Just bought a living room suit and quality and price was the best we had seen...Daniel helped us and he was great..he didn't hover but was readily available for any questions we had and was a pleasure to work with...Thank you!

My wife and I purchased two sofas and a coffee table Ashley's Outlet about 5 months ago. The salesman Ren was great and was a big help. The delivery drivers delivered our sofas and Coffee table and one of the sofas dust cover was all ripped. The driver note on the paper that the sofa dust cover was ripped. He said that Ashley's will call to replace it. One month went by and have not heard from them. I called Ashley's to see about the dust cover. They told me the delivery drivers should took photos. I had to take photos and email them to Ashley's. They emailed me back to confirm the photos and they issued a replacement. Now two months later I haven't heard from them. I left two messages and haven't heard back. I call again and they answered and I told who I was and said why it's taking so long. She said it's on the truck last week and it's on its way. I ask way a haven't heard any updates. It's been so unprofessional with the shipping department and service & Warranty department. 5 stars to the salesman and 1 star to delivery and service and warranty departments.

I ordered a couch and love seat, but after delivery, we decided we were not happy with it. Ashley easily replaced it with another set! We are extremely happy with their service and product! Highly recommend their store!!

Last year we bought a second home in Alpine Wyoming and bought quite a few pieces of furniture from the Ashley Idaho Falls store. The manager Devin Fuller helped me with my purchases which included a leather couch, two nightstands, a dresser, a king and queen mattress, an accent chair, and a few pieces of decor. The furniture delivery guys were awesome. They placed the furniture in our home exactly where we wanted and were careful not to damage our walls or door frame. And I was very happy with all the furniture I received. I know Ashley has lower-end furniture but if you want quality stuff, I recommend just reading the reviews online and asking for Devin's feedback. He will let you know what will last and what won't and is awesome to work with. In our primary home, we have a lot of Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn, the Ashley furniture is almost the same quality.

I am including the only email I could find for customer service as well. I called at 6:14pm on 09/22/2021 to ask for the manager Paul Landon,  Jen answered the phone and said she isn't allowed to give the store managers email to a paying disgruntled customer.  This has been a not good experience.  We have been Ashley customers for years and have loved every store we have dealt with from Laguna Hills to Salt Lake City.  The Idaho Falls store has been terrible about communicating what is happening with the $10,000 in furniture we ordered.  The fact that the store manager refuses to give out contact info is absolutely ridiculous.FIXED- The manager Paul definitely accepted responsibility and got this worked out. Very happy with the final outcome.

I bought my living room furniture from here a few years back, though my roommate's dog recently chewed a corner of my loveseat. I called them to see my options and Morgan was super helpful in getting the spare part ordered and scheduling the repair. Because I live far away, Charles kindly offered to come in hours before the store opened specifically to repair my loveseat, so I wouldn't have to drive there multiple times. I am so grateful for their above and beyond service and the loveseat looks brand new again.
