They have a great selection of furniture as well as friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’m very happy with the experience and appreciate the time they gave us to make sure we left with exactly what we needed to make our home more comfortable.

Every experience that I've had with the Ashley store and its employees has been top tier! Customer service at this store has been phenomenal. I've ordered a few items from them and from exchanges to returns, their attention to detail and helpful demeanor is a breath of fresh air. If you get lucky enough to have Spencer and Austin as your delivery guys, they'll definitely go above and beyond to ensure your furniture is brought in with care and placed perfectly. TIP THEM!!

This is a wonderful store, the customer service is outstanding . Has a very homey and relaxing feel which made my buying experience stress-free and enjoyable! On top of that, they have a beautiful selection of furniture, highly recommend.

Went into the home store over the weekend they were all homely looking, hair not appropriate, sitting on sofas while on cell phones. Told them what I was looking for. They then proceeded to follow me around not giving me a chance to look and talk to my husband in private. Decided to leave went to the outlet up the road. When I walked in I was professionally greeted by Danny. Danny had customers in there already so Sean stepped in and finished helping us. We have never been more pleased or amazed at the professionalism we received at the outlet would recommend over the home store 10 out of 10.

There was an outside tent sale of discounted furniture and I was able to score 2 chairs and a couch for a very affordable price, thanks to the salesman Adam. He helped me with two different purchases and he was able to contact me when another shipment came in just which was what I was looking for. When we entered Ashley we were immediately welcomed by Mr. Travis Leonhardt, Sales Associate. Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous, Patient! He answered all our questions making sure we had no further questions about what we were looking for. Upon finalizing our purchase, we were greeted by Mr. Mike Paxton, General Manager, who asked if there's was anything else we may need. We then met with the head of Delivery: Dan, who got the information needed to delivery our purchases in no later than two days. Thank you all at Ashley so very much for taking care of us. We were only looking for a floor lamp, which we found, but were pleasantly surprised at the quantity and variety of styles of furniture available. I will definitely check them next time I need anything

They helped insure a trouble free delivery and set up with great communication meeting all expectations. Bought bedroom furniture from Ashley Outlet Furniture. Had a great experience with the Sales Group! We took some furniture home that day and ordered a dresser that came in earlier than expected which we are happy about! There was an issue with the dresser that came in and they were so helpful and understanding with the mishap on the dresser and they took care of it! I ordered a bedroom set over the weekend, and the gentleman from my local ( 2hrs away) store contacted me this Monday morning. They’ve provided lots of info on delivery, upgrade options and timelines as well as answering all of my questions. So far, it’s a 5 star experience. TBD on how the actual products look and perform.

Bought a power recliner from these folks (actually at their Timberline store) in 2019. A couple weeks ago the chair quit working so we stopped by the Timberline store to see what they could do. This was on a Monday and at 0800 Wednesday a technician was at our home in Tetonia and the chair fixed, with no charge. These folks are awesome! Our favorite furniture stores indeed!

They were all very helpful! We were able to get a nice couch and table for a good price!

We shopped all over for new living room seating. Not only is the product the most comfortable we found for bad backs and knees, it was the best priced. Added bonus that our salesperson, Travis, understood our goals, gave us the space to decide and guided us to the perfect set.- The whole experience (that I had been dreading) turned out to be low pressure, exceptional service.

I always have a great experience with Ashley's. I always tend to get Devin. He's super friendly and helpful. They always have the best prices. I recently went there for bookcases. I just went to another store. There bookcases were double what Ashley's was. I ended up buying two from Ashley's and they were exactly the color and style I was looking for.

Wonderful experience! Some few months ago I went there with my mom to see the cauches on Black Friday. We liked one but it was gonna be available few months later because they get out of stock. Anyways, they showed us another one they had in the warehouse available and we like it even more so we bought it. They were GREAT with the delivery too. All the staff is very friendly.

Just recently bought a new bed from Ashleys and I have to say we were treated so amazing, couldn't have asked for a better salesman. We were looking for a split king bed with adjustable base. My husband suffered a stroke a year ago and the salesman helped us choose a purple mattress that would accommodate my husband's new needs, not the most expensive either, just the right one that would work best for having to sleep upright. The salesman was patient and very informative, we could not have asked for a better buying experience

It would be five stars because every time I went in I was always acknowledged and helped. After measuring and looking at different couches/sectionals trying to figure out what would fit/work best in the space I had, I finally settled on one, ordered it along with a bed frame. I was told that the sectional was in stock just missing one piece (an extra seat I decided to add). But could get it delivered within a week. They said the bed would be about 2-3 weeks to get with the extra seat. The day after placing the order I was told that the they actually didn’t have the couch in stock and it would be 2-3 weeks for the couch with the bed. After 4 weeks I didn’t hear anything, gave them a call and was told that the everything was on back order and that it would be a couple weeks. After not hearing anything again, I went into the store because on the phone I couldn’t get any answers. I was told I’d get a call back and never did. Turns out the bed had been at the store for about a week and no one had called to schedule a delivery. I asked about the couch and was told that it wouldn’t be arriving until the last half of January when it was order in the beginning of November with a 2-3 week time line. I asked for a loaner couch (which they do provide but did not offer). Yes I understand it was the holiday season and probably a busy time for everyone but a little communication from the sales rep that sold me the couch or getting a call back with information would have been appreciated. I got the bed frame delivered and the loaner couch for the time being at the end of December. I finally got the couch I ordered 8 weeks after the original delivery date at the end of January.

They were very helpful and patient while we were making our decision on which sofas to buy.

I went to Ashley's Store with very little hope at finding the perfect lamps for my home. As expected they had nothing that I was looking for, just as I was about to leave the salesman said "why don't you breeze thru or computer before you go". Not 5 minutes into looking there was exactly what I wanted and at half the cost I expected to pay. "I'll be back" for more when needed.

My seat cushions on my sectional were sagging pretty good so I called to get them replaced and they took care of me right away! They knew just what I needed and ordered them in only a few minutes. I absolutely love Ashley’s Furniture and their sales staff. This is the second time I’ve bought an entire house of furniture through Ashley’s, back in 2019 due to a house fire I bought a 5,000 square ft home full of furniture and again yesterday we bought an entire house full of furniture because of selling our cabin in Island Park. Anyway, the salesman Devin was awesome and he gave us some great deals. If you need to furnish your entire home I highly recommend Ashley Furniture. Or just a bedroom or living room or dining room go to Ashley’s on First street and ask for Devin, he knows his furniture

Had plans on buying a king bedroom set today from the Ashley store. I was the only customer in the store. I wondered thru the store looking from front to back, side to side. A salesperson never greeted or acknowledged me the whole time. I observe 6 people at the sales counter. None of them looked my way. I stopped at the front doors for a few minutes and waited. Still no acknowledgement. Decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Once out in the parking lot, I called the Ashley Store and spoke to a nice lady. I explained what happened and said I was going to Blackers Furniture for my purchases now. I guess it's true, Customer service is truly not here anymore. I won't be back to Ashley Furniture, they don't want my business.

We have purchased several things from Ashley (a couch, a sectional and now a dining table and chairs). Ryan Mullins is our go-to guy. He is super knowledgeable and friendly. He is happy to help you make a selection or just let you browse. When we were looking for the new dining table and chairs, we showed him pictures of where it would be going, and he helped us pick the perfect one. He not only knows everything about their inventory, but knows what questions to ask if you want his help in making a choice. They delivered it yesterday, and it looks even better than we anticipated.

We were not looking forward to couch shopping because we had very specific requirements that a lot of other stores weren’t able to meet. I was told what appeared to me to be a lie and yet they sold me one off the floor anyway but not the one we really wanted! Don’t recommend Ashley at this time. Use local furniture stores instead.

I love love love my table, I’ve been looking for over two years and I’m picky. So I’m really happy with what I got, I wish there were more options for matching chairs. I also don’t agree that the chairs are priced pretty high and individually… yet you have to buy a minimum of two. It should be two for a cheaper price or able to buy one. All the staff were polite with us and we were lucky, everything was in stock but one item so we went home with what we wanted.

Just because I wasn't dressed like a millionaire doesn't mean I shouldn't get the same customer service. I went into the establishment to purchase a mattress. After waiting for roughly 10 minutes, someone approached me to offer service. Granted, that doesn't seem like a long time, but the store wasn't busy. Also, other customers who arrived after myself were taken care of before me. After talking to the salesperson for a while, I had the choice between two mattresses. Before I had made my choice, the salesperson told me they needed to take care of something and would be right back. After waiting for what seemed to be about 15 minutes, I decided to leave. (THE BEST PART) Leaving the store, I noticed the salesperson sitting on a couch using their phone, for who knows what. Also, some other very nice salespeople sitting on another couch then asked me at the last moment if I'd been helped or needed anything. I told them no. I'll go elsewhere. I told them the name of the original salesperson, hoping something changes. But the more I thought about it, all of them needed to take responsibility for a lost sale and terrible customer service.

Sales Rep was helpful and had several options for me to choose from, so it was great.

I found what I was looking for quickly, the salesperson was able to get me a better price than it was listed for. That always makes me happy. I would have liked to have taken it home that day but was told they don’t stock most things and would have to have it shipped to the store. Luckily it was only supposed to take a couple or 3 weeks to arrive, but it was here in 6 days. They promptly let me know it was here and set up a time for me to pick it up.

Both salespersons with whom we worked (in the purchase of a coffee table and an end table) were very helpful. UPDATE…A number of weeks after purchasing the coffee table and end table, we returned to the Ashley store in Idaho Falls and bought 3 more items of furniture. Our salesperson, Trish, was very helpful and patient as we deliberated about options.

Okay first thing: Ryan Mullins helped us and he is beyond wonderful. We had so many questions, looked at so many couches before deciding, and had our toddler to handle throughout. Despite all that, Ryan was patient, kind, and addressed every concern we had. We ended up with a couch we’re really happy with at a really manageable price. PLUS a really decent warranty that they handle in-house (very cool because third party warranties can be a nightmare). We’d been couch shopping all day and were tired of it - I’m so glad we made one more stop here! Highly recommend :)

Salespeople were helpful but not following us around. We liked the chance to look by ourselves. After we found what we wanted they were awesome.

We were looking for a set of barstools to sit at our kitchen island. During a trip to Salt Lake, we stopped in to the Ashley store there and found exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the store there did not have them in stock, and the local warehouse was closed the day we were in town. After speaking with the salesman there, we elected to go to our Idaho Falls Ashley store and order the items there. Keep in mind, we already knew what we wanted and were ready to order. I phoned the Idaho Falls store on a Monday afternoon and asked the saleswoman two easy questions: Is it possible to order just three stools (because they were being sold in a two-pack), and was there any advantage to ordering for store pickup as opposed to shipping straight to my home. The saleswoman then proceeded to give me a sales pitch about their white glove store pickup, told me about this fabulous sale they were having on couches, etc. All of this was a waste of time as I had already told her what I wanted. Then she said she was having computer problems and was going to place me on hold while she moved to another computer. The second computer was also having problems and she asked if she could call me back. I assumed this meant within a few minutes, or at latest the next day. She never called back. The next evening, I found the exact same bar stools on T@rget's website for $60 less per set, with free expedited shipping and a much better return policy. This is the 3rd time I've been snubbed at this store. I'm glad they are doing so well and don't need my business as I won't be shopping there ever.

We made our first purchase at Ashley Home Furniture last week and we are so glad that we did! I had never been in the store before and I was impressed at how much inventory they had and the size of the warehouse. We worked with Ryan and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was pretty indecisive and took quite a while to make up my mind. Ryan was very patient and measured each bit of the sectional to help me decide which pieces I would want to order and how I would want to configure it. He looked at pictures of our family room on my phone to help me decide what would look best. I had found the exact sectional on another website online for a much cheaper price, but they were able to work with me on the price point and I’m glad I was able to shop local and have real actual people there to help if issues arise (we bought the in-house 5 year care warranty). I am sure anybody could find any type of sofa they need or want at the store! I highly recommend it!

I have called 5 times today pushing numbers to talk to any department and have spoke with no one.) Sure their furniture is nice but if you Decide to buy with them, you better hope you don’t have any issues or repairs needed because it won’t happen. Got a couch from furniture row the same time for our basement, had an issue and they came and fixed/replaced the piece in less than a week.. Id take your business elsewhere!

She take the time to know your style and helps you find items that may work better, but are not on the showroom floor. I had initially left a one star, but the store manager (Matt) really made sure we got taken care of and fix our problem. The owner and him are both very generous and easy to work with.

We were shopping for nursing chairs and got to have a good look at all our options. Daniel did a great job explaining our options and we were able to purchase a swiveling recliner with the perfect payment plan for us!

Salespeople were great. But I bought a floor model which I looked over very well and had no imperfections. As I was paying for it they decided to load it on my trailer as I was also picking up a couch and loveseat. When I got there to tie my load up my girlfriend says look at what they just did. They cracked the leg and dented it in a few spots she tried to tell them and the people loading it completely ignored her and didn’t care they damaged the dresser. She also was holding a moving blanket that we wanted to wrap it in and she asked them if she could put it down first and they didn’t acknowledge her and slid it on the floor of the trailer. I asked the salesman to come and look at what they did and he just looked at me and said well I’ll let them know. And walked back inside I was out waiting for a manager and nobody came out after 20 minutes so I left. I did end up talking with management about this situation and they did apologize. Good to know management stands behind their service. Jen and Mike were both great in response to this situation.

Good selection. Got a recliner and sofa for 1500.

They have a pretty decent selection in the store. We went in looking for something specific. We were helped right away and everyone was very friendly. We had checked online prior to going into the store and I’m glad we did. What we wanted had to be ordered in and the same thing we saw online was $200 more to order in the store. They did say they could price match the online price, but if you don’t know to check online first you will probably pay a lot more. Other than that it’s really good. The quality looks good, you get helped right away, and everything is very pretty.

My husband and I bought and ordered a love seat at their other location Timberline Home in October, picked it up at the end of November at their main store on 1st street and 2 months later the weld broke on the footrest portion of my recliner. I called them immediately to have a technichian come out and fix it, seeing as how not only was it brand new, but we also had purchased an extended warrenty in house. I was offered an apology that it had broken and that the part would be ordered, I would be informed when it had shipped so an appointment could be made for repair. That was the beginning of February. Here it is the end of March, not only have I had to call them multiple times to find out what is going and everytime being told that they don't have any clue and that they will check on it and get back to me, but then I never get a call back and have to go through the entire run around again!!! I am beyond upset and frustrated that here we are 2 months later I still have a brand new, broken chair with no date or time of repair. Their customer service is horrible and needs to be seriously worked on. Would not recommend if you ever plan on being taken care of after your inital purchase.

Great store and the staff is responsive without being annoying

I love Ashley Furniture and have used this store before but I made the mistake of ordering an Ashely chair from another outlet because of a small difference in price and it still took 6-8 weeks to arrive but the after customer service was horrendous. These guys went above and beyond for me yesterday and proved once again that its better to shop or order from THIS store than end up paying more because online outlets refuse to assist and provide no after care. They took the time to answer questions and assist me with how to set up my chair and explained the process. Thank you so very much everyone and I will see you again when I take on my next project (Bedroom) and It will definitely be from YOUR store.

We came in to look around and start planning what our new home will look like. Blane was super friendly, made us feel very welcome, and tried to point us in a direction. Similar thing goes for the rest of the staff. Would recommend this place to any of our friends and will be coming back ourselves to purchase some things come fall.

Garbage costumer service!! Ordered a table and 3 months later, they called us to come pick it up. We asked them how long it has been there and they acted real shady about it, like it has been there awhile and just failed to call us about it. When I went to pick it up, I waited over 30 minutes until someone came out to load it. Won’t buy anything from them again.

I am giving this 5 Star review, to Spencer, at the Idaho Falls, Ashley store. I had been dealing with a female Ashley employee in their Service dept., since last Nov. 2021! Finally, after getting the runaround from her for the umpteenth time, I was fortunate enough to get help from Spencer, who was able to get me the part I needed, in less than 1 wk. Normally, after being given the "runaround", by their Service gal, for as long as I had, I would NEVER have gone back to this store. But, because of Spencer's due diligence and attention to this long overdue matter, I will shop there again. If I ran a business, I would most definitely, hire Spencer. However, the regular Service gal would be making tracks for the door.

Our sales person, Devon, did a great job at being a polite sales person. He had a good amount of persistence as is expected for a sales person, but was never too pushy.

Great Service! My family was having a difficult time getting/understanding what we needed to finish our bedroom set up and Spencer Johnson was a huge help. Very friendly service, enjoyable and knowledgeable. He helped me quickly and went the extra mile. Not only did he provide multiple options which he was familiar with, he then checked stock found it in another store and had me ready to pick up in minutes. After that I went around back and to my surprise saw him helping the warehouse staff to ensure every single detail of the transaction went great! Thank you Spencer and thank you Ashley Homestore!

We were looking recliners. The sale person was very helpful and let us know the prices for there good Friday sale, what the policies are and about the time frame for delivery.

Was told that they are just a showroom. If you want anything you have to order it. We ordered a couch the first week of September. Was told it would take 2-5 weeks to get here. We called them after 5 weeks and was told that it was delayed another 5-6 weeks. Called them again after another 6 weeks (it has now been 11 weeks since we ordered) and was told that it was discontinued and won't be available again until March!!! We went to the store and cancelled our order. What makes me super mad is they never contacted us we always contacted them. They should have told us as soon as they knew. Another thing that made me mad was when we went to the store to cancel they still have the couch on display to sell. They shouldn't be allowed to sell a product that isn't currently being manufactured and won't be available until March!!

We were really happy at first with our customer service at this store, but now when we have to ask about the warranty it is never how they make it sound when they sale it to you and there is always extra expenses involved. It seems Ashley's furniture is always about hidden fees and never just taking care of their customers. We are very disappointed.

This place is awful. Takes forever to get your items. We spent nearly 4 grand on a bed and 3 barstools and apparently it’s going to take 5 months to even receive our items. This place is a joke

From the moment I went in I felt very welcome. The people were friendly and willing to help and they showed me everything I wanted and were more than willing to answer questions I had for them. Their furniture also was beautiful and had they had tons and tons of options. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

Great crew all around! Helped us get into a great mattress last year and when we came back today to get another mattress protector my wife found a great pair of sheets she loved as well! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
