Irena was our salesperson. She was very patient with us, on our 3 hour furniture finding mission. I think we walked around their spacious interior about 4-5 times! It was their newest location in Algonquin, and they had a great selection for our needs. The one piece that we were VERY lucky to find was a patio set that was out of season that was 40% off. That really will help our 3-season porch to feel more homey. All of the pieces that we purchased are amazing and we are excited to come back to furnish other parts of our home.
William was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Great service and selection! Update - 09/26: Changing from five stars to one. I would give zero if I could. After being told that everything we selected was in stock, then being told we would need to wait two months (August) for delivery, fast forward four months. Starting in September, three deliveries have been promised and all three have turned out to have been “miscommunications.” The customer service call center is an absolute joke, and it’s impossible to get in touch with the stores. After 40 minutes on hold, I got through to a higher level of support agent, who promptly forwarded me back to the original call center welcome message. I’ve given up hope that I can figure out what is going on with my order. The only thing left to do is cancel.
