Richard was very helpful, funny and made our furniture shopping experience so enjoyable.

My experience with Richard was awesome! Great salesman and as always love Ashley’s furniture and prices. We left with a huge smile on our face thanks to Richard.

We bought a sectional from Ashley. A year later, it is falling apart. The wood frame inside the back is snapped in half and another section on the bottom. I don't know how this is possible. Maybe they build their furniture with popsicle sticks. NEVER buying furniture from Ashley again! The cushions not holding up either. By far the worst furniture we ever purchased. Not even heavily used. At most, a few hours each evening by husband and I. I can't imagine this sectional in a large family setting. Would last a month... TOPS! Horrible waste of money!

Tried calling the national number, and it was confusing. I went into store and Raymond was extremely helpful and answered every single question I had! He was busy but he handled everything perfectly and gave me every option available to ensure I was taken care of!

Absolutely Horrific. We purchased insurance and if we didn’t claim anything we were told we’d receive a credit. We have called for weeks asking about it and getting told we’ll get a call back. Five times this has happened! Five! And the last time I was told “it would be a priority” and we would get a call back Thursday. It’s Friday and not a thing. We just bought a new house and using the Ashley home store app picked out a sectional, bedroom set, and patio set. $3-$4k. Not any more. Fed Up

I bought and paid for 2 complete bedroom sets in May 2024. I was promised delivery by June 18. They showed up on the 18 with a partial bed set and no mattresses. I am still missing one whole bed set and both mattresses. i called the store manager several times for 4 days, he keeps saying he will call me back and has not. Now i’m told our stuff so t be here until mid july. I am never going to buy anything from here again and i will tell others about my experience

My boyfriend went to look at a mattress to replace our old one. He asked to look at affordable ones and the guy “helping” him (some average-size light-skinned black guy) was hounding him with condescending and judgmental questions like “why a cheap mattress?” and “why not get an expensive one?” when it was made clear we’re on a budget. Incredibly rude and ignorant salesman who just cost this place any further business from us in the future. Go to a different location, this one is trash.

Richard was immensely helpful and pleasant to work with. He was informative and NOT PUSHY ! We plan to come back. The prices were comfortable and I’m ready for another sale 🤗

Kadie Kellar is the one that helped us she’s really good and she made us feel welcomed and comfortable and she was so sweet. She help us quick too! She is amazing!

Technology really is a weird thing and of course with my purchase the system was acting weird. Thankfully with the help of the team and Kadie being so so helpful I’ve been able to repurchase my product that I am so excited to receive. This couldn’t have happened without Kadie and her helping me out!

I went into the store and met a very professional sales representative. She was great about giving me space to look around and did not pressure me to make a purchase. She gave me her card for future reference. Once I decided which item to select I called to inform her. She offered an additional discount in store and even received a better rate for shipping. Had I not come back in store for the purchase I would not have saved. I finished my purchase within 20 minutes and was so thankful for the extra savings!

I will start and end this review with the same sentence.I will NEVER EVER buy a piece of furniture from Ashley Furniture again. The furniture was delivered defective. We bought the extended warranty. It took four months for three different technicians to come out and try to repair it and it could not be repaired. The repairs made it worse. Another technician was a no show. The communication between the store, the repair company and the warehouse is awful. We got the run around for months. So much confusion! The store wants nothing to do with you after you purchase the items. They do NOT stand behind their products. Several back and forth trips with the furniture to the warehouse. They finally replaced the item. The customer service at the warehouse in Boise is terrible. They are unprofessional and unhelpful. If I could give zero stars I would. I will NEVER EVER buy a piece of furniture from Ashley Furniture again.

I worked with Richard to find couches and he was incredibly patient in helping us find exactly what we needed. His level of customer service was excellent, and I highly recommend him.

Horrible experience. Biggest issue was difference in color between the TV stand and displays. Obviously there was an issue with mixing the paint color. Took 5 months to finally get a call from Frank who basically said “sorry” it’s just a perceived color difference. Just a big run around and the tech they sent to see it in person never filed his report. I agree the difference is slight but I was told they would all be the same color. ALL OF MY MONEY WAS GOOD!

None of the employees are aware of their own policies and will give you the run around once you start asking questions. There are better furniture stores in the valley, go elsewhere!

They delivered a completely damaged sofa, left it upside down in our house upstairs, had a no-show of a technician the following week, rescheduled just for someone to say “This is not fixable”, and then only proceeded with the exchange after I called them after hearing no updates. We may just return the whole thing at this point. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

It turns out that the old saying is true. All that glitters... I did not have a great experience here. The salesmen, Barack especially, were deceptive and pushy. Then they lied about shipping dates to make a quick sale. In joking, the sales guy event commented on his commission. Even after months of waiting, I still do not have the mattress protector that I paid for. ($119) The manager said that she would personally drop it off to my door. When I called to check on the status of it, I was told the she was let go for incompetence. What a joke. Don't go here. RC Willy's has more selection, friendly honest salespeople, and better prices.

My sales person was so kind and nice to work with. That was the only positive to my Ashley experience. The customer service I received was next level unprofessional. It would seem that no one talks to each other internally. I was called numerous times by their customer care team to confirm my delivery. Each time I had to correct my address again. I was even told one time that I could not modify my address via a phone call and needed to physically go into the store to complete this updated information. So I did. At the store I was told that they couldn't change my delivery address in-store and to call customer service. My furniture was delivered to the incorrect address after numerous confirmations by Ashley staff that the delivery address had been updated (spoiler, it was not). The delivery drivers do not answer their phones or even have a voicemail you can leave a message with. Even as of now, I have an unanswered email regarding the charges of the items I purchased. The whole experience was marred by a lot of inconsistencies, total lack of communication of information, and lack of actual follow-through at each step of the way.

Absolutely fabulous service! Mary and Dani provided exceptional service in pulling this purchase together for me. I am very happy and will return to Ashley Homestore for future purchases. 🌹

We bought a matress at this store paid 3000 $ for the .matress with a warranty after 2 year we can no sleep well in the matress creating a lot of physical pain and lack of sleep call the stores they send someone to check the matress twice and they didn't solve the problem if you paid so much money for an item and they give you warranty they should take care of that, horrible! we loose our money

I had lots of issues with my simple purchase of a storage ottoman. My salesperson was new and kept leaving me to ask questions instead of someone being by her side during the sale. My ottoman came into the warehouse and my 40-minute drive to go pick it up turned out that my ottoman was damaged when I got home. I had to drive the 40 min again the next morning to return it. I still have not received my money back for that purchase. I have been on the phone several times with your three different entities, store, warehouse, and customer service. No one talks to each other, and it makes it a pain in the butt for the customer. I will never step foot back into Ashley furniture for anything.

Originally purchased online, was having constant problems online services calling to inform the item was being pushed back two more weeks for delivery. That happened three separate times. Got fed up went into the physical store about two weeks ago and spoke with sales manager Kris even though instore purchasing and online purchasing does not work together at all. Online purchasing was a nightmare with the customer service. Kris on other hand was able to confirm how many were actually in stock and confirmed with the local shipping department that they had no scheduled arrival of my item. Bit frustrating but Kris followed up and was just very personable with the silly situation. I should of just purchased it with him then and there. I waited till today and was helped by Kayla which she was very friendly and very personable with the whole transaction. 10/10 would shop in-store again. 0/10 shopping online again.

We got the couch and ends tables and coffee table..the love seat we sit on is about a year old and litterly wearing out...update..called for the warranty and they said it doesn't cover that kinda of leather discoloration..

My wife and I went to Ashley Furniture in Meridian a couple of days ago and spoke with Mary about a new dining room table. She helped us figure out measurements. There were 3 different tables we liked so we went home to measure our space and make a decision. We recently moved to Boise to be close to family and we knew our 2 person table wasn't going to be adequate. We decided on a table that seats 8 people and went back to the store to order it. Mary wasn't available so we were assisted by Kayla. She was great! We never felt pressured at any time. Their President's Day sale started and the table we wanted cost $100 less online. They matched the price. The table and chairs should be deivered within a few weeks. I'll update this review and include pictures when it arrives. Update: the table and chairs arrived. The delivery team did a great job. We love it. There's only one problem that we didn't see at the time of delivery. There's an gouge on the table top. Can someone from the store please call me about this? Follow up: Ashley sent a repair technician to my home and he fixed the gouge. If you didn't know it was there, you'd never see it.

I am out $200 for product that NEVER GOT SHIPPED and I CAN NOT GET REFUND!!! Sales rep was nice but they did not have a product that the rep was demonstrating in store. I purchased the $200 product online through the sales rep at the store 2 months ago and still haven't received product. Asked for a refund and haven't got the refund for 2 weeks. Do not recommend Ashley store unless you want to wait at least 2 months for shipping. Would rather shop for furniture else where.

Update: I have still received no assistance with this. I have called numerous times, I have asked for the regional managers name and number, I have asked to file a complaint, all of which have been ignored. I have asked for a refund from numerous people and keep getting told this is up to the regional manager. I've sent an email to the review email that they requested. Waiting for their reply. I would leave a zero if it was possible. We went into Ashley's November 26th and ordered 3 beds for our kids and 2 mattresses. All of them to be delivered. We received a call from Fed Ex that they had a paint spill and that they were not sure if it damaged the package or not but that they would still deliver it and if there was any damage to let them know and they would pick it back up and return it. Well the bed had paint on it. I notified Ashley and took pictures of it and sent to them. meanwhile FedEx picked up the bed and returned it to Ashley. No one followed up I didn't hear back from anyone so about a week later I called Ashely's who told me I needed to contact FedEx. I contacted FedEx who states it was shipped back to the shipper and they signed for it on December 7th. I waited another week, called Ashley's was told they would have the manager call me back and never did the manager call. I expressed I didn't understand why this was all on my shoulders and I was the one getting the runaround. I again called and was told the same thing about the manager calling me back. However I got a call back from a sales person who told me I needed to contact FedEx and tell them to pay the claim so I could get a replacement and that as soon as FedEx does their part I could get my bed delivered. I contacted FedEx who states that I can't file the claim because it has to be filed by the shipper. So again I called Ashley's and was told yet again that they will let the manager know. I also said I wanted to just get a refund for all the items I still have not received. Again I was told they would make a note of it. I will never do business here again. Oh and I'm still waiting to hear back.

Marianne helped us after we decided on a sectional we really wanted. She worked efficiently, got us in and out quickly and easily, was kind and easy to work with, and knowledgeable of the financing options which made this purchase a breeze. Also, the store was clean and all the employees were welcoming.

Go To A different Furniture Store. We purchased a living room set from them and we have had nothing but Problems. The first issue came when we figured out that they had input the numbers incorrectly for our order, so the wrong set had been quoted and ordered. They honored the original price but we had to wait. They way overcharge for delivery and would not work with us, even though they were not meeting the original availability. We picked up 1 piece of furniture and the rest was unavailable so they said that they would contact us and have it delivered. That was 1 month and 4 phone calls ago. Every time we called they said someone would call me back and no one ever has! No email, no effort, and no customer service.

Very patient and persistent sales personnel. I say persistent not in a perjorative manner but in helpful manner. I found the bar stools that I wanted on their website. They were priced $24 cheaper than in the store. The sales rep and the manager worked tirelessly to go their store's protocol to get me the lower price. They could have just thrown their hands up and said, "too bad". Buy it on-line" But they didn't. Their focus was on customer satisfaction. Great service in an era of so many companies giving up to out of their way for the customer. -------- The following is a review of their customer service follow-up. First the delivery was on-time. The bar stoos were assembled perfectly. The delivery personneld were profesional. My signature for the delivery receipt was completed using their smart device. Almost immediately, within minutes, I received a phone call from their office asking if my delivery was satisfactory or if I had any issues. Wow. Talk about quick response. Obviously, I did not have any negative issues. All in all, I am most pleased with my decision to purchase from Ashley.

I’ve had good luck with Ashley’s, but not this location. We’ve been calling for three weeks now because we bought a couch when their systems were down. We filled out the paperwork and the worker was supposed to call us for a payment link. She never did, we called her and she said she’d send it, she never did again. Then we called the store a week later and they said they’d call us back, never did. Called them today and the one who helped us was on break and they couldn’t talk because it’s Black Friday and they were busy. It’s crazy that we have been calling for weeks and you guys were too busy to help us. We’ll be buying elsewhere since we’ve been begging for assistance for weeks now. We don’t live in Meridian and driving over an hour to go buy it again just isn’t reasonable.

My Ashley experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Following the salesperson's recommendation, I decided to pick up my area rug from the warehouse to expedite the process. However, upon reaching the warehouse, I was informed that they had no trace of my order. The frustration began when customer service proved equally clueless about the whereabouts of my purchase, redirecting me back to the store. In a loop of confusion, the store suggested contacting customer service again. After persistently calling customer service, I decided to cancel my order due to the lack of clarity. To my dismay, two hours later, someone claimed my order had miraculously reached the warehouse—a blatant lie, as confirmed by the warehouse staff. My efforts to cancel the order were met with further hurdles, and the ordeal continues. The entire experience has been marred by misinformation, unfulfilled promises, and a complete lack of coordination between the store, warehouse, and customer service. This level of incompetence has turned what should have been a simple transaction into a drawn-out and frustrating ordeal. Regrettably, as of today, my order remains uncancelled, adding an unwelcome layer of ongoing frustration to an already exasperating experience with Ashley.

Chuck and Dani both helped us today and they were both helpful, kind, and amazing! They each went above and beyond to help us find the perfect furniture for our family. :) Neither of them have the pushy salespeople vibes you often get in furniture stores. I really appreciate how patient, honest, and down to earth they both were. They don’t recommend the most expensive option, they recommend the option that is best for you:) I will be telling all my friends and family to go to Ashley for their next purchase!:)

Dani was absolutely amazing in helping us make some decisions on furniture pieces for our new house. :) I was feeling really indecisive and overwhelmed and she really helped us make some decisions and was very kind and patient. Chuck helped us when we first came into the store and he was also very kind and helpful and helped us get approved for a credit card! Extremely happy with the whole experience and will be back again for future purchases. :)

Great service and prices

Although we made our purchase online, we have had to deal with a warranty issue. The corporate customer service department has been extremely unhelpful. We are also dealing with the Meridian store customer service team and they have been rude and unwilling to offer a solution. We should have shopped at RC Willey.

Update: Ashley’s customer service is among the worst I’ve ever experienced. The only reason they get two stars is because the quality of their furniture seems to be good. The lower score is due to absolutely no follow through by the sales person, nor her supposed manager (after she promised to get back to us nonetheless), or others in the organization. Delivery date was pushed back three times even though we were originally told it was in stock and is why we chose them for our bedroom set…to get it as soon as possible. Very unprofessional across the entire spectrum and the ONLY good service providers we dealt with were their delivery personnel and one person on the phone, who were very professional. We even witnessed how unprofessional store personnel were with other customers when we were in the store. The headboard of our bed arrived cracked (stuff happens) and the delivery personnel took it back with them and said someone would follow up as would be expected. No one ever did. It took us calling them days later to get that ball rolling again. Schedulers then leave voicemails with no return phone number or only the national Ashley number, which has limited options. Their national computer system evidently doesn’t talk to the local one, the local store has to contact the delivery section separately, and so far there hasn’t even been a way for me to directly call back the delivery center to confirm; so, the only way to confirm delivery times is through intermediaries since their personnel evidently don’t leave direct numbers for callbacks. We’ve heard many excuses, mainly their “upgraded” computer/software system, but that simply means that follow up by the employees is that much more important instead of using it as an excuse. I do have to give credit to Mike and his coworker in delivery, and Kristina who assisted via phone, who were very professional and helpful. The other local furniture stores we dealt with when moving into our new home were outstanding by comparison and I don’t know if we’ll ever buy furniture from Ashley again.

Quality does not match the price. We have had several issues with the sectional we bought and haven’t even had it a year. Unfortunately we were also sold a 5 year warranty under the promise from the salesman that it would be refunded if not used. Come to find out that is not true. Won’t be shopping here again. Went to the Ashley Store to purchase a couch. Their website is promoting 60 months deferred interest. I picked out a couch and the sale rep assisting me had to check with her manager regarding the offer. The manager Carlos said I don’t need 60 months to pay off a couch, and was unwilling to honor the promotion. False advertising and bait and switch tactics. This store will be reported to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as well as the Better Business Bureau.

The sales gentleman who helped us was patient and kind as we searched for and discussed multiple living room set options. Took my husband and I about an hour to decide what we wanted. The sales rep arranged for delivery for the next day. Everything was delivered promptly and professionally. We continue to use Ashley furniture because of the great service and affordability. They offer a 5% discount for healthcare professionals and veterans. I learned this on my own. When I informed the sales rep that I worked in healthcare, I was given a discount. I think 10%, maybe 5%. It was still about $100 👍 My recommendation to Ashley Furniture is to encourage sales reps to inform customers about this great discount. No one had told me before and we’ve purchased furniture in the past.

They have alot of options, but when you don't buy something that is out on the floor the price goes up, on top of that delivery charge is $350.00 that's insane!

The couch is awesome, I just would feel more comfortable if they stood by their products and backed them with a refund or exchange in case we ended up not looking it. It’s a lot of money for no returns.

We came to Ashley from DeMeyer to look to see if they had more selection of chairs. The sales staff were extremely pressuring from the start. We were approached 3 separate times by two different people in the 10 minutes we were there. The final time we were approached was by the sales manager and after explaining we didn’t need any assistance he followed us and pestered about what we’re looking for and if we were remodeling. For this single reason, we chose to go back to DeMeyer. Super disappointed.

Kayla was awesome at helping me find what I needed! Update: Ashley Furniture is HORRIBLE to work with after they take your money. Received my items and attempted to return one of the end tables within 24 hours of receiving them. They communicated the only way they would refund the item was if it was damaged, but yet they aren’t willing to take back a new end table. I was moving into my new house and was waiting for the rest of my furniture to arrive, so I was unable to know at the time of delivery whether I would need both of the end tables I purchased. Kayla, at the time of purchase, told myself and three other people MULTIPLE TIMES that I could simply return an end table if I didn’t end up needing two of them. I would have NEVER bought two if I knew the truth of their return policy that no one felt necessary to share. The lack of communication is crazy, and no one has the integrity to back up their words, especially Kayla. Not anyone at the time of delivery even explained to inspect or refuse the item as that was the last time we were able to. Everyone at the meridian location was rude and unwilling to take accountability for their own words. I’m so frustrated at the lack of customer service and I’m down $300 for a end table that still has tags on. They don’t care, as long as their pockets are filled.

Plan on putting EVERTHING TOGETHER YOURSELF! We were told we would have to put the top on the dining table but that it was "super easy"and shipped that way. Told our salesperson that we were shopping there because we hate putting stuff together. Turns out everything we bought had to be assembled. Took hours to unpack it and assemble a recliner, dining table and chairs. We would never have shopped at Ashley had we known this. Do yourself a favor and shop at a real furniture store or if you don't mind building it yourself just shop off Amazon. Ashley offered to deliver our purchase for $90. We chose to pick it up at the warehouse and were told we had to sign a receipt stating nothing was broken. It is literally impossible to do that when it's all in a box unassembled. What a complete joke!!

3 years ago, we spent a great deal of money on a leather recliner and sofa set, both with power reclining, and got the expensive warranty plan to cover them Within only 2 years, the 'leather started peeling on both pieces, showing they were either bonded (fake/low quality) or cheaply coated. Not covered by warranty. The frame also broke on the recliner despite only regular use and being well within weight limits. The break made it impossible to recline and uncomfortable to sit in the chair. We filed a claim with the warranty, which required jumping through a lot of hoops and sending photos. 6 weeks later, someone showed up, glanced at it, took more of the same photos, and said they would order parts and then someone would come to install them to fix the chair. This being at the tail end of the pandemic, we were told this could take a while. It's been 10 months. To the best of my knowledge, no parts were ever actually ordered. Now the sofa is broken as well, with no way to fix iit as the claim was denied. NEVER buy furniture from Ashley! It is overpriced, low quality furniture and their extended warranty is a scam! Save yourselves!

Absolutely cannot recommend Ashley Furniture enough!! Especially Danielle who saw me sitting on a sofa trying to figure out what to do. Mind you, I had been to 10 furniture stores by this point and could not find the perfect couch. She took my vision and brought it to life by explaining how I could get the sofa I wanted and tie it in with what I already had, showing me examples and being very honest about prices and how to get the best value with different options.

Ruslan did an exceptional job helping us select a bed and mattress for our guest room. He was super patient showing us the different mattress choices, but gave us plenty of “space” to discuss as well! We are very happy with our selections and can’t wait to have them delivered!

It was okay!! Sales person was nice…. I just do t like my ottoman now I have it home snd I can’t return it because it was on sale…. So I should have thought more about it before I bought cause I don’t like it does really work well with my decor plus it looked like a different color out of the store!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in earlier this week to try out a mattress they told me on the phone they had in store to try. They didn’t even have that model mattress, and the staff was incredibly rude. I went in with my colleague as we have a very similar jobs compared to Ashley staff, and the staff present mocked us and our career. They laughed at us when we pointed out they didn’t have what they said they did and rudely corrected us as if they never told us that they had it to begin with. I will NEVER be placing my business with Ashley Furniture.

My husband and I had been looking for a nice outdoor sectional for our new house for quite some time. It wasn’t until we visited Ashley Home Store in Meridian that we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. Chuck was great at helping us measure everything to make sure it was going to fit and negotiating with his manager (Burak) to get us the best price possible. He even moved the fire table over so we could see what it would look like with the set. He also told us that everything would be delivered before the 4th of July which was sooner than expected. Even the CSR Denise was great at explaining the invoice so there weren’t any lingering questions. She also offered to call us tomorrow to schedule a delivery. Overall, everyone was very friendly and professional and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new furniture!

I BOUGHT A SOFA BUT THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE OPTION TO BUY SOME CUSHIONS SINCE IT CAN ONLY BE DONE ONLINE, HOWEVER THIS IS NOT THE MODEL THAT I WANT. I understand that these cushions belong to another sofa, but if they are not available online, they will not allow me to buy the ones I saw in the store. I paid $1,300 for a sofa and as a customer I don't feel like I can negotiate those cushions. I was about to cancel the order, just because of that. What option do you offer me, I want those 2 cushions that I don't know the name of the model either, I only have the photo.

We found a beautiful lamp for the right price. The only problem is it can not be cash and carry. We must wait 7-10 days for our lamp. There were no options when I asked. I was told that’s just the way it is. Customer service seems to have gone away…

The shipper was great, but Ashley kind of dropped the ball on the schedule ha ha, we don’t even own the house yet. Also, the call center person I can barely understand, it doesn’t help when you have roosters and chickens in the background.. lol But overall good so far

The worst customer experience I've ever had. These people really do not care about you once you walk out the door and they have the $ in hand. I can't believe they can still run a business with how terribly they treat their customers. Will never recommend them to anyone or ever considering buying from them again.

The one item I found in that store I wanted, was out of stock and signs on it that they would not sell the floor model. I have to wonder.......if out of stock why have it on display? We left disappointed.

I called to get copies of my invoice bc the company I paid to clean my couch now says they can’t locate my information. I called Ashley and talked to a salesperson who said she would find our invoice and email it to me right away. She also said she would call back in 30 minutes to make sure I received the copy of the invoice (and I did verify my email address with her). No invoice emailed to me and no follow up phone call. I tried to call her again the next day but their automated phone system recognized my number and re-routed me to another customer service office that likely was not in my home town.

I bought a new couch online from Ashley Furniture and received my conformation and two follow up emails that said I could have it delivered earlier than the March 7th date I scheduled. I couldn't do it earlier since we were redoing the floors. On March 2nd, I received an email my order was canceled "due to high demand". So basically the store had the item in stock and then sold it to someone else after I bought and paid for it and they couldn't get another one in. Customer service offered to refund my card.... lmao! Thanks for not keeping my money after canceling my order! Trying to call and get any help was pointless. This would have been the 3rd couch in 4 years I have bought from Ashley Furniture but after this experience I will never shop with company again!!!

Just bought a sofa set from Crystal today and it was flawless she was amazing at her job

We purchased a sectional December 2021. We also purchased the very expensive 5 year extended warranty since we have pets. There is an area that is unraveling on the seam of the chaise, both sides. Clearly a defect. We’ve only had it a little over a year. Shouldn’t be unraveling. Thankfully we have the super, awesome warranty to fix it, right?!?! WRONG!! I was told by the gentleman on the phone that Ashley sends there repairs to that it wasn’t covered. However, if I stained it or burned it with a cigarette they could repair it. Funny, the guy sold us the sectional and warranty he said that since we have dogs we definitely needed it in case they scratched a hole in it. That’s a complete LIE!! I guess we will have to pay out of pocket to get our 4K sectional fixed. What a scam!!!

So far excellent customer service from Ashley home furnishings. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door at the meridian location. They have a very detailed process for delivery and setup, that was printed out for me to reference. I didn't give 5 stars because I have not yet received my bedroom set to see if the whole process is worthy. Also I think I was over charged for what I got, this may because their delivery service and setup charges are high or they miscalculated the base price for the set. Need to look into this further.

Bought a nightstand and had to drive across town to the warehouse to get it. After getting home and opening it, I found the top corner was damaged. After calling customer service they basically told me I’m SOL. Apparently I was supposed to open it and inspect the entire thing at the warehouse before I left. The item itself looks good and is what I wanted minus the damaged corner. I understand where they’re coming from and their position on the situation. I guess it would have just been nice for them to say that when I picked it up. The damage isn’t horrible or anything but after spending $500 dollars on something you expect it to get it undamaged.

I was happy with the selection and we found what we wanted right away. There was a sale going on, but the sale price was not marked. I would have liked to see the prices so I could comparison shop.

I needed to find a couch for family moving to the area. I called and spoke with Walter, who was very kind and said he could help if I came by. He listened to what I needed and that it had to be something in stock. He showed me multiple great options and, when we found the “right” one, he managed to get us a delivery window (late notice too!) and helped make it affordable to also get a protection plan. I’ll be going back to help pick out more finishing touches for their apartment. Thoroughly impressed by their associate, Walter, and am grateful for his time and attention making this (last minute/urgent) purchase!

We cannot thank Chuck Compton enough for the AMAZING customer service he provided. He was able to fulfill an order that we had attempted to make over the phone, but ended up having to complete in the Meridian location. We had been told by the sales manager that the items we wanted were no longer on sale; however when we met Chuck in the store...the items we wanted were in fact on the showroom floor AND on sale. We told him how disappointed we were with the information we had received from the sales manager and that we nearly went to one of the many competitors in Meridian. Chuck took the time to look up every item to ensure it was in stock and help us find comparable replacements for those items that weren't. Due to his efforts, we even added more items to the purchase. Chuck wasted no time scheduling our delivery date. Three days later the furniture was delivered and set up as promised. If it weren't for Chuck's great memory and quality customer service, Ashley Furniture would have surely lost us as customers! However, because he took the time to ensure customer satisfaction ...we will certainly be return customers. Thank you!

Bought a leather reclining loveseat. Barely over one year old, the staples pulled out of the wood. The back is no longer attached. It hangs behind the couch in a reclined/lopsided way, it is NOT in the reclined position.

We just moved here and did some shopping around from the local furniture stores and we settled on this location purely based on customer service. The man who helped us was named Brandon and he was perfect. Patient and helpful yet not overbearing and breathing down our necks while looking around. Every question we had, he had answers for. The second part was the delivery itself, which was smooth and easy. The guys didn't make a mess or track any dirt in. Something that has happened in the past. We will absolutely be back to buy more furniture and will make sure Brandon is our guy.

Andrea was exceptionally helpful. We bought a recliner and thought we had to order and wait 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. But she did a final search of the warehouse and found one out there for us. We picked it up the next day and are thrilled. I highly recommend Ashley and especially Andrea.

I went to Ashley's in April looking for kid's beds. Two salespersons took bets on whether or not we were going to buy anything. We bought a set of beds for my kids with an expected delivery of June or July... It's August and they still haven't been delivered. Last person I talked to said "It will be there when it gets there." Tried to cancel the order to get beds somewhere else and customer service was unhelpful at best, and are stonewallling me from getting my money back. Talked to someone at a different location and they told me "Meridian is notoriously difficult to deal with and never answers their phone." First and only time I'll ever shop for furniture here, this place sucks.

Dale was super amazing and excited to see us he greeted us right away and started asking and answering our questions. He was very professional and Knowledgeable and gave us a lot of options and helped us to find a great deal. We will be back !!!

Horrible customer service, takes forever to call in to talk to a rep. Ordered a table, was told the wait is 3-5months. We really liked it so we’re willing to wait. Well 6months went by and nothing. We kept trying to get info and no luck. Finally they got back to us and said it would be another 4months before it arrives. If your good wait about a year for furniture its a great place to waste your time. Oh & btw, they charge your card every few weeks just to make sure it’s active. So that is not fun to see when the item is $$$$. I lord willing, will never have to do business with them again. STAY AWAY from the back order items.

Love my furniture from Ashley’s, was able to get everything I ordered in a week. Worked with Kayla and she was awesome and was available for me many times as I went back and forth to the store many times to make sure everything would fit. On a day Kayla wasn’t available, I worked with Damien and he was just as great. Love this location and you can’t go wrong with Ashley Furniture as you get what you pay for and this furniture will last.

I want to thank Zack Mackay, the store manager, for resolving a mistake that was made during the ordering process. I entered the store annoyed and upset, I left content and satisfied. You never know what small acts will build loyalty, as long as Zach is the manager of that location, it's where I (let's be honest... my wife) will pick out our furniture. Haha.

My wife and I purchased close to $7k in furniture in November 2021, it's now June 2022, and we're still waiting for a couch and bed with end stands. We were told they build everything in the states and can get the items faster, and we would not have to deal with the long backlog like other similar industries are dealing with. This is far from the truth. Be careful when you buy or plan on a long wait. Being told it's supposed to be by the end of July, I am not holding my breath at this point; we are told that each month.

They have nice furniture.....but nothing (practically) in stock 3-6 month wait.

Ordered a table January 10 was told it’s going to be 4-6 weeks and when that time came they were out another 4-6 weeks and then when I called again was told 8-12 weeks . Will never buy from this company again and I do not recommend anyone buying from them .

Ordered 3 items and were informed everything had to be shipped and nothing in stock which was fine. Then they kept pushing the date back which is okay again, but then they called us saying everything finally made it to the warehouse so we drove there and they tell us they don't have it. Almost 4 weeks later and nothing, when they told is it would only take a week. The manager worked with us, so i gave a higher rating, but it was a frustrating experience with the delays.

Bought our chairs (2) in December, we were told it would be about a month out. January came, nothing. I tried calling customer service but couldn’t wait on the phone since I was caller #234. No joke. I had to go into the store. Once I made it in, the guy at customer was nice. He informed me that one of my chairs is in the warehouse now and the other won’t be until the beginning of June. I just received a call saying I can pick up one chair on June 25th and the other on June 30th. That means they must have sold my chair that was at the warehouse to someone else, or they lied to me about it being there in the first place. I am beyond frustrated and need Ashley to contact me to come up with a solution.

We spent over 2700 dollars and are still waiting for our furniture 5 months later. They have never reached out to tell us what’s happening and obviously do not care about their customers. In my business I would call my customers with updates. Don’t buy from them

Store manager is a coward, nothing worse a man can be. Can't return phone calls and has his employees lie saying hes in a conference. We ordered our furniture early February and were told a delivery date of march 12, never came, then april 8th...never came. Tried calling, told many different answers, so i had to drop in person to be told delivery wouldnt be till august or september now. What I had ordered wasnt even in stock. Wouldn't even bother working with me, let alone come and talk to me. Canceled the order and went around the corner to Bassett who is WAY better quality and has kept me in the loop weekly with the order.

David is amazing to work with he has the customers best interest in mind. He listened to what I wanted and help me find exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend him

The sales associate used deceptive selling practices. She told us she would take $50 off and if we paid $49.99 for the 5 year protection plan it would be the same price. We found out later it was just on sale, and she conned us into spending another $50. Love the console table we bought, but not happy with the sales associate.

We were quoted 5-7 weeks when we purchased a couch in February. We still don't have the couch and now we are being quoted it not showing up until July. We are moving across the country in July and won't even be here anymore. About a month ago my case was "escalated" to a special team that was supposed to contact me within 72 hrs, they never contacted me. I contacted them and was told to wait another 72 hrs, they never contacted me. Every time I've contacted Ashley's the delivery date gets later and later. If this company can't keep up with demand they never should have sold this product to begin with. We're probably going to have to cancel the order and buy a different couch elsewhere.

I was lied to and now ignored! I was told by Ben coaches did not need to be moved away from the wall since they would automatically recline away from wall, he is the professional I trusted him. A couple month's later and there is a tare on the back, the only reason Inoticed it was because of the scrapped paint of my wall , I've called, I've emailed, sent pictures, and they have decided to throw this under the rug, all I've asked for is for them to fix the tear not to replace them!

Damian was seriously the most helpful sales rep I’ve encountered at Ashley’s (or any furniture store for that matter). He was beyond friendly and incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Shopped for a counter height dining table and matching chairs. Walter helped me excellently there in finding matching chairs that were what I was looking for and in stock.

Spent 10k on furniture, including a leather sofa and loveseat. Besides busting them for a little bait and switch on cost, one of the sofa sections has an obvious factory flaw we reported day of delivery. An "inspector" came and took pics but never got back to us. When I called weeks later was told the flaw was normal even though it's the only spot out of 5 pieces that stands out. Simple fix would have been to replace the one flawed piece and retain us as future customers.

have been waiting 5 months for 8000 dollars worth of chairs and couches, have not been able to get ahold of anyone and the delivery dates change every 2 weeks , as a business owner i would have never expected this to be the case with a company of this size

My sister in law had a Ashley credit card that had over $8k that she could charge. After picking out what she wanted come to find out Ashley had a new finance company that did not honor the old charge card. She was never notified. So we bought nothing.

My husband and I have come to this Ashley store multiple times and been helped by both Joe and David, and both times we were given EXCELLENT service! Both gentlemen helped us to find exactly what we wanted, guided us around the store to show us different pieces, and helped to put together our orders within our price range. We came on a weekend and expected it to be busy or not be serviced right away but that was definitely not the case. Even with being helped by Joe & David, we had multiple staff members come up to us to be sure we were being helped and were getting what we need. We’ll definitely be back for our future furniture needs.

Our order was supposed to be here in 4 weeks. It never came no call, email, or text from Ashley furniture. So I called 4 different times to talk to the manager, never could get a hold of him, left messages as well. No reply. So we decided to cancel the order, of course they wouldn't let us do it over the phone so we drove down there. The receptionist was very nice she tried to offer something else but it was too little too late. Were nice people didn't ask for anything extra or wanted a discount. Just would have like to be notified if our order was going to be late. Fyi we found out it was gonna be an additional 6 weeks. Glad we cancelled

bought a $3k sectional and extended warranty, 8 month into normal usage fabric from the base deck of one of the pieces of the sectional tore away causing a sag in the middle of the sectional. Repair guy came out promptly and said they would order a replacement piece that should arrive in a week as this was a "common" issue with these sectionals. Fast forward almost two months worth of calling every week to check on the arrival of the replacement piece and getting the run around from everyone. They couldn't find the order or see anything in the system. Today my wife called and we were told we would receive a confirmation email in the next 24 hours that the piece was shipping instead we got an email denying our warranty claim! Ashley if you want to deny my warranty claim there's nothing I can really do about that even though I completely disagree with this decision. But being told for 2 months that you will fix it and then denying my claim is pretty pathetic. I will never set foot in an Ashley again...God speed to those who do...

HORRIBLE. Like other reviews have stated, this store has very unprofessional sales representatives. I called for a quote and the sales agent was rude, aggressive and hung up on me. Don’t give them your business.

The sales lady was extremely pleasant. After we purchased an item, we went to a different store just to "check" and found the same exact item $50 cheaper. I called to cancel the order and they told me they would match that price but it was too late. I was already at the other store but to get my order canceled I had to physically come back into the store. 🙄. So overall they weren't that easy to deal with but no issues with the sales lady she was great.

Similar experience as many others have been having. Pleasant and easy buying experience back in September 2021. I knew there could be delays in delivery, and working in the construction industry, I relate and understand. What I don't appreciate is false ETA's. It doesn't make me feel better to be given an arbitrary date. If my piece won't arrive until September 22, just tell me that. But monthly, I receive an email saying my delivery is that week, then 2-3 days later receive a phone call saying it's delayed a month. In Feb I was told my delivery would be today, March 5th. I didn't receive the confirmation email until this Thursday, and what?? NO PHONE CALL canceling it! Yay! I figured this was it, finally getting it for real! Sold my existing couch last night, cleared a path for delivery. Today by 4PM I'd heard nothing and reach out to customer service to be told my couch still isn't available. If it doesn't arrive by the 10th, the new ETA, I'm giving up officially and canceling my order.. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Purchased our dining room table set 2 years ago, the sales person seemed knowledgeable, helpful, etc. The salesperson even convinced us to buy a warranty even though we don't normally throw our money that way. Convincingly we were told that it would cover any problem that we had on our furniture. From the moment we left the showroom, we had nothing but problems with the company. It took over 4 months, which is normal now but not then, to even get a partial delivery of our dining room set. After 5 months, we finally received all pieces. However there were fingerprints in the stain. The repair guy that came out was super nice super professional and super informative. He explained how to take care of our table set, though he said it was the salespersons responsibility, so that our table set would last. Fast forward 2 years we finally used our extensions for the table and one of the extension's pegs do not line up with the holes. Since it's a 5 year warranty. We believe by what we read and felt we understood, combined with what we believe we were told, it should have been covered; but it's just our luck it's not. We won't be shopping at Ashley's again, and we definitely won't be buying a warranty again.

Made a private appointment at 10am more than a week in advance. Got repeated notifications confirming the appointment. Showed up a few mins early and waited outside, door was locked and store hours on the door said they open at 11am. Continued waiting until 10:05 in the cold and no one came to the door to let us in and there was no one inside that I could see. Went back to my confirmation email and clicked the link to view the appointment info to see if there was contact info since I couldn't get past their automated phone system due to them being closed and it said there was no appointment. So either they cancelled my appointment without notifying me or it didn't appear because my appointment should have already started. It's unfortunate because we were ready to buy. But now we will go elsewhere.

Bought a dinning room set in Sept of 2021 still waiting on it had a delivery date for this month but had it pushed out to June with no explanation. Been trying to get ahold of the store manger Zack and he keeps ducking me. Don't bother going here

Just facts: Order made, 11/21. Estimated delivery date 01/22. End of January, change delivery to 02/05/22. On 02/06/22 change delivery to 02/09/22. Still waiting, 3 failed delivery dates. We've sat on the floor for 3 months.

Do NOT buy furniture from Ashley! We purchased our furniture in Feb 2021, and they said they could hold it while our house was being built. We got a call a few months ago that all of our items were in. As soon as we knew our closing date, we called to set up delivery. My husband called to reconfirm a couple weeks before delivery, and they said they didn’t have us scheduled and that OUR FURNITURE IS STILL NOT IN! We have spoken to people at the national center and local store and we’ve been told a variety of different things from each. One says everything but dresser and bed will be here on the 26th, one says nothing is scheduled for the 26th and several more items are not in stock also. Just got told today some items won’t be available until March! I’m so done with this and will never shop here again.

UNBELIEVABLE! They sell warranty's that cover everything but manufacturing workmanship. Less than 9 months, since delivery and the cushions are tearing away from the frame, BUT no coverage, because it is on a seam! Never ever will I buy a couch or furniture from Ashley... I can buy a more durable couch at Big Lots for a fraction of the cost.

Purchased a piece of wall art that I had to pick up from their warehouse. It was all taped up and sealed. Got it home and it had major defects. Called customer service and they told me all sales are final and I should have unpackaged it at the warehouse to inspect. They did not mention that when I picked it up. Almost like they want you to take their defect inventory off their hands since you can't return it

I bought $3400 worth of furniture but was exhausted by the runaround delivery dates. It was constantly changing and I was even told by an associate an item wasn't in stock. After canceling, the salesman finally reached out and had the audacity to hang up on me. Meanwhile, I'm sleeping on a pillow soft mattress with zero hassle while awaiting a refund from these bozos.

I felt like I was being followed the entire time I was shopping. Everytime I would look over, the sales rep was on a new chair into 10 feet of us. I'd also be talking to my daughter and she would add her input here and there. I came back the next day and placed an order with another sales representative who was great but I was not told of their option to deliver a "threshold delivery". Their delivery into home charge is $269.00 and I was told if I picked it up myself and it happened to not fit or something was an issue that I couldn't do anything about it if it wasn't an in home delivery. Sounds like the same for the threshold, but at least this is a free delivery to your door if you dont have a truck or like in our situation, the weather wasn't good. I like Ashley's furniture but this has been an experience to show me they are money hungry and not customer focused. Lastly, I purchased my couch on black Friday and the sales reps are only doing what they are told for their jobs but the price was significantly higher in the store than online so my "super deal" was pretty much what I could have gotten online. They even sent it to an approval process for "this high of savings approval". I spent about 4k on my 7 piece sectional.

Delivery service sucks, I’ve ordered a whole living room set, a dining set and another living room set. All had delivery problems, kept changing the delivery dates on me and keeps pushing my delivery dates back.

6 months to get a recliner,??

I bought a bedroom set in cash and at the beginning of November. And was told that it would all be in the warehouse by December 18th at the latest its now January and they told me it won't be in till the end of February. I would give zero stars if available. Don't trust anything there employees tell you or there call center.

Salesman Bryan Sanchez was very helpful in me making decision on the items I purchased by looking up information I requested and rearranging dinning table and suggestion on lowering cost on delivery fee by having some items shipped to me, which enable me to purchase items etc. He also was not very pushie allowed to take my time to make decision.

Update: Called to get an update on furniture and again it was pushed further into September (about one year since I’ve made the purchase) I told them to just cancel and was told I would receive my refund in 7-10 business days, 1 month later and I haven’t received it. I called customer service (which isn’t easy) they called the meridian location directly and told the CSR that I need to come down to the actual store in order to receive my money. They don’t reach out to you or anything! Not about your furniture delays and not about your refund either. They’re just scamming ppl everyday into buying stuff that won’t be ready for a year. Bought furniture in October and was told my items would be available in January. I call to check in 01/04 and find out that my stuff is estimated for July 2022. Meaning I paid in full for something I’ll never see for 9 months. I was swindled and convinced to buy from here when I had specifically mentioned avoiding waiting for stuff on back order! Everything I picked out was to be available that day or with a 1 month arrival. I asked the man selling to me if this furniture was American made and he said yes lol. All of Ashley’s furniture is from Vietnam or some other foreign country, meaning cheaper materials, and definitely a large supply of back orders due to cargo. Don’t lie to people. I seen my coffee table set on Amazon from a different seller smh.
