So, I had a search for a couch with a few constraints that are not trendy in couches. Like, picky about a wipe clean fabric and a style that my young kid wouldn’t immediately turn into a pillow fort (while still being on the couch). The staff is knowledgeable and we ordered something close to budget that’s appealing and I think will last a long while. Rather nice to be able to have a choice in color, too.

Recently went into our local Ashley furniture store. My wife and I were looking for the perfect sectional for our home that fits our families needs. Zach was professional, very helpful, and not too pushy. Which my wife and I both appreciated. We fell in love with a couple couches, decided to go to lunch and explore other options. When we went to the other places, here locally, not only were they not nearly as helpful. They acted like they didn’t want our business at all. Ultimately that made us wanna go back to Ashley because the service was great. Ashley’s showroom was top notch compared to the other places we went. It was clean, bright, and cozy. Well I really wanted a swivel rocker recliner and they happen to have one on the sales floor but supposedly it wasn't for sale. However we were able to ask real nice and our salesperson Natasha was able to get us hooked up. And we didn't realize that it was going to be discounted so that was super nice. And I got it delivered in just 2 days. And it's a really super nice chair. Thank you guys!

I bought Drystan bookcase bed frame from Brandon at the Twin Falls store and I received awesome service! When the bed frame was delivered and set up the two gentleman were both just awesome!!!! I decided to put this bed at a different location in my bedroom and they moved a nightstand and put the bed frame together. I was asked what height I wanted to have and we talked about the difference in the height. These gentleman were so courteous, informative of what they were doing, I just can’t say enough about them. They are a huge asset to Ashley Furniture! These two gentleman are the best delivery and set up people that I have ever had on any delivery and set up! A Job Well Done goes out to them from me! Been to different Ashley stores I was amazed on how they treat us very welcome and had a amazing sales person Natasha she help us in everything

I a very disappointed right now. We ordered a couch in February and every time we call to get a delivery update it keeps getting pushed back. If you order from them and they tell you 4-6 weeks expect 6 weeks minimum, so if you need something sooner go to a different store. We went from being told it would be delivered around the 3-4 weeks mark to closer to 7 weeks and that is an estimate not a for sure date. Just be careful. Honestly just thinking about canceling my order and finding a couch somewhere else.

Went looking for a new powered couch... Had been to a couple other places with no luck and not great service elsewhere. Excellent service here at Ashley and good selection, lots to choose from with many modern colors and all the bells and whistles... However one we were interested in was only offered online not able to sit in store.. They offered free return and exchange if so... Ultimately we went with ones in store that were beautiful. Super friendly staff, not pushy at all, and very knowledgeable about items we were interested in. Natasha was excellent and treated us very kindly and helped us receive all the discounts Annnd they had great holiday sale prices!! Would definitely recommend.

1-Star Review We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Ashley Home Store. We ordered furniture over a month ago and were not informed it would take this long to be delivered. To make matters worse, they only sent part of our order, and we are still missing key items: a headboard, bed, dining table, and a brace for the office table. Whenever we call, we get conflicting information about delivery dates. Each time we wait for the scheduled delivery, no one shows up, and when we call again, the delivery date changes. The lack of communication and organization is frustrating and unacceptable. We expected better service for such a significant purchase. Until this issue is resolved, we cannot recommend Ashley Home Store to anyone.

We have bought furniture here for years and they always have wonderful customer service. They are friendly and knowledgeable every time we go in even if we are just browsing. We love the whole team. Today Bob and Jesse helped us out and even though the store was super busy they make you feel like you are the only customer in the store.

This store, employees and showroom are stellar! We live near Boise, and chose to drive two hours away one-way to this store. Firstly, when we called, Lisi was friendly and helpful and provided accurate information about inventory on the floor.. She was busy with a customer when we arrived so Jessie, store manager, took care of us in first class style until Lisi was available. They answered all our questions, did not pressure us and provided helpful feedback for our decision making. Other stores closer to us unfortunately provided wrong inventory information when we called and dropped the ball in others ways. The Ashley Twin Falls store got us exactly what we wanted in the most friendly, professional and efficient manner! They are top notch in every way! We will return for future furniture or decor needs. I got some of the best experience at this location when purchasing a sofa this evening from the greeting and the walk-through the purchasing process with Brandon and then of course angel and Jesse getting me and my girlfriend through the door letting me know that I'd get taken care of there, which they did, and then last but not least Alexis guiding me through the delivery process and finishing the sale. Overall an amazing time and would go there in the future for the stellar selection they offer but more importantly the incredible service.

I visited your store and really liked the furniture I selected. I decided to make the purchase because I needed it urgently, and your staff assured me it was in stock and would be delivered promptly. However, it has now been 19 days, and every time I call, I receive a different delivery timeline from your employees. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It seems like you only place orders with third-party suppliers after making sales, which was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I deeply regret choosing to buy from your store and am disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer service.

Bob asked us what we were looking for, he was very thorough in helping us find something we love that is amazingly comfortable, and will fit in our home. If we ever need furniture again we are definitely going back to this store, Bob is amazing and the entire staff is awesome.

I went into the Ashley to look for a new couch and possibly a bed. Brandon Ward was our Homestore Specialist and I cannot put in words how wonderful he was. He was patient, asked specific questions about what we liked and what we wanted and showed us every single piece of furniture he thought would please us. He was not pushy, he was not rushing us. He gave us options for various furniture additions and adjustments and did several different calculations to tell me what my pricing would be. I hate spending money, get anxiety over it and he was simply the best with helping me feel comfortable with my purchases know I was getting the best deals available. I’m so grateful I stopped there first. I ended up leaving with a new bedroom set, a new sectional and a new Sealy Lux mattress with the base. The discounts I received were unbeatable and he even threw in some mattress covers free of charge to me so that my warranty does not go void in case of a spill or stain. He was professional, patient, kind, listened to what I needed as a customer and 100% delivered. He even joked around with my daughter, which she loved. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to get past a square bed-set and dresser with round leg pegs, so he got online and tried to find me a similar set without the round accents. He made sure to separate my orders so I could get the 0% interest, with the highest discount rate for the furniture. Not only was Brandon Phenomenal.. Aly, who put together our paperwork was very friendly and sweet. I laughed more during this shopping experience than I have ever. Even the other personnel who were weren’t working directly with were friendly and kind. Lots of happy, smiling faces there. Go to Ashley’s Furniture. You will not be disappointed.

Update: 8 weeks After just over 8 weeks, I finally have a couch! It is super soft and comfortable. Definitely not a 5 star worthy rating with all the issues, lack of communication, and lack of good customer service. Update: 6 weeks later I still do not have a couch. I am disappointed about the down playing of delivery time at the time of purchase and lack of communication. I was shown the couch I wanted on the computer in store. I was shown and told it was available for shipping the next day. I made my purchase. The paperwork said 4-6 weeks for delivery. This is where the sales person really down played things. I feel like rather than being honest about how the delivery process actually works, they just wanted to make a sale. I was told that it was just what all the paperwork says but it shouldn't take that long. Two weeks go by with no communication, so I called the store asking for an update. This is when I learned they only actually get shipments to the Twin Falls store once a month and my couch was expected a month down the road. So, within the time printed on the paper, but not the expectation I had because of the sales person. 4 weeks and the initial shipment arrival date go by with no communication, so I go I into the store asking for an update. I am then told there were delays and given a different estimated date. Another week goes by and I receive the first communication I didn't initiate, telling me the expected date was another week out. At this point if there's not another issue or delay, I hopefully receive my couch at week 7-8 which is outside of what was printed on the paperwork I signed. And DEFINITELY NOT what was portrayed to me at the time of the sale. :/ I went into Ashley Store Twin Falls to see if I could look at a sofa I had been looking at online. I was immediately greeted by an employee who offered help. She showed me what I wanted to see and offered arrangements for purchase. I am anxious to receive my new furniture!
