I felt like I was buying a car. Spent waaaaay too much time here. I'll admit, they have beautiful furniture and quality is there BUT don't expect to get anything on time. If they give you a date and then tell you,"3 days after that date," just know that's a lie. They will tell you anything so that you buy their furniture and make false promises and tell you to call them and then when you do, nobody is available to talk to, nobody will call you back and there is no evidence of what they spoke to you about in their computer system. They tell you to pick up your own furniture and when you do, "computer system is down," and they can't find anything so you have to come back hours later, then you unpack the items and it might be damaged and if it is, a technician will come out weeks later to see if it was you who damaged it. You can call the warehouse directly and give them your info and even they don't know when your furniture will be in. We were told April 16th but now it's May 8th. So I guess if you need furniture, give them 4-6 weeks since they blame it on their location. I wish they wouldn't give dates at all. I wish they cared more about their customers and communicated better. We bought furniture with RC Willey and it's night and day. Wish we spent are hard earned money with them instead. They had so much time to fix things or make things right before I wrote this review but they chose to ignore us and not do anything about this situation at all.

They delivered a completely damaged sofa, left it upside down in our house upstairs, had a no-show of a technician the following week, rescheduled just for someone to say “This is not fixable”, and then only proceeded with the exchange after I called them after hearing no updates. We may just return the whole thing at this point. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

It turns out that the old saying is true. All that glitters... I did not have a great experience here. Toni was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The next couple of days when I came is another story. Toni had these days off. It was a nightmare. I was prepared to give a scathing 1 star, but the Manager, Danielle, reached out to me and got me what I needed. She was very nice.

We had such a great experience at Ashley Homestore today! Walter was helping us throughout our process and was available for any questions or concerns without being too pushy. All of the staff were very helpful! Quality of all the products were so great

Richard Price sold me my fiancé and I our first sofa. He is very funny and was very helpful with helping us find what we wanted. :)

Kadie is the best of the best followed by her co teammate Mary. Together the both of them was the best experience I’ve ever had shopping for furniture. They made my experience so delightful. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend Ashley store to anybody and make sure you ask for Kadie and Mary.thank you both
