We’ve purchased furniture from the Naperville location in the past and no issues. The Joliet location is another story. Do not buy from this location! The “manager” who works evenings is not interested in your experience as a customer at all. Follow-up from the store is nonexistent unless you try to cancel your order after receiving poorly built furniture and being forced into putting in an exchange order when all you want is a refund. Not a good way to try to keep me as a customer. Sad situation at the Joliet location as they just do not care. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!

Buyer beware! We purchased a mattress from Ashley Home Store on 10/24, and our experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Although the store was busy, we were repeatedly left waiting with little assistance—even while actively trying to make a purchase. One sales associate tried her best to be as helpful as possible but at that point we were already uncertain if we were making a good decision. Despite this and the fact pricing is wrong throughout the entire store and they don’t tell you this until checkout, we went through with the purchase. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. The store manager was noticeably rude and dismissive toward both staff and customers. Our mattress was delivered on 11/4, and it arrived defective. One side is collapsed and one entire corner appears to be held together with glue, not letting the mattress fully expand. This seems like a clear manufacturing defect—or possibly even a refurbished mattress passed off as new. Since then, we’ve spent nearly two weeks trying to get this resolved. We’ve called numerous times, filled out claim forms, spoken with multiple agents, and even reached out directly to the store. Not a single call has been returned and the “emails” that have been sent are non-existent, and no they aren’t in a spam folder. We were told we had a 30-day window for replacement, yet it feels like the store is doing everything possible to avoid honoring it. We started this process on 11/5, the day after we received the mattress. At this point, we’re left with a nearly $2,000 defective mattress and no support. This has been an extremely unfortunate and frustrating experience, and I strongly recommend staying far, far away from this location and ordering from this furniture store. Hoping we can actually receive a replacement at this point or even a call returned to us to resolve this issue.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is unprofessional. I had gone into this location to place an order, already knowing what I wanted. When I arrived, I had to wait about 20 min for my Salesman to greet me, then another 2.5 hours as they were having an IT issue. We finally got the furniture ordered and delivery date was set. When the team showed up for delivery, they had the wrong items. I had to reject the delivery and work with the CS team to make sure the correct items were reordered. I was told that my order would then be delivered on Tuesday, 11/4. Leading up to this day, I had not heard from Ashley and reached out multiple times. I finally got through to the CS team via phone and was told that my delivery was canceled and the earliest it could be delivered was Thursday 11/6. No one had given me proper communication nor was I made aware of this beforehand. I had to change my entire schedule, and luckily, I am available that day to make it work. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in Ashley Furniture. The only reason I purchased through this company in the first place was to avoid this exact situation from happening.

Victoria was a pleasure to work with she gave me options and was very patient as I was a little bit all over the place trying to figure out what I wanted. She paid attention to my concerns, and then responded to each one Her knowledge exceeded my expectations and the future, if I find that I am in need of furniture. I will certainly reach out to her. The store had so many different styles to choose from delivery was available and I didn’t have to wait six weeks. It was like within a couple days so I was really excited about that as well. .
