Vee, the salesperson at Ashley Meridian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and talented in interior design. She put together several great combinations of furnishings for a recent family move. I arrived at the showroom completely overwhelmed by the enormous task but she kept it all organized and enjoyable. Vee knows the Ashley product line, has a great design eye and kept me on task. I highly recommend Ashley’s in Meridian and ask for Vee.

I have been pretty unhappy with this whole purchase, sorry to say. I was told the lamps would be in 2 weeks from when I ordered them, then when they never came I called the store and was told it would be 4 more weeks, but no one had told me. A few weeks later I came to the store, canceled the order, and, miraculously, the next day they arrived! It says on the box that they are 3-way lights, but a 3-way bulb does not work in them. We have not been happy with the whole transaction.

Went in looking for a bed with my wife The staff is very helpful and spent the time with us. Explain the difference in the beds and truly knew a great deal. Didn't purchase the bed just yet but will be back soon.

Worst experience. I was told my couch was in stock in the warehouse and could be delivered Tuesday between 10-12. Delivery right on time, but WRONG couch. I had company coming the next day so I asked for the correct couch to be delivered. No response. No return calls or texts. Two days later. Still no couch. An apology but no assistance with a favorable solution. Did not have a couch for my company. Was told it would be delivered Feb 2nd. That is NOT what I agreed to. I would never have bought this couch under these circumstances. I requested compensation for their error. You guessed it… NO response. Anyone can make a mistake. I get it. But my biggest complaint is the way their mistake was handled. I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture.

First off, i really enjoyed my experience with the salesperson I dealt with - Toni. Furniture issue: each piece of my 6 piece Acklen sectional couch feels different. Different levels of stuffing, different power recliner positions, different comfort. It also came delivered with red stains on two pieces from what appears to be a marker. The amount of money they sell couches at, you'd expect consistency. It's also criminal how different pricing online is to pricing in the store as well. The couch in store felt consistent with stuffing as well as comfort.. then it's delivered and not a single piece feels the same. I was also told by the technician that came to clean the stains that each piece came from different factories. We've had this couch for less than a month and while shopping, my biggest voiced concern was that I was looking for a firm couch. ***EDIT*** Customer service and I were in contact and after being persistent, I have been compensated for the pieces.

I like Ashley furniture but today was not good. First the sales guy said he got our price down a $1000 dollars my wife and I said great I went home and looked and he only saved us $300 It amazes me that the sales guy also told me that he got us free delivery I said great. So before we seen the invoice he had us sign he printed out the invoice handed to us and again went home and found out we got charged $199 delivery. I hate being lied to this is our hard earned money and to be lied to is unacceptable. We have spent a little over 4k in the last 3 months with Ashley redoing our house we like Ashley furniture but no more I will spend my money to finish our house somewhere else. I'm done trusting people. UPDATE. Well I called to cancel my order they said they cancelled the order got an email it's been 4 days no refund. So I opened up a dispute with my credit card company chase bank they are looking into it. If Ashley thinks they are going to keep my money let's see. I am calling the Better business bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IT'S THE WORST STORE EVER. If you notice the owner says the same thing to everyone that post. Having a 4 3 star rating says it all

Purchased a new higher-end headboard, footboard with storage, and frame in September. Finally received delivery in December. Both headboard and footboard came in broken. Headboard was replaced about five weeks later in early January and footboard in mid-January.

Impossible to get someone on the phone. Have tried to call many times and I am always routed to "customer service" who says they have no way to contact the store or check for inventory, even when I am calling what claims to be the local store number.

The store manager deals with customers is disrespectful

I called the store two days prior to going into the store. I spoke with “M” and let him know exactly what I wanted. A full bedroom suite. When I got to the store, I asked for him and we sat down to review everything. Being a life long customer service and bank manager, I had thought he would refer to notes of some kind. He fumbled around with a tablet and tried to go off the top of his head and I knew I was in trouble. He eventually gave up and excused himself and returned with a young woman named “MW” that he turned his tablet over to. She started asking questions about my order and I would answer the same time “M” would and he was almost always wrong. He eventually got up and just walked away. I never saw or spoke with him again. MW completely took over, finished the sale, gave me copies and explained the delivery process. She was terrific. Had she not taken over, I probably would not have completed the purchase.

Ashley Furniture’s delivery system feels like a classic bait-and-switch, and it has been incredibly frustrating. I purchased couches back in October and was given a delivery date of 12/9. Without any notification or explanation, that date was quietly pushed to 12/20. I only found out because I called to check—there was no proactive communication at all. After multiple calls and having to argue just to be heard, the delivery was moved to 12/16, and I was explicitly promised that the date would not change again. Now, I’ve been told that on 12/16 they will only be delivering two pieces of my order instead of the full set. As a result, I won’t receive my complete couch set until after Christmas, despite having holiday guests. What makes this worse is that the exact same thing happened with a bedroom set we ordered this fall. Dates were changed, deliveries were split, and communication was poor. At this point, it feels shady—like Ashley sells items without clearly knowing or disclosing whether they’re actually in stock when it comes time to deliver. If I had been told upfront that delivery dates were estimates or that items could be delayed or split weeks apart, I would have made a very different purchasing decision. Instead, I’ve been left rearranging plans around holidays and guests because of broken promises. The furniture itself may be fine, but the delivery system and communication are unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering Ashley Furniture to get everything in writing and be prepared for delays, changes, and incomplete deliveries.i will be filing a BBB complaint.

Still waiting for the rest of my $10,000 order and still don’t have a concrete date to when I’m going to receive the rest of it. Mind you the order was made 3 weeks ago. The explanations that I’ve been given don’t make any sense and the refund that was offered was frankly insulting and ridiculous. You can’t call the store directly, so I’ve had to make several trips to the store just to be told different and inaccurate information each time. If you value your money and your time steer very clear of this company and store. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

We went in to look at some bar stools I saw on line. We were met as soon as we entered the store. When we said what we were looking for, the sales girl said sure and led us right to the display. They were just what we expected and the sale was rapid and simple and the stools are due to be delivered tomorrow We were just in there 2 days ago. So far, very pleased

Salesman said once we accepted this item at time of delivery there would be no return. According to delivery personnel we have 72hrs to accept it or we had the option to return it. What is the policy ? Confused.

Our experience with Ashley’s Meridian ID was absolutely perfect. One of the big reasons was our sales associate Kadie. She was extremely patient with our indecisions and gracious with her suggestion. We shopped in almost every furniture store in the Boise area and found the prices at Ashley’s to be less than most. Would highly recommend the store in Meridian and ask for Kadie

In store experience was fine but delivery became a nightmare. Not just once but twice appointments were made to deliver half of our new bed and remove our old bed! Not sure where we were expected to sleep! We were told the delivery team would remove our old bed but they refused to take the box springs. One of the legs of the new bed was not usable so we have to set aside another 3 hours for a technician to replace it. This was our first experience with Ashley and will be our last.

The store experience was great!!!! Pick up at the warehouse was a nightmare. The manager directs traffic from hi chair and yells at employees from same throne. Got told I shouldn't have been allowed to pickup that day because it was still on truck, as said truck was pulling away from building. Took 20 minutes of being there before someone even talked to me. Even though the king was on his throne in office. The kid running the front desk was overwhelmed and manager just yelled at him how to do things instead of helping him, you could tell he was newish. Manager shouldn't be in customer service in my opinion or a managerial position. He doesnt know how to talk to customers or employees respectfully.

Our salesmen Dan was very helpful and honest and down to earth. He got us a deal on some chairs and was upfront about everything even the delay in delivery.

I called the Boise store number that was on the business card I was given at the time we bought our dining table and chairs . I was wanting to add 2 chairs to my order! Simple right? I tried 3 times to do this simple thing, and all I got was nothing!! Their customer service is in the Philippines!! I could NEVER talk to the local store!!! It’s ridiculous!! I finally was able to get ahold of our salesman, and because we were having the furniture delivered to Mesa, Az, he could not take my credit card because the zip codes didn’t match!! It was the same card I used to buy the furniture in the first place!! It was a huge hassle!!! So we just bought two chairs when we got to Arizona!! They were fantastic!! Boise store…not so much!!!

Unbelievable! Bought the higher end (Signature Series) bedroom set and full living room set, spent thousands of dollars around 7k for what I thought was great furniture. We had bought from Ashley in Oregon and loved it, even gave it to some friends it was that nice after 8 years. So we decided to by new stuff and couldn't be more disappointed. If it weren't for us moving, it damaged would have never be seen . That exactly what the professional installers thought!!! Dont be honest and tell them we had three broke peices but let's screw and glue it together and they will never know.....wrong! Ya we bought new stuff they set it up and it all looked great, signed off on it and months later you careful start to take it apart to move and you been cheated, lied too. How dishonest these people are. We paid cash! For brand new stuff and we're told it was going to be two weeks before we would receive it because the warehouse was out of product. We waited and it did come in on time, they set everything up and it was good until the day to move to another state. As we took things apart carefully, I got pissed about how things were glued and cobbled together. It's like I just bought a new car with a SALVAGE TITLE. I will add vedio to this post and show you now not to get taken advantage of by Ashley.. DONT BUY A DAM THING FROM THEM. 😒 UPDATE: Ashley responded by asking us to email them and they would respond back. We'll we did on October 20....ITS NOVEMBER 14TH and still crickets from them. We're done being lied to and there lack of respect for good customers. BBB COMPLANT FIRST, THEN LETS SEE IF THEY DO ONE THING...IF NOT PLAN " B"

Ashley in Meridian was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. This store left me in tears, I’ve never been so distraught after doing business with a company. I ordered a mattress, on my pickup date I was told it was on back order for another two weeks. I never received any kind of update letting me know of this significant delay. My family was arriving the next day and needed a bed to sleep in. After calling the store I was told my only option was to purchase another mattress at the warehouse. I asked the associate if I’d be getting the same type of mattress and was told yes. I didn’t receive the same mattress, the mattress is two inches thinner with a higher price tag. I spoke to the manager and expressed my frustration, I received no apology nor empathy for the situation that they caused. I will never do business with this company again and I highly suggest you don’t either.

I went to this store and some young lady salesperson with a septum nose ring and pants that fit her maybe 50 pounds ago came up to greet us. We were looking for furniture with specific dimensions and I'd forgotten my tape measure, so I asked to borrow one. She said sure, but just to make sure to give it back, as if I'm going around stealing tape measures from furniture stores. In fact, that was the third furniture store to which I'd been that day and none had had an issue letting me borrow their tape measures; and no one had warned me to return it; they just correctly assumed I was civil. Anyway, that horrid employee that treated me like a crook turned me off from ever patronizing that store again.

I've had this table/chair set for 1 month. It already looks like it's 5 years old. The finish is coming off, from nothing other than doing simple cleaning. It's bubbling, which I thought was maybe from my kids leaving cups on the table and water condensation from the cups getting into the wood and causing the bubbling. No. More bubbles continue to show up, beyond the first ones I found. These bubbles are not from water damage. The worst part is trying to get help from Ashley customer service to attempt warranty support or product replacement. This is THE MOST disorganized customer support model I've ever encountered. I've contacted them no less than 5 times. Each time I've respectfully asked to speak with a manager. Each time, I'm told someone will call me back within 48 hours, and no one ever calls me back. I honestly feel like I've been scammed. Scammed by what is supposedly a "legitimate* brick and mortar store. It's scary that this place is still in business. I'm about to go set up a chair in front of their store and show these pictures and tell my story to every customer that goes in to buy something. Do better Ashley furniture.

Very nice furniture and a staff that is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We have purchased furniture at Ashley several times this summer and feel like we received a good value for our money. We had a few mishaps with delivery of bedroom furniture, but the local store, warehouse and home office worked hard to correct the issues and ensure we are satisfied. We recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking for good furniture at a fair price.

My husband and I stopped in to look for a few things, which unfortunately were not sold here, but Tess had all of the info about where to get what we needed. She was friendly, knowledgeable & all-around awesome! We will definitely be returning here to buy any furniture we need in the future.

I scheduled my delivery date to be September 17 while I was in store. They called me over the course of a month and a half trying to schedule the date for delivery and I told them more than six times September 17. They confirmed that two days before the delivery at 2 PM and at 3:21 PM they told me that they had to deliver it on a different day. This caused major problems with my work and you cannot get a hold of the store or a person it just goes to the automated system so there is absolutely no way to correct this problem.

Variety of options online and decent sales depending on the holiday. Overall products are pretty well built.

Do not buy from ashley, to solve any problem have to contact their horrible customer service. The sofa is had delivered is like sitting on a board! Stores solution have my family and friends come bounce on it!! Really! All sales are final. Yes you have 3 days to cancel under the law, but guess what delivery is after that. Also my 3 piece sofa needed to be connected together. Nope! Have been trying to get someone to call me back for 10 days!. Have gone to the store twice. They hand you a paper and say call this number! Putting sofa out on the curb! I'm out $2,000. AND I have to go buy another. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNATURE.

If you are going to get some furniture, talk with Madison. She was able to find us our couch with a great deal in less than 30 minutes. Then after we decided we wanted to make an adjustment to our order after the purchase, she made the whole process easy. The quality of products they have is superb, but the service that you are getting from Ashley Home Furniture is unmatched.

After recently buying a home, we headed to the Ashley Furniture Store to look around. Kadie was wonderful to work with. She was happy to show us the items we wanted to look at and answer all of our questions. We are relieved to know that our home will look beautiful with our new furniture. The store is clean, well stocked and has friendly staff. Will be stopping back by to add pieces that we didn’t get on this first trip.

Never purchase from Ashley! If you need customer service in any way you are out of luck. Local store won’t help and I have called customer service multiple times and of course it’s nobody local to talk to and fix the issue. Just trying to get 4 pieces with the same toggle switch. Of course they respond with an empty promise. Still nothing from them in phone call Or email Update: 8/24/25- finally after 7 weeks and the help of the local store we got our replacement pieces. Their customer service is absolutely the worst. The retail store is great. But they are limited in what they can do.

Went in to look at getting a new mattress. Ended up leaving with an order of a mattress, a bed frame, a rug, and a recliner. Everything was fine until someone in the chain "accidentally" cancelled our order. Ever since then its been nothing but problems. First we were only offered a 20% discount to get something else, not even on our order, as "compensation" for having to re-order everything. Which, by the way, is not an easy process and took time out of our already busy weekend and it affected our credit score. And then to top it all off we just got a memo stating that the rug we purchased has now been discontinued, so we aren't even going to get that. This whole process has been a nightmare and to only have been given 20% off of a single item as our only form of compensation, it is absolutely unacceptable that we've been tossed around like this. The employees who helped us were so nice and friendly, only to have their management and shipping department screw us over. Safe to say once we pay off whatever we do get in our order we will NEVER be shopping here again.

Terrible experience; I took my brother to shop for a recliner . I had already done my “homework” prior to our arrival. We were greeted by a man dressed in a white Lab coat which was odd in my opinion . We gave him the details of what we were looking for and it was as if he didnt hear a word we said . He was cold, and seemed bothered . When we asked if they have free deliverey he immediately told me no, mind you I had already called prior to showing up and they told me yes. Then he proceeded to tell me I must have called a different store. We asked for a quote when all the sudden he started scheduling a time to deliver a chair ! we never even gave him the ok to do so. was uncomfortable so we walked out. Beware of salesmen just telling you what you want to hear so you can purchase from them. Back in 2022 I purchased a couch from Ashley and was told it was real leather. Come to find out it’s not, now Ashley furniture won’t help whatsoever. They don’t even know who does their protection plan. When trying to get ahold of a manager I was told he was in meetings all day after the manager knew of my problem. Ashley furniture has taken zero accountability after I have spent over 15,000 dollars at this company I will make sure to never spend another dime on this place and tell every single person not to as well. The lack of communication and management is a disgrace. And yes I have reached out to all management and this “support” email that you guys respond with to “fix” the issues

My wife and I visited Ashley Furniture in Meridian looking for a new sofa and possibly some inspiration. From the moment we arrived, Toni Reardon provided an outstanding experience. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and truly made the process smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to Toni’s guidance, we not only found the perfect sofa but also added a large matching chair and a 5 year protection plan, all within our budget. Two days later, we are still talking about how easy and pleasant the experience was. Toni brought a level of professionalism and care that made the entire visit feel first class. My rating is based on customer service. We purchased a modular sectional, the furniture is great... or what we have of it. We were able to pick up half of our order on the expected date. The rest of the couch keeps getting pushed back by weeks and weeks (more than once). The sales rep initially made it sound like they would help us out but is now saying they can't and gave us the number of an automated system that isn't clear or helpful. After hours on the phone the only amendment made was a 5% refund on the half of the order thats missing (coming out to less than $40). It's frustrating to be met with smiles and similar sales tactics in the store, promised to be taken care of, just to be shoved off to the wayside when the card is swiped and the sale is made. I appreciate the furniture but don't expect a sincere customer service experience.

Do not buy from this store. I ordered two lamps for my nightstands got them home and they were too large. They said I can’t return and all sales are final. They never said this when I purchased them. In fact I was told I could return if I had an issue. I’m not one for leaving bad reviews but this is ridiculous customer service.

Madison is the best sales woman I’ve had. She didn’t rush with the sale even it bring a Friday night at closing. She is very knowledgeable about all the products you have available. When we couldn’t finish the sale Friday evening and let her know we’d be back Saturday morning she didn’t try to pressure a credit application to get the sale. She trusted that we’d return as promised. This being a main reason for our return. She was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely will return for future furniture purchases

Entered the store approached by a friendly, helpful young woman. Allowed us to browse on our own, which i appreciated! She remained nearby to help with any questions we had. I believe her name was Tess, at the Meridian Ashley furniture. She was knowledgeable about the furniture we were interested in. She was successful in helping us to make the purchase we entered the store for.

Delan definitely understands stellar customer service! He was very helpful explaining bedroom furniture, particularly with how my 12 inch bedframe would need a certain headboard fitting for it to work. Unfortunately, I could not order the headboard from him because they are only available online. So, he took his time and walked all over the store, grabbing lamps, and showing us how they worked with different nightstands. He explained how high the lamp should be based on the height of the headboard (See pic below). Delan even grabbed pillows in the colors that I wanted for the two headboards and placed them on the nightstands to show how they worked together. Definitely no sales pressure, but excellent information! As a result, I ordered two nightstands and two lamps. You will be very pleased at Ashley Furniture on Fairview Avenue in Meridian, if you stop by and request to see Delan!

Delan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with us to fit a purchase into our budget. He also explained the details of the delivery and to contact him for future assistance. He was terrific.

We had to cancel our order. Ottoman back ordered and no delivery date identified. Didn't want chair without ottoman. They sent delivery confirmation, which we confirmed and then 2 hours later they called about the delayed ottoman.

We recently moved to Idaho and were in need of furniture for our new house. We stopped at Ashley Furniture in Meridian and Madison Williams greeted us with a smile and showed us several selections for a sectional sofa, rugs and bar stools. She has impeccable taste and was a pleasure to work with. We ended up purchasing our furniture from her and would highly recommend her for your furniture needs!

My sales person, Alejandro, was great! Very accommodating. The only problem I had was that the store tries to add on warranties and extremely high delivery charges to your bill. You really have to be alert and not to feel pressured to accept the extra charges. I just said no to warranties and told them that delivery charge was way to high so they reduced it.

Terrible service from Ashley. The lamps I purchased were too big and they refused to take them back. I will never shop Ashley again and would advise you not to shop there either. What a loser store!

So first and foremost Katie helped us out and she was great (I hope you find a new job Katie). The experience at Ashley’s was subpar to say the best. An intimidating environment, extremely overpriced and expensive goods, and bad service after the purchase of the queen bed frame we got. The frame was delayed 3 weeks getting to the warehouse which was less than ideal. On assembly of the frame, the bolts were very cheap and stripped immediately, we had to go to a hardware store to get replacement bolts that worked right away. Will never and would never recommend anyone go to Ashley Furniture Store in their lives.

I had a pleasant visit. I had an amazing, salesperson her name was Madison. She was very friendly, helpful, attentive, smelled very good, pleasant to talk with. Prices at Ashley store were affordable good quality highly recommend and ask for Madison. One little down fall was the office person (male) seemed to be a little on the lazy side when paying with cash to me give me change when paying with cash.

Had a fantastic experience buying through Ashley. My wife and I spent a couple of weekends going to ALL of the furniture stores in the area. Customer service was top notch here. It far exceeded every other store. At the end of the day, all of the stores carry very similar items with different names on them. For us, it came down to the buying experience and who we wanted to support. Ashley was the ticket!

My wife and I have spent time on the website looking at sectionals. When we made up our minds and bite the bullet on new furniture, we went to the Fairview location and the couch in store was 1,500 dollars more than it was online. The sign with the price was what it was online. The sales associate said oh no that's wrong and the price 3500. Well guess what we went else where to purchase.

The sales person was professional and attentive without being pushy. Let me look through the store and was there if I needed questions answered. Offered a few suggestions which I appreciated!

Ran into Ashley furniture today and Otto was there when I walked in—he was not pushy but knew I was on a mission to find something in particular. He came over to show me what to look for on the detailed signs on each piece of furniture, sales going on, etc—again no pressure just great information which I was happy about;) He explained different areas of interest to me and more—no pressure just great information!! Gave me his info if I ever wanted to check on a particular item without needing to come in—so now I have my own personal concierge to help me when I am ready for another piece or pieces of furniture!!

When I went into the showroom I made it abundantly clear that I DID NOT want a television stand that needed to be put together. I was not told that I needed to pay the extra $49 for in home delivery for them to put it together. Called the store and was told "it's unfortunate" that I already signed for the delivery because there's nothing more they can do. This

A vast furniture store with a lot of variety. The furniture was reasonably priced and our salesman Kadie was helpful and resourceful. They offer a graded discount and free delivery. their online prices and store prices are vastly different, so compare the final prices before you buy. overall, good experience although we didn't buy there.

Service seemed subpar. The salesperson got upset when we didn’t need their help. Then when we requested an item, they tried to move it with a dolly and added a scratch to it. When it came to loading they were less than helpful and seemed annoyed to help us so we ended up loading the item ourselves.

Toni was amazing to work with. She was very patient with my family and caught small details in the order form. Store manager was able to help with online price matching. Now just waiting for delivery. Very happy and highly recommend.

“White glove delivery” showed up 3 hours late saying they had no paperwork, didn’t know my name or what they were delivering. Couch was broken and they called manager who stated it would be fixed the next day by a technician. They call the next day saying there were no notes in the system and nothing was filed for a claim. Still waiting on a call back from customer service department and store manager. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Sales: Kadie was amazing! We ended up with exactly what we wanted and came in for, and she was able to discount a lot of items for us. This is our second time purchasing at Ashley and have enjoyed both experiences. Update following product delivery: I had to lower this to two stars unfortunately, as our product arrived broken. The crew setting it up got about halfway through before realizing, so the bed was left unfinished. Thankfully we have a guest room we can sleep in, but customer service didn’t provide an accurate update on when we’d hear when they can come back to finish. The crew told us one thing, and the person who called my husband told us another. Not ideal with two kids in the house. I ended up going to the store to try and get a more accurate timeline, and the woman who helped me didn’t show any compassion or remorse or really any eagerness to help. I left waiting for a call that will tell us when we can expect our bed to be fixed. I’m always hesitant to review right after a sales experience, because the true tell is the customer service and experience afterward. So updating with an honest full experience from store to delivery.

I am giving it 5 stars for the gal who helped me and the delivery crew who had to set everything up. I will say i was a bit disappointed during my time of purchase. They were kind to price match my item to what it was online but when the manager came to verify the amount he seemed annoyed and bothered by the stall of the process. After they figured it out the way he talked to the gal was in a very rude sarcastic tone “put it in your notes!” My experience was good but my brief interaction with their boss not so much.

Sales people were a bit pushy. She complained about how awful it would be for us to pick up the merchandise ourselves, I assume to upsell the delivery service, but left a bad taste in our mouths. Apparently if we don’t open up the bed when we pick it up to ensure all parts are there, we could be waiting up to 4 months to get the pieces we need. We were given a date less than a week away to pick up, then they called and extended it another week. So far, not the best experience.

Worst experience in performance and customer service in my entire life. Mike, the Manager lied to me and misrepresented on numerous occasions when my furniture would be delivered. I ordered my furniture in early January and the first time it came was beginning of April!!! And when it came,,,, what a surprise! What a surprise!,, it came damaged. Prior to that. Ashley's gave me the wrong dimensions for pillows that I was custom ordering, gave me a delivery date and told me that I could remove all the furniture in my house because they were coming the next day so I sold it and they never showed up and didn't show up for 3 more months later! I had to buy Facebook furniture so we had something to sit on. There are so, so so many more details here that it would take a novel for me to write it. Run Run run run away from Ashley's and definitely have nothing to do with the manager Mike. You cannot get a hold of corporate, or anyone in customer service online that speaks reasonable English or who can do anything about your issues. When we told him after him not calling us back for over a week when our furniture came damaged to find out when a new delivery date was (found out it was going to be many weeks later) we asked for a refund. He told us that would be complicated and would take quite a while and we would have to return the ottoman and the side tables in order to get a refund. We had to drive the Ottomans and side tables to the store ourselves!.... What a shady business I am out $600 in pillows and replacement furniture, The interest from Ashley's having my money for almost 3 and 1/2 months and no furniture, and my time.... Oh my word my time! The countless hours and I mean hours upon hours upon hours. Trying to get a hold of the store leaving messages for the manager and never receiving a phone call back has been relentless. Do not buy from Ashley's furniture and Mike, you should be embarrassed and ashamed at your behavior towards me and my family. On the other hand, on a positive note.... Bassett furniture around the corner saved the day!!!! Chance the manager, and Christine, the sales associate were so sympathetic when they heard what happened to me. When I came into their store they bent over backwards to get me what I needed. Basset made promises that they kept. Bassett furniture gave me a great price with high quality. Basset returned my phone calls whenever I had an issue Bassett never lied to me about anything I've learned my lesson.... I was trying to save money and in the end it cost me.... Big time Please learn from me Run Run Run away from Ashley's furniture!!!! Never again!

Update to my review from 3/16 Todays date 4/13 In the past, I ordered furniture from Ashley furniture and was never told that items were out of stock. Meaning there was no delivery date. I mentioned that to the employee who helped me on 3/16. I was assured everything in our bedroom set would arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. The only thing that was delayed was my bedframe. It’s been 4 weeks and my entire bedroom set is set to deliver May 6 now.. and my bed frame into June. I have already called to cancel on my mattress since we are having to go buy from another store so we have something to sleep on in the meantime (we haven’t had one 4 weeks already). Very disappointed that the employee assured us it was 4-6 weeks on everything BUT the bedframe. Justin at the store has been helpful Trying to expedite the order, but had no luck. Will update my review when/if the rest of my furniture comes. Update to my review from 4/13 Called last week and was told all my delivery dates pushed back again to END of May & early June for bedframe but that it’s still “out of stock so it can change” I asked to speak to a supervisor on the customer care line and some miraculous way they were able to deliver my dresser with mirror & night stands yesterday 4/29. Not sure how the person before her got a end of May delivery date for those items but once I asked to speak to a supervisor she was able to get it to me a few days later. Still no bedframe or a date that they can confirm it’ll be in the warehouse. Will update once I receive my bedframe or am told another delay. Very disappointed in this entire situation.

Wasn’t pushy either way, which I find to be extremely favorable when shopping. I liked that Ashley Furniture had modular couches meaning we could choose the middle seating. We were able to buy a couch that suits our needs, instead of a 3 seat couch we got a 4 piece that has all power seats. I’ll update on quality and delivery, but for now the shopping experience was a 10/10 would recommend

Don't end up working with the manager name "Mike". Furnitures and the sales team were good and polite. But this person came to me to finalize a deal and was rude and horrible in treating customers. He asked what it takes to get my buying and while explaining he was rude and said the best deal he can do is $0 down from what salesman offered. There is no reason to have the title manager when they don't know to address customer. About to finalize a deal but the way he spoke I ended up not buying it. Hope the Ashley team addresses this kind of behavior! Also before you go to the store read the "1" star reviews. Don't fall for all the 5 star reviews -

Mike and Brett took the time with my wife and myself to make sure they addressed our needs. As a salesman it was great to be treated like a customer which unfortunately in this world that doesn’t happen that often.

The bedroom suite we purchased is really nice. However, the “$399.00 white glove delivery service” is a joke. When the delivery guys were done and gone, I had to pick up the pieces of furniture wrapping and cardboard left from the bedroom to the front door. The delivery guys just walked right passed the mess and were gone. Dear Ashley Furniture - Please train your delivery folks on how to actually provide “white glove delivery service”. The salesman was pretty spot on and provided fast service as we were on a time limit that day while shopping.

I haven’t been to a store to buy furniture and ever came across someone so rude. It was hugely disappointing considering we were going to spend 3k. Prefer DeMeyer nearby with better prices and better service.

My husband and I recently purchased a bedroom set at Ashley. Our sales person, Charl, greeted us and pointed us out their bedroom sets. She made herself available for questions, but didn’t hover. She was very helpful and patient with us. When it came time to pick up our bedroom set, we never got confirmation that it was in the warehouse and we tried to call the number and couldn’t get any answers. Charl had given us her personal phone number so I was able to text her to make sure items were in stock before we went to the warehouse. Truly above and beyond service.

Bryan helped me find a new sectional for my apartment and did absolutely wonderfully! He was super nice and helpful, answering all my questions. Removed a star because the delivery is absolutely horrendous, they tell you a super early time and then continue pushing the time back. They eventually called and told me they couldn't deliver today, but by then my entire day was taken waiting for people to arrive.

Kadie made our purchase a breeze, she answered all questions, wasn't pushy and made sure everything was good to go. Justin was also very helpful. Highly recommend both.

We had a poor experience with Ashley. My wife and I have bought new furniture from various stores in the Valley the past 5 years and Ashley has been the worst experience. This is coming from someone who understands all furniture stores have operating/CS issues. Issues with other stores were handled more professionally and with better communication/CS. There are multiple complaints to share, but one I hope they take from this is updating their national phone operating system—it seems to be cheap or simply still from the early 2000’s and is a TERRIBLE experience that can only make all callers mad by the time they reach a rep, if they can even reach one. The system doesn’t allow typing, and voice controls do not understand what you’re saying. Worst part is how after 1-2 misunderstandings when speaking to operator (even with clear/concise speaking) system will “thank you” and ask to call again. WORST PHONE SYSTEM IN THE 21st CENTURY. Other complaints include: attitude from reps at Meridian location; 3+ months to receive product; damaged product arriving not only at first delivery, but 2nd and 3rd deliveries; after being put on hold for 10 minutes by rep, they hang up (this is all after everything I mention above); etc. Moral of story, I say go to Scandinavia or RC Willy over Ashley.

My issue has been resolved and I am incredibly happy

I’ve not shopped at Ashley before so maybe this is just how it is but, we went looking for some throw pillows. We found a couple we liked and went to check out. The checkout process was frustrating. Waiting for one of many representatives to acknowledge us and help us out. We were then told we couldn’t take the pillows with us, we would have to order them and were told they wouldn’t arrive for 6-8 weeks. Meanwhile the store had at least 20 of the pillows we wanted in store, including five all stocked on a shelf. So we had to give our shipping information, then walk to the back of the store to a credit card reader. Then walk back to the front of the store to get a receipt. Whole process seemed archaic and I’m not a fan of the shopping only. Large items I can understand but, pillows? Not to mention as we were walking out, the couple next to us were leaving with a pillow in hand… hmmm that’s a bit odd.

5 Stars I had a fantastic experience at the Ashley Store in Boise today! Kadie was our sales representative, and she was absolutely wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We also appreciated the support from Mike, the GM, and Justin, who all worked together to help us find a great deal on a new living room set. We ended up purchasing a leather couch, love seat, and a couple of accent chairs, and we couldn’t be happier with our choices. The entire team made the process seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for high-quality furniture or just need some fresh ideas, we highly recommend paying them a visit!

Update as of 2/18 - Unbelievable! Per the request in Ashley Furniture’s response to my review, I sent an email documenting everything. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard back from anyone or gotten my refund. Avoid Ashley Furniture – A Nightmare Experience I regret ever shopping at Ashley Furniture. If you want quality service, go to RC Willey instead. I purchased a $5,000 bedroom set from the Meridian store on 12/30/24, including a pricey warranty and delivery. The first delivery (1/10) was a disaster—rude subcontractors refused to bring my bed frame upstairs properly, argued with me, and ultimately failed. I was ready to cancel, but the store manager, Mike, apologized and promised a $400 refund plus a new delivery team. The second delivery (1/17) by actual Ashley employees was flawless—they got everything upstairs in 45 minutes with no issues. However, my $400 refund never came, and when my backordered chest of drawers was set to arrive (2/8), I realized Mike had ghosted me. After multiple ignored messages, I decided to cancel the remaining order and request my refund ($800 total). Despite confirming my cancellation, Ashley still sent the same rude subcontractors to deliver the chest. I refused it, and the warehouse acted like they had no record of my cancellation. Now, I’m stuck waiting for my refund, unsure if I’ll ever get it. Bottom line: Terrible customer service, incompetent delivery teams, and empty refund promises. Skip Ashley Furniture.

Store experience was good. The call center was annoying. I can see delivery guy contacting the day before for instructions. But the hassle of text and calls was a different story. Any further contact other then the delivery guy and I will cancel my purchase

I ordered a sectional early in January and wanted it delivered January 31st. They called and told me it won't arrive until Feb 21st! I asked if it would be faster if we picked it up instead of having it delivered, they said yes. They said that it would be arriving the following week and we could pick it up. I called that morning of pick up and they told me only 1 part of the sectional is there and the other one is in back order until end of March! I cancelled my order- DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I went here last weekend because I am on the market for new furniture for my teenage daughters room. I was on their website and seen the have 0% if you get approved for a CC and I got approved! I start shopping online and I realize there is a store close to home. I saw some dressers and wanted to go and look at the dimensions in person. I walk into the store, and it's not busy. I notice a few workers huddled up in a meeting and I'm walking around the store hoping someone would acknowledge me cause I have some questions and I am ready to purchase. No one greets me. I was in the store alone for 15-20 min and no help was offered. I walked out cancelled my CC and will not be going back. Thanks Ashley!

Ordered 2 dressers, 2 night stands and 2 queen size beds on 11/25/24. First delivery on 12/19 I received 2 damaged items and the foundation’s for the beds were not delivered. Received replacement items 2weeks later but still no foundations. Was supposed to receive both foundations mid January but was canceled the day before because they were damaged. Again on 1/22/25 but was canceled again. Now it is supposed to be 2/4/25. Also, your customer service is in the Philippine were English is NOT their first language. Very frustrating to talk to them and finally figuring out, they don’t know anything. I hope I get my foundations soon.

I’d give them a big fat zero if I could. It may cost a little more or maybe a little less but my advice, for Idaho…. GO TO RC WILEY. Customer service is so much better. They actually call you when your furniture arrives at the warehouse for pickup. If for any reason you need to call them, they are on it with your info. I’ve never had to give all of mine and my wife’s info for “verification” just to be told that I’m wrong. 4 TIMES! I said once that I wouldn’t buy from them again. I should’ve listened to my past self. Shame on me I suppose.

If I could leave less than a star I would. Ordered a couch at the beginning of January. Was told it would be delivered January 15th. Which they then pushed back to FEBRUARY (over a month past the order date). Called their customer service (who don't speak english btw) SEVERAL times, to which they said that they will get back to me within 24 hours, which never happened. FINALLY was told that it would be delivered the 25th (today). The delivery drivers didn't speak English, and when I realized they brought half of what i ordered, I told them that I didn't have a desire to have half a couch, and to take it back. He then proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. This entire process has been a NIGHTMARE!!!!! You have 7 days to refund my money starting now, if not I will take legal action. Have the day you deserve.

Absolutely terrible customer service and experience. We bought a couch from Ashley Furniture in Meridian at the beginning of January. Paid extra for hassle free, fast shipping. Received an email saying it would be delayed until February. Between my husband and I, we called 6 different times asking why the delivery was delayed and telling them that just wouldn’t work. Each time we were told “you’ll hear back from us in 24 hours with an answer.” Never heard anything back. Called back a 7th time asking for some kind of compensation or refund. We were told “you’ll hear back from a manager in 48 hours”. At this point we have no idea when we’ll be receiving our couch and no answers. We will never buy furniture here again.

We worked with Jet and he was great on filling our needs. Didn’t feel any pressure and he was excellent at staying around our budget.

Bought a table, I did have a customer service representative who was able to answer some questions but ultimately had to wait for a manager to complete the sale. Table was to be available on 12/28, then 1/3 then a call in broken english saying 1/8. Then a call from the store on 1/4 saying it was ready, it wasn't. I'll let you know if/when I ever get it. Update: was able to pick it up after some back and forth. slow process for pick up at the depot but everyone was nice and helpful.

I ordered a bedroom set from you a few months ago. I received a call saying that you would have to either split my delivery or just hold on to what you had ready until everything could be delivered at once ( I chose the second option) Then you no longer had anything that was set aside for my order. Which means you gave it to someone else or you lied and never had anything ready. Going back and forth with people over the phone I have had to reschedule like 6 separate times now. I've had to get my "Premium" Delivery fee refunded already by going in person back to the store across town for it. It's been very frustrating because I've already taken off multiple days from work to be home for these deliveries. Is there any other way I can be compensated for this? I emailed multiple times as well but nobody wants to respond to me. Maybe someone will respond here Edit: This solutions email either does not work or everyone is incompetent or lazy DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE! WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT!

I have tried to give my business to this Ashley Furniture location several times, and I don’t know why I keep trying because nothing ever changes. I would much rather make the drive to Nampa or even the Twin Falls store to make sure I get 1) better customer service and 2) better prices. Each time I’ve visited this store with the sole intent of leaving the store with a purchase, I haven’t been greeted nor spoken to AT ALL unless I directly approach the employees, who can hardly look my way when I walk up to them because they’re too busy having a personal conversation. Even when I’ve called to place an order, the employee was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful in any way. So glad I gave my business to the Nampa store instead!

I have been shopping at Ashley Furniture for the last 15 years and have always had good experiences and received quality furniture. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I recently purchased a $3,000 sectional for my new home because my first Ashley couch had been my favorite. Due to allergy concerns, I specifically asked the salesperson if any part of the couch contained feathers. I was assured it did not, so I went ahead with the purchase. However, when the sectional arrived, I discovered the pillows were filled with duck feathers. I contacted the manager, Mike, who initially said he would try to help. I even researched the most cost-effective replacement pillow inserts, which were under $200. When I followed up, Mike informed me they couldn’t do anything to resolve the issue because the pillows were “free” with the sectional and didn’t come with a warranty. He also claimed duck feathers are hypoallergenic, which is inaccurate—many people, myself included, can have allergic reactions to them. I explained how much I enjoy shopping at Ashley, I recently bought a desk from them as well. I also made it clear that if they couldn’t help cover the cost of replacing the pillow inserts, I would no longer shop with them. Unfortunately, Mike said he understood but stood by their refusal to help. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering how much I’ve spent at Ashley over the years and how loyal I’ve been as a customer. I expected better customer service and support, especially for a long-time customer like me. This experience has left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible after sale experience. DO NOT BUY from them. If you have any issues, you will never get a hold of a live person from the store. We ordered a couch that was delayed 3 times. They kept making different excuses. First it was back ordered then it was a delivery conflict. If you like talking to AI then be sure to call them. I will never buy from this company again.

I will NEVER do business with Ashley or this store ever again. This nightmare started the first part of September when I purchased a bedroom set. Salesman Richard told me that it was on back order and I would receive it in 4-6 weeks. 2 months later mid November, I was notified that part of my shipment was available for delivery but the bed would not be delivered until 12/27. The person on the phone clearly did not care about the delay and was not helpful. I went to the Meridian store and personally talked to the manager and his response was apologetic but that bed was a popular item. He also told me that he had a meeting he had to get to and would call me the next day with an update. He never did. Guess I’m not important enough to rate a call back despite spending close to $6000 for bedroom set and mattress. Now I get a call telling me that they won’t be able to deliver it until January 22. Again the heavily accented person on the phone could care less and they gave me an option to rate the call which for some reason I was disconnected before I could do so Bottom line is Ashley Furniture only cares about the money not customer satisfaction or even follow through. I will go to RC Wiley from now on for my furniture needs. They may be a bit more expensive that Ashley but they care about customer service and follow up 12/17. Received the following reply from Ashley and responded to the email. Of course they didn’t respond to my email. Again just reinforces their lack of customer satisfaction 12/18. Update to my post on 12/17. Ashley responded to my email after I posted yesterday when they again ignored me. All they did was apologize again but didn’t offer to expedite my delivery or even offer a coupon off for any future purchases. They only appear to care about customer satisfaction but don’t do anything to correct the bad behavior. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!! I’m done with them

Ordered a brand new couch a month ago. Upon delivery of the couch today, the delivery personnel declined our advise to use the front door instead of the back door even though the front door was much wider. They ended up breaking our new couch and damaging our door frame on our back door because they were determined to use the back door. So now we have half a couch and have no idea when the other half will come in. Very disappointed in the delivery service.

We had a great experience when purchasing a couch! Raymond met us at the door, we explained what we were looking for and lead us straight to it. We liked the shape but that was about it so explained where to look and let us wonder. After about 20 minutes, we had found a couple that we liked and had paused there. He was right with us which was great! After talking sizing, he suggested we remeasure based off of what couch we liked (we were going bigger than planned and needed to space it out at home). We ran home and came back pretty quickly. While we were gone, Raymond had written up the whole deal, knew when everything could be ready and delivered so we didn't have to wait for anything. We were hoping to get the couch before Christmas and it wasn't going to be available until after the new year and he knocked some off the price for the inconvenience. Overall we had an excellent experience, it was quick and painless! Thank you Raymond!

Read the reviews and take your money elsewhere. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Ashley Furniture again. We had a sofa delivered and assembled and the delivery crew scratched and damaged our brand new floors we just had installed a month ago. Furthermore, when they slid the couch across the room, they took a chunk out of one of the legs. They FaceTimed their supervisor who took a look at the damage and said, “sorry.” She told me to get a quote from our installer to fix the four planks that were damaged and she would call me the following day. I never heard from her even after waiting a week and Ashley refused to give me the company’s name or contact info which is extremely shady. We reached out to Ashley who said if they don’t make this right we will discount the sofa to compensate and will send a tech out to fix the sofa leg damage. We never heard back from them. We reached out 2 more times and actually got a call back this morning. They offered a measly $50 for the floor damage, which doesn’t even cover the cost of one box of planks let alone the labor cost. God forbid their “third party delivery company” damages anyone else’s home because Ashley only cares about making the sale and nothing after.

We had a wonderful experience here and found the perfect couch for our home! Charl was an awesome sales person, and got us out quick. We had our 15 month old with us and we appreciated her efficiency!

Great experience with Jet! He’s very friendly and not pushy. I know there can be issues with Ashley itself, but if you decide to go with Ashley, you’ll be happy with working with Jet on his portion of the process! ETA: dropping down to two stars. Would be zero if not for the amazing in store team (they still get 5 stars for sure). The rest has been a nightmare. Chair was delivered broken, the couch damaged. Tech appointments for the couch repair. Multiple attempts at chair delivery and it was somehow forgotten at the warehouse, despite confirmation the day prior, complete with photos to ensure a “VIP” experience. They never called to reschedule. Hopefully you don’t have a job if you order from Ashley so you have multiple days to sit at home waiting for things to come together. Just a hassle all around. Doesn’t matter how great your in store team is if delivery/repair can’t back it up. Not worth it.

This has been the worst store and buying experience I’ve ever had. I ordered my couch in August and was promised delivery between September 15-20. Instead, I received only half the order at the end of October. Not only did Ashley’s team damage my home during the delivery, but on two separate occasions, they refused to take back my defective couch, claiming they had no room on the truck. Throughout this ordeal, I received countless false promises, and the store manager—who initially assured me of a great experience to win my business from DeMeyer Furniture—became combative and dismissive. Since August, I’ve had to endure frustrating back-and-forth conversations with Ashley’s customer service, facing one policy roadblock after another. When the large sofa finally arrived in late October, it came with a hole in it. Although they sent photos of a “perfect” replacement, it arrived with poorly finished stitching. Ashley then ordered a brand new back for my couch, which their technician Dan installed on 11/6, but it actually looked worse than before. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the repair, Ashley’s team initially suggested a replacement, but then backtracked, leaving me without any resolution. Even Dan, the repair technician, noted that a replacement was warranted, but Ashley still refused. I feel completely unsupported, especially by the sales manager Mike, who repeatedly told me, “Just get a refund,” instead of helping resolve the problem. For a $3,000 purchase, I expect accurate delivery dates and undamaged furniture—not to mention some level of understanding and accountability. To make matters worse, I was told to wait at home between 3:30-4 p.m. for delivery, only for the team to arrive two hours late with a damaged piece. Now my repaired piece has a nail sticking out of it, and huge cracks in it.

Went in and told them what I wanted, Richard showed me exactly what I asked for. It was a quick and pleasant process for me for purchasing and Richard was a gem to work with. Unfortunately getting the couch delivered has been very unpleasant as I was expecting it on a certain day, getting ready to take that day off to make sure I was here to get it. Upsetting part is, I did not hear from them so I called, only to find out no one told me it was delayed by two weeks, which I would have been very upset because I was about to take the day off. The lack of communication on that part is a little unsettling for wanting to make future purchases, especially when I have to take time off to receive it and there was no communication on their behalf.

Loved the shape, function and fabric of the chairs. Waited a few weeks for delivery. They came in with large lumps and divots in the upholstery. Still waiting for my refund! Still looking...the chairs were perfect choice but defective.

I purchased 4 kitchen stools on 10-4. They were delivered within 4 days of the purchase. 2 of the stools were poorly made. I contacted Ashley and they sent someone out within a week to look at them and see if they could be fixed. They could not. Was told I would receive a call as to what could be done. I received a call and was told they would replace them. Had delivery scheduled for the replacements on 10-22. Received a call the day before confirming delivery then received another call later that day saying delivery was cancelled and I wouldn’t get them until 11-5. I would be unable to accept delivery on 11-5 so scheduled for 11-14. Received call confirming 11-5. I called back saying it was supposed to be 11-14. Now they no longer have 11-14 and delivery is set for 11-21(7 weeks after purchase) Absolutely horrible customer service.

We’ve had the worst experience with Ashley Furniture in Meridian. We went in to buy a new couch and ottoman. We found a couch we loved on display and we were told there was a matching ottoman we could order but they didn’t have one to show us in person. We trusted the sales person and ordered it too. The ottoman arrived and it was GIANT, OVERSIZED and had I seen it in person I would have never ordered it. When I tried to call the store to ask about the returning the item I could not talk directly to the store. I was forced through a “national call center” where I was met with broken English on the other end. When I asked the person to repeat themselves they rudely sassed me and slowed their speech as if they were talking to a two year old. Eventually the call ended and I was told ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Later that night as I moved the ottoman I flipped it over and saw that the under side was buckling. Now I have an oversized and defective product. I call the number again, after going round and round with the call center I finally ask to “SPEAK TO STORE”. They patched me into the store FINALLY, I speak to a representative and explain to her I have a defective product. Her first response to me was “Well did you refuse the delivery”. Per the policy on my receipt it said I had 72 hours from delivery to report a defective item, so why does it matter if I refused it or not?!?! I called to report within the 72 hour window, the representative told me she would submit a claim and corporate would reach out within 48 by email to ask for proof of damage via pictures. It’s been 5 days and I’ve yet to receive any type of email or follow up from Ashley furniture. I have an oversized and defective ottoman that I paid over $500 for and they are doing nothing to help recover their defective item. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with their customer service. Do better Ashley Furniture. Next time I will shop with a small local retailer who actually cares about their happy customers. Spare yourself and shop with a local retailer. Big box Ashley will not have your back. Pictures of my defective ottoman…

Shopping for furniture is no easy thing for us. Our salesperson, Kadie, made it more than manageable. Her extensive product knowledge is amazing. Her professionalism, patience and kindness: all above and beyond expectation. She takes pride in her work. She treats others the way that she would like to be treated. UPDATE: AFTER waiting 3 weeks for Ashley's 2nd attempt at delivering the correct furniture, they delivered the WRONG ITEM AGAIN! Delivery team said the sales group did not flag my order as correcting a store error which would have made the 2nd delivery faster (wouldn't have mattered given the wrong item was delivered AGAIN). I had to go through the hassle of calling customer service, going to the store again, they shrugged and whispered "Sorry". REALLY? The person re entering my order acted as if I made her day bad. They refunded delivery fee then proceeded to tell me my item was no longer in stock and I have to wait another 3 weeks. WHAT?! They sold my item to someone else. Then I received a call that there is another additional 2 week delay. So i paid for a piece of furniture 3 months ago that I have yet to receive. I received a call from Mike, the manager, but the return number he gave me was just to the same awful customer service line, not him. I'm supposed to get the item today. Lets see if Ashley messes it up a 3rd time. This place is not worth the hassle. There are too many other furniture stores with quality items, less delivery fees that are much more reliable. The furniture is nice, the salesperson was nice during the sale process, they discounted the delivery fee because they have the HIGHEST delivery fees ($199 - $499) of any furniture store in the Treasure Valley (including Demeyer Furniture at $99, RC Willey at $99 and furniture row at $99 and for RC Willey that $99 charge is a one time charge for anything you one want delivered that entire year). After waiting 4 weeks for delivery the wrong color console was delivered. I spoke to customer service, which is HORRIBLE, who got me in touch with the salesperson who said they had the correct console in the warehouse and he would call me the next day with delivery info. I never got a call back so I went to the store where I was told my console would be delivered in a few weeks ( soonest they could). WHAT?! They messed up the order, they have the console in stock yet I'm put in the back of the line for delivery? Whatever happened to "we messed up, we will do whatever it takes to get the correct console to you immediately?" It seems to me, Ashley works hard to get the sale but after the sale, service doesn't matter so much.

Toni and Jet took great care of us. They helped make recommendations, and moved showroom furniture around and measured to make sure an actual set would fit our living room prior to purchasing. Jet was funny and great to work with, and also helped with design ideas and color palettes to stick to. When it came time to buy, Mike also worked with us on final pricing and financing. Only downside is almost 2 month wait to get everything. Great experience though - Thank you!

Terrible furniture store bad return policy and too expensive ugly furniture

I go in looking for a bedroom set, and I find one July 21st 2024. They were super nice and offered to price match for me with a competitor. That's fantastic!! We get most of our furniture with 0 hassle whatsoever, this is where things take a turn. We have been waiting for a single piece that we ordered with the set since the first time we were told it was going to be delivered. We have been given 4 or 5 different delivery dates and we have made sure to be here and available for all of them. Yesterday we were even told to be expecting it this morning October 1st 2024, between 8 am and noon, when I called their "customer service" if you can call it that I was given yet another date and told it's on back order AGAIN! I have spent a few hours of my life being put on hold, a few DAYS of my life staying home and not getting errands done/not working because I've been waiting for them to deliver one piece of furniture, time has been wasted, my emotions have been high, and I have continuously been run through the ringer, and lied to. This is by far the worst experience by any furniture company that I have ever had and I am still not done with them. I just want my last piece so I can never darken their door step again. I will be telling anyone and everyone who will give me the time of day about my experience here

I want to leave a review on Jet. He works at the Ashly’s furniture store located in Idaho, Meridian. My family went there to get a bedroom set for me I just wanted to take the time to let everyone know Jet was amazing, he made my whole family laugh. He answered all of our questions, he was definitely dressed to impress. All in all he really made my day!

Had a great experience today! Kadie and “boss man”. Were so attentive and spent lots of time with me going over options and choices. I left knowing that I was given all options, a great deal…. And the right furniture for me!! Can’t wait!! Thank you so much!!

The customer service for this company absolutely sucks!!!!!!! You can never talk to the store directly, then when you talk to their horrible customer service they have zero answers! My story. Bought a couch. Got a call from these guys saying couch would be delivered and that someone would call that Monday. Monday comes and goes so I call. They inform me that it won't be delivered until three weeks later but no reason why. Just said three weeks later. The fact that they have zero answers and that we got rid of our old couch because you called saying it would be delivered. No answers and not being able to even talk to the store is absolutely ridiculous

My boyfriend and I were shopping around for a sofa sleeper. We went to multiple stores, one being Ashley. Our salesman Richard helped us find sofa sleepers within our preferences and let us browse at our own pace. We went to one more store before we turned around and went back to Ashley. We asked for Richard but he was on break so Drew kindly helped with drafting our order. Once Richard quickly returned, he took care of the rest. We left happy and couldn’t ask for better! I recommend this store and our salesman Richard. He is very knowledgeable and has a friendly personality - great customer service.

We needed to furnish my grandmother’s apartment and after many trips around the valley, we were pleasantly surprised with the great customer service, patience, and recommendations Drew and Raymond provided! Save yourself a massive headache and go anywhere else. They are amazing until the transaction is complete. Then customer service goes out the window and you are in an 8-week battle to find your items. DON'T DO IT - RUN!!!!!

Can I please get my bedroom furniture delivered? Bought it over a month ago, was told it would be ready in 2 weeks, then told 2 more weeks and now being told SEPTEMBER 23rd. Called the store twice, manager said he has to send an email off and call back to figure out what's going on.

So disappointed! I was with my 70 year old Grandma trying to get a table (that was obviously heavy) and when she went to go ask someone for help to bring it to the front the man looked at her (Richard) and asked why she couldn’t pick it up herself. Not professional at all and would recommend any other store but this one!

We visited the Meridian, ID store where we received excellent service. Kadie was our sales person and was super helpful. We have a small living room so options are limited but she was able to quickly find dims for the different items we were looking at and was very knowledgeable on what services the store could offer. Any questions we had that she was unable to answer herself she was very prompt in getting us an answer from the store manager. It was a very pleasant experience.

First, Caleb really went beyond great customer service. He hunted down the items I was looking for even on his day off. He made arrangements for me to work with Raymond who then helped to find some coordinating pieces and worked with Katie to get me an amazing discount. I honestly could not be happier with the customer service and the results!

I bought furniture for out living room. One day a piece of wood fell out of the couch. That is when I realized it had been broken since we got it. That is why one of the cushions never sat right. I went in and asked if they could help us get it fixed. They said NO. Not sure what to do with my new broken couch. I never buy extended warranty because I expect quality when I buy "good" stuff. I guess my expectations were too high.

Raymond was great to work with. My wife and I visited the store and he was helpful in narrowing down what would work with us. We left to think it through and came back a few days later. Raymond was able to customize what we wanted and gave us a great price for the sectional. Appreciate the work he put in the assist us and will go to Raymond in the future for our home furniture needs

We came into Ashley furniture with some specific items in mind. Raymond helped us. He quickly understood what we were looking for and offered valuable insight. We moved quickly through the store, everything he showed us were pieces we liked. He didn’t try to upsell us and the check out process was smooth!! Would recommend👍👍

We bought a sectional from Ashley. A year later, it is falling apart. The wood frame inside the back is snapped in half and another section on the bottom. I don't know how this is possible. Maybe they build their furniture with popsicle sticks. NEVER buying furniture from Ashley again! The cushions not holding up either. By far the worst furniture we ever purchased. Not even heavily used. At most, a few hours each evening by husband and I. I can't imagine this sectional in a large family setting. Would last a month... TOPS! Horrible waste of money!
