrived after myself were taken care of before me. After talking to the salesperson for a while, I had the choice between two mattresses. Before I had made my choice, the salesperson told me they needed to take care of something and would be right back. After waiting for what seemed to be about 15 minutes, I decided to leave. (THE BEST PART) Leaving the store, I noticed the salesperson sitting on a couch using their phone, for who knows what. Also, some other very nice salespeople sitting on another couch then asked me at the last moment if I'd been helped or needed anything. I told them no. I'll go elsewhere. I told them the name of the original salesperson, hoping something changes. But the more I thought about it, all of them needed to take responsibility for a lost sale and terrible customer service.

Sales Rep was helpful and had several options for me to choose from, so it was great.

I found what I was looking for quickly, the salesperson was able to get me a better price than it was listed for. That always makes me happy. I would have liked to have taken it home that day but was told they don’t stock most things and would have to have it shipped to the store. Luckily it was only supposed to take a couple or 3 weeks to arrive, but it was here in 6 days. They promptly let me know it was here and set up a time for me to pick it up.

Everyone was very nice, Devin was super helpful and friendly. Provided us space to browse without feeling pressure. A wonderful experience

Both salespersons with whom we worked (in the purchase of a coffee table and an end table) were very helpful. UPDATE…A number of weeks after purchasing the coffee table and end table, we returned to the Ashley store in Idaho Falls and bought 3 more items of furniture. Our salesperson, Trish, was very helpful and patient as we deliberated about options.

Okay first thing: Ryan Mullins helped us and he is beyond wonderful. We had so many questions, looked at so many couches before deciding, and had our toddler to handle throughout. Despite all that, Ryan was patient, kind, and addressed every concern we had. We ended up with a couch we’re really happy with at a really manageable price. PLUS a really decent warranty that they handle in-house (very cool because third party warranties can be a nightmare). We’d been couch shopping all day and were tired of it - I’m so glad we made one more stop here! Highly recommend :)

Salespeople were helpful but not following us around. We liked the chance to look by ourselves. After we found what we wanted they were awesome.

We were looking for a set of barstools to sit at our kitchen island. During a trip to Salt Lake, we stopped in to the Ashley store there and found exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the store there did not have them in stock, and the local warehouse was closed the day we were in town. After speaking with the salesman there, we elected to go to our Idaho Falls Ashley store and order the items there. Keep in mind, we already knew what we wanted and were ready to order. I phoned the Idaho Falls store on a Monday afternoon and asked the saleswoman two easy questions: Is it possible to order just three stools (because they were being sold in a two-pack), and was there any advantage to ordering for store pickup as opposed to shipping straight to my home. The saleswoman then proceeded to give me a sales pitch about their white glove store pickup, told me about this fabulous sale they were having on couches, etc. All of this was a waste of time as I had already told her what I wanted. Then she said she was having computer problems and was going to place me on hold while she moved to another computer. The second computer was also having problems and she asked if she could call me back. I assumed this meant within a few minutes, or at latest the next day. She never called back. The next evening, I found the exact same bar stools on T@rget's website for $60 less per set, with free expedited shipping and a much better return policy. This is the 3rd time I've been snubbed at this store. I'm glad they are doing so well and don't need my business as I won't be shopping there ever.

We made our first purchase at Ashley Home Furniture last week and we are so glad that we did! I had never been in the store before and I was impressed at how much inventory they had and the size of the warehouse. We worked with Ryan and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was pretty indecisive and took quite a while to make up my mind. Ryan was very patient and measured each bit of the sectional to help me decide which pieces I would want to order and how I would want to configure it. He looked at pictures of our family room on my phone to help me decide what would look best. I had found the exact sectional on another website online for a much cheaper price, but they were able to work with me on the price point and I’m glad I was able to shop local and have real actual people there to help if issues arise (we bought the in-house 5 year care warranty). I am sure anybody could find any type of sofa they need or want at the store! I highly recommend it!
