Finding what I needed was super quick and easy. Izzy was very helpful and kind.

My wife and I were looking for new living room furniture having an idea of what we were wanting so we headed down where we met Abigail who listened to our ideas and showed us different options but kept our needs/ wants a priority. We decided to check out the meridian store because they have a larger showroom but did not have the same great experience there so we came to to see Abigail. She was amazing during the whole process very patient, understanding and respectful. She never attempted to push us into anything we did not want which was greatly appreciated. We ended up with a new living room and dining set which we are very excited for. Abigail made the entire process great and we would recommend anyone to go see her.

Izzy and Joe were fantastic!! I never write reviews but felt compelled to after my experience with them. In my furniture shopping quest I have been to at least 17 different stores across 3 states, and this was the best experience I’ve had! I went in with my eye on a few things, and Izzy was able to show them to me promptly and professionally while also maintaining a personable demeanor. At no point did I feel like I knew more about the offerings than she did (which I’ve found to be the case with some associates as I’ve accidentally become a bit of an expert with all the research I’ve done!) I was on the fence on purchasing a piece, but Izzy let me know that the piece was a floor model that just that morning her manager had informed her he wanted to sell. Her attentiveness on that matter sold me on the floor model and gave me confidence to purchase the rest of the set. Joe presented himself very well and was able to relate to me on the finance side of things to explain what they could and couldn’t do to get a deal done. Highly recommend these folks!!

I went into Ashley’s to buy a new couch for my apartment. I was helped by Izzy who was amazing and super helpful every step of the way. She measured the couch for me when I was questioning length, she helped me look at other furniture and had great recommendations, and she made the financing process very easy. Overall a great experience! I would recommend this Ashley store and Izzy for anyone looking for furniture.

Izzy showed us a few mattresses and a pull out couch. She was super sweet and helpful without being overbearing, which I feel salespeople often are. I left feeling satisfied with what I'd seen and that I would be back to make a few purchases next time.

We had a truly wonderful experience with Dan. He’s a wonderful salesman and made the experience fun. However, you’re treated wonderfully up until they get that signature on that contract. We got a $300 in store credit with our purchase as a deal/promo they had going on, and Dan helped us pick out a mattress protector and sheets. We used it in store, but they were having “technical difficulties” and the order wasn’t going through. We have been trying for 3 months to use this so we can protect our new mattress. It has been nothing but “we will get back to you” “we will investigate” “we will place this order”. We have been bounced around from manager to manager and still nothing is getting done, and our mattress is exposed. We’ve been patient and as kind as possible, it is unfair as a customer who spent so much to be treated this way.

Let me start this off by saying I hate leaving bad reviews because I rather press 5 stars and go on my day but the past 3 months This has been more than a headache. . Problem #1: So I got a deal financing through great American (I had trouble with there robotic customer service team) who I had nothing but problems with who eventually had another company purchase the Ashley contract for financing. I was never given an account number or a contract/agreement for this new company who I was giving three different numbers for unable to reach ahold of anyone because surprise I don’t have an account number. Eventually the store helped me get an account number so My credit doesn’t get affected by this change. Problem #2: The sale associate(Daniel) who originally helped me make my purchase had someone over his shoulder trying to select all my purchases for me and was being a complete pushover by this random guy who didn’t know when to stop. As a result of this I got delivered the wrong chair. When being delivered I didn’t know that if I hated it I had to send it back right there and then. Meaning I’m stuck with a chair that I hate because You are not allowed to make returns. I was told to sell it on Facebook marketplace and if I came back I could get a discount on the chair I wanted. Or I could by a rug to try to make the ugly chair match my other furniture. Problem #3: The lack of communication throughout everything has made me never want to shop/recommend this headache to anyone. It is extremely frustrating to deal with their staff and their partners and I hope they learn and eventually do better but I am not impressed. Problem#4: the movers where having a horrible day already and by the time they got to my delivery they where over it resulting in some minor cosmetic damage to my sofa back and the seem of the ugly chair. Problem #5: quality≠cost I highly recommend purchasing there warranty because the seems are needle staples so they pull apart super easy and the wood is compounded paper. the cushions are not the right shape so they will move around and make a slippery slop (the ugly chair).

After getting home and checking the desk we found the desk to be a really bad quality. it was literally falling apart. She took the desk back the next morning and they tell her, that this store has a no return policy. I think they need to put a note on the entrance indicating that all sales are final. I will not recommend going to this store or be aware of there policies.

Very patient and helpful to find us exactly what we wanted.” Above is my original review unfortunately today I’m editing my 5 star to 1 star. We purchased our bed and waited 6 weeks for delivery. We paid extra for them to assemble and place our bed. The insulation techs left us with an extremely damaged bed and didn’t tell us. I was very concerned about our safety and our pets safety because the wood was split. Several legs were not attached and all the bolts were stripped or improperly placed sticking out. We’ve been sleeping on our old bed waiting for them to fix. We called and asked for a replacement or someone to come fix. They said they ordered parts and a tech would come out. We’ve now waited FOUR MONTHS for a tech to come today with NO PARTS. He was extremely condescending to my wife (who is an engineer) acting like she doesn’t know how a bolt works. I’m now curious how long the parts he ordered will come in and what parts he didn't care to order will continue to be a safety issue in our home. A new bed should come beautiful scratch free and SAFE. Ours is damaged scratched and a death trap. I’m very unhappy with the way my wife was mistreated and our lack of a bed despite the thousands of dollars we paid Ashley Furniture. Here with another update. 7 months into this bed fiasco. FINALLY! We had techs come in and listen to our concerns and help us. Danny and his partner came in and took apart our bed and replaced everything that was concerning doing a full inspection. They did a wonderful job as well as our original salesman Hector they’re diamonds in the rough of Ashley Furniture. As for Ashley I hope to never deal with this ever again.

Huge selection of everything! Was looking for a sofa and mattress and there were sooo many options. Joe was extremely helpful and answered so many of my questions. He curated a selection of furniture I otherwise may have overlooked. Very professional and knowledgeable. The vast amount of selections may be overwhelming at first, but the staff helped guide us to what we weer looking for. The financing options also helpful if you're looking to pay over time. I also like how the showroom let's you test out the furniture options before making a decision. Overall, I had an amazing experience here and highly recommend checking it out!

If I could go zero stars I would . The sales rep put the purchase order under her name instead of mine and it buggered the purchase order up in the system . So a quick 20 minute visit turned into almost 2 hours . We asked if the manager would be able to take a little of the purchase since this was a huge inconvenience. He didn’t have the courtesy to even come address the issue ; and just told the sales rep to tell us he’s busy and no he can’t do anything . We went to the front desk where he was sitting and he intentionally wouldn’t even look at us . Then even though he was so busy and couldn’t even talk to us . Another says rep came over and he got right up and went with her and never even looked or talked to us . Terrible service . Won’t be going back to Ashley’s
