Worst customer service. I received a wobbly dining table which was not able to be repaired. I was told the part was not available and they would try to replace it. I tried calling and visiting the store multiple times for a resolution however I was told that my service call was pending every time until my warranty expired. Then they told me your claim was denied but they did not notify me and the warranty is now expired so nothing can be done.

I always hated going to furniture stores because of the sales people following you around. I feel pressure and anxiety. One reason I hate going to big furniture stores. However, this was a great experience for me. A sales rep came up to us, Eric, very nice. I was able to look at the whole selection of dining tables, and he was not following us around the whole time. Which made me feel so at ease. We finally found ‘the one’ I was able to approach him when we were ready, and he helped us right away. He helped us get the best price, and he was quick and to the point. I’m definitely coming back to get out next piece of furniture here. I really like the at ease feeling thins place was able to provide for me and the quick check out, with price comparison checks to make sure we were getting the best deal. We’ll Always come back to this Ashley! & thank you Eric for your help (and with the quick call back when I needed the measurements for our barstool cushions)

Friday night fun at Ashley furniture with Rosie and Neil. Went in to buy furniture for a spare bedroom, not only were we taken excellent care of, we had fun and stayed longer because we were enjoying ourselves and the company and conversations!

By far the worst customer service experience I have had with any retail store. I had the same almost exact experience as Nick Hs review below as well as many of the other 1 star reviews. it seems like it is standard practice to move dates, furniture coming late with incorrect or no parts (Twin and Queen bed missing hardware, extra parts were ordered on delivery, only one set of those parts arrived, I have no date on the second set of parts as the order is "Missing" so they had to reorder those, which means the installers will have been to my home 3-4 times due to negligence and lack of follow through, this whole process has taken months and we are now in conversations with the bank to stop payment and recover money paid and no service or complete product received, issue is still not resolved. Initial order was in Oct 2022 Edit Update (Dec. 17 2022): Instillation of the first bed was supposed to happen today, but after calling the store, corporate and customer service, I was again told the installation ticket placed a week ago was lost, and that I would need to have a new ticket for the twin bed I purchased. I now have no date for installation of that bed. I again had to get a new parts order for the second bed, and have no confirmation on delivery of those parts, and/or installation of that bed I have asked to speak with the store director about the ongoing issues, but was told by the associate at the Algonquin store that he would not be able to help, and was never able to contact him or leave a message 1/25/23 - Still an ongoing issue, we have not received parts yet, and the furniture is not installed.
