Never purchase from Ashley! If you need customer service in any way you are out of luck. Local store won’t help and I have called customer service multiple times and of course it’s nobody local to talk to and fix the issue. Just trying to get 4 pieces with the same toggle switch. Of course they respond with an empty promise. Still nothing from them in phone call Or email

We are so pleased to buy from Ashley store 2 weeks ago . In meridian , ID. We were assisted by Madison . She was very pleasant , attentive to our needs and quality of the furniture . Her sales etiquette are just so pleasant . She made our buying experience a breeze . Stress free . We loved our new sectional . Kudos to Madison

Went in to look at getting a new mattress. Ended up leaving with an order of a mattress, a bed frame, a rug, and a recliner. Everything was fine until someone in the chain "accidentally" cancelled our order. Ever since then its been nothing but problems. First we were only offered a 20% discount to get something else, not even on our order, as "compensation" for having to re-order everything. Which, by the way, is not an easy process and took time out of our already busy weekend and it affected our credit score. And then to top it all off we just got a memo stating that the rug we purchased has now been discontinued, so we aren't even going to get that. This whole process has been a nightmare and to only have been given 20% off of a single item as our only form of compensation, it is absolutely unacceptable that we've been tossed around like this. The employees who helped us were so nice and friendly, only to have their management and shipping department screw us over. Safe to say once we pay off whatever we do get in our order we will NEVER be shopping here again.

Terrible experience; I took my brother to shop for a recliner . I had already done my “homework” prior to our arrival. We were greeted by a man dressed in a white Lab coat which was odd in my opinion . We gave him the details of what we were looking for and it was as if he didnt hear a word we said . He was cold, and seemed bothered . When we asked if they have free deliverey he immediately told me no, mind you I had already called prior to showing up and they told me yes. Then he proceeded to tell me I must have called a different store. We asked for a quote when all the sudden he started scheduling a time to deliver a chair ! we never even gave him the ok to do so. was uncomfortable so we walked out. I will never go back to this store . I refuse to give this man our business . We ended up at the Lazyboy store and spent more than we planned . Sorry Alejandro but this is not a good gig for you.

A bit disappointed, i just recently purchased a couch and ottoman then i have been very excited about getting. I went to the store to purchase thinking they would still offer me the same price as online only to find out they would honor it if my monthly payments were only for 12 months not 36. I paid extra to have it for 36month as monthly price was stated online but they ended having a higher price in store. Online was $2,087 at $64p/m the total in store was over $2,300 still $64p/m. I was told I could have my delivery by August 12th, which was perfect since my boyfriends mom is coming to town the next day, and that all i had to do was change my address on my credit card to be shipped at the right address. I did that immediately after stepping out of the store followed up to make sure it was changed, told it was, and then i get a call saying my order was flagged because of the address not being correct. I thought it was fixed.. just to find out now my order won’t be here until the 19th.. i would of rather paid online for a better price if I knew the shipping date wasn’t going to be here when I wanted. Could have used that extra $300. If the couch makes it here by the 13th or 12th I’ll remove my review and give y’all 5 stars.

Beware of salesmen just telling you what you want to hear so you can purchase from them. Back in 2022 I purchased a couch from Ashley and was told it was real leather. Come to find out it’s not, now Ashley furniture won’t help whatsoever. They don’t even know who does their protection plan. When trying to get ahold of a manager I was told he was in meetings all day after the manager knew of my problem. Ashley furniture has taken zero accountability after I have spent over 15,000 dollars at this company I will make sure to never spend another dime on this place and tell every single person not to as well. The lack of communication and management is a disgrace. And yes I have reached out to all management and this “support” email that you guys respond with to “fix” the issues

My wife and I visited Ashley Furniture in Meridian looking for a new sofa and possibly some inspiration. From the moment we arrived, Toni Reardon provided an outstanding experience. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and truly made the process smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to Toni’s guidance, we not only found the perfect sofa but also added a large matching chair and a 5 year protection plan, all within our budget. Two days later, we are still talking about how easy and pleasant the experience was. Toni brought a level of professionalism and care that made the entire visit feel first class. We truly appreciate her help and highly recommend working with her. Thank You Toni!!!

My rating is based on customer service. We purchased a modular sectional, the furniture is great... or what we have of it. We were able to pick up half of our order on the expected date. The rest of the couch keeps getting pushed back by weeks and weeks (more than once). The sales rep initially made it sound like they would help us out but is now saying they can't and gave us the number of an automated system that isn't clear or helpful. After hours on the phone the only amendment made was a 5% refund on the half of the order thats missing (coming out to less than $40). It's frustrating to be met with smiles and similar sales tactics in the store, promised to be taken care of, just to be shoved off to the wayside when the card is swiped and the sale is made. I appreciate the furniture but don't expect a sincere customer service experience.
