Unbelievable! Bought the higher end (Signature Series) bedroom set and full living room set, spent thousands of dollars around 7k for what I thought was great furniture. We had bought from Ashley in Oregon and loved it, even gave it to some friends it was that nice after 8 years. So we decided to by new stuff and couldn't be more disappointed. If it weren't for us moving, it damaged would have never be seen . That exactly what the professional installers thought!!! Dont be honest and tell them we had three broke peices but let's screw and glue it together and they will never know.....wrong! Ya we bought new stuff they set it up and it all looked great, signed off on it and months later you careful start to take it apart to move and you been cheated, lied too. How dishonest these people are. We paid cash! For brand new stuff and we're told it was going to be two weeks before we would receive it because the warehouse was out of product. We waited and it did come in on time, they set everything up and it was good until the day to move to another state. As we took things apart carefully, I got pissed about how things were glued and cobbled together. It's like I just bought a new car with a SALVAGE TITLE. I will add vedio to this post and show you now not to get taken advantage of by Ashley.. DONT BUY A DAM THING FROM THEM. 😒

Ashley in Meridian was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. This store left me in tears, I’ve never been so distraught after doing business with a company. I ordered a mattress, on my pickup date I was told it was on back order for another two weeks. I never received any kind of update letting me know of this significant delay. My family was arriving the next day and needed a bed to sleep in. After calling the store I was told my only option was to purchase another mattress at the warehouse. I asked the associate if I’d be getting the same type of mattress and was told yes. I didn’t receive the same mattress, the mattress is two inches thinner with a higher price tag. I spoke to the manager and expressed my frustration, I received no apology nor empathy for the situation that they caused. I will never do business with this company again and I highly suggest you don’t either.

After moving to Idaho the beginning of September, we needed to buy furniture for the home we were purchasing so we have been shopping around but Ashley was the first store we came to. After visiting the store 4 different times we were told thru an employee that Mike the store manager had relegated us to the “employee door”. So we bought furniture elsewhere. We decided to come back because the sales people we had dealt with (Treg, Delan and Tess) were awesome and they are the ONLY reason we came back and purchased a couple of chairs and an end table.

I went to this store and some young lady salesperson with a septum nose ring and pants that fit her maybe 50 pounds ago came up to greet us. We were looking for furniture with specific dimensions and I'd forgotten my tape measure, so I asked to borrow one. She said sure, but just to make sure to give it back, as if I'm going around stealing tape measures from furniture stores. In fact, that was the third furniture store to which I'd been that day and none had had an issue letting me borrow their tape measures; and no one had warned me to return it; they just correctly assumed I was civil. Anyway, that horrid employee that treated me like a crook turned me off from ever patronizing that store again.

I've had this table/chair set for 1 month. It already looks like it's 5 years old. The finish is coming off, from nothing other than doing simple cleaning. It's bubbling, which I thought was maybe from my kids leaving cups on the table and water condensation from the cups getting into the wood and causing the bubbling. No. More bubbles continue to show up, beyond the first ones I found. These bubbles are not from water damage. The worst part is trying to get help from Ashley customer service to attempt warranty support or product replacement. This is THE MOST disorganized customer support model I've ever encountered. I've contacted them no less than 5 times. Each time I've respectfully asked to speak with a manager. Each time, I'm told someone will call me back within 48 hours, and no one ever calls me back. I honestly feel like I've been scammed. Scammed by what is supposedly a "legitimate* brick and mortar store. It's scary that this place is still in business. I'm about to go set up a chair in front of their store and show these pictures and tell my story to every customer that goes in to buy something. Do better Ashley furniture.

Poor experience with delivery of a bedroom set. First attempt at delivery & installation included damaged furniture (bed, which comes in multiple pieces) that was not discovered until driver arrived at our house. Had to wait two weeks again for second delivery of a replacement piece. At that point the replacement piece was OK but the driver then realized that six legs to the bed are missing. Not in truck and not in local warehouse or at the Meridian store. We are told another two weeks for delivery of legs. Store manager was not able to help or expedite delivery of missing legs. Customer service cannot or will not expedite the delivery of missing legs. We are going on two months since we paid for the purchase in full. We get no updates from Ashley. Terrible customer service. The furniture we have purchased (and unable to use) seems to be OK, midgrade and reasonable value if all the pieces can ever be delivered and actually put together. We won't buy from this company any more. Once the sale is completed the concern for customer satisfaction with delivery and set up and problem resolution goes away. We don't recommend Ashley Furniture.

My husband and I stopped in to look for a few things, which unfortunately were not sold here, but Tess had all of the info about where to get what we needed. She was friendly, knowledgeable & all-around awesome! We will definitely be returning here to buy any furniture we need in the future.
