Came into this store about 30 minutes before closing tonight and told the Travis & Joe I was looking for a GREAT deal on a couch, 3 seat sofa or sectional. Within 10 minutes Travis showed me a floor model clearance I couldn’t say no to. Awesome 3 seat grey faux leather recliner at an excellent price. They expedited the sale & I walked out happy within 30 minutes of arriving. Excellent, no hassle service. Will be coming back.

Let's start with the sale. Isaiah was super pushy on the protection plan. Too pushy. We repeatedly declined. Still pushed. We decided to pick up our bed from the warehouse instead of a $250 delivery fee. We were told point blank, we have to be there first thing in the morning when it arrives at the warehouse or it might be sold to someone else before we pick it up. It's a first come, first serve basis. Even if we ordered and paid for it, it could be resold out from underneath us apparently. We specifically asked if the bed was going to be 4-6 weeks or and we didn't want to place an order if that was the case. Order was to arrive on 10/15(about a 1 1/2 weeks out), I called to confirm it was there and they confirmed. I arrived and they only had the footboard and rails. No headboard. I'm then told to call the warehouse everyday to check for it's arrival. That would be great if anyone ever picked up the phone, it rings and rings and finally says that number is not accepting calls at this time..????? I call the store and they cannot reach the warehouse either. As of yesterday, we are told it won't be delivered until November, possibly. Avoid this place if you don't want the headache and run around.

I purchased a sectional with the warranty from Ashley Furniture. I am so glad I did. I noticed a small hole in one of the cushion. I called Ashley Furniture, a very sweet gal named Liz answered. Liz waisted no time. Liz asked her manager Brianna, they both took my information and were giving me the details about getting a new cushion ordered within minutes. Absolutely amazing customer service from both Liz and Brianna. I will definitely be going back to Ashley Furniture for any future purchases.

Comfy. I suggest getting the 5 year protection plan. Not overly expensive to add it on. We have bought from Ashley furniture store before and came back because they are a great furniture store to work with. Great quality and excellent service.

Ok ok so as much as I loved the experience of buy a bed frame from Ashley’s I should made sure it was worth the $2k I paid for it. I’ve owned this bedframe for a little over a year now I’ve already to fix it twice now because the company went cheap with constructing it the spine of the bed was 4 1x2 boards screwed in to a 2x2 board which is what originally broke only 7 months into owning it. But now a little over a year later I can’t sleep on the left half of my bed because I sat down to hard or fast whichever u choose and the board that screwed into the side support weight failed and collapsed inwards the bed I own is a king size bed and the amount of bed I can sleep on is the size of a full. I’m not saying don’t buy from these guys I’m just stating you need to double check the support systems like weight baring boards to make sure their gonna hold you especially if ur over weight like my self

We ordered a dining room set and a living room set at the beginning on July. The dining set was damaged and we were supposed to get a replacement of another style. After two months with no follow up, communication and multiple rescheduled deliveries and several vacation days lost to take off work we never received the replacement of the dining set or the living set. After 2 months we finally canceled both orders and took our business somewhere else.

My parents and I were shopping for a kitchen table and matching buffet. We were greeted by friendly people. When we found what we were looking for, Izzy was available to answer all of our questions. We bought what we liked and at no time did we feel any pressure to do so.

Joe and Hector went above and beyond and were very knowledgeable about what mattress suit us best definitely would use them again when we get our bedroom set

We have had our living room set pushed back for 9 weeks. The dining set was damaged and the replacement was being delivered parted out with the table and chairs arriving separately however it was the wrong table. Brianna at the Nampa store,even after us going in to talk to her,three different days said she would call us back and then didn't. We went into the store to talk to her and she sat at the counter eating her lunch and ignored us for 20 after one of the other associates came and told her that we were there to speak to her. I called to talk to her about it she said her mom had covid and she doesn't have time for customers and hung up on me when I told her that her not calling me back on Friday or Monday or Tuesday had nothing to do with her mom having covid when she was at work on all of those days.

I bought an adjustable base and mattress back in May. About 3 weeks later they delivered them to my house, however, they delivered the wrong base. Since that time, over several weeks, I have spoken to 5 different people at the store who all said they were mangers and ALL said that they would look into the matter and call me back in 24-48hrs. Only one did call me back saying the issue was resolved and the correct base would be dilevered in 4 weeks. That was mid June I believe. I waited 6 weeks and nothing ever came. I called again, same thing, we will call you back. Nothing. I spoke to their customer care people who I guess are in India, at least 6 times and was told essentially that I needed to handle it through the store qhere I bought the item. Out of nowhere, I get an email a few weeks ago that was an order reciept for the base I had been trying to get. No explanation, no phone call, absolutely zero communication. About 2 weeks go by and I was about to call the store again, but recieved a call from India saying the base would be delivered on Aug 31st. Then I got a voicemail from them saying it would be delivered on the 27th, but didnt indicate this month or next. So I called the customer care number and after an exhausting exchange with the automated system, I finally got connected with the team in India to make sure the delivery was happening on the original day. They have no idea why they tried to change the date. At no time have I received an apology, a call back to follow up on the issue, or any attempt to make this right. I have not recieved any call backs from 4 of the 5 people I talked to at the Nampa store. I dont get it, I have been super patient through this ordeal. Never yelled, cussed anyone out and I didnt bombard them with calls every day. I gave them every opputunity and ample time (over 3 months) to fix this. I suppose that is where I went wrong. So this google review is my FU to Ashley! I wont ever darken your doorway again.

When I ordered my sectional couch from Ashley, I was truly excited about my purchase. I waited over a month to receive my couch (which was ok for me because I was moving states, and the turn-around time worked perfectly). However, I can see how that turn- around time might not work for some. The delivery day came, and unfortunately 2 of my 5 couch pieces were damaged and had to be rejected. They were badly broken, and the material had a glue-like residue. That was pretty discouraging. This is where the headache truly started... It was several days and several calls before I was told that the replacements would take an additional month before arriving. I was not willing to wait that amount of time, nor was I pleased with the people in customer service who kept calling me with wrong information. I received several calls from different people who kept trying to confirm the wrong information. I must have received 5 or more calls every day. I also received an email for the protection plan I purchased on my couch, but I was not able to log into their website to enroll or view my plan. So it seemed, from every angle, that things were very unorganized and that there was poor communication within their company and outside services. After a week of back and forth, I had to make a quick decision to purchase a new couch from a different furniture store, that was able to accommodate us quickly. I contacted the Ashley store and spoke to Briana in the sales department. She was very caring of our situation and did everything she could to help make it right. If it wasn't for her hard work and great customer service, I probably wouldn't have any positive feelings about Ashley Furniture. Briana was able to help set up a "pickup" of the already delivered couch items and made sure to check in with me for confirmation before and after (I really appreciate that extra care). She really did a great job and I'm so glad I was able to work with her, to get things resolved. I don't think I will work with Ashley Furniture in the future, as it was more of a hassle than a joy. Now that everything has been returned, I'm just waiting on my FULL refund.

Not happy at all with several reasons. I don’t like leaving reviews like this but people shouldn’t have to experience what I did. Before buying I asked how long it would take to get the bed frame ready to be picked up. They said oh about 2 weeks the most but they’ve seen it up to a month or so. Me being me thinking oh it will never take longer than that. 2 weeks goes by I call in to check in and they say check the receipt what it says. It said end of the month so I’m like ok fine I’ll wait. Finally it’s been a month since I ordered it. I call it to check in with their customer service because till this day I still don’t have anything from Ashley, no email, no call, no letter, and no text. The customer service tells me oh it’s ready for pickup. Doesn’t tell me where it’s ready exactly. So I tell her my frustration about not getting notified about the pick up and she just apologizes like it’s normal. I’m thinking okay fine, whatever at this point just go and pick it up. I finally plan to go pick it up with my friend and come to find out it’s not even at the Nampa store it’s at the Boise Warehouse. Which is way further from where I live to go and pick up. This is super frustrating and honestly don’t know why this happened to me.

Made me sign up for a credit card that I did not want or need, and they wanted me purchase $2000 mattress THAT IS OVER MY BUDGET, meridian furniture store sold me a mattress that is 6x cheaper! (300$) and meridian furniture store doesn't make you sign up for a credit card. Ashley never asked about my budget, I felt forced to sign up a credit card, and I went there to compare prices, NOT TO PURCHASE AN EXPENSIVE MATTRESS.

Izzy and Joe were fantastic!! I never write reviews but felt compelled to after my experience with them. In my furniture shopping quest I have been to at least 17 different stores across 3 states, and this was the best experience I’ve had! I went in with my eye on a few things, and Izzy was able to show them to me promptly and professionally while also maintaining a personable demeanor. At no point did I feel like I knew more about the offerings than she did (which I’ve found to be the case with some associates as I’ve accidentally become a bit of an expert with all the research I’ve done!) I was on the fence on purchasing a piece, but Izzy let me know that the piece was a floor model that just that morning her manager had informed her he wanted to sell. Her attentiveness on that matter sold me on the floor model and gave me confidence to purchase the rest of the set. Joe presented himself very well and was able to relate to me on the finance side of things to explain what they could and couldn’t do to get a deal done. Highly recommend these folks!!

We had a truly wonderful experience with Dan. He’s a wonderful salesman and made the experience fun. However, you’re treated wonderfully up until they get that signature on that contract. We got a $300 in store credit with our purchase as a deal/promo they had going on, and Dan helped us pick out a mattress protector and sheets. We used it in store, but they were having “technical difficulties” and the order wasn’t going through. We have been trying for 3 months to use this so we can protect our new mattress. It has been nothing but “we will get back to you” “we will investigate” “we will place this order”. We have been bounced around from manager to manager and still nothing is getting done, and our mattress is exposed. We’ve been patient and as kind as possible, it is unfair as a customer who spent so much to be treated this way.

Let me start this off by saying I hate leaving bad reviews because I rather press 5 stars and go on my day but the past 3 months This has been more than a headache. . Problem #1: So I got a deal financing through great American (I had trouble with there robotic customer service team) who I had nothing but problems with who eventually had another company purchase the Ashley contract for financing. I was never given an account number or a contract/agreement for this new company who I was giving three different numbers for unable to reach ahold of anyone because surprise I don’t have an account number. Eventually the store helped me get an account number so My credit doesn’t get affected by this change. Problem #2: The sale associate(Daniel) who originally helped me make my purchase had someone over his shoulder trying to select all my purchases for me and was being a complete pushover by this random guy who didn’t know when to stop. As a result of this I got delivered the wrong chair. When being delivered I didn’t know that if I hated it I had to send it back right there and then. Meaning I’m stuck with a chair that I hate because You are not allowed to make returns. I was told to sell it on Facebook marketplace and if I came back I could get a discount on the chair I wanted. Or I could by a rug to try to make the ugly chair match my other furniture. Problem #3: The lack of communication throughout everything has made me never want to shop/recommend this headache to anyone. It is extremely frustrating to deal with their staff and their partners and I hope they learn and eventually do better but I am not impressed. Problem#4: the movers where having a horrible day already and by the time they got to my delivery they where over it resulting in some minor cosmetic damage to my sofa back and the seem of the ugly chair. Problem #5: quality≠cost I highly recommend purchasing there warranty because the seems are needle staples so they pull apart super easy and the wood is compounded paper. the cushions are not the right shape so they will move around and make a slippery slop (the ugly chair).

He was quick and helped me with a particular furniture piece that I had been looking for. I went in person to the store to look at the item I called about and was helped by Izzy. My 13 year old daughter wanted to buy a desk for her room. She and her mon went to the store in nampa and bought a desk. After getting home and checking the desk we found the desk to be a really bad quality. it was literally falling apart. She took the desk back the next morning and they tell her, that this store has a no return policy. I think they need to put a note on the entrance indicating that all sales are final. I will not recommend going to this store or be aware of there policies.
