First, Austin and all the people were grate!!! The schooner power recliner is made for tall people it is soft and comfortable I only have two complaints first it was for me but it is hard to get the wife out of it and the cup holders are only good for long neck bottles but I can live with that I love it!!

I purchased a love seat and couch from Ashley’s. The service was excellent. Austin Sumsion was the salesman. He worked with me and ordered our furniture and will cal us so we can look at the true color since there wasn’t anything in the warehouse that color. I would recommend Ashley.

I visited the store needing a mattress quickly but I had a specific model in mind. Multiple sales reps jumped in to find available options and ended up locating the one I wanted in the showroom at another store. I received a discount and was able to pick it up the same day. I have always been happy with my shopping experiences at Ashley but I feel like Sean and Devin went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.

Very happy with the service! The salesman, Sean was not pushy. He didn’t hover. He gave us the information we needed and then left us to browse and test the mattresses. He checked back a couple of times to answer our questions but was not at all pushy about making a sale.

I spent 6 hrs going from Ashley home store to Ashley outlet...I was very happy with what I bought. The salesmen was so helpful, an kind also very understandable. As I asked alot question and poor guys at Ashley's was so good to me, had poor guy moving furniture around to different ways and comparing furniture with other items to see how they blending together. Experience at the store was great, good customer service, etc. We ordered a couch it arrived damaged. It took 3+ weeks for Ashley to come pick it back up. Used the credit for a dinning room table since we could not find a couch we liked to replace the damaged one. When the table arrived, the delivery men walked through our house with muddy shoes and left the floor a mess. Two of the chairs were on backorder. After ~3 weeks my husband drove the hr + to Ashley to pick them up since it was taking so long to have them delivered. Over all poor experience and we wont be purchasing anything from Ashley in the future.

I visited the outlet location a couple of times checking out mattresses. Every time salesmen were always available but never pushy. They just let me look. They had nice displays and the pricing was incredible and quality was great. They were always friendly and when I came to pick up they had everything ready and loaded it right in my truck. Shout out to Danny and the crew at Ashley Outlet. I moved to Idaho Falls at the start of October and as I was getting settled found myself in need of an accent chair in my room. I had done some looking online but didn’t want to go through the hassle of waiting for something to ship. I strolled in with an idea of what I was looking for and after telling Danny he gave me a run down of what was available. He let me take my time just wandering through until I found something perfect. Ended up with a really comfortable yellow accent chair that is a great fit with the room! Super glad I wandered in and met those guys.

I had a great experience at the Filer Ave East location this past week, the customer service was awesome and very honest to get me the best price possible. They were patient as we sat on every sofa and measured pieces on the floor to find the best fit. Delivery was scheduled promptly and I would gladly return for future purchases.

It was great! Mike met me in the store the first time I came in. I was looking for a desk. I was undecided. The next time I came in, he remembered me. At check out, he said that they had a box they could put it in. Oh happy day!! It being Christmas, I had been trying to figure how to wrap it or present it. This was perfect! Glad it was great service, and that is hard to find.

I am shocked reading these good reviews! Drove 90 miles to check this store out trying to find a sectional that will fit my living room. Found one I loved and he seemed beyond confused at the questions I was asking him. When I go somewhere planning to spend 3k I want great treatment. This service wasn't even satisfactory. I asked what brand it was, he didn't know. I asked what fabric it was, he didn't know. I asked him if I called back to order it how was he to know which sectional I'm talking about and he said oh just say you were the one with brown hair and glasses and you liked the soft gray couch.... Clearly they don't work off commission. Very disappointed because I found one I loved but had terrible service and felt like his friend he chatted with was more important.

I was having HUGE issues getting my advantage card to work online so I went into the local outlet and they were super helpful and were able to get my card issue fixed and my products ordered without hassle!

Not super pleased with my most recent experience here. Went in looking for a furniture set that would need to be ordered in since the only piece in stock was a banged up side table; we asked them to price out the side Table and the set as a whole new. They priced the ruined side Table at almost the cost for a brand new one which was shocking! Then when comparing the “best price they can do” to the pricing on Ashley’s website the difference was pretty stark. We pointed out the differences and tada the best price possible became better… and then they weren’t willing to honor the price match guarantee unless it was coming off their own site, claiming “those sites are scams” when in reality it just sounded like the sites were hard to deal with or had poor customer service. We decided to go to the full Ashley showroom to see the pieces in person and because the experience at the outlet we had felt off. At the full showroom the service was better, associates felt more knowledgeable, more honest and they honored the Ashley price match guarantee. I would recommend saving time and just going straight to the full showroom, when possible/applicable.

Austin and Ren were super helpful in our buying process of a sectional. They helped us make a good selection, and they also helped us get out the door the same day. They even stayed a little bit after hours to help us load up the sectional I would recommend shopping here for your furniture needs. Excellent service.

I have always had a good and easy time finding the furniture I need for my home at a good price. I love that they have a giant clearance section and deals going on regularly that can help people find furniture for their needs. I thin that anyone can find a piece of furniture that will be good for their home. I also love how they label if they have the item in stock at the store. This helps you know if the item is available literally at that moment which is really helpful as a customer.

I had such a wonderful experience using the Ashley Outlet store. I would definitely use them again in the future! Not only did they give us a great deal on a couch, they had many to test out and sit on, a majority of their pieces can be bought on the spot and received within the week. So nice considering lots of furniture places these days are out weeks, and months before you get your hands on you’re purchase! You have the option of paying a little more for them to deliver the furniture. Another win! They have a computer that shows you visual of everything not on the floor but in stock at their warehouse, plus the different configurations in the couches. If you’re a visual person like me, that is super helpful. They are willing to give you the best deal with high quality furniture so you walk away feeling like you hit the jackpot. Mike helped us get a sectional and was super attentive to our many requests, and went above his job title to make it work and leave us happy customers. He hustled and listened to our every needs. Sometimes I dread going into places like this because the salespeople can be so pushy but Mike was so wonderful to work with. He made the overall experience a 15/10 and because of him i will be back to Ashley furniture to use them in the future!

They were very helpful. The stores were communicating back and forth helping us find a tv stand that we were looking for. The staff was very nice and helped us find a good price. The manager remembered our names through the process so it showed me that he wasn’t just trying to sell us stuff. They were not pushy at all trying to sell us furniture, they just let us look through the stock and helped us find what would be a good fit.

I hate leaving reviews. That being said, they went above and beyond my expectations. So easy to work with and super friendly. They are quick to acknowledge you and offer help. When I said “just looking” they respected that and let me do my thing. Didn’t feel any pressure, which is amazing. The place to go in IF for a great price and helpful service. We came here last after couch shopping all day, glad we did! Mikyra was very helpful and got us a price 20% less than any other store for the same exact set! Delivery guys were quick, efficient and polite, can't say enough about the service especially when compared to the competition!

Went in to "definitely not spend money." Ended up getting a great deal on 3 pieces, so couldn't pass it up! Carly was great to work with! And, when two items went on sale a few weeks later, we called and they happily gave us in-store credit for the difference! You have to check this place out!

Mikayla helped my husband and I, on two separate occasions, to find the living room sectional that worked in our space and met our requirements (dimensions, recliners, material/not leather). Mikayla is very professional, knowledgeable, and had a great personality that made it fun to shop for furniture. She worked with us to figure out delivery timelines and gave us her honest estimates of how long all the pieces would take to arrive. We would definitely work with her again and would recommend Ashley Homestore based on our experience!

Very friendly and patient staff. Very reasonable prices and heavily discounted furniture. I bought a couch from here probably my fastest purchase ever. I definitely recommend it. They also provide long distance delivery and help set up furniture once delivered. There is also an extended 5 year warranty against damage from the manufacturer, physical, kids or otherwise.

My sales associate was Sean Waters. He was extremely helpful and gave me a ride home with my purchase.

If I could give them a negative # I would. I ordered a sofa and loveseat in April. Due to the freeze in Texas, they wouldn't be available until October. The couch was delivered the end of Oct saying it was the loveseat. Now the loveseat won't be available until February or March 2022. Poor customer service, don't return phone calls, there is always an excuse. I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone. Very condescending.

They have a lot of boxes on floor. Hopefully more stock were in them. Very limited stock. Might be a new store, don't know for sure.

Not really much of an outlet did not have a lot of inventory for quick delivery. Mostly was the usual furniture that you have to order with long delivery time.

Shawn was *incredibly* helpful and patient. I went in to look for a smattering of items and ended up buying 3 bar stools and an amazing change-your-life chair. Can't recommend this store, or Shawn, enough!

Amazing place to shop for Furniture.

My wife and I went in to buy a bed frame and dresser. We were met at the door by a friendly guy named Spencer. He was helpful in showing us a good selection that was on the floor and their online catalog. My wife and I decided on a set, and Spencer got us a good deal. The very next day, the set we bought went on a huge sale on Ashley’s website, and I could have saved more money by shopping that sale. We called back to Ashley’s and Spencer was able to get us that even lower price. I was EXTREMELY impressed with their customer care. I’ll definitely shop here again.

They lie about the price of things because no one knows what they the price is really are!! 😡😡

Ashley Outlet on Woodruff is the best. They have great furniture at affordable prices, their sales representatives are super helpful and educated, and they do their best to get you what you need. Not to mention they send you a postcard after you’ve made a purchase, like the cherry on top of an already-great experience. Absolutely recommend!

The people are so kind and very helpful.

My first experience with this store was very good thanks to an employee that was very helpful. He has stoped working there since. I have recommended this store to family members and friends because of the service we received, however, in my most recent visits I have not goten such service.. I ordered 2 couches on august 14th and was told there would be a six to eight week wait. The time went by and we received no phone calls. Finally on week 10 I made a call to asks about any delays. I was told they would check and call me right back. I never received a call back so a few days later I called again just to be told they would check and call me back by the end of the day. My wife and I have made countless phonecalls now three months later and have never gotten a call back. Last week we were told they would be in on thursday and they would give us a call but never happened. No apologies have ever been made after countless opportunities to make things right. I can understand product shortages and shipping delays, but I can not understand why no one throughout this experience had the courtesy to let us know what was going on.

Only a 2 because the couch turned out nice, but... It took 105 days from when we put a deposit on a cheap couch to finally get the couch. That, after three previously provided date ranges to expect the couch to arrive that all came and went. The store never called us to update on delays, though. We called or emailed or complained to a Customer Service Facebook page multiple times before hearing from the store to be told about updates/delays. They did upgrade the order to include free delivery. Sure beats them offering the floor model couch (everyone has been sitting of) when they had already surpassed the 90-day delayed mark. Glad we have the couch we ordered, finally! But, it'll take a severe memory issue (amnesia, dementia, or Alzheimer's) before I would even think of ordering through Ashley's again. Under promise. Over deliver.

The staff here are excellent. They are always willing to work with you on price or delivery to the best of their ability. We’ve had several great experiences here. One in particular was with Heath. It was his second day on the job, but we had no idea. And after buying a loveseat, he personally mailed us a thank you card. Top-level service.

Everyone was really nice. They had much lower prices than all the other furniture stores we went to. And had a good selection of sofas.

My wife and I went in looking for a new couch, we told the salesman our budget and he helped us stay within that. They were really attentive to what we wanted and helped us the perfect couch. Delivery took exactly 2 weeks as I was told. The delivery guys were super professional and very careful with bring the couch inside our home. We are very happy with our purchase and the overall experience.

Good selection of product, but buyers should beware. Upon making a purchase I looked on-line and found the same item for 32% less cost and free shipping. If you want true savings I would strongly suggest looking somewhere else. I wish I had taken more time researching this out before buying here. Also, they have a policy of No Returns, No Refunds!

I walked in and immediately fell in love with the first dining table I saw (after shopping all day for one). Incredible customer service and a very welcoming environment :) Definitely, my new favorite store!!! High quality furniture!!!
