I love my couch …. Service at the store was outstanding they went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal and delivery was great too . I was worried that the couch wouldn’t fit in my apartment or up the stairs and the delivery crewed assured me, they would do everything in their power to help me get it in and get everything set up!!!

We have made two orders through the Pocatello location with no issues. The staff are very friendly and spent a lot of time with us. They also gave us discounts on both orders.

Huge show room, very clean, smells pleasant, helpful staff, and well curated items. Labor Day sales were too good to pass up a chance to update some furniture. Photos are random pieces available at the time we were present. Very spacious and easy to wonder around sets. Our ordered items come from a warehouse in California and can take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Delivery and set up is available for a fee in addition to the item price.

Absolute garbage furniture. Sales people are also flat out liars about warranty of their garbage products.

Biggest sale of the year ended up to be the Biggest let down. Interested in three different pieces of furniture. Everyone I wanted was 6-8 weeks delivery. We already went through this with Twin Falls store. Kitchen table chairs were 6-8 weeks out ended up being 6 months. Don't play their game you might get pretty disappointed.

Normally wouldn't write a review like this, but would like to clarify that the furniture buying experience was great, I didn't end up purchasing here (ordered online) because of time constraints but Jeff Powers was amazing and very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. The reason for my two stars, is their delivery people/service. My headboard arrived damaged (which no one could figure out where it was damaged i.e. in transit or before it arrived to their store) its fine. I called the store and they said they offer a 1 year warranty on stuff like that. It is a cosmetic damage, nothing crazy. Well the guy I talked to said to send him pictures and he would get right back to me. Well 1 week went by and I heard nothing. I resent my pictures and email, I called and couldn't get through. I'm disappointed in this service. The least I could get was a response. UPDATE: I contacted the store and was told my headboard would just be replaced, 3 weeks later I go into the store and was told no one knew of what I was talking about. Sadly I think I will just be taking my business elsewhere as the customer service received definitely was lacking.

Ask for Aquila. She is the go to if purchasing furniture. We are very happy with our purchase . Knows her furniture.

Good furniture.

We bought a new table an Ashley in Pocatello a few months ago. The buying experience was good however our experience was downhill from there. After a few months of use, the table proved to be low quality. I contacted the store and after some convincing, they sent a member of their team out to inspect. They made promises to help us and since then, there has been zero follow up. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, we will not be buying from them again.

I went to this Ashley's location and was impressed with the huge volume of inventory and variety. The sales representative, Cheryl, had a background in interior design and had some fantastic ideas and really helped me narrow my focus. She was very good about reviewing my bill and helping me understand it. I later ran into an issue with my order. I received a timely call back from Amber, who manages this family-owned store. She had already done homework on my the order, and offered me several different remedies and clarified some issues that were perplexing to me. She was amazing to deal with and exceeded my expectations. She even sent me a card afterwards. She went above and beyond to take a personal interest in making sure my experience was positive and that I understood. Remarkable professional and compassionate people. Highly recommend.

We came in to Ashley Furniture to look at couches, not especially expecting to find what we were looking for and Tony stayed with us the entire time. He was very informative regarding fabrics, availability, measurements and more. He was not high pressure and I appreciated it. Thank you Tony!

Super disappointed. We purchased a couch here last summer. We spent more on it than other couches we were looking at, but decided to spend the extra money. Due to supply chain issues it wasn’t delivered until November. We put it in our front room which is hardly ever used. We maybe go in there once or twice a week. Within a month the couch was pilling like crazy. I tried to clean it up, but it has been a constant battle since then. Within a week it looks terrible again, covered in pills. Now the cushions have “valleys” in them despite constantly flipping them to make sure they are evenly used. There are dents in the foam that no amount of fluffing is solving. When it was initially delivered it was delivered in pieces (we waited a few weeks after one section was delivered before we got the last section.) when the new section arrived the cushion was filled significantly different than the other cushions. So now we have 3 somewhat filled cushions and then 1 super puffy cushion. Even with putting that cushion in the most used spot on the couch it still is double the size of the other cushions and looks awful. I’m extremely angry that within 7 months a couch that has probably been sat on less than 20 times is completely falling apart. For such a lightly used couch this thing is an absolute joke. I cannot believe the quality for something we spent so much on. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere and save yourself the money and the headache.

I am the pickiest furniture buyer ever and Chase hooked it up! Made buying a whole bedroom set and delivery to Blackfoot easy. In under an hour, I was able to check that off my list!

I worked with Jeff Powers in the beginning and he was great, we picked out a couch and everything was fine. We waited the three weeks for our couch to arrive, they canceled on us last minute, came to deliver the next day. They couldn’t fit part of the couch, so we had to go back and pick out another piece that would fit through the door. Then we waited another three weeks for that piece to arrive just for them to tell us they weren’t going to deliver it because it was the wrong facing piece. At this rate, we are very angry because they were going to make us wait another three weeks and so far we have still have not gotten our couch. Even after talking to them, and explaining that we need our couch as soon as possible. I’m very disappointed because I initially enjoyed working with them, but when you make a mistake you make it up to your customers.

They have a lot of beautiful furniture. I worked with Chase on a king headboard-frame, he was amazing. They even held onto it for about a month until I was ready for it to be delivered.

It was my first time ever at an Ashley Furniture store, i was looking for a twin mattress. Right away I was greeted by a salesman who was super kind and helpful. I didn't get his name but his customer service skills would make me go back in the future as well as recommend this location to others. I did find the right matress.

We are very happy with getting furniture that we like, at good prices in the clearance area, and delivered in three days. Jeff Powers and Lance Larsen helped us over the order and delivery processes, with patience and friendliness. We came back the following day and added one item on order. The delivery of the sofa and chaise, and two bedroom dressers and a nightstand was done professionally and with great care. We are very satisfied with Ashley.

We came in ready to buy a sectional and wanted to ask about one we had seen on line. Only one other customer was in the store and there were several sales associates standing behind a counter talking. We stood there and when no one acknowledged us we began wandering the floor looking at the sofas. No one ever offered us help or welcomed us to the store. A family came in and immediately several sales associates went up to them and asked if they needed help and what they were looking for. I guess if they don't need our business then I will go elsewhere.

We moved here recently and she went above and beyond to help resolve an issue we have been dealing with for 7 months from a different Ashley furniture store. It was a different franchise with different owners so the Pocatello store didn't have any connection to our furniture sale yet they still did everything they could to take care of us. Otto did our furniture repair and he was outstanding!!! I highly recommend purchasing from them. They truly care about their customers being happy!! Thank you!!

We’ve been waiting for our kids bunk bed since August of last year! There is a piece that is missing that we keep being told hasn’t came in yet. No one ever called to update us on anything. We have continued to have to reach out and ask if it’s there. We were given many reasons why they do not have the missing piece. Our kids asked if someone could just build them a bunk bed which is sad. I wouldn’t recommend this store unless you are buying something they have in stock, because we’ve been told different time frames and received nothing even though we paid already.

Not impressed. Started out with one girl helping me to look at beds. I asked about pricing on a certain bed (there was no price tag) to which she went to check on. After about 5-7 minutes of waiting, I went to look for her and she's helping other customers on the floor! Not at a register, but a new set of customers! So I then had to ask another employee if she could help me, but she was already with her own customers, and I'd have to wait. That's totally understandable. I then found a couch I liked, and since they were out of stock, asked if I could purchase the floor model but was told "no" by the manager. No one ever suggested "hey, let me call another store and see if I can get one here for you." I just didn't feel like I was treated that well or that they cared if they got my business or not. It wasn't even particularly busy in there. I definitely won't be back, and would rather support another furniture store somewhere else, even if it means driving to Idaho Falls.

I will always recommend Ashley homestore but Cheryl in particular was so friendly and such a great help when we made our last purchase. Whenever we had questions about pricing or purchasing pieces of furniture, she had an answer ready for us or looked up whatever we needed quickly. She made the buying process very simple and she's been keeping us updated on a dresser we ordered in late November that will hopefully arrive soon. I hope she'll be available next time we go in to shop!

Absolute horrible service. Purchased a tv stand the stand was damaged while they loaded it, didn’t notice until we went to unload at home. Called they said the will get another one to us in 2 weeks. 3 weeks goes by and they bring me the wrong tv stand. Called them again was informed I have to keep it because that’s what they delivered. Been fighting them on getting a new tv stand of the original purchase. Was told I could wait 6-8 weeks when they have another one in the store. No one returns phone calls absolutely horrible management and customer care. Was ready to spend 6500 on a full bedroom set but will be taking my money elsewhere

Walked in to Ashley in Pocatello and was immediately met with a smile. No high pressure sells, was left alone to look around. This is important to me. When my wife and I found what we were looking for they were right there to answer all our questions. Then when they told us the price, the piece we bought was on sell. My wife asked if it was right because the price was lower than we thought. Great service, great prices. Would highly recommend.

We have been here a handful of times and were always greeted promptly and treated very well. Every associate here has a great knowledge of the products and always offered us a lot of choices. We will definitely come here again!!

I want to start out that initially, customer service was fantastic. However, after we paid for our furniture, the staff were all less than helpful. At payment in February 2021, we were told furniture would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. The 8 weeks came and passed with no call from the store, so on week 9 we called and gave us some excuse with assurance they would call with an update soon. We waited a few weeks with no call. Now at month 4, we call again and receive more excuses. Fast forward another 2 months, we call again to find out 2/3 of our order had arrived but assured all would be delivered first week in July. That date has now past and still no furniture. We called for another update and they had none; still missing pieces. We asked for a refund and the sales associate begged for us to wait until the end of July (my partner is a softy). Not holding my breath. This whole experience has been frustrating and I will never recommend this company. Go through a privately owned business instead. All they had to do was call to give updates but they were above even that. I’ve never been so disappointed!

Genuinely would leave a 0 star rating if I could. Ordered a couch in February and it is now May..... still no couch! Call them weekly to ask for updates and every week it’s a different answer. The manager needs to have a meeting with his employees and they need to decide on what the lie for the delay is because there is always a different answer. 10/10 do not recommend this place to anyone!

Bought entertainment center and a couch. They said 6 to 8 weeks until they will be delivered. It took 4 months!! And they did not give any updates. I had to call and ask them how much longer. When I did they said about a week, that was never true. I would have been more satisfied if they would have updated me to let me know it would be longer. But I had to call and ask. They sounded irritated and upset that I called and asked like I did not matter.

Orders couches and they kept pushing back a month for delivery for months until they just canceled it. Haven’t had couches for awhile and now don’t get any at all. 100% don’t recommend getting couches from there if they’re getting delivered.

We have purchased twice from Ashley furniture in Pocatello. First time went well. The second time was excellent I understand there is different management which is fantastic, our cushion replacement took a minute yet we just received them and are very happy they didn’t forget us. We won’t forget Ashley with our home needs. Thank you tons.

My wife and I were in the store recently when we overheard the “manager” being incredibly disrespectful to a younger couple. We were completely shocked by the lack of professionalism and arrogance from the “manager”. Through further investigation we found out his name is Jared. All of those things aside the quality of their merchandise is equal to that of Walmart. Save the headache and shop somewhere else.

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! I would avoid this store at all cost. We bought a bedroom set from them almost 3 years ago and after having it for 2 months our bed broke. And I'm talking our mattress fell through the bed on the floor while we were sleeping! Their service man came out to fix it and admitted to us the the pegs under the bed that hold it up are KNOWN to do this on hardwood floors and that we were actually supposed to have 4 of those instead of just the 2 that they put on. Then went on to tell us he would fix it but it would most likely not hold and need to be re placed. Our bed since then has done this FIVE TIMES. 5 times they have fixed it. We finally, the 6th time it broke, insisted that it be replaced since the warranty we purchased clearly says if it cannot be fixed they will replace it. They agreed to replace it but then continued the give us the run around for OVER A MONTH! All this after being told by the owner if I spoke with her son he would "make it right" we were finally able to speak with her son jarod only to be told that he would in fact NOT replace our bed only "try" to fix it. He told us they will only replace it with in reason we asked what the parameters were to be within reason he refused to answer us and when we became upset at this he told us "to get the hell out of his store" after he asked my husband if "he wanted to take it outside." They could not be more unprofessional if they tried. HORRIBLE customer service and cheap furniture.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY HOMESTORE IN POCATELLO IDAHO. The most unprofessional and dishonest people I have ever encountered. They make cheap furniture and will not replace it even if you have paid for the extended warranty. Our bed has broken on us 5 times and they halfway fixed it each time, the service technician told us the first time that it was not going to be fixed correctly, and 4 times later it was still not fixed. Now the bed is damaged beyond repair, and they will not replace it. I have been in contact with multiple people over the last 40 days while my bed has been on the floor and have got the run around from everyone. I've had one person tell me they will replace it; one person say they will give me the money spent on it towards a new bed and now the store manager is telling me all he will do is "try' to fix it again. I asked him what the purpose of the warranty is if they will not replace something that is broken, he said they will replace it within reason. I asked what "within reason" is categorized as and he stared at me and said do you want us to try and fix it again? I asked again, what is within reason? He responded with, do you want me to try and fix it again or not? We got in an altercation in the store. He asked me if we needed to "take the problem outside" and then told me to "get the hell out of his store." Now we are stuck with a $1000 dollar bed that is broken and our mattress is on the floor. Upon returning home I called the corporate and they let us know that this store is independently owned and unfortunately, they cannot do anything about how these people operate their business. The only option was filing a corporate complaint. Absolutely worst customer support I have ever received at any retail store ever. I will do everything in my power to keep anyone away from this store, so they do not have to go through what we have gone through for the last couple years. If you buy from Ashley, you will be disappointed with the whole experience. Great job Ashley Home Store you picked some winners to run your store here in Pocatello Idaho. Hopefully, someone that is about to spend money in your store will see this, and I can stop them from making that mistake. You will never get another penny out of me. I was warned when I bought from you guys that it was a terrible experience and I wish I would have listened to them. Never again. If you have had a bad experience, please get on here and google and leave a review with your experience. As stated in other reviews, Jarod is very arrogant and not a great manager. His position should be reevaluated.

If I could give more stars I would! Excellent customer service! My sales person was Chase. He was very professional and helpful. When my furniture came in Teryl the warehouse manager called me and set up a delivery date that would work with my schedule. The delivery guys Andrew and Otto were super polite, professional, and extremely respectful of my home!!! Highly recommend Ashley’s!!!!

We just purchased an entire living room set including sofa 2 recliners and 2 end tables. Kaitlyn and Dustin where very helpful. Took as much time as was needed and also told me the differences between fabrics and styles. I was absolutely satisfied with the service I received.
