I love the quality of Ashley Furniture. They are pretty expensive even with sales or floor models. But that’s probably the best furniture you will get without going to high end retailers.

Overall pickup at the warehouse was okay. Didn’t know I’d have to actually help lift and maneuver the box into my car, and the employees could have been friendlier. Otherwise, I love my new recliner!

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had ordering furniture. I went to the store a month ago, was told the furniture would come 2 weeks after purchase. Instead, over the past 4 weeks we have slowly gotten pieces of furniture. They were not helpful in coordinating delivery either. Instead of letting me know about the delay, I would just receive a message asking which later date worked best. I would never recommend shopping here to anyone unless you have nothing to do all day. They would give me a 3 hour window for delivery service and not even show up!! I am extremely disappointed with this company. Do not use.

Great customer service. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped me compare. I purchased a sectional because the company can deliver it before the holidays. I like how many modern pieces are on display in the Bolingbrook store. Other furniture stores have too many old-fashioned styles that didn’t suit my needs. I’ll be back to look for other smaller pieces as I continue to furnish my new home.

I bought a love seat and recliner on 3-22-25. The recliner was ok for a few days and then it became very uncomfortable. I thought it just needed to be broken in, but the issue got worse. On 7-22-25 I finally found a contact email for warranty issues. I was told to take pics of the chair. After they reviewd my claim, they agreed to send out new cushions. Said it would take 2-4 weeks, it took close to 8 weeks. Cushions were installed, seemed ok, but after a few days the issues were back. Contacted them again and was told new mech parts would arive in 7-10 days. It's been over a month and they are not replying to emails. Filed a complaint with the BBB and attorney general.

Still waiting for someone to come out to repair recliner that does not work. Started calling. Texting and stopped at showroom beginning on 24th. Have yet to have technician come out. Just want to return recliner at this point.
