Our sales experience with Ashley was great. Brian was the sales associate that we worked with and he was amazing. He was friendly and helpful but gave us our space to look around and decide on what we wanted without constantly being in our faces which we greatly appreciated. He was understanding of our situation and helped arrange for an open ended delivery date until things were ready. The only hiccup we had with our overall experience was with a delivery. I had specifically taken a day off of work to be at our house for the delivery as we were living elsewhere while it was being rebuilt. I waited around for a phone call from the delivery team that never came. I finally called the store and found that the items had already been left at the house as there had been construction people there. As a result, the items were not left where they needed to be and we had to wait for delivery personnel to come back out to have the items moved.

Friendly staff, everyone seemed happy to answer questions and help me to find what I needed.

The lady that helped us was very kind and a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the items we were looking at. Appreciated her very much.

My husband and I just bought a couch here on Saturday and we got a great deal! We had been price shopping prior to coming in and found that the Ashley Outlet had the best deals. Our sales associate Maria was very sweet and helpful. We have to wait a couple weeks for delivery, so I can't review about that at this time. The store experience was awesome, though! We definitely feel like we made the right choice! UPDATE: It has been 6 weeks and still no couch. We were given a 4-6 week window at the time of sale. Last week my husband called and was told our couch would be in around October 30th. Today when he called he was told that it would be coming around November 7th. Not delivered by the 7th though. At that point, we could schedule delivery. Who knows when or if this couch is even coming. This is ridiculous. I guess if you want to wait 2 or 3 months for a couch then Ashley Furniture is your store.

I am very pleased with the ease of purchasing my new mattress. I had purchased a bed in a box from a different company and was just not pleased at all after only one night on it.
