I’ve had good luck with Ashley’s, but not this location. We’ve been calling for three weeks now because we bought a couch when their systems were down. We filled out the paperwork and the worker was supposed to call us for a payment link. She never did, we called her and she said she’d send it, she never did again. Then we called the store a week later and they said they’d call us back, never did. Called them today and the one who helped us was on break and they couldn’t talk because it’s Black Friday and they were busy. It’s crazy that we have been calling for weeks and you guys were too busy to help us. We’ll be buying elsewhere since we’ve been begging for assistance for weeks now. We don’t live in Meridian and driving over an hour to go buy it again just isn’t reasonable.
My Ashley experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Following the salesperson's recommendation, I decided to pick up my area rug from the warehouse to expedite the process. However, upon reaching the warehouse, I was informed that they had no trace of my order. The frustration began when customer service proved equally clueless about the whereabouts of my purchase, redirecting me back to the store. In a loop of confusion, the store suggested contacting customer service again. After persistently calling customer service, I decided to cancel my order due to the lack of clarity. To my dismay, two hours later, someone claimed my order had miraculously reached the warehouse—a blatant lie, as confirmed by the warehouse staff. My efforts to cancel the order were met with further hurdles, and the ordeal continues. The entire experience has been marred by misinformation, unfulfilled promises, and a complete lack of coordination between the store, warehouse, and customer service. This level of incompetence has turned what should have been a simple transaction into a drawn-out and frustrating ordeal. Regrettably, as of today, my order remains uncancelled, adding an unwelcome layer of ongoing frustration to an already exasperating experience with Ashley.

Chuck and Dani both helped us today and they were both helpful, kind, and amazing! They each went above and beyond to help us find the perfect furniture for our family. :) Neither of them have the pushy salespeople vibes you often get in furniture stores. I really appreciate how patient, honest, and down to earth they both were. They don’t recommend the most expensive option, they recommend the option that is best for you:) I will be telling all my friends and family to go to Ashley for their next purchase!:)
Dani was absolutely amazing in helping us make some decisions on furniture pieces for our new house. :) I was feeling really indecisive and overwhelmed and she really helped us make some decisions and was very kind and patient. Chuck helped us when we first came into the store and he was also very kind and helpful and helped us get approved for a credit card! Extremely happy with the whole experience and will be back again for future purchases. :)
Great service and prices
on the surface they offer a good value. but furiniture delivered more than one month after promised with no explaination. Further, it was paid for when purchased, two months before delivery. felt they were not truthful. certainly did not feel like a valued customer.
Heather was great ! But when I got my furniture the lamps where defected and I tried to return it to the store, but they do not do any returns. They don’t stand by their product.
Kayla was awesome at helping me find what I needed! Update: Ashley Furniture is HORRIBLE to work with after they take your money. Received my items and attempted to return one of the end tables within 24 hours of receiving them. They communicated the only way they would refund the item was if it was damaged, but yet they aren’t willing to take back a new end table. I was moving into my new house and was waiting for the rest of my furniture to arrive, so I was unable to know at the time of delivery whether I would need both of the end tables I purchased. Kayla, at the time of purchase, told myself and three other people MULTIPLE TIMES that I could simply return an end table if I didn’t end up needing two of them. I would have NEVER bought two if I knew the truth of their return policy that no one felt necessary to share. The lack of communication is crazy, and no one has the integrity to back up their words, especially Kayla. Not anyone at the time of delivery even explained to inspect or refuse the item as that was the last time we were able to. Everyone at the meridian location was rude and unwilling to take accountability for their own words. I’m so frustrated at the lack of customer service and I’m down $300 for a end table that still has tags on. They don’t care, as long as their pockets are filled.
