Besides the brutally slow computer system, it was very good. Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Most terrible experience I had in my life. I called the Bolingbrook Ashley to see if they had a sectional in stock. They told me they did and as long as it was paid in full it would be delivered by Friday. Thursday came around and I heard nothing about the delivery or confirmation. I called in and they told me that the order was processed as a layaway and not a sales order. The Buck was passed around 3 times until the manager told me that it wouldn’t be delivered until the following week. My family is coming in from out of town and now I have no where to seat them. Absolutely nobody was willing to do anything to make the sale right so I ultimately had to cancel and will have to find a couch elsewhere
