Diego and staff were absolutely perfect. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Ohh boy. What a horrendous horrible experience this was. So we went to get a sofa set. After finalizing we weren’t sure about the measurements so we planned to come back next day. But the manager Niel kept on persuading the deal for a specific dollar amount. While we told him we’ll back next day. He still kept on being a smartass telling I have been in industry for long knowing you won’t come. Next day we showed up haha. And he wasn’t there neither the other staff available was aware of the price Niel was quoting us. We really liked the sofa so disappointingly we headed back and came again straight third day. Finally we meet Niel ( The smartass Manager) who quoted us a certain price and now he completely flipped on the price and started talking unprofessionally and accusing us while we were just back for the price he himself offered on day 1. Poor customer satisfaction skills, poor people skills and even pathetic service. I loved the sofa so I ended up going to the Schamburg location and buying the sofa for even cheaper price than what Neil kept on quoting and after lying about pricing. I felt the staff at Schamburg location was more welcoming and willing to learn about our requirements.

Absolutely fantastic experience, not at all what you would expect from a furniture store. From the moment we walked in, the associates gave us space and it was a very pleasant experience. Eventually my partner and I found a set we absolutely loved and an associate named Mike came to assist. He was kind, helpful, and not at all pushy. We thought that there was no way we could afford such a nice set of furniture so we had zero expectations of taking it home but Mike really wanted to help us out. He got Neil, the sales manager involved and we explained our situation and limits. Neil was also friendly, professional, and we could tell he genuinely wanted to help us take home the bedroom set of our dreams and he and Mike did just that. This location has great furniture, we shopped multiple stores and most others were high price low quality junk however here the pieces felt durable while also looking beautiful. The store was clean and well kept with a very relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be back in the future as we build our home, great job guys! You’ve made a couple customers for life

The delivery team werre so rude. They made a.lot of mess on the floor with debris and when I told them to clean up after their mess, the driver stated, "Why is that a big deal you can't clean it". Ann Helmer made our mattress shopping experience absolutely wonderful! My wife is pregnant, so finding the right bed for comfort and support was a big deal for us. Ann took the time to walk us through all the features in such a clear and engaging way, making sure we found the perfect fit. I have had pleasant experiences with both Schaumburg Ashley and the Algonquin Ashley, my most recent was with a sales rep named Ann in Algonquin, she was very helpful and did not pressure us. I would highly recommend.

Both Neil & Gina were fantastic. Very personable & not pushy. Neil is incredibly knowledgeable on mattresses which was extremely helpful in us making a decision. Very happy with our choices and can’t wait to receive our new bed & mattress.

The store is very nice. No high pressure selling. I was able to wander around and look at stuff and try things out without someone hovering over me. When I needed help I was able to get all my questions answered and shown some other options even less expensive. Diego was more than helpful and very friendly. He went above and beyond for me. This was the best buying experience I’ve had in a very long time. I will not hesitate to shop there again and tell anyone who is looking for furniture or bedding to go to that location of Ashley furniture.

Our recent purchase of a large sectional at Ashley Furniture in Algonquin was initially a positive experience thanks to Maria. She was fantastic—no pressure, answered all our questions, and made our splurge worthwhile. However, the delivery process was a HUGE disappointment. One of the delivery team members was unprofessional and rude, even threatening to return the $7K sectional to the store when I asked for a minor adjustment moving the couch. We were the first delivery of the day, and their behavior left me concerned for other customers that day. The other team member was courteous and apologized for his colleague's behavior and they also left a mess of plastic bags and cardboard on my lawn after abruptly departing. Despite loving our purchase, the poor delivery experience has me hesitant to return for additional furniture. I may wait or consider shopping elsewhere next time. I initially planned to give a 5-star rating, but due to the poor delivery experience, I lowered it to 4 stars.

Poor customer service. Promises made regarding delivery are not kept. This has happened multiple times. In one instance, they cancelled my order, and NEVER TOLD ME THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED. Who does this? In addition, the salesperson lied to us about the country of origin for a bookcase. The salesperson said, "Made in Wisconsin." The bookcase actually came from Vietnam. I read the shipping label. I will not buy from people I do not trust. Stay away.

Ross Mayer was my Home Furnishing Professional and he was very helpful. I was looking at a dining room set which will located in an area right next to living room. I wanted to look at the color of the dining set next to the end tables I wanted. He carried a chair from the dining set completely across the store so I could see them together. He was great and in my opinion went over and above what he needed to do.

Erin was very helpful with no pressure. Knowledgeable of the furniture. They also gave a military discount. I would highly recommend them to our friends

I had a great experience on the actual store. I didn’t feel any pressure when it came to choosing my furniture and I wasn’t pressured into making and decisions. They did an amazing job with the prices and made the whole process really smooth. However, when the furniture was delivered 2 pieces out of my set were broken. They did not make sure everything worked correctly before delivering it. I then had to call and ask for new furniture to be sent out since my lives were broken. They never keyed in my order and never followed up with me. Very disappointing because the first half of the process was so good.

The salesman was very good even though I had to cancel order.

I have ordered from Ashley Furniture in Algonquin on 3 separate occasions. My first order had a couch and two kids beds and the couch was damaged when it was delivered. The couch was eventually fixed. The second order of swivel chairs was perfect. Now my most recent order was for a bed (headboard, footboard, side rails), two night stands, a desk and bookcase. The headboard was damaged and needed to be replaced and one of the nightstands was stained either a darker color or a different all together but that had to be switched. The desk and bookcase were scheduled to be delivered on February 5th and I was just alerted by the AI chat bot they have that my order will be split but neither would be delivered on the scheduled day. The customer service is a pain to work around to talk to a real person. The manager at the store was able to work with me but moving forward, I will not be purchasing anything from Ashley Furniture again.

It wasn’t what I had in mind so we looked at more. He was so patient, absolutely no hard sell which I appreciated. Decided on one , bought it and was extremely happy. What an amazing experience. My wife and I were shopping to replace our couch. While browsing we were greeted by one of the store managers Neal. We shared with him what our dream couch was. We also shared what we didn’t like about our current couch. Neal was unbelievably helpful and showed us some options that checked our boxes. He also let us know what to steer away from. He was very honest and upfront. There were no instances that we felt pressured to buy. He explained all of our options regarding financing and outright purchasing. Neal was a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend another store to do business with.

We had our new furniture delivered today and the delivery men smelled gas and told us to get it checked. My husband and I couldn’t smell the gas leak. We called ComEd and they did find a leak of gas in our water heater. So very thankful to these guys for saying and insisting we get it checked! Delivery was fast and smooth. Love our new living room set!

The furniture we bought with his advice and guidance is still in good condition and we are very satisfied with the quality and durability.

My and my fiances mattress from Ashley is only 4 years old, at forst is was great, now its so beyond uncomfortable. We both wake up everyday in excruciating pain from sleeping on a mattress that feels like just springs. Ashley has sent out a technician twice to inspect it for a replacement and both times have said nothing is wrong and closed our case. Absolutely terrible customer service and will do anything to not replace a mattress that is still under warranty. I highly suggest not buying from this store.

My initial review was a higher review. I am now sad to say that I have to adjust it and strongly recommend that you not shop here. My initial experience was very good in the store, but it soured very quickly. I was double billed for my purchase due to the sales man’s tablet crashing. I was assured by the store manager that this was not an issue and that if it did not resolve by the next day he would refund the 2 nd payment. It did not resolve and he did not issue the refund. I contacted their corporate line and getting a hold of a human was difficult. In the end all they could do was offer to issue me SOME of my money in a refund. In the end I had to file a dispute with my bank and now my money will not be returned for 30-45 days. We are not talking a few dollars here; we are talking over $500. This is my rent money! There is no reasonable reason this should have happened or that I should have to put up with this. EDIT: As a response to the companies offer of further assistance. Both of those phone numbers are useless and it is difficult to get in touch with a human being to resolve issues. Considering the difficulty this is causing me and the companies inability to resolve this in a reasonable fashion, I find the response very disingenuous.

Mr. Ed ,was amazing from the minute we walked in the door. Answered all my questions very insightful on products. Worked with us on pricing of products, Ed was so very sweet and funny. I didn’t want to leave the store we ended up purchasing a new kitchenette set and couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be back to purchase a new living room set. I truly look forward to working with Mr. Ed again.

I can only talk about my own experience. In no way am I saying Ashley furniture is a bad place or company. In my own personal shopping experience, I was greeted by a very nice sales person, she explained they are having a veterans sale, “dont worry about the price tag, there is a discount at the end, plus we will delivery and set it up for free”. With that intonation I decided to look around and write down the SKU numbers, she then told me online prices will be honored as well, so I did a mix of online and in store, get to the end to order my 8,500 order expecting for them to calculate and give what ever “discount” they were speaking of. This gentleman came over after I calculated all my items based on the ticket price, and said “yep that looks good, also buy this 1,200 protection plan” I declined the extra 1,200 and was told o “we will have to add on the delivery charge of 700.00, but if you buy the protection I’ll waive that. Sir you want me to spend 1,200 instead of 700? After you told me I would get the free delivery in the first place. I left the store, and I got a ton of text messages from the regional manager, asking me to come back to purchase these items and he would waive the 700.00. Well you already agreed to waive it in the first place. I did some online research and the same items I was going to purchase was 1,545.00 less than what was being offered to me in the first place. I give 1 star rating because the sales lady was really friendly.

Rozy was great from start to finish. I just wanted 2 (cheapish) recliners and when I sat in one double the price I had imagined paying I fell in love with the chair. Rozy managed to get me a great deal with a bit of a discount in order for me to be able to get these 2 recliners that I loved. She was actually amazing to deal with and I have always been pretty happy with ashley as a whole. Be sure to ask for Rozy when you check out this location!

Update: STILL NO MATTRESS AND THE YEAR IS ALMOST OVER. Couch is already falling apart/extremely poor quality. Haven’t heard from anyone. A waste of 8k, would never recommend. After reading the reviews, how many store managers do you guys have? I made a large purchase to furnish my new place, over a month in advance. Was guaranteed delivery for EVERYTHING on requested and reserved date(twice by two different sales reps, once day of purchase the 2nd time when I called a week after purchasing to confirm dimensions on an item. Had I not been wise to double check the delivery services invoice of what they had to deliver I would have no mattress! I called the store a number of times the sales reps unable to help and store manager is avoidant. I began to call corporate which is difficult and useless as they don’t have information on specific stores and can only assist with orders? What?! I then called the store back and finally after expressing my concern for my fast approaching move and delivery date for part of my order the manager finally calls me back. He proceeds to ask what is going on, I explained how no one mentioned my order would be delayed and specific item is back ordered, you had over a month to communicate this, the delivery service didn’t mention it, store manager didn’t mention it neither of the sales reps that assisted me haven’t mentioned it. He then laughed, as if moving isn’t stressful enough, not having a bed for an extended period of time isn’t funny and I think it’s rather bad business practices to be in sales and not communicate important details on such a large purchase and important items for daily life, and then to laugh? I said excuse me? You find this funny? He then decides to pretend like he thought I was someone else. Ed I believe his name is, very rude. Hasn’t helped to resolve this issue or even save the sale, why would I give you commission and business, sure doesn’t seem like you value or respect your customers. He also refused to give me his regional managers contact information. But don’t worry ED, I called another location and they were more than helpful in giving me that information to inform the business you’re working for just how rude you are. Would not recommend, definitely don’t trust.

Erica G was fabulous. She wasn’t your stereotypical pushy salesperson. She had such a pleasant personality, was quick in getting answers to all of our questions and didn’t hesitate to find us the best deal on our purchase. If we come back to the store we will look to work with her! Other stores could learn quite a lot from her excellent customer service (we had just come from another furniture store).

November 2022, Ashley Furniture delivered broken and damaged furniture. We filed a claim within an hour of the furniture delivery and they refused our right to a Full Refund. Instead, they forced us to wait for a “Technician to Repair” what should have been delivered in New and Good Condition. Yet, while waiting for a “Technician,” they decided without our acceptance, to refund us $200.00 and called it “Done.” We never approved or accepted the offer of $200, yet they just sent it back to our Card disregarding our right to Cancel For a Full Refund. They never sent a “technician” either. We would have never purchased Ashley Brand Furniture or purchased from Dufresne Spencer Group dba Ashley Homestore, if we knew in advance that they would NOT honor their own Sales Agreement and Deliver Broken/Damaged Furniture. It’s been almost 2 years and they have ghosted us, stole our hard earned money and left us with damaged furniture.

If you are planning on getting new furniture, I cannot recommend this place enough!

We were immediately greeted by Ann. I had found the furniture I wanted online. She was professional & personable. Ann offered us credit, warranty & showed us the items which we wanted to purchase. Within a half hour we had purchased a dresser, mirror, nightstand & desk and were out the door. The prices were really great & furniture was top notch. They had great delivery dates that were within days. We're very happy & will be back.

My husband and I had a great shopping experience. We were helped when we first walked in and were allowed to walk around and look without being inundated by all sales people. When we found what we were looking for we used the first salesperson when we walked in. We got great discounts with wonderful salespeople.

Syed at the store in South Randall in Algonquin helped me decide in picking my furniture when I was in between two choices. He really cares about the customers choice based on needs and he was very helpful. Ashley have high quality furnitures and love everything in the store and I will shop here again.

I came to the store in a bit of a rush. I had company driving up from St. Louis to stay for a few days and didn’t have a mattress for our spare bedroom room. The gentleman that helped me was able to show me a few options and get what I needed without trying to up sell or play games with me. I was loaded and out the door in about 40 minutes. Thank you for being direct and professional.

Went to store to purchase a recliner. We found one we liked and started purchasing it. Ashley's Ordering System is quite cumbersome, they have 2 processing systems in order to make a purchase. The sales person we had encountered alot of problems entering our purchase. She had 2 managers helping her. When everything was completed and buyer's order copy was given to us, my husband noticed the purchase price was different than what was on chair. Of course my credit card had already been charged with incorrect amount. Invoice had to be revised and a store credit written up for price difference. Upon getting home, I went online to see what the chair material was made of. I then found out the online price was much lower than the store price by $200.00. We decided to go back on Sunday to talk to a Manager. The Store Manager was great. He looked at our documentation and apologized for the issues we encountered. He then revised our purchase order to reflect the much lower price (which included a 25% discount). Total savings $232.00. My recommendation is to check online prices, check purchase order price versus merchandise price tag, and ask about any current discounts being offered. We appreciate all the help the Store Manager gave us.

We recently made 2 purchases from Ashley in Algonquin. I’ve hesitated to write this review because I don’t like to be negative but I feel other potential customers should be aware of my experience. While we were moving, I saw an ad run by Ashley for 30% off your purchase if you spend over X amount of dollars. Once we closed, I called Ashley and spoke with the manager. He said the sale was about to end but he would honor it for me if I came in by a certain time frame and said he would make a note for his associates. When I went in, I was greeted by a woman and told her about the 30% discount. She immediately dismissed me saying they weren’t running it anymore. I explained I spoke with the manager and he was going to leave a note but she made no attempt to verify that and shut me down quickly. I called my husband and told him what happened. He told me to leave - they work on commission and shouldn’t be rude. I told the associate I would come back when they were running the sale because I need furniture and was prepared to buy it all tonight so I was disappointed. Suddenly she was able to honor the sale. I walked around and selected several things. I got a great deal, they were even able to match/beat the online prices on a few pieces. I left feeling happy I got the furniture I loved despite not a great experience with the associate. Fast forward to delivery day - the drivers arrive. They explain they are a 3rd party service, not connected with Ashley. Driver mentions they accept tips and asked for something cold to drink. I had a big order so I was happy to give that to them along with a tip since it was a lot of work. After they brought the last pieces in, it was clear the loveseat didn’t fit. I was previously told by the sales associate that Ashley policy is no returns after the drivers leave. If the piece doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, it must go back with them that day or you are stuck with it. I let the drivers know right away it doesn’t fit. They acknowledged yes it’s too big but tried to help us move it around to see if we could make it work. But we couldn’t. I asked them to take it back. They were annoyed, it became very tense in the room. They went into a story about how they don’t work for Ashley and Ashley lies to their customers saying returns have to go back that day when really they have 72 hours. Said it was too hard to put it back on the truck because they had more deliveries that day and insisted we had 72 hrs. The driver even made a note in his system the piece was too big, he said. I accepted this and tipped them and they went on their way. I call the store immediately, the sales lady I worked with isn’t there nor is the manager. The person at the store told me I had to talk to my original sales lady and he couldn’t help me. He also said I could call GRT, the customer response team. I call GRT. They said absolutely no returns unless damaged. The 72 hrs the drivers spoke about was only for damaged items. The couch was now mine. They checked their system and there were no notes saying it was too big, like the driver said. My heart dropped. The drivers had lied to me. And I tipped them. After that, it became impossible to get ahold of my sales associate. I left multiple messages and was frequently assured I would be called back “in 5 minutes” and never recieved a return-call. The sales lady had even given me her cell phone, I tried calling and texting, radio silence. The next day we called GRT and they refused to do anything. They said it was a known problem with the drivers lying about returns. So I pushed and pushed; if it’s a known problem, it isn’t the customers fault and something needs to be done. They finally agreed to let me exchange it. I had to go back in and try and deal with the same sales lady and communication with her was painful. But I got it done. It was a terrible experience and I will not return to Ashley Furniture again. I love my pieces, I spent a lot of time picking them out but I would be lying if I said I didn’t think about this horrible experience every time I look at them.

NEVER PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE I was screwed by delivery person who refused to take the furniture back on delivery and it was damaged. Now I can not return it because all sales are final. I was told by the store manager when it was delivered that I should have been more demanding because the delivery drivers lie and wont take it back because they won't get paid. I want to return this couch and never ever buy anything from Ashley. It is disgusting how I have been treated. The customer service number is terrible to work with too.

Stay away from this store! They will overcharge you for delivery fee! This is some serious scam, please be aware!

Had to shop from Florida and Eric was absolutely great guiding me to the right bed and sofa at the right price by phone and internet.

Eric was great!! He was patient while we looked over the entire store, waited while three of us decided on colors, patterns and more, and then gave us all the finance options once we decided to buy. Really disappointed in Ashley Furniture. I purchased a couch the beginning of February, I was told it would be delivered the second/third week of April. The delivery kept being pushed back, I did not receive my couch until 6/19. The cushions feel nothing like the ones in store, they feel extremely cheap.

Wonderful experience, was able to browse around without any high pressure sales tactics. When I had questions they quick and responsive. Overall great experience.

Ed Leahy was absolutely awesome. I was there multiple times and he was never pushy just very helpful and informative … made today’s experience great and appreciate him helping me find the best solution for my space! I’ll be back to see Ed in the future and send people in to see him as well!

Sales person was friendly and helpful. Delivery and set-up was very unsatisfactory. Called on the same day of delivery to express my concerns, they noted concern, and told me expect a text for another appointment to be scheduled. I received a text with link to set up delivery, make warranty claims, etc. Firstly, you’re unable to set up an appt. with that link. Secondly, improper set up is NOT the manufacturer’s issue. Called again a week later to explain this and a resolution, and still nothing! My recommendation, try mattress at store but buy it elsewhere with better service. Next time I drop $5500, it won’t be at Ashley’s! So disappointed.

Lupe was absolutely amazing!!! She went above and beyond to find us the perfect furniture based on color preference and budget. We got more than we could imagine, and she took her time to explain all finance options and different upgrade options to the couches. We just planned on looking today but so glad it turned out the way it did. The whole store was very welcoming including Cesar. We went to lazy boy right before and they were very rude and didn’t care to make our shopping experience a good one.

I bought the Stairatt sofa that was on sale online for $349. My best friend has one and I sit on it every week. I think it will be perfect in my house to replace my 27 year old sofa. Erica was a fantastic saleswoman. She wrote up my order quickly and efficiently and gave me her contact information in case I had any issues. This is the second time I've shopped at Ashley Furniture in Algonquin and plan to in the future for any furniture needs. Erica made for another delightful experience at Ashley. We had an ottoman delivered 3 times and the product was not perfect. First, the wrong color. Second, there was a tear. Third, the product is dirty. I luckily bought the protection plan so I’m going to call this week and have them clean it after the first day of owning the ottoman. The buying process was great and had a wonderful experience in the store. I am not happy with the product quality being delivered after the THIRD time.

I requested communications be done via email to ensure there’s a record of the interactions, . This experience has shown the store to be quite hit or miss, with this instance heavily missing the mark due to poor follow-through and customer communication. Buyer beware of potential delivery and service inconsistencies. I still have no delivery date which doesn’t seem to bother Ashley. Next step requesting a full refund and go somewhere else. Nicole a manager at the Algonquin store helped my wife pick out an entire house of furnishings. We recently downsized and none of our existing furniture would fit in the new home.. She was so patient with us as it was super difficult. She really made our shopping experience super easy and pleasurable taking whatever extra time we needed to make many decisions.Thank you, so much love the furniture and receive many complements. Horrible experience at the Algonquin location. Helen (I believe that was the name I read on her name tag but she never actually introduced herself or gave me her card) offered to help my fiancé and I with the sectional couch we were looking at and interested in buying. I immediately told her I had a quote from their Schaumburg store for this exact model which includes free delivery. She said the best way to show their price is for her to build the deal like she normally does. She then proved to be incompetent and rude when going over the set up and pieces of the couch. Despite the aggravation I still followed through with the process so I could put a down payment on the couch before the sale on it ends in 3 days. After waiting for my ever a half hour for her to get me a price it came back higher than the one I previously got from the Schaumburg location (which I showed her a picture of) to which she said “a lot of people have been fired from that location so don’t trust what they say.” Basically she wasted my time when I showed her the price I was expecting upfront and was completely unprofessional. We are planning to furnish multiple rooms and this store has now lost our business.

They say it’s for fraud control and need two forms of authentication but never even check your license and let you dictate the information to them (aka can say whatever you want). What a Joke.

We entered the store and waited 2 minutes to be recognized. I had to call a sales person over. From there the experience was excellent. I had reviewed a furniture item on line and we wanted to see it. It was everything that we wanted. The salesman, Eric, was most helpful and informative. He pointed out all the features and answered our questions and concerns in an honest manner. The result is that we made the purchase. We met other store personnel and they were equally friendly and helpful.

Save your money. They show one price on-line and another price in the store. Read the reviews and check their history.

Bought a set of couches from here. Hasn’t even been 6 months and the frames are broken since they are made so cheaply made and put together. Tried calling Ashley and they redirected me to a different number, because they don’t take care of purchases that weren’t made online. Tried contacting them and no one answers the phone. Have left my number under the option that says they will call back, yet it has been weeks of me trying and no one calls back. Horrible customer service, trash materials, won’t be purchasing from them any longer. Stay away. Should be able to get money back or replace these cheaply made couches.

Ordered a Sofa, Love Seat, and Recliner on 7 January. I received a text on 1/19 stating that the order was 'Fulfilled' and "lets schedule a delivery!". I selected 2/16, earliest they could get to me and will take the day off. Received a number of texts and robo calls to verify the date between 1/19 and 2/12. On 2/13 I receive a call stating that the deliver needs to be rescheduled since only 1 item is in. I called and they can't give a date when all will be available but would like me to schedule a date sometime in early March. What's the point! If you don't know where your product is then what's the point in having customers schedule delivery? For a $460 delivery fee this is terrible. I get supply chain issues... This comes down to not knowing how to properly manage your supply. Unless they have it in stock, I don't recommend you go to Ashley.

zero stars if i could, ordered 2 beds- their white glove assembly destroyed the beds bolts were stripped and sticking out where you could easily walk into them the side boards were put on upside down head board and foot boards un even- send a second tech out that said he couldnt fix it and went on to say the terrible job the first guy did- no help from customer service- they want to replace them so we can go through the same issues- also bought a couch that arrived ripped. Even if you buy in store with a person they tell you its out of their hands. Ashley is a poorly run company.

This is a cautionary tale. You might be treated different. I tell it to share my experiences. Give you fellow shoppers an idea of what can happen. Had one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had here tonight. My wife and I have been looking for a new mattress, a base and some tables for weeks. Takes a lot to lay on dozens, manage prices, look at sales, changing prices, they do free delivery but not for that, can do a special discount but not on 60 months only 36 ect. Money down here but not there. Did we tell you no warranty if you buy this with that... So it's taken a long time. I have been on review sites, good housekeeping, test date all that. Finally we know what we want to sleep on, just need to discuss price and plan. I have talked to a few different reps and had one I really liked and one we didn't. These guys all work on straight commission so they are all HUNGRY. We even had a bet going if we could sneak through store and make it to mattress side without a vulture clinging on to us. We didn't. So we get to them and of course the guy we liked the least was right there. Gave off an uneasy almost creepy vibe. Damn. He's got a little white coat on and I think he thinks he's a medical professional. Locks on to us, he is planning on eating tonight. Bee lines to us we turn away, try to give off a vibe that we arent ready to talk. Hes not having it. Im looking all around, hoping against hope i can spot the head of the man i really came to see over all those sofas and head boards. Please save me. Well in for a penny, I start to tell him what I have decided on and researched and he immediately jumps in on me and tells me how he's a specialist and is trained and has been doing this like 20 years and how he is a master. Going in to coils and pressure points.... I asked him why many personal reviews completely contradict what he said and he brushes me off. Well he says we need to buy his recommendation for about $4,000 more. Which by the way this brands pays him a higher commission and had its name on his bright white dr coat. I begin to wonder if he is an expert on earning more instead of selling me what I want? Now remember we have spent time with him before and my wife even said to him a few times, my hubby has to be ok with this. So he stops talking to me turns to my wife and say "your mom and I have already agreed to what you need. " wow ok that happened. She is stunned mouth open. First you think she looks so bad she is 20 years older than me. Second you think so little of me your saying I'm some 40 yr old guy having my mommy buy me a bed? Third we are shopping for a split king and have told you she likes her side softer than I sleep so you know we both sleep in the same bed. Your saying she's my mom and we sleep in the same bed together? Dude where the heck did you come from that that is ok, or are you really trying to insult us? Never slept in the same bed with my REAL mom as a toddler, not condoning it in my 40's. But im not judging here, do your own thing as an adult if it makes you happy. Wife's jaw still on the floor he says something about having 4 kids, mistakes happen. He tells me they can't sell me the combo I want that the other guy said a few days ago was fine. All kinds of contradictions and games. The whole time giving me a condescending tone. Not listening at all to me. Expects we should just pay $8,000 for the mattress he wants us to sleep on. BTW that's for the mattress, the base is another $4,000. Plus the tables we were buying. Hey Mr. Doc if that kind of money is no big deal, how about you loan it to me??? Any way that's my experience at this store, yours may vary, but don't say I didn't warn you! We walked out went to a different store. the bed I wanted is coming next week. He never even said anything as we left. I think I'm going to hassles from now on. They have NO employees.

One member in particular, Nicole, is so knowledgeable, especially in the bedroom section. She has given me such great insight for future purchases it’s unbelievable! The merchandise is reasonably priced for being excellent quality. Yes, you may pay a bit more for a table, but you can tell that table will last for generations. There has been absolutely no communication of any delivery changes and no one you can speak to live to help you. I ordered a sectional couch and spend thousands at this location and was told I would be getting my delivery on Dec 9. On Dec 8, I called and said delivery would be the next day. I called again on Dec 9 ( date of the delivery ) , and they changed the delivery date without notifying me. I had already got rid of the furniture in my place to make room for the new furniture. So now, I have no furniture in my house and there has not been any communication from Ashley regarding this. I would definitely never recommend Ashely to anyone.
