Amendment: Unfortunately Ms. Hernandez led us to believe we would have our order sooner than it is apparently going to come in which apparently won't be until near the end of the month. I am really disappointed as she was aware I needed this right away. If I hadn't been misinformed I could have gone elsewhere or even chosen something in stock. Now I'm left hanging. I will think twice before choosing Ashley furniture again. We received excellent customer service. Alysia Hernandez made sure we understood all of our options making it a great customer experience. Hopefully we will have our ordered items soon.

We had a wonderful experience. We came in knowing what Ashley furniture product we wanted, but rather than order online we wanted to order through the store. We walked in was greeted with smiling faces and happy to help customer service. They DIDN'T try to sell us something similar that they had in stock, and they even helped us quickly and efficiently with getting our item ordered. I think we were in and out in less than 20 mins. Fastest furniture shopping experience I ever had.

(UPDATED) we have now waited 5 weeks for our furniture. I understand why the company asks customers to review before buying (which they give you a discount for). I would only shop here if you're willing to wait longer than expected. Hopefully the quality is as good as it was in the store!

We’ll I’m not sure what to say. I have bought three tables, 4 bedroom sets and 2 couch sets and a rug I have yet to get. I have never had a difficult time with lack of communication with this Ashley’s, I have had to call them for my items and the response of the person who answered the phone said to me (well we don’t notify people when then furniture is less than 8 weeks late. Now really lady because other dealings I’ve had I was told a date and it was here, would like to have my rug, and not tore up, broken has been an issue with the bedroom set, really you think I’ll take it broken? Then call weekly for it. So love Ashley’s wish the front desk could have answers or be a little bit more pleasant, and when you want to make fun of someone wait until they have completely walked off. Delivery people were fast and professional. Fix it guys did a good job, a little impatient. Cole taking over and calling to schedule everyone for me was a huge help! Thank you

These salesman are really friendly / pushy until you’ve found something to purchase. Favorite part is how difficult it is to get ahold of someone after your purchase has been delivered. Plus I was told I was getting a super “good deal in store” when it was cheaper on their online website… You’re better off shopping on Amazon where we’ve found our couch for WAY cheaper. Sadly, it was after we already had our couch delivered. Also, Google should have to disclose when 5 star reviews are left in exchange for a “discount”.

My Mom and I walked to find a dining room table and chairs after a long search. I walked up to ask for a tape measure to see how long a table was and Karla not only got a tape measure but then helped us measure the multiple tables and showed us others and matching chairs. When I was in the store they were super helpful and I was able to purchase a box spring with no problem. They have the expectation that it would be just a few days until it was in their store and would call me to pick it up. A couple weeks passed and I had heard nothing. I called and it was still in Pocatello. The gentleman said he would call me back that day to confirm when they estimated it would be in their store. Another week passed. I just called again and it's in the warehouse. No one had informed me. The lady on the phone acted defensive when I shared my disappointing experience. Honestly, her tone and dismissive attitude toward me plus the stores lack of follow through and communication left me not wanting to do business there again.

My husband and I went into Ashley’s to look for a new bed frame, Johnny helped us and let me tell you, he did not disappoint! He was so knowledgeable about every product on the floor. He showed us the different mattresses and although we were hesitant to lay and try it out, he made us feel so comfortable. He also made it an experience to remember by not only showing us the features but also letting us experience them first hand such as Bluetooth speakers on mattresses and also the massage features. He did amazing, definitely ask for Johnny!

The only issue was when the furniture arrived 6+ weeks later the couch had 2 black stains and a hole on one of the stains on the right arm. I'm surprised that it wasn't noticed when it was put in the trailer for delivery. Any way they will get it either repaired or replaced. I would buy from them again even with the needed repair.

I stopped by the new Ashley Furniture store in Twin to see what they had for kitchen tables. I was pleasantly surprised with the inventory in the showroom. I’m so happy I found Ashley Furniture in Twin Falls to shop for my new sectional couch! I’ve been in the need for a quality sectional for a while now, and finally decided to pull the trigger and purchase one. I live in Ketchum, Idaho where there are no affordable furniture store options so it’s super hard to find a piece like a couch. After researching Ashley Furniture online and deciding the style I wanted, my bf and I drove to Twin to check our top picks out in person. We went on a Thursday morning at opening and were greeted with a warm welcome by Adam. We told him our favorite styles online and he showed us the similar styles he had in stock that we could test out along with the price differences. After being patient and working with us, he gave us an awesome deal for the Big Store Opening and we walked away happy owners of a new sectional! I can’t wait for it to be delivered and assembled in my house. 5 star experience with a 5 star guy!

Finally got my leather power recliner delivered after being told to expect delivery Mon 2-4pm, got delivered today Wednesday afternoon. Manager refunded me the delivery charge. I know it was a big recliner and tight spaces but the guys got it in the room where I wanted it. So thank you for that! The only slight issue was some chipping and scrapes to the door frame as they struggled with the width of the recliner and doorway and leaving some dirty hand prints on the leather recliner, I can repaint the door frame, not a big deal. All it took was unscrewing the feet on the recliner and taking bedroom door off the hinges and it fit! I was able to use a leather conditioning wipe to clean off the recliner and it looks good.

When I bought our sofa 4 1/2 years ago, I purchased the warranty. I honestly didn’t think it would be worth anything. I didn’t expect them to honor any of the damage 4 years of family life would leave on the sofa. But they did! Check out my newly repaired, cleaned couch I just might get 4 1/2 more years out of! We recently bought a sectional from here. The sales team was so helpful and we got the couch within a month of ordering (so much faster than we had expected). They delivered and set up everything professionally and quickly. Unfortunately, after only have the couch a couple months our toddler took a dry erase marker to the entire sectional. We had purchased the insurance protection (because of said toddler) and their customer service team was easy to work with. They came out and had the couch cleaned within a week of the accident. Overall, the sales and customer service went above and beyond my expectations.
Ashley is so unprofessional. Contacted them about their delivery guys damaging my wall. Since delivery guys left without saying anything and thought we didn’t notice and hear them. When I called Ashley to make a complaint they made it seem like they were going to take care of it right away. Haven’t heard anything from them. Seems like there are trying to sweep it under the the rug.

Alex and Zane picked up my nightstand and footboard and repaired the drawer at my house. They returned the pieces later in the day and you can’t tell there was ever a ding or a scratch! Excellent customer service. Went into the store looking for a California King bed frame as we already have a mattress. Charles met us at the door and was interested in our specific needs as we needed a frame that would be high enough off the floor to accommodate our heater vent. He showed us many different options and was fast and knowledgeable as California Kings are a bit more of a challenge. We were given an excellent sale price and gave us a bed frame to get us off the floor until our actual bed is delivered. Super impressed with his manners and salesmanship. We will be back for sure.

Also, we were able to get it delivered in just a couple days from purchasing. The two delivery men were professional, friendly, on time, and put our item together quite quickly. A few years ago we went shopping at all the furniture stores in twin falls, we loved furniture at all places but not only was Ashley furniture the best prices, but the most outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond. We are now back buy all our boys new bedroom sets, and didn’t have to think twice where we were going. Again, completely satisfied with everything! As soon as we met Charles Durbin, we knew that everything was going to be all right. We explained exactly what we were looking for and he found it for us in just minutes. Ordered it and were on our way out - 30 minutes, tops. Charles is like an angel - with a bright smile and, I could be wrong, but I saw an Aura around him when he walked into the room. In all seriousness, highly recommended for all of your furniture needs. Heck of a guy and a great attitude - hard to find in customer service these days.

Update: we received our dining set on 11/4/23. Upon arrival, there was an issue with the tabletop. I called Ashley 3 times and someone finally agreed to come look at it. They said they would be ordering the kit to try and fix the table and would give us a call when it arrives. 3 months later, no one from Ashley has called. I called 2 days ago and they said I would receive a call back because the service guy was out. 3 days later, nothing. We’ve bought quite a few pieces of furniture from and were planning on buying bedroom sets from them once our house is built. We will definitely be looking elsewhere from now on. Old review: Charles helped us pick out a dining table. We didn’t see anything in store we wanted but he pulled something online and it was perfect! We can’t wait to get our new dining set! Such great service and products!

Ask for Manny. He is knowledgeable and he was very patient with me. I even asked him to rearrange some of the furniture sets so that I could get a visual on what it might look like together. Not a problem at all! I spent a long time deciding between several items. He didn’t try to push me or persuade me one way or another, and I appreciated that. Overall it was a great experience and I love my furniture. Can’t wait until it’s delivered.
Today we went into Ashley Furniture and had exceptional service. We spent about 3 hours in the store with Johnny. He moved furniture for us to see if pieces would go together, he gave us information about warranties and product information, he printed options for us. He was an amazing help and our experience was very fun!

I came in looking for a very specific look for a sectional and I was very well taken care of by the entire staff. Everyone was helping, offering different options, and ways to better accommodate exactly what it was I wanted. Daniel was measuring the pieces for me and looking at alternatives online multiple times until we found exactly what I wanted. The staff was so nice and I felt taken care of.
The staff was great. But unfortunately I have waited since May for my order. No communication from them to give up dates. I check on my order after 90 days. I was told it would come in 3 shipments and I should have it all by the beggining of Sept. Today we checked on our order and were told mid October now. We have cancled our order. We understand that these times are interesting and things are back ordered. Communication on their part would have been nice but I never once recieved a call or letter updating us or apologizing for the delay.

The sales person made buying a mattress easy. Needed one for our spare room. Quick and painless. Been there 3 times now for all my furniture needs. I bought a new living room set this time. Paid for it. Picked with up the next day. They noticed a slight warp in the coffee table and gave me a new piece to replace it. Beyond great.

Ashley Furniture is an amazing place to shop and get great quality furniture. However, I want to know where to leave this review at. It is not Ashley Furnitures fault that everyone’s purchases don’t get here when it’s supposed to. Including mine. I’ve been waiting quite some time for my bed frame to come in and I too get the run around as to when it will arrive. It’s been pushed back 3 different times. This last time they said they’d have it on June 22. The only complaint I have with the store that is minor but still frustrating is that I went in today, June 23rd to find out that they closed the store for a discount sale that’s about to happen. So now it’s 4 times it’s been pushed back. The employees at Ashley are amazing and do the best they can to please us, and I don’t think it is fair that they have to get the lashings for something they cannot control and that isn’t their fault.

I ordered a bedroom set back in November until this day we are still missing the chest. I understand things where taking a little longer than expected due to the whole Covid but here we are 5 months later still waiting. They never checked the merchandise before delivering it and just waisted my time.They said i should have my order in January. They delivered some items end of February but headboard was broken. So they had to order new one. Received the new part for the headboard and still broken had to order a whole new headboard again. A Month later we received our chest and it was also broken. So they took it back to the store but never told the store it was broken or that they never delivered it. The begging of April I went and talked to them about my chest and they had said it had been delivered. I had to argue with them. That day the sales manager was going to order me a new chest. I called last week to find out they never ordered my chest. Today they said they will ship my chest out the middle of May. This is the first and last time I will shop at this place.

Do not purchase furniture from Ashley’s furniture order a set of couches 4 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything from them called to see status on them and I’ll they said to hold instead they hang up called 3 hrs later and the answer was we don’t know where the couches are at this time 😡 really do not recommend this furniture store ... they don’t even deserve the 1 star

I ordered my bed couch and night stand 12-10-20. And was told it would be in the beginning of January. Now they are telling me the middle of February maybe March.
Don't order anything from here that is not currently in the store. We ordered two pillows on Black Friday and its currently Jan 19th and we still do not have them. It took until the first week of January to get even one item that we ordered. Save yourself the trouble and go to somewhere else. When I contacted them about the pillows I was either told the manager was busy or that they didn't have a manager in the building. Personally, I've never heard of a business that is run during the day without a single member of management, but it was par for the course.
I ordered four barstools before thanksgiving, in which they told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I received them. I have had to call them multiple times to check on my order. They kept telling me that my chairs would be there on certain days and that they would call me. I have never received one call even thought they promised they would call on multiple occasions. one employee promised I would have my chairs on Dec. 22nd. I called on the 22nd and of course they were still not there. They promised that they would deliver the chairs on there floor if mine where not there. They then told me they where booked on delivers and if I wanted them I would have to pick them up. Weeks pass and I call on 1/6/2021 to see if my chairs came in and this time they can not even find my order and they again promised me that there manager would call me on 1/7/2020 which of course she did not - no surprise there. The staff here are completely unprofessional and promise things that they obviously cannot deliver on, which includes the basics like CALLING PEOPLE and letting them know updates. I still do not have my chairs and can not seem to get a simple answer of when I may receive them.
I ordered and paid in FULL for a complete bedroom set on January 2nd 2021. They told me 4-6 weeks for delivery but it could be a couple weeks more due to covid and distribution center. March rolls around and they told me one piece of the set was still missing and it is scheduled to be delivered to them by March 29th. Today is March 29th and I was just told the same dang thing, one of the dressers still hasn't arrived, it will be delivered to them April 10th!!! I am beyond frustrated and WILL NOT be going through this company again! They just keep pushing it out further and further. It's almost been 4 MONTHS!

My sister and I traveled from 5B to Twin Falls to look at furniture to outfit her new house. We visited two other stores before coming to Ashley Home Store. We were respectfully greeted by Jonny. No pressure just pure and simple incredible and excellent customer service!!!! He was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful at every turn. We left with a lot of furniture at a fair and decent price, as well as a reason to come back in the future. At this store the customer comes first! Great job guys!!!!
We ordered a dining room set in the middle of October and were told it would arrive the week before Thanksgiving. We called when we were told it would be here and the chairs and bench had arrived but they were waiting on the table, giving us a new arrival date for two weeks later. We called the day after they said it would arrive and it got pushed back again but it was on a truck headed our way. We were told multiple times that it was on its way. I called for a third time in the middle of December to check on the status of our table (again we were given a specific date of arrival that they checked their computers for) and were told that it was completely sold out and we would not be receiving it before the middle of February. The only option would be to get a refund with a 20% restocking fee. When we finally got a hold of our salesman he magically moved the availability date of our table to the middle January and told us he’d give us a discount. Unfortunately a week later when we got what was supposed to be a credit we found we had been charged an additional few hundred dollars. I am very disappointed that there was zero communication from Ashley’s about the status of our table and anytime we contacted the store they gave us specific details, they even called customer service to find the location of our table only to be told that it was sold out. I would not recommend this business, they do not communicate with their customers and you cannot rely on what they do say. I understand that covid is making things more difficult but that is no excuse to not communicate with your customers.
If you are looking for anything right now during Covid expect delays!!! Make sure you ask for ALLIE MEADOR, she is extremely helpful! She made it super easy to buy and got me the best price for the exact couch I wanted! First time I went in there had another sales man that’s the managers brother! What a joke! Don’t try to mess with someone’s money, if I ask you for your best price don’t give me your internet price. Cause guess what I will price shop, it’s 2020 get used to it! Being in sales and customer service having more customers to buy from you is always better then making more money on just one customer! If I get treated right I will always REFER another person to ALLIE! Over all super satisfied, little sad I won’t see my new couch until Jan or Feb of 2021, but I understand!
Ain't got whole choices but its okay
DO NOT buy your furniture from here!!! I ordered couches on October 17 and we were told 3-6 weeks. I called about a week ago because I hadn’t heard anything from them, the lady I spoke with said they’d most likely be here sometime the first week of December. (which is now - 7 weeks!) I had to poke and prod to get information from her at the time, she was very short and unhelpful with her answers. I called again today because my couches are supposed to be here and because again, I haven’t heard a thing from them. The girl I spoke with today had poor customer service skills when speaking on the phone with me and when asked where my couches are said (after putting me on a brief hold without warning me first) “Looks like they’re being pushed back until mid December”. I asked her why and she said one of their trucks was in an accident so it “messed everything up”. If this is truly the case, why on earth wouldn’t you notify customers that their orders would be pushed back? Their communication is TERRIBLE and so is their service. She told me it’ll be two more weeks - that will put us at 9 weeks! (And that’s if they even come by then) They are unapologetic and do nothing to accommodate their costumers when they fail to give good service. We bought a new home and had to buy a couple pieces of new furniture - because Ashley’s was taking so long, we went with other furniture stores to get our other pieces. Everything else we bought came in a timely manner. They say that it’s because of Covid, but I haven’t seen the same for other furniture stores. I will NEVER buy from Ashley again.

Short review: Dishonest and Irresponsible. Explanation: The sales-person told me 2-4 weeks max for a specific couch delivery when we went in to the store, even with Covid in mind, so we paid upfront. At 4 weeks I had to call them and they told me 2 more weeks. At 6 weeks I had to call and they told me 1-2 more weeks. “To make it right” they offered free delivery when it showed up at 7.5 weeks, but they couldn’t tell me when they would bring it. AND because “I got such a great deal” (they just matched the price at Wilson Bates) they couldn’t do anything else to make it right. At this point I had lost all confidence in their integrity, so I went and picked it up myself. They have yet to make it right in any way. So I will be taking my business elsewhere, and sending everyone I know elsewhere as well.

Ordered a couch from the Twin Falls store on July 25th was told it would take about 3 to 6 weeks to get it that was fine it has now been 8 weeks and every time I call to get an update I get a different answer. I finally called to talk to the manager and he told me the same thing they are sure it will be here soon but no date. The customer service at this store is awful they do not return calls and they do not follow up on orders. I will never buy another piece of furniture from Ashley again. Would of gave them no stars but it is not possible. What a mistake should of went to the other furniture store in town.

Our first time we went to Ashley Furniture, the customer service was amazing. We placed our order for a sectional and was told it would arrive in 3-4 weeks. It has now been 2 months and they are constantly changing the day of arrival. We understand that COVID-19 has affected shipping times, but there has been awful communication between us and the store. We have had to call them every single time to see what had happened to the arrival date. They also never apologized for the wait or the changing of dates. We are very disappointed and upset by how this company has handled our order and hope that you will have better luck than us.
In the beginning of July we bought a bedroom set from Ashley's in Austin Tx. The sales person was helpful at the time. On July 18th it was delivered. The delivery person stated the wooden bedrail was damaged and we would have to call customer service to take care of the problem. It took me three days, many hours just to get through to someone to assist me in this matter. The new parts were delivered on about August 1st. The personel put the bed together and left. Upon inspection of the bed we saw one damaged bed rail and two cracks, one on the headboard and on the bedrail. It took me another three days and countless hours to speak to someone to deal with this issue. We scheduled to have the parts delivered Thursday, August the 13th, well, the parts were delivered Tuesday when no one was home to inspect the repair parts. Now I have asked my sales associate for help and she stated it was not her department and we would have to call customer service. I have now spent two days trying to get a hold of someone to schedule at date for the technician to come and fix the damaged bed. It's been almost a month and it has been a very frustrating experience. I would recommend there product but if it is damaged upon arrival, you are going to learn to dislike them very quickly.
Came back to purchase end tables, found out that the Lynnwood location is ashley furniture outlet and that Ashley furniture had moved. They had what we were looking for and ended up purchasing dinning room table and chairs ( we needed to update our existing set). I would recommend this place for shopping and Maria was extremely helpful and friendly.

Updated Basically paid upfront in cash. Never recieved a single piece of furniture that was ordered. Received every excuse and delay tactic. Ended up ordering from furniture company online and received shipment within 3 weeks with white glove attention to detail. The reviews are accurate; however, with limited choices we took a chance and ordered furniture. Spent nearly 3 months on fold out chair and futon waiting on this order until we couldn't wait anymore for the promise of next month. Caveat emptor sales team are charmers but the commitment to customer service isnt acceptable.

We haven't personally visited this location, but in just one phone call Althea was able to answer all of our questions and provide us with exactly what we were looking for at a significantly better price than what we had been offered at a previous store. Althea was super attentive, eager to help and sincere when she spoke with me over the phone and definitely went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I felt very well attended and welcome by her. She is the kind of employee that cares and makes you feel at home! Give her a raise!

When looking for a new mattress you must explore all options. This was the case for my wife and I, starting on one end of town and making our way to the other side we stop here and then there, Ashley HomeStore was one of them. We walked in they were moderately busy, we started looking on our own, rather quickly seeing they dont have what we are looking for we start heading towards the door. As we go to reach for the handle a gentleman quickly appears to stop us insisting we talk to this other salesman before we leave, rather than being rude we stayed and humored the nice but slightly disheveled looking gentleman. He was very nice and knowledgeable, but ultimately from the start we knew there was not much we had interest in here. After some time, in the greater side of 30 mins, we finally make our leave. I understand the salesman aspect of the job, but pushy does not work for some people, and I fall into that group.

Cheap furniture. You get what you pay for. My sofa didn’t even last 2 months. And I don’t even have kids in my house.
Just moved into town and came in looking for a grey sectional. They had a few, but they were $3000. Very different from the Ashley prices online, so be warned that this is an Ashley Select so it is far more expensive than typical Ashley prices and that isn’t indicated when you search. The price is fine, I can afford a $3000 couch. Just didn’t want to spend that much. I didn’t see any Black Friday deals advertised except on the door walking in, which was weird. I probably could’ve asked an employee about their sales, but I walked around the store for 20 minutes, even sat on a few couches and looked at price tags and wasn’t so much as greeted with a “hello” or “be right with you”. Not typical for a furniture store. My fiancé works retail management and would probably fire every one of his employees for that. Won’t be back. Instead of giving canned impersonal responses to this and many other similar reviews, the GM should actually try and teach customer service to their employees.

Well I have been waiting since aug for the rest of my bedroom furniture. I have given them til Monday Nov 11 to bring the rest and set it up. Well it is now sat nov9th and I have not heard anything from them. So I guess they will be sending a truck and pick up this set because I have waited long enough. Friendly service. They were very helpful every though we could find what we were looking for they tired very hard.
I buy from them because I have an account. The sectional is great quality but they put my dinette set together backwards and it was falling apart however they did come back and make it right and sent 2 guys that knew how to do it right.. the bedroom set is decent quality but I have had the posts underneath falling over and I am not a big person only ONE person is in that bed at a time. I bought a new bunk bed set and I am hoping they know how to put that together. Personally I think they owe me a discount on my latest purchase due to the dinette aet issue.

Came in and was greeted by Jessie Flinn. Not only was he a total smoke show, but he was also super helpful. I was kind of distracted by his voluptuousness glutes, so was hard for me to stay on focused, but he walked me through all the options, and was very well informed. 10/10 will purchase from him again. Update. Angel Hernandez, the delivery guy is almost even more of a smoke show than Jessie. Amazing delivery team, amazing experience, and the hottest employees in the valley.

I purchased a bedroom set and when they came to deliver and set up the dresser was damaged. The rails for the bed were damaged. The tall shelf two of the drawers were broken. The only thing that wasn't damaged was the night stand and possibly the mirror that attaches to the dresser. It hasn't been opened yet. I am very dissatisfied because I waited four weeks for it to get here and I spent a lot of money on this set. Then pretty much all of it comes here damaged. It's going to take at least two weeks for new drawers and sliders to arrive. So in the meantime since I had previously gotten rid of my old bedroom furniture in preparation for the new bedroom set. It now leaves me with a desk covered in make-up supplies and makes it impossible to get to my computer.

I’ve purchased from here twice. Delivery is a little slow but customer service is excellent. We had a little issue with a bed set and they went above and beyond to fix it. I didn’t even have time to be upset. Delivery guys are great and very respectful.

Saying I’m disappointed would be a huge understatement. I have had the absolute worst experience shopping at Ashley’s furniture in Twin Falls. From answering the phone to customer care, they Desperately lack basic customer service skills as well as problem solving skills. We recently purchased a sectional sofa, cocktail table and kitchen chairs. We have been loyal customers and now have no intentions on going back. Although I love the furniture and decor it is NOT worth the hassle. We went in May 15th order our sofa and cocktail table. We were told that the table would take a little longer to arrive due to them being out of stock. We were told that it would arrive sometime in June agreed to wait however it is now July and still no table. When our sofa arrived, which instead of them calling us we had to call them were told that the table was there with the sofa went to pick it up and were told that there was a misunderstanding. The sofa arrived but the table didn’t. We were also told that because of the tables delay that when the chairs arrive they would have them assembled which they did NOT. Again we had to call them to confirm our chairs arrival and were told again that the table was there which it wasn’t. Since then we have called numerous times only to get told excuses as to why it hasn’t arrived yet and clearly have no intentions on fixing the problem.

I genuinely had a great experience here. A woman named Sandy helped me decide on what couch to pick as I had already had some in mind. She was very personable and friendly. She is 100% the reason I went back and bought a couch after my visit. I haven't received the couch yet so I will update my review upon it's arrival. So far they have been very responsive and accommodating. One wish so far is that they included delivery with your purchase order or even a cheaper delivery option..
Absolutely horrible customer service. First time we went into this store we paid a deposit on some couches and they proceeded to call me a day later stating they gave me the wrong pricing and needed to increase the price after we had a signed contract for delivery. Then recently we went in hoping things had changed and was met by a poor excuse for a salesperson who was not accommodating at all. She actually snapped at my wife and I. Will not be returning.
