We worked with Jeff at the Ashley Furniture in Pocatello. He was incredibly helpful with our purchase, giving us space to explore the showroom while we decided on our couch/loveseat purchase. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and made the buying process painless! We have purchased all of our major furniture from Ashley's and will continue to do so based on pricing and quality.

I just bought a big old comfy chair for half off the price there end of year holiday sale is the best and cason who worked there helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made arrangements that worked for my lil family it was a fun experience

There I was…wondering aimlessly through the store unable to find the couches I was looking for. As I could tell a full blown panic attack was about to set in, I found a private corner, sat down with my knees up to my chest and began slowly weave back and forth, while sobbing uncontrollably. At just that moment, I looked up and saw what I just knew had to be an angel. As I later learned, it was Blaine Rumsey standing under one of the stores spotlight. The light shrouded him and made him appear angelic! However, Blaine was the ultimate professional. He talked me out of my crying crouch, and slowly brought me back to reality. Soon we were viewing and testing out couches and loveseats and the tears were gone! In all seriousness, Blaine is an amazing associate and we enjoyed all of his help. We got the perfect couch, loveseat and dining room set, all with Blaine’s help! I have nothing but positive comments about Blaine and would recommend him and Ashley to anyone.

In the world of Pocatello Idaho; there is an epic store that changes the world of the comfort. This store is l known as Ashley furniture! The Associates of this store was welcoming and friendly. Jeff has guided my wife and I to the our appropriate needs and desires of what we were looking for. When came back to make further decisions Jeff was not available to us when we were looking for him. However, Natalie who informed us of Jeff not being available, said that he will be available to help us tomorrow; but in the meantime Natalie helped us with our desire looking into a bed. Yet even another amazing associate helped us was Cason. Both Natalie and Cason acted as a team to help us. We are proud and grateful for the professional teamwork that was shown to us. Through this wonderful adventure of making our purchase of a bed, it was amazing for Jeff, Cason, And Natalie all worked together to make our experience at Ashley a good and being the most sweet warm welcoming of the family of Ashley.

I bought my couch from this location 5 almost 6 years ago and love it! The service as well after purchase has been great even for the most minor issues. They come over and fix it then leave unless I want to fix it myself but they can order the parts anytime! Highly recommend this place.

We went to every furniture store in town looking for "just the right" sofa and love seat combo but with no success (too short, too long, too expensive, no matching set, not the right color etc.. We were met, upon arrival, at Ashley furniture by Cason who listened to our list of specs, and then led us to directly to the furniture we had been looking for! Perfect! He told us about the fabric--easy care, pet and children friendly (even machine washable!) He told us about the reduced sales price, and left us to discuss the possibilities while he went to compare on-line versus in-store pricing, which also saved US some time. We were sold! I couldn't be happier with our decision not only to go there, but to buy there!

On our first trip, we went in just to browse and Jeff Powers was more than willing to tour us through the store to help us imagine the look, design and layout of our next living space. When we came back prepared to commit, Jeff was there again fully prepared to help us fine tune our options towards our home, family and needs. While we took time to iron out the details, Jeff used the time to gather more information about the materials, the popularity of the line of furniture, the prices that would be involved and was willing to have a piece put together if it wasn't already on the show room floor. Even with following the in store financing option, Jeff was able to crunch the numbers and coordinate with the rest of the team to have a full order submission with a receipt in our hands within 20 minutes. Jeff was very patient the entire time we explored options and while we went home to take more measurements. He never missed an opportunity to teach us more about what separates one material from the next with real life examples of life and what it takes to clean up after it. Jeff truly made the experience enjoyable and personable.

William and Dillon, who delivered the sofa sleeper, were very knowledgeable and did an incredible job of getting the sofa sleeper into the house. They actually had to go through our living room window. They let nothing get in their way of being professional and getting the sofa sleeper into the house without damage. I was asked to give a review in order to get a discount, which I was happy to do because the staff was incredible friendly and patient with us. Unfortunately, the $1,700 table was a disappointment. To be clear, the table itself was very nice. Large and pretty, which is what I wanted for my games. But the chairs are absolutely atrocious. We had to return one as the leg was separating from its support due to poor build, and two days later another chair's legs started bending in on itself. There's another one that's not stable because its legs are different sizes. They replaced one, but we haven't even bothered with the other two because it takes 2 weeks to even get the chairs in. It's frustrating and we feel that we should have gotten higher quality chairs (or just not broken chairs) for what we paid.

They where extremely friendly and accommodating on explanations of products and prices rachelle hitchcock was a great help to us on picking out my daughters first bed for our new place she is goin to love them 😊

Huge show room, very clean, smells pleasant, helpful staff, and well curated items. Labor Day sales were too good to pass up a chance to update some furniture. Photos are random pieces available at the time we were present. Very spacious and easy to wonder around sets. Our ordered items come from a warehouse in California and can take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Delivery and set up is available for a fee in addition to the item price.

Absolute garbage furniture. Sales people are also flat out liars about warranty of their garbage products.

Biggest sale of the year ended up to be the Biggest let down. Interested in three different pieces of furniture. Everyone I wanted was 6-8 weeks delivery. We already went through this with Twin Falls store. Kitchen table chairs were 6-8 weeks out ended up being 6 months. Don't play their game you might get pretty disappointed.

Normally wouldn't write a review like this, but would like to clarify that the furniture buying experience was great, I didn't end up purchasing here (ordered online) because of time constraints but Jeff Powers was amazing and very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. The reason for my two stars, is their delivery people/service. My headboard arrived damaged (which no one could figure out where it was damaged i.e. in transit or before it arrived to their store) its fine. I called the store and they said they offer a 1 year warranty on stuff like that. It is a cosmetic damage, nothing crazy. Well the guy I talked to said to send him pictures and he would get right back to me. Well 1 week went by and I heard nothing. I resent my pictures and email, I called and couldn't get through. I'm disappointed in this service. The least I could get was a response. UPDATE: I contacted the store and was told my headboard would just be replaced, 3 weeks later I go into the store and was told no one knew of what I was talking about. Sadly I think I will just be taking my business elsewhere as the customer service received definitely was lacking.

Good furniture.

We bought a new table an Ashley in Pocatello a few months ago. The buying experience was good however our experience was downhill from there. After a few months of use, the table proved to be low quality. I contacted the store and after some convincing, they sent a member of their team out to inspect. They made promises to help us and since then, there has been zero follow up. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, we will not be buying from them again.

We came in to Ashley Furniture to look at couches, not especially expecting to find what we were looking for and Tony stayed with us the entire time. He was very informative regarding fabrics, availability, measurements and more. He was not high pressure and I appreciated it. Thank you Tony!

Super disappointed. We purchased a couch here last summer. We spent more on it than other couches we were looking at, but decided to spend the extra money. Due to supply chain issues it wasn’t delivered until November. We put it in our front room which is hardly ever used. We maybe go in there once or twice a week. Within a month the couch was pilling like crazy. I tried to clean it up, but it has been a constant battle since then. Within a week it looks terrible again, covered in pills. Now the cushions have “valleys” in them despite constantly flipping them to make sure they are evenly used. There are dents in the foam that no amount of fluffing is solving. When it was initially delivered it was delivered in pieces (we waited a few weeks after one section was delivered before we got the last section.) when the new section arrived the cushion was filled significantly different than the other cushions. So now we have 3 somewhat filled cushions and then 1 super puffy cushion. Even with putting that cushion in the most used spot on the couch it still is double the size of the other cushions and looks awful. I’m extremely angry that within 7 months a couch that has probably been sat on less than 20 times is completely falling apart. For such a lightly used couch this thing is an absolute joke. I cannot believe the quality for something we spent so much on. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere and save yourself the money and the headache.

I am the pickiest furniture buyer ever and Chase hooked it up! Made buying a whole bedroom set and delivery to Blackfoot easy. In under an hour, I was able to check that off my list!

I worked with Jeff Powers in the beginning and he was great, we picked out a couch and everything was fine. We waited the three weeks for our couch to arrive, they canceled on us last minute, came to deliver the next day. They couldn’t fit part of the couch, so we had to go back and pick out another piece that would fit through the door. Then we waited another three weeks for that piece to arrive just for them to tell us they weren’t going to deliver it because it was the wrong facing piece. At this rate, we are very angry because they were going to make us wait another three weeks and so far we have still have not gotten our couch. Even after talking to them, and explaining that we need our couch as soon as possible. I’m very disappointed because I initially enjoyed working with them, but when you make a mistake you make it up to your customers.

They have a lot of beautiful furniture. I worked with Chase on a king headboard-frame, he was amazing. They even held onto it for about a month until I was ready for it to be delivered.

Poor help

It was my first time ever at an Ashley Furniture store, i was looking for a twin mattress. Right away I was greeted by a salesman who was super kind and helpful. I didn't get his name but his customer service skills would make me go back in the future as well as recommend this location to others. I did find the right matress.
