Ashley furniture has very beautiful fur it’s and the 2 people that helped me were very helpful! But …. When I received the furniture months later I realized none of the cushions have inserts NONE and that’s very inconvenient when having mall children having to wash the cushions and them having no inserts is just a pain! If I would have known they came with no inserts I would not have purchased

I went to Ashley's Store with very little hope at finding the perfect lamps for my home. As expected they had nothing that I was looking for, just as I was about to leave the salesman said "why don't you breeze thru or computer before you go". Not 5 minutes into looking there was exactly what I wanted and at half the cost I expected to pay. "I'll be back" for more when needed.

It was very easy to order the chairs we had found online on their website. Great help and service.

My seat cushions on my sectional were sagging pretty good so I called to get them replaced and they took care of me right away! They knew just what I needed and ordered them in only a few minutes. I worked with the sales associate named Trish Harris. She is a very knowledgeable and conscientious person. She's not pushy and she listens to what you want. If you go into the store I would definitely ask for her to help you. Always remember these sales associates work on commission and she definitely earned hers.

I absolutely love Ashley’s Furniture and their sales staff. This is the second time I’ve bought an entire house of furniture through Ashley’s, back in 2019 due to a house fire I bought a 5,000 square ft home full of furniture and again yesterday we bought an entire house full of furniture because of selling our cabin in Island Park. Anyway, the salesman Devin was awesome and he gave us some great deals. If you need to furnish your entire home I highly recommend Ashley Furniture. Or just a bedroom or living room or dining room go to Ashley’s on First street and ask for Devin, he knows his furniture

It took me a few months searching multiple stores for a couch that I really loved, Devin helped us find a couch very quickly, he was very patient and we found a couch that we really like and within our budget!

Good selection and service, but way overpriced. Even the outlet store that sells marked down and discontinued items is twice as much as anywhere else.

Had plans on buying a king bedroom set today from the Ashley store. I was the only customer in the store. I wondered thru the store looking from front to back, side to side. A salesperson never greeted or acknowledged me the whole time. I observe 6 people at the sales counter. None of them looked my way. I stopped at the front doors for a few minutes and waited. Still no acknowledgement. Decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Once out in the parking lot, I called the Ashley Store and spoke to a nice lady. I explained what happened and said I was going to Blackers Furniture for my purchases now. I guess it's true, Customer service is truly not here anymore. I won't be back to Ashley Furniture, they don't want my business.

We have purchased several things from Ashley (a couch, a sectional and now a dining table and chairs). Ryan Mullins is our go-to guy. He is super knowledgeable and friendly. He is happy to help you make a selection or just let you browse. When we were looking for the new dining table and chairs, we showed him pictures of where it would be going, and he helped us pick the perfect one. He not only knows everything about their inventory, but knows what questions to ask if you want his help in making a choice. They delivered it yesterday, and it looks even better than we anticipated.

I stopped by Ashley Furniture to see what they had for living room tables. I was greeted immediately by Trish. She told me about their sales then let me wander the store. Later she found me by a living room set. She showed me a few features, checked for additional pieces and gave me a more than reasonable quote for a group of tables. I decided to buy 3 tables and we completed my transaction smoothly. Trish was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient without being pushy or applying pressure. We were not looking forward to couch shopping because we had very specific requirements that a lot of other stores weren’t able to meet. Trish helped us a ton and got us exactly what we wanted while helping us to not feel stressed during the process at all. I feel very at ease and happy with our purchase and choice.

Would be happy to give five stars but item on the floor we wanted to buy wasn’t available because it was a floor model. We have to wait 4 to 6 weeks.

I was told what appeared to me to be a lie and yet they sold me one off the floor anyway but not the one we really wanted! Don’t recommend Ashley at this time. Use local furniture stores instead.

I love love love my table, I’ve been looking for over two years and I’m picky. So I’m really happy with what I got, I wish there were more options for matching chairs. I also don’t agree that the chairs are priced pretty high and individually… yet you have to buy a minimum of two. It should be two for a cheaper price or able to buy one. All the staff were polite with us and we were lucky, everything was in stock but one item so we went home with what we wanted.

Just because I wasn't dressed like a millionaire doesn't mean I shouldn't get the same customer service. I went into the establishment to purchase a mattress. After waiting for roughly 10 minutes, someone approached me to offer service. Granted, that doesn't seem like a long time, but the store wasn't busy. Also, other customers who arrived after myself were taken care of before me. After talking to the salesperson for a while, I had the choice between two mattresses. Before I had made my choice, the salesperson told me they needed to take care of something and would be right back. After waiting for what seemed to be about 15 minutes, I decided to leave. (THE BEST PART) Leaving the store, I noticed the salesperson sitting on a couch using their phone, for who knows what. Also, some other very nice salespeople sitting on another couch then asked me at the last moment if I'd been helped or needed anything. I told them no. I'll go elsewhere. I told them the name of the original salesperson, hoping something changes. But the more I thought about it, all of them needed to take responsibility for a lost sale and terrible customer service.

Sales Rep was helpful and had several options for me to choose from, so it was great.

I found what I was looking for quickly, the salesperson was able to get me a better price than it was listed for. That always makes me happy. I would have liked to have taken it home that day but was told they don’t stock most things and would have to have it shipped to the store. Luckily it was only supposed to take a couple or 3 weeks to arrive, but it was here in 6 days. They promptly let me know it was here and set up a time for me to pick it up.

Both salespersons with whom we worked (in the purchase of a coffee table and an end table) were very helpful. UPDATE…A number of weeks after purchasing the coffee table and end table, we returned to the Ashley store in Idaho Falls and bought 3 more items of furniture. Our salesperson, Trish, was very helpful and patient as we deliberated about options.

Okay first thing: Ryan Mullins helped us and he is beyond wonderful. We had so many questions, looked at so many couches before deciding, and had our toddler to handle throughout. Despite all that, Ryan was patient, kind, and addressed every concern we had. We ended up with a couch we’re really happy with at a really manageable price. PLUS a really decent warranty that they handle in-house (very cool because third party warranties can be a nightmare). We’d been couch shopping all day and were tired of it - I’m so glad we made one more stop here! Highly recommend :)

Salespeople were helpful but not following us around. We liked the chance to look by ourselves. After we found what we wanted they were awesome.

We were looking for a set of barstools to sit at our kitchen island. During a trip to Salt Lake, we stopped in to the Ashley store there and found exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the store there did not have them in stock, and the local warehouse was closed the day we were in town. After speaking with the salesman there, we elected to go to our Idaho Falls Ashley store and order the items there. Keep in mind, we already knew what we wanted and were ready to order. I phoned the Idaho Falls store on a Monday afternoon and asked the saleswoman two easy questions: Is it possible to order just three stools (because they were being sold in a two-pack), and was there any advantage to ordering for store pickup as opposed to shipping straight to my home. The saleswoman then proceeded to give me a sales pitch about their white glove store pickup, told me about this fabulous sale they were having on couches, etc. All of this was a waste of time as I had already told her what I wanted. Then she said she was having computer problems and was going to place me on hold while she moved to another computer. The second computer was also having problems and she asked if she could call me back. I assumed this meant within a few minutes, or at latest the next day. She never called back. The next evening, I found the exact same bar stools on T@rget's website for $60 less per set, with free expedited shipping and a much better return policy. This is the 3rd time I've been snubbed at this store. I'm glad they are doing so well and don't need my business as I won't be shopping there ever.

We made our first purchase at Ashley Home Furniture last week and we are so glad that we did! I had never been in the store before and I was impressed at how much inventory they had and the size of the warehouse. We worked with Ryan and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was pretty indecisive and took quite a while to make up my mind. Ryan was very patient and measured each bit of the sectional to help me decide which pieces I would want to order and how I would want to configure it. He looked at pictures of our family room on my phone to help me decide what would look best. I had found the exact sectional on another website online for a much cheaper price, but they were able to work with me on the price point and I’m glad I was able to shop local and have real actual people there to help if issues arise (we bought the in-house 5 year care warranty). I am sure anybody could find any type of sofa they need or want at the store! I highly recommend it!

Got my furniture nearly a year ago and still waiting on fixes I requested December of 2022. No one answers in any of the departments I call and if they do they tell me they will look into that and call me back and I have NEVER gotten that call back. (Owner reply below says call us and ask for owner” well no one answers ever so how am I suppose to do that. I have called 5 times today pushing numbers to talk to any department and have spoke with no one.) Sure their furniture is nice but if you Decide to buy with them, you better hope you don’t have any issues or repairs needed because it won’t happen. Got a couch from furniture row the same time for our basement, had an issue and they came and fixed/replaced the piece in less than a week.. Id take your business elsewhere!

Salespeople were great. But I bought a floor model which I looked over very well and had no imperfections. As I was paying for it they decided to load it on my trailer as I was also picking up a couch and loveseat. When I got there to tie my load up my girlfriend says look at what they just did. They cracked the leg and dented it in a few spots she tried to tell them and the people loading it completely ignored her and didn’t care they damaged the dresser. She also was holding a moving blanket that we wanted to wrap it in and she asked them if she could put it down first and they didn’t acknowledge her and slid it on the floor of the trailer. I asked the salesman to come and look at what they did and he just looked at me and said well I’ll let them know. And walked back inside I was out waiting for a manager and nobody came out after 20 minutes so I left. I did end up talking with management about this situation and they did apologize. Good to know management stands behind their service. Jen and Mike were both great in response to this situation.

Good selection. Got a recliner and sofa for 1500.

They have a pretty decent selection in the store. We went in looking for something specific. We were helped right away and everyone was very friendly. We had checked online prior to going into the store and I’m glad we did. What we wanted had to be ordered in and the same thing we saw online was $200 more to order in the store. They did say they could price match the online price, but if you don’t know to check online first you will probably pay a lot more. Other than that it’s really good. The quality looks good, you get helped right away, and everything is very pretty.

My husband and I bought and ordered a love seat at their other location Timberline Home in October, picked it up at the end of November at their main store on 1st street and 2 months later the weld broke on the footrest portion of my recliner. I called them immediately to have a technichian come out and fix it, seeing as how not only was it brand new, but we also had purchased an extended warrenty in house. I was offered an apology that it had broken and that the part would be ordered, I would be informed when it had shipped so an appointment could be made for repair. That was the beginning of February. Here it is the end of March, not only have I had to call them multiple times to find out what is going and everytime being told that they don't have any clue and that they will check on it and get back to me, but then I never get a call back and have to go through the entire run around again!!! I am beyond upset and frustrated that here we are 2 months later I still have a brand new, broken chair with no date or time of repair. Their customer service is horrible and needs to be seriously worked on. Would not recommend if you ever plan on being taken care of after your inital purchase.

Great store and the staff is responsive without being annoying

I love Ashley Furniture and have used this store before but I made the mistake of ordering an Ashely chair from another outlet because of a small difference in price and it still took 6-8 weeks to arrive but the after customer service was horrendous. These guys went above and beyond for me yesterday and proved once again that its better to shop or order from THIS store than end up paying more because online outlets refuse to assist and provide no after care. They took the time to answer questions and assist me with how to set up my chair and explained the process. Thank you so very much everyone and I will see you again when I take on my next project (Bedroom) and It will definitely be from YOUR store.

Overpriced, but quality furniture

My wife and I purchased two sofas and a coffee table Ashley's Outlet about 5 months ago. The salesman Ren was great and was a big help. The delivery drivers delivered our sofas and Coffee table and one of the sofas dust cover was all ripped. The driver note on the paper that the sofa dust cover was ripped. He said that Ashley's will call to replace it. One month went by and have not heard from them. I called Ashley's to see about the dust cover. They told me the delivery drivers should took photos. I had to take photos and email them to Ashley's. They emailed me back to confirm the photos and they issued a replacement. Now two months later I haven't heard from them. I left two messages and haven't heard back. I call again and they answered and I told who I was and said why it's taking so long. She said it's on the truck last week and it's on its way. I ask way a haven't heard any updates. It's been so unprofessional with the shipping department and service & Warranty department. 5 stars to the salesman and 1 star to delivery and service and warranty departments.

Garbage costumer service!! Ordered a table and 3 months later, they called us to come pick it up. We asked them how long it has been there and they acted real shady about it, like it has been there awhile and just failed to call us about it. When I went to pick it up, I waited over 30 minutes until someone came out to load it. Won’t buy anything from them again.

I am giving this 5 Star review, to Spencer, at the Idaho Falls, Ashley store. I had been dealing with a female Ashley employee in their Service dept., since last Nov. 2021! Finally, after getting the runaround from her for the umpteenth time, I was fortunate enough to get help from Spencer, who was able to get me the part I needed, in less than 1 wk. Normally, after being given the "runaround", by their Service gal, for as long as I had, I would NEVER have gone back to this store. But, because of Spencer's due diligence and attention to this long overdue matter, I will shop there again. If I ran a business, I would most definitely, hire Spencer. However, the regular Service gal would be making tracks for the door.

Great Service! My family was having a difficult time getting/understanding what we needed to finish our bedroom set up and Spencer Johnson was a huge help. Very friendly service, enjoyable and knowledgeable. He helped me quickly and went the extra mile. Not only did he provide multiple options which he was familiar with, he then checked stock found it in another store and had me ready to pick up in minutes. We were looking recliners. The sale person was very helpful and let us know the prices for there good Friday sale, what the policies are and about the time frame for delivery.

Was told that they are just a showroom. If you want anything you have to order it. We ordered a couch the first week of September. Was told it would take 2-5 weeks to get here. We called them after 5 weeks and was told that it was delayed another 5-6 weeks. Called them again after another 6 weeks (it has now been 11 weeks since we ordered) and was told that it was discontinued and won't be available again until March!!! We went to the store and cancelled our order. What makes me super mad is they never contacted us we always contacted them. They should have told us as soon as they knew. Another thing that made me mad was when we went to the store to cancel they still have the couch on display to sell. They shouldn't be allowed to sell a product that isn't currently being manufactured and won't be available until March!!

We were really happy at first with our customer service at this store, but now when we have to ask about the warranty it is never how they make it sound when they sale it to you and there is always extra expenses involved. It seems Ashley's furniture is always about hidden fees and never just taking care of their customers. We are very disappointed.

This place is awful. Takes forever to get your items. We spent nearly 4 grand on a bed and 3 barstools and apparently it’s going to take 5 months to even receive our items. This place is a joke

From the moment I went in I felt very welcome. The people were friendly and willing to help and they showed me everything I wanted and were more than willing to answer questions I had for them. Their furniture also was beautiful and had they had tons and tons of options. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

Great crew all around! Helped us get into a great mattress last year and when we came back today to get another mattress protector my wife found a great pair of sheets she loved as well! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I am including the only email I could find for customer service as well. I called at 6:14pm on 09/22/2021 to ask for the manager Paul Landon,  Jen answered the phone and said she isn't allowed to give the store managers email to a paying disgruntled customer.  This has been a not good experience.  We have been Ashley customers for years and have loved every store we have dealt with from Laguna Hills to Salt Lake City.  The Idaho Falls store has been terrible about communicating what is happening with the $10,000 in furniture we ordered.  The fact that the store manager refuses to give out contact info is absolutely ridiculous.FIXED- The manager Paul definitely accepted responsibility and got this worked out. Very happy with the final outcome.

Beautiful furniture, terrible (worse than terrible) customer service. We worked with Patricia. We just bought a new home and we were very excited to get new furniture. Patricia took forever to enter our information and it turned out she entered it wrong, because we were denied financial assistance. A month later I received a letter saying that we were denied because my husband is DECEASED AND HE IS NOT!!! She entered his DOB wrong and when I called, she couldn't even apologize. I asked to speak to a manager, he never called back, may be they thought it's not a big deal messing up somebody's DOB and having him denied because of that. We ended up getting as much as we could afford. We ordered our couch on February 5th and the couch just arrived on July 8th. We were originally told 12-14 weeks so they didn't keep even this word. After finding out all that plus that our couch is coming most likely in May (and it was even after that), I asked Patricia if I can cancel this order and she tried to make me feel bad that she would lose her commission if I do it. I am not sure why she thinks she even deserve this commission after all the great work she did with us.... and if we were approved for financial assistance we would have spent even more in this store, so she really cost a lose to her employer.. On top of everything, every time when we call to ask for an update (WE CALLED EVERY TIME, BECAUSE NOBODY BOTHERED TO CALL US FOR AN UPDATE) we were told different dates and they never kept them, but didn't even communicate with us. We had some of the stuff delivered one time - so they definitely had our address, but when it was time to deliver the second part of our order - it turned out that they delayed it, because they thought we live in a different city.. HOW.. I don't understand, but all I know is that I really like their furniture, but unfortunately I would never make the mistake to order from them again. Bad, very bad communication even between departments in the store.. Thank you Ashley for ruining our excitement about our new house. Thank you for reporting my husband as dead, that was quite a shock..

I moved here to Idaho Falls 11/6/20 and purchased a couch for my basement living room on 11/14/20. I received the final piece of the couch 5/3/21. First off, when I purchased the couch I was told that it would take 8-14 weeks to arrive- after I had already paid for the couch. Had I known before I paid, I would have looked elsewhere. I guess I should have asked instead of making the incorrect assumption that it would be just a couple weeks like it had been for a different purchase I had made in AZ a couple years ago. When mid January rolled around, I called to see how the couch was doing and was told it was delayed until mid April. I received no notice of this delay until I called. I was tempted to cancel the order and look elsewhere but I didn’t simply because I didn’t have much time to go couch shopping again. When April rolled around, I called again (no notice from Ashley’s whatsoever until I called once again). I was eventually told the couch set was expected in the next week or two. I got a call finally around April 19th telling me that the whole set had arrived and that they could deliver a few days later. When the delivery arrived around April 22nd, one third of the couch set was missing. I immediately called Ashley’s again and they said they made a mistake and that the final piece was still in Washington. Around April 28th I got a call that the final piece was in and that it couldn’t be delivered until May 3rd. May 3rd the final piece of my order arrived. I give 1 star for the following reasons: 1. Poor communication: the only way I found out about order delays was by calling and asking first. When I received information on a call, I was given incorrect information. 2. Almost 6 months to receive order: I used blankets and pillows on hard floor for almost 6 months waiting for the couch to arrive. 3. No effort at all to reconcile Ashley’s faults: no offer of discount, refund, store credit, etc which equates in my mind to poor customer service in this situation.

So helpful and friendly! When we bought a sectional and found out it was too big. They switched one of the parts for a smaller piece for free and zero hassle. Always have great interactions with them!

The woman to who helped us didn’t pressure us into purchasing we went in knowing exactly what we wanted thinking we’d have to order the sofa and love seat set but they luckily had the sofa in stock and the color we wanted so we paid and ordered the loveseat. She honestly made it super easy and quick and with a toddler that’s always the best! Everyone was awesome to deal with. Only downfall that has nothing to do with them is that it takes 16-20 weeks for the loveseat to arrive! I would definitely purchase here again.

The place looks like they are under construction everything is in boxes and no one would help us because we told them we where going to be buying at another store because we’re moving out of state. It was just frustrating.

Love the furniture, but after purchasing it’s taken forever to arrive. But the worst part is they don’t keep you updated, they don’t communicate right when you call and want to know information. It’s super frustrating after paying all that money 🙄

We bought a beautiful leather couch and multiple “better than a box spring” frames. We have been wowed by the customer service and care we’ve received from the folks at Idaho falls Ashley furniture store. Our new puppy chewed through the electric recliner cords of our couch and they took care of helping me get them replaced. We even drive up from Pocatello because of the great customer service.

If I could leave “0” stars, I would. We bought an expensive kitchen table three years ago and purchased the warranty through Ashley’s for an extra $200. We were promised that it would cover everything but going back to Ashley’s to take advantage of the warranty exactly the way we were told to do when we bought it, we were told you have to report each tiny thing the second it happens(which they never said at the time) and they would not honor the warranty. I was planning on purchasing a bedroom set and another table set that day but I will never buy from them again. I would video the things they promise if you buy from them.

I will never buy from them again. Ordered 2 couches in July 2020 , just had them delivered this week! 7-10 weeks turned into 8 months! Everytime I called they had a new excuse. I feel like they just strung me along. Very disappointed. Only positive is the couches look nice. We'll see if they hold up.

Love the quality of their furniture. HOWEVER. I bought a complete bedroom set almost 6 months ago and was told it would take 4-6 weeks. I’m still waiting on my nightstands and no one can tell me when they will be here. I would have been fine waiting this long, I understand the reasons, but they set the expectation up all wrong.

Store overall is good but customer service is the worse. Getting someone to come over and fix furniture you had brought is a pain.

I’m not gonna name names, but the customer service could use a little help here. We ordered a couch and two sitting chairs. We were told an easy four weeks, by thanksgiving. When thanksgiving came, there was no update. We called and it was said our couches were more likely a month out, said to be shipped on December 15. We were still happy as we know things can happen and whatever covid is doing. Well the funny thing is, our chairs came in and nobody called. It got to the week of Christmas and we had guests coming, so I called the store again. We were able to get our chairs but the couch was now on back order til January 15... one person said covid, one person said the delivery crew took vacation to be with family for the holidays. What?! So now it’s the end of January, still no couch and still no explanation. I’d like some of my money back for all this time we haven’t had a couch..

Terrible customer service. We have been told Covid has ruined the shipping dates, understandable. It’s been 5 months since we purchased our couch. Still waiting on 1 piece. Our salesman Nick hasn’t been in contact and anytime I want info I have to call. Then talked with the manager and they informed me I would be put on a weekly call list, and that never happened. Nick won’t answer phone calls and just texts back or leaves VM when it’s convenient for him. I have never been updated on the arrival of my couch, and every time I have called the dates have been pushed back weeks at best. It’s very frustrating. Manager talks in circles about how Covid has ruined things, but why are factories only making pieces of a sectional at a time? I will never understand. Because I was told 2 weeks ago the other part of my couch would be in.. here we are at 2 weeks and no couch, I called and it’s still going to be a month away. At this point I’m not excited about my couch, I just want my moneys worth.

Great people, they were very polite, helpful and professional. They even have a 3 or 4 foot monitor so you can see similar items like you are looking for without walking all over the whole store. A very nice place to shop.

My wife and I ordered a new TV stand and coffee table over the phone because of an online promotion. We were originally told that it would take 6 weeks by Nicolas. We were fine with that. 6 weeks came and went. We decided to call and to see what was taking so long. We were told it would be another 6 weeks. At this point we decided to look at other options. We called over at least 6 times and the salesman Nicolas didn't call us back. He sent us some confusing text messages about shipping and how there was no way we could get a refund because the tv stand and coffee table had already shipped. When we asked for a tracking # he said that they wouldn't ship until the following week. Well which is it Nic? Did it ship or did it not... Whenever we tried to call his personal number he never answered and would only text back poorly written responses that made us question his intelligence. He tried telling us that he could cancel but we wouldn't get our money back. We decided to call the manager since Nicolas wasn't helping. The manager (Mike) cancelled our order for us and started the process to properly refund us. Mike deserves 5 stars for his kindness and helpfulness, and his honesty! We don't need deceitful salesman like Nicolas going behind a good company's back and building a poor reputation. Nicolas was no Saint! Crossing our fingers that we get the money back on our card soon!

This has been a terrible experience. The salesman told us 6-8 weeks for delivery. It’s now been 3 months. Every time I call, they take my name and say they’ll have my salesman get back to me which he never does. Finally I called and demanded someone tell me the status of my order immediately and someone told me half the couch (a sectional) is at their warehouse and they’re waiting on the other half. They’re not made at the same time?!?! Dye lots are important! I am very nervous we’re going to get our couch and it’s going to be two different colors. I can’t believe it’s taking this long. I understand Covid has been difficult but very unprofessionally handled. I’m really wishing I had bought the one at Odells that they had in stock!!!!

I received my order and it was damaged. It was returned to the store. However they charged me $100 for delivery and another $100 for picking it up. I could understand the first $100 but I feel that I should not have paid for the return. The salesman was apologetic however I’m out $200 and nothing to show for it. Very disappointed customer.

Big shout to Chantel!!! We had an AMAZING experience at this Ashley Homestore! We have been thinking about buying a specific sectional for awhile but either couldn't find it anywhere or we found it but it was extremely expensive. On a whim we called Ashley Homestore on a holiday and even though they were busy, the lady took my info and the item # of the couch we were hoping to find and said someone would call us back. Chantel called us back superquick and let us know that part of the sectional had arrived that very day!! They reserved it for us and we hurried over and signed all of the paperwork. As soon as we arrived someone offered to help and found Chantel for us, and she was so sweet and helpful in person too! Everyone was cheerful and it was such a positive experience. We even got a thoughtful letter in the mail from Chantel thanking us for coming in. Seriously incredible service. Give that girl a raise! I feel very grateful!! As a note- we LOVE our new sectional! It is so comfy cozy and a dream for a fantastic price. THANK YOU ASHLEY HOMESTORE!!!

Couldn't be more disappointed. Couch was defective from delivery, tried many times to get ahold of their warranty department and nobody responded. Leather has worn terribly after just over a year, already needs full refinish. Very low quality and poor service.

So so so happy with the experience we had at the Ashley outlet store next to Planet Fitness. We were not bombarded with salesman the second we walked through the door - which was so refreshing! They stayed at the counter and let us know they were there when we needed them. We found a living room set we liked at an already amazing price and Deja gave us an even better deal on them when we decided we wanted to purchase the set. We've been to other discount furniture stores that don't give any warranties on their furniture, but at Ashley's we received a 5 year warranty for a SUPER good price! Deja was amazing and the process was super quick and painless. 12 months no interest! Thank you Ashley's!

The furniture selection here is pretty good. There are lots of really great pieces of furniture. I went in the other day and was helped by Morgan. She is very friendly and eager to help. While I didn’t buy anything, I was treated really well and I felt welcomed.

Ordered our couches two weeks ago, we went and picked them up, got them all the way home, and realized they were wrong! Called the store then went back in and Jackson made everything ok! Even let us keep the wrong couches until the new ones get here in two weeks.

We will never EVER buy from the Idaho Falls Ashley Furniture Home Store again! Went in on their Black Friday sales looking to actually buy and take home furniture that day. Worked with a very nice salesperson and we quickly discovered we would have to special order the furniture we wanted. We explicitly stated to the salesperson that we had to have the furniture by X date and she assured us it would be there and we actually believed her! We had to call them on the last day of the time frame they gave us at 6:00 at night. We found out that our couch pieces had arrived but the other 3 items were all scheduled to come on different days all which would be past our time frame! We asked if they could deliver the couch pieces and they said they couldn’t deliver it by when we needed it. I guess they expected us to make a 3 hour round trip drive on 4 separate occasions to pick up all our items as they arrived. Absolutely ridiculous! We balked at this and the manager claimed he wanted to “make it right” so we asked for delivery but nope they couldn’t do that. Seems like they aren’t really interested in making it right for us just making it right for them! To the managers credit he did manage to get all of our items there a week after our deadline and then we of course had to go pick them all up! We feel like they tell you what you wanna hear, take your money and then they are done with you! If we didn’t call them I think we’d still be waiting for them to call us! I can’t review the furniture as it’s still in the trailer waiting to he unloaded but we’re hopeful that it’s decent quality! You can buy Ashley Furniture products at other furniture stores so I suggest doing that and skip the Idaho Falls Home Store.

Three years ago, we were looking for a new bedroom set for our master bedroom. We looked at several furniture stores in Idaho Falls. We bought our new bedroom set at Ashley HomeStore because of its better construction and quality and the owner, Paul Landon, gave us a great price. Fast forward to November 2019. We decided to upgrade the furniture in our living and family rooms. Once again, we looked at the main furniture stores in Idaho Falls. It came down to a sofa we really liked at Modern Home and the Trampton power reclining sofa and loveseat with console we liked at Ashley HomeStore. We were working with Julie at Ashley HomeStore. We went back several times to look at the furniture, ask questions, and even compare the color of the furniture to the new carpet we had ordered. Paul, Julie, Derek, and the rest of the staff at Ashley HomeStore were always friendly and took the time to answer our questions. When we showed Paul a photo of the sofa we liked at Modern Home and asked if he would match their price for a similar Ashley furniture sofa, he said he would not match their price, he would beat it. We ordered a sofa, the Trampton power reclining sofa and loveseat, and an end table. The furniture came in one the date as promised and the two gentlemen who delivered the furniture were professional and very careful as the moved each piece into our home and set it up. The power lumbar support stopped working in one of the two seats in the power reclining sofa the same day it was delivered. We called Derek the next day at Ashley HomeStore and they scheduled a technician to come to our home. In less than five minutes, the technician had the power lumbar working again. There was a loose connection in the switch. We highly recommend Ashley HomeStore for their friendly staff, quality-built furniture, and great prices.

We bought a couple of couches and a new bed frame the sales team and manager and owner were all wonderful and very patient and kind with our children running around playing on their furniture. When The bed frame arrived there was a damaged corner and the rails didn't match the headboard we returned them and they immediately without question said we will replace and they were genuine and kind about the whole return process no judgment didn't make me feel like I did something wrong thank you Ashley. You have a good team of people!

I felt the deal we got on the two couches was a good one. We had a great salesperson (Craig), who was very personable and great with our little 5-year-old, who was growing impatient after furniture shopping all day. Craig helped us find the best deal. Still, I gave the 3-star because we clearly and specifically asked the office to notify a specific phone number, which they never called. It turns out that our couch was sitting in their office for 10 days and no one thought to call the correct number, instead calling a number I don't use often. Pretty frustrated with that. Other than the poor communication, I would recommend this store as one of the best places in Idaho Falls to find furniture.

Great service! Our salesman wasn't pushy at all. He was friendly, showed us examples and offered great solutions. Will purchase from them again. *Adjusting my review. We purchased two chairs for our living room. We have sat in them only a few times (we are not overweight people). The back on one cracked and the other, the leg broke, just by sitting in them. Looking at their construction, it looks like they were built of balsa wood. Beautiful but so cheaply made. IKEA furniture is less expensive and lasts longer then this. We are so disappointed by the quality of the chairs. We well NEVER purchase from Ashley's again.

Help was good but the prices are kind of high and you have to order the furniture and wait two weeks for it.

Used these guys for furnishing multiple homes and our office. Couldn’t be better service. Paul and his crew were super helpful. Definitely will use again and is the best furniture experience in town.

This place is overpriced and the products I received were not packed well at all with missing parts. Check online and come into the store for a price check.

***UPDATE*** The owner and my original salesperson got a hold of me and took care of everything!!! They made it easy to get everything fixed and we're great! Truly appreciate their understanding on the matter! Extremely disappointed in my experience here. We bought a chaise sofa 6 months ago in sage, when we had some extra money. A lot is going on in our lives; planning a wedding, both new jobs, and we just bought a house. We made it perfectly clear our intentions were to add to what we bought. We picked a line signature to Ashley and was assured they don't discontinue the colors. 6 months later, our color has been discontinued. We went in to see if it would still be possible to track down the second piece we wanted. I was obviously frustrated, because this was exactly what I wanted to avoid. Overall, I felt like the manager was just trying to shuffle us out. He said he would see if anyone in the region had one in stock. Ultimately, the manager's advice was to sell the chaise that's practically brand new (since it's been sitting in the basement for 6 months), or take up my frustrations with our salesman! The manager just threw his salesman under the bus! To be honest I don't really see this situation as our fault, they were the ones that assured it would be fine, so they should fix it. I would have bought the couch regardless, with proper warning I would have just bought the brown one! It's their signature line and one of their most affordable lines, so they just need to eat the cost and let us trade it out. I understand that their salemen can't know everything, but they should play it safe in situations like this, let it be a teaching moment.

Mike our salesman and Jamie in delivery are such nice people! I purchased a bedframe and mattress from them and had it delivered to us, and put together. Unfortunately, the bedframe I purchased is so popular that it was on back order. The plus side is that Jamie and Mike gave us a discount because of it! Please remember, if your going to buy furniture around their busy time of year (which I'm assuming is tax season) be kind and patient... Everyone has the same idea as you: let's get new furniture! Thank you Mike and Jamie, we will be back for sure!
