Purchased furniture in November, overall great experience. After a few weeks we noticed dust kicking up in the same area multiple times. Took a look with a flashlight and there seems to be some sort of burrow of some insect eating the furniture. After some research seems like this is a common problem with Ashley Furniture. Created a case with there back office support but since we did not buy additional warranty sounds like they may not cover it. Would not recommend buying here again.

Highly recommend Ashley in Nampa for any and all furniture needs. Joe was incredible and made the buying process so easy. He was extremely knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations. Great quality furniture and wide array selection.

Your AI phone service is so bad it won't take a manual zip code that you've typed into the phone you have to speak it and then it doesn't quite know what you want to do and all I want to do is talk to the salesperson at the store and then you get directed out to the factory or the delivery place the warehouse and they can't transfer you. I have been waiting for a chair for a month and a half now. And now I've been just been called and told it's delayed again for another month. This is beyond ridiculous. I'm getting my money back and I'm going over to RC Willey. Ended up going with Wayfair for same chair or could have gone to Walmart who would have honored the ashley price. Never anyone at store with any clout or capability to cancel or make changes to order. Told the new hire she needs to find a new job ASAP as this place will suck out her soul. The young skinny guy was helpful but he had helped me before but I knew exactly what I wanted cuz he'd been my assistant before was disappointed it didn't work but realized that I wasn't going to wait until the end of February and went ahead and credited back to my card so if you're looking for furniture and you don't mind waiting months then come on down. Especially if it's on sale. I realize I purchased this chair on January 3rd and I'm now looking at a February 29th possible March 15th delivery maybe so no we be done.

My husband surprise me to go get new furniture for our new home! Everything went well with our purchase we found sofas we liked. Until I got home and looked at our receipt there had been $999 extra of what we had purchased. The lady that helped us her name is Pattie she gave us her personal number to call or text if we had any questions. Anyways me living 1 hour away I gave her a call and sent me straight to voicemail. I never got a call back then I msg her and no response. Since I don’t know why she was charging $999 extra I called and cancel the order. Ended up going to Ashley’s in Ontario Oregon instead and we are very happy now with our purchase with a lot less money. Thanks to Daniel for helping us.

Went in the store for just a minute, to browse and get an idea of what they have. The moment we walked in, we were harassed, and followed. Despite telling the lady, very politely, four times we did not need any help, and would just like to browse alone, she would not take no for an answer, and became more and more aggressive, to the point we had to turn around and walk out before it would escalate. I understand some sales folks work on commission, but there''s a fine line between pushing for a sale and become an obnoxious tool. We won't utilize Ashleys' again.

They sold us new mattress ($4000+) and its defective. Its been 13 monts from our purchase and we are stuck. They refuse to exchange on warranty defect. DO NOT BUY YOUR MATTRESS HERE!

Jackie was super aggressive to make a sell and overpromised the available date. Gave us a great deal but we asked three times about the product availability date and she was wrong by WEEKS. Told us they would be available in 4-5 weeks or ended up being 8 weeks.

We recently purchased a new sectional from here and are still looking for more furniture for our new home. Make sure you ask for Izzy. She has so much knowledge and patience, she spent hours with us with no pressure and gave us so many details for future purchases. I truly had the best experience with her, and this is coming from a salesperson myself. Make sure to use her for your next Ashley purchase.

I purchased a bed frame from Ashley in store. The associates said the bed frame would be delivered on the first of January. I did ask them if they will actually be delivering on the 1st being a holiday. They confirmed that the stores are closed, but delivery is available. A week later I received a phone call saying they do not deliver on the first. I then called to reschedule for the second and they failed to inform me that part of my purchase is on back order. So that pushed me out another 2 weeks. You pay premium prices at Ashely, and you expect the service to match. This is the second purchase I have made from them that turns into an absolute mess with communication and punctuality. I will not be shopping here again.

My husband and I went in knowing exactly what we wanted and Izzy had us out in less than 20 minutes with a new couch!

We had such an amazing time with Jackie! She was so kind and helped us find exactly what we needed! We had very specific needs due to me getting knee surgery soon as well as having rambunctious children and she lead us straight to the couch of our dreams! When it came time to buy, we had a few complications and she and Pattie were so patient and did SO much work to help us figure out the best option for our budget that we are still so excited about!

Sleep Expert Liz Aceves was amazing and key to buying our mattress at Ashley. She had extensive knowledge and helped us find the right bed and pillows. Went to Ashley Furniture purchased two queen mattresses that were on sale for $499 each. The service was outstanding, Thank you Joe. They had to have our mattresses shipped in so it took about 14 days to get them into the warehouse. My Hubby saved a $100 by waiving delivery and picking the mattresses up from the Boise Ashley warehouse.

Horrible delivery system You never get to talk to a human when calling the store The robot keeps rescheduling my delivery date It’s ridiculous If I could cancel my order I would It’s not worth the headache of trying to get the delivery

Ashley was the worst experience of my life with a company. They took my cash and set up a delivery. Then after months of rescheduling, they said I didn't pay and canceled my delivery. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them for anything.

These clowns repeatedly messed up my couch order brought the wrong color came back without the right color took the one they brought left us with an empty living room. Meanwhile said there was gonna be someone in contacting us in 24 to 48 hours and failure to do so called customer service. They were no help now apparently have no order on file. Been nothing but a nightmare I’ll never use this furniture company again

Sales people were absolutely fine although now I question their knowledge on shipping process. Bought on a Sunday 5/4/25 with a delivery date of 5/13/25 if not sooner. Very next day, received a call furniture would not be delivered until 5/17/25.....which is the day we have a grad party. Quite a different story within less than a days time!

I had been searching for a couch for a few years. I’m super picky. Went to Ashley and was greeted by Liz. She was so great! She introduced herself, asked what we were looking for, and offered assistance should we need it. I told her I’m picky and will know it when I see it. She respected that and gave us space. She’d check in every once in a while. I’m the type of person that if you bother me too much, I’ll leave. She handled me perfectly. A male that worked there stepped in and tried to take us on a “tour” of couches. He was super nice but he stepped over Liz and was quite the talker. That’s great for some people but not for me. Anyway, I finally picked a couch. Liz was great at explaining everything and applied a sale promo which made me come in almost $1k under my budget. 🎉 When it came to delivery they stayed in touch every step of the way. I received a call and an email to confirm my address. A day or two later I receive a text and an email giving me a window time of 8am to noon. The day of they text and called to let me know they’d be to my house in 27 minutes. I work nights so I sleep during the day. I told the guy that called I’ll be sleeping but my mom was here to assist them. He was so apologetic about calling while I was in bed. I had just crawled in bed so it wasn’t a big deal, he’s fine. When they got to my house my mom worked out where it was going. She told me he said they know there’s someone sleeping so they be very quiet… and they were. Thus far we’ve had a great experience working with Ashley. And Liz was awesome!

Did not keep to their word. Said would take mattress upon delivery. Did not take the mattress upon delivery. I did everything they asked such as bagging the mattress and bedframe. The driver said “he did not have room on his truck which makes no sense. He can’t fit it on there after taking my new bed off. Getting a bed from ashley has been more of a headache than anything. They’re making me carry my bed out of my apartment, down the 2 story stairs in order to pick it up. Unless i just want to leave it outside of my apartment which leaves no walking room for my neighbors.

Great customer service in store but terrible process of getting items delivered on time. Purchased a recliner in store and scheduled a time for delivery to have it rescheduled a week later. We were then given a window of 1130 - 330 then at 330 received a call their truck was having issues to be given a window of delivery at 530 to then be told delivery by 630. I will never purchase another item from Ashley given their unorganized process for delivery. I’ve always purchased from high end companies and thought I’d give them a try. Go with your gut and buy from high end for quality and white glove service.

Had a great visit to the store. They were super friendly and extremely helpful getting me a great deal on my mattress.

At first, our experience with Hector was fine when purchasing our order. Weeks went by, we never received information on our order. After calling, he repeatedly kept putting me on hold or offering to call back with more information rather than being well prepared to answer simple questions. All that for me, not him, to realize my order was messed up. He did not communicate professionally and doesn’t seem to be well trained to handle mistakes. As someone who works in customer service, I was so disappointed with his services that I cancelled the order. Should you decide to purchase here, be aware that training in this store with their salesman may be underwhelming.

UPDATE: I went into the store and immediately was helped, sectional was arranged for pick up and I can see that my refund is in process. THANK YOU! I have waited months to write a review in hopes that Ashley Furniture would make this right. If I can save one person, the headache we have had PLEASE READ!! SAVE YOUR MONEY! This has been the WORST experience buying a sectional. I ordered our sectional at the end of July along with a chaise chair. I specifically asked about their return policy and was told 7 days. I received a phone call 2 days before delivery that the left chaise to the sectional was on back order, so I declined the delivery. I wanted it all delivered at the same time to be sure the dye colors match. Saturdays comes, and my garage was open as my kids were playing outside while I was running errands. They delivered the pieces they had despite me refusing it two days prior and placed it in my garage. My kids called me and I came home to find a ton of unopened large boxes in the garage. I opened the chaise chair box to find it damaged and immediately called the Nampa store. They told me they do not take returns because it's already been delivered but I could have it replaced. I wasn't even there when it was delivered!!! I didn't want a replacement and told them it's within the 7 days. The manager said the return window is 72hrs not 7 days. So basically, the sales assoc. lied. Ok, I was clearly within the 72hrs. The manager then called the next day and said that was for online sales and they do not do returns. WHAT? How does a manager not know his own return policy? A complete bait and switch. They finally agreed to pick it up and allow the return. They partially refunded me and then it took 2 months to get my full refund but not without constant calls to do so. The left chaise to the sectional was finally delivered 3 weeks later with NO legs included. They ordered the legs, a week later only ONE leg was delivered. A week after that 4 legs were delivered but they were the WRONG legs. Finally, a week later the correct legs come. It's now almost October and we finally had a full sectional sofa to use. They wanted to send a technician out to install the legs. We told them no and attached them ourselves. I get a call that they have scheduled a technician. I immediately cancel. A couple days later another call confirming the tech. is scheduled. Again I cancel. The next day, a technician shows up. I have wasted so much time on calls and time off work to deal with this. But WAIT, it gets WORSE! Early Nov. we notice a couple tears at the seams on 2 cushions. I call cust. service; they tell me to make a claim with warranty. We call warranty, they say they won't cover it and that I should have read the terms and conditions. WHAT? I call the store, they say "no the warranty should cover it". I call warranty back and they say they won't cover it because it's a manufacturing defect so to call cust. service back. I call customer service and make a claim and send pictures. Even after being told they expedited them, we did not receive them until mid-Dec. We changed them out ourselves. Then early Jan middle cushions starts to fray again along with the left chaise. Cust. service has me send pictures, they order the parts and send out the technician. Tech. shows up 2 weeks later and finds that they ordered me 2 middle cushion covers and never ordered the left chaise cushion cover. Again incompetence! The technician was kind and he orders the left chaise cushion cover and notices now that the dye color is different. He reports that as well. Today the tech. comes to replace the left chaise cushion cover and inspects the rest of the sectional and finds the right chaise to the sectional is also starting to fray. Who has time for this? Too much money to spend on JUNK! The pieces do not connect together like other sectionals, we are constantly pushing the sofa back together and fixing it from separating.

Just purchased my fluffy couches i wanted since last yr. Absolutely love the nampa store customer service. the people working there are amazing from the sales staff Liz! U where awesome, to there manager Scott thank you for everything u did to make us happy. Also there wonderful ladies that help with finance. Because i was not ready with my card lol. As always we are left with a great experience. Thank you all. And i will be back for my bedroom set!

Over all I am very pleased that we chose this location.

Sectional, giant lift top coffee table, end tables and a lamp for under 3,000, and two year zero interest financing. Liz wasn't pushy or fake, very pleasant experience, would recommend if you're looking to invest in something nice!

Let's start with the sale. Isaiah was super pushy on the protection plan. Too pushy. We repeatedly declined. Still pushed. We decided to pick up our bed from the warehouse instead of a $250 delivery fee. We were told point blank, we have to be there first thing in the morning when it arrives at the warehouse or it might be sold to someone else before we pick it up. It's a first come, first serve basis. Even if we ordered and paid for it, it could be resold out from underneath us apparently. We specifically asked if the bed was going to be 4-6 weeks or and we didn't want to place an order if that was the case. Order was to arrive on 10/15(about a 1 1/2 weeks out), I called to confirm it was there and they confirmed. I arrived and they only had the footboard and rails. No headboard. I'm then told to call the warehouse everyday to check for it's arrival. That would be great if anyone ever picked up the phone, it rings and rings and finally says that number is not accepting calls at this time..????? I call the store and they cannot reach the warehouse either. As of yesterday, we are told it won't be delivered until November, possibly. Avoid this place if you don't want the headache and run around.

I purchased a sectional with the warranty from Ashley Furniture. I am so glad I did. I noticed a small hole in one of the cushion. I called Ashley Furniture, a very sweet gal named Liz answered. Liz waisted no time. Liz asked her manager Brianna, they both took my information and were giving me the details about getting a new cushion ordered within minutes. Absolutely amazing customer service from both Liz and Brianna. I will definitely be going back to Ashley Furniture for any future purchases.

Ok ok so as much as I loved the experience of buy a bed frame from Ashley’s I should made sure it was worth the $2k I paid for it. I’ve owned this bedframe for a little over a year now I’ve already to fix it twice now because the company went cheap with constructing it the spine of the bed was 4 1x2 boards screwed in to a 2x2 board which is what originally broke only 7 months into owning it. But now a little over a year later I can’t sleep on the left half of my bed because I sat down to hard or fast whichever u choose and the board that screwed into the side support weight failed and collapsed inwards the bed I own is a king size bed and the amount of bed I can sleep on is the size of a full. I’m not saying don’t buy from these guys I’m just stating you need to double check the support systems like weight baring boards to make sure their gonna hold you especially if ur over weight like my self

We ordered a dining room set and a living room set at the beginning on July. The dining set was damaged and we were supposed to get a replacement of another style. After two months with no follow up, communication and multiple rescheduled deliveries and several vacation days lost to take off work we never received the replacement of the dining set or the living set. After 2 months we finally canceled both orders and took our business somewhere else.

My parents and I were shopping for a kitchen table and matching buffet. We were greeted by friendly people. When we found what we were looking for, Izzy was available to answer all of our questions. We bought what we liked and at no time did we feel any pressure to do so.

We have had our living room set pushed back for 9 weeks. The dining set was damaged and the replacement was being delivered parted out with the table and chairs arriving separately however it was the wrong table. Brianna at the Nampa store,even after us going in to talk to her,three different days said she would call us back and then didn't. We went into the store to talk to her and she sat at the counter eating her lunch and ignored us for 20 after one of the other associates came and told her that we were there to speak to her. I called to talk to her about it she said her mom had covid and she doesn't have time for customers and hung up on me when I told her that her not calling me back on Friday or Monday or Tuesday had nothing to do with her mom having covid when she was at work on all of those days.

When I ordered my sectional couch from Ashley, I was truly excited about my purchase. I waited over a month to receive my couch (which was ok for me because I was moving states, and the turn-around time worked perfectly). However, I can see how that turn- around time might not work for some. The delivery day came, and unfortunately 2 of my 5 couch pieces were damaged and had to be rejected. They were badly broken, and the material had a glue-like residue. That was pretty discouraging. This is where the headache truly started... It was several days and several calls before I was told that the replacements would take an additional month before arriving. I was not willing to wait that amount of time, nor was I pleased with the people in customer service who kept calling me with wrong information. I received several calls from different people who kept trying to confirm the wrong information. I must have received 5 or more calls every day. I also received an email for the protection plan I purchased on my couch, but I was not able to log into their website to enroll or view my plan. So it seemed, from every angle, that things were very unorganized and that there was poor communication within their company and outside services. After a week of back and forth, I had to make a quick decision to purchase a new couch from a different furniture store, that was able to accommodate us quickly. I contacted the Ashley store and spoke to Briana in the sales department. She was very caring of our situation and did everything she could to help make it right. If it wasn't for her hard work and great customer service, I probably wouldn't have any positive feelings about Ashley Furniture. Briana was able to help set up a "pickup" of the already delivered couch items and made sure to check in with me for confirmation before and after (I really appreciate that extra care). She really did a great job and I'm so glad I was able to work with her, to get things resolved. I don't think I will work with Ashley Furniture in the future, as it was more of a hassle than a joy. Now that everything has been returned, I'm just waiting on my FULL refund.

Not happy at all with several reasons. I don’t like leaving reviews like this but people shouldn’t have to experience what I did. Before buying I asked how long it would take to get the bed frame ready to be picked up. They said oh about 2 weeks the most but they’ve seen it up to a month or so. Me being me thinking oh it will never take longer than that. 2 weeks goes by I call in to check in and they say check the receipt what it says. It said end of the month so I’m like ok fine I’ll wait. Finally it’s been a month since I ordered it. I call it to check in with their customer service because till this day I still don’t have anything from Ashley, no email, no call, no letter, and no text. The customer service tells me oh it’s ready for pickup. Doesn’t tell me where it’s ready exactly. So I tell her my frustration about not getting notified about the pick up and she just apologizes like it’s normal. I’m thinking okay fine, whatever at this point just go and pick it up. I finally plan to go pick it up with my friend and come to find out it’s not even at the Nampa store it’s at the Boise Warehouse. Which is way further from where I live to go and pick up. This is super frustrating and honestly don’t know why this happened to me.

(300$) and meridian furniture store doesn't make you sign up for a credit card. Ashley never asked about my budget, I felt forced to sign up a credit card, and I went there to compare prices, NOT TO PURCHASE AN EXPENSIVE MATTRESS.

In my furniture shopping quest I have been to at least 17 different stores across 3 states, and this was the best experience I’ve had! I went in with my eye on a few things, and Izzy was able to show them to me promptly and professionally while also maintaining a personable demeanor. At no point did I feel like I knew more about the offerings than she did (which I’ve found to be the case with some associates as I’ve accidentally become a bit of an expert with all the research I’ve done!) I was on the fence on purchasing a piece, but Izzy let me know that the piece was a floor model that just that morning her manager had informed her he wanted to sell. Her attentiveness on that matter sold me on the floor model and gave me confidence to purchase the rest of the set. Joe presented himself very well and was able to relate to me on the finance side of things to explain what they could and couldn’t do to get a deal done. Highly recommend these folks!!
