Great Customer service. They were not pushy at all. I felt they went out if there way to make sure we were happy. Erica at the Algonquin store is amazing. I was alone, she watched me walk to my car and drive away. That is great customer service. I will definitely go back.
Excelente service from Rozy Gomez, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable, she showed me different options of what I was looking for. After going to other different stores looking for the dining table benches, I found what I needed and wanted. Thank you for excellent service!!
They have some nice stuff. Delivery lead times are high due to the pandemic but was happy with the experience. Bought three new bedroom sets and a nice dining room table.

Store has a good layout. No one hanging over you while you shop. We were greeted by Don when we entered. He checked on us only once, 15-20 minutes after we started looking around. Don was helpful answering the questions we had. We did buy something today. We selected the payment option that works for us. Highly recommend. Great experience!!
What a pleasure to deal with Maggie and Ashley Furniture. She gave us the space we needed but was available to answer every question we had. She was very knowledgeable and worked with us on pricing and delivery! We'll definitely come back!
The purchase experience with Don was really good. I'll be coming pack to possibly change the review based on the deliver of our furniture.
Lots of selections especially bed, sales people are friendly and well trained very informative & important things about bed.
My wife and I shopped in four different furniture stores and only in Ashley did we find bedroom furniture that not only was beautiful but substantially better looking and better quality than the other stores we looked at. One salesman in one of the stores actually made a comment,” oh. that’s made by Ashley and they are the low end product !” We just looked at each other and laughed because the furniture in Ashley made the other store’s offerings look like WalMart furniture! We bought 2 bedroom sets and we are extremely pleased with the pricing and the quality ! Now, just get quicker on delivery times! Jeff Pecoraro
I got a bed 2 months ago. I been calling and calling my wife has talked to people and they just keep giving us the run around. To the point they told us they would deliver September 6th which was labor day.. like c mon .. I'm honestly over it
DO NOT SPEND A DIME HERE. Ordered a couch in April 2021 with the exception that it had a June ETA based on the direct confirmation of the sales person before purchasing. It has been delayed several times now and we have yet to receive it in September. No one bothers to call you back when you call, and the managers ignore messages. Left a message for Neil the floor manager, and Karen the store manager, but apparently they don't bother calling their peseant customers back. There regional managers and corporate office should be ashamed of the service they provide. Good luck staying in business. I intend to post frequent reviews about our HORRIBLE experience until they have the decency of calling me back instead of hiding in their office.
If I could give zero stars I would have ! On April 23 my son purchased a desk and didn’t receive it until August 28. Keep in mind delays are being experienced everywhere. When he finally received his desk in a box it was obviously a desk that had been delivered elsewhere before making its final stop to his home. When he opened the box he immediately realized an issue… all of the hardware was placed into a “sandwich bag” unless “Ashley’s” is in the habit of sending items with “hardware in a sandwich bag” it obviously was an item that had been returned prior to him receiving it. On further inspection the desk was damaged. So far their response to fixing this rather than a refund/return as there is NO other item/desk of interest is to get something of equal value???? How is that helpful? Buyer beware!!!! I’m sorry I ever suggested he use them I had been shopping with Ashley’s for years!!!!! Trust me…. Never will they get our business.
This Ashley store really provided poor customer service. First we where told our items would take 8 weeks they took almost 16. Second the sales team knowingly oversold us a box spring that wasn’t need for the mattress we purchased and refused to return or refund us the item. Third they sold us white glove delivery and just dropped the products in our living room and didn’t assemble or set them up. They also refused to refund this cost and suggested we call an 800 number. This was poorly managed and we won’t shop here again.
