We had a pleasant experience with Noelle and the rest of the staff. Greeted cheerfully and showed different options of sofas and payment options too. We never felt pressured or stalked in the store.

Over priced, average quality and bad return policy
My comforter was delivered to the wrong address. And there are scratches in my table. Plus the delivery drivers damaged one of my items .

We had a great experience buying a cabinet at the Ashley Store in Romeoville, IL. The selection was quite good, and there was a large Labor Day sale going on. Kudos to our salesperson Kayla Baker, who answered all of our questions, showed us some things we would not have seen on our own, and handled the purchase and financing seamlessly.

The "Manager" finalized the purchase. He took our information and set up the wrong address for delivery. Also, he never explained how much delivery was or the extra $175 fee for a warranty plan - just added it on and never said it was optional. He would not let us read the fine print but had us sign the "receipt" on his broken computer screen. Ended up feeling totally scammed and will never recommend this store. We are still working on correcting the delivery address, but every step it directs us to for assistance leads to no response. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
One of the best Furniture shopping experiences we've had. Ron & Javon were very pleasant and professional without being the typical sales people. They listened to our needs and helped us find exactly what we were looking for (in a better color option than) what we saw while browsing online. Great guys & looking forward to our next major Furniture purchase.

I ordered a queen bedset and i ordered delivery and setup and they dropped in the garage and did not set it up in the room. I paid for delivery and setup.
I didn't like it very much. I will never even buy a chair there again. Delivery is much later than promised, they paid 200 dollars for delivery, the movers took another 100 for themselves, you don’t pay them a salary? Horrible.

Yet again I had a fabulous experience at Ashley. My sales rep Omar at the Bolingbrook IL store was extremely helpful - making sure my account info was up to date, making recommendations on which mattress to go with my bed selection, and getting me a quick delivery date. Some sales reps can be really pushy but he made it a great experience. Would highly recommend anyone to work with him and will absolutely be buying from Ashley in the future.
Kayla was very helpful. My heart was set on the Robbinsdale white and grey kitchen table but really wanted it in the standard height, but told not available in white, only in the dark gray and the brown one. We settled for counter height, but not sure how it will look in our small apartment. We will try it, although disappointed. Just perplexed why Ashley furniture didn’t make it available in the standard size? So, we will try the counter height. We were over all pleased though with our selection of our furniture and sale discount we received.
I had such a great experience at this location. I worked directly with Mr. Ash Patel. He was incredible. I was able to get all of the furniture pieces I wanted at an affordable price. He was very quick and efficient and I left the store extremely happy in less than an hour. I will definitely be shopping here again.
They welcomed me in a very polite and respectful manner though the store was about to be closed, in about 20 minutes. Since I was in that area, thought I give it a try, they helped me get what I was looking for and cooperatively spend 2 extra hours to close the deal, and it was worth the wait, for I had chosen to up buy a king bed set and a All night firm tempur pedic cooling mattress.

Ashley has a nice selection and variety. Kayla was the perfect balance of helpful and “out of the way”- she gave us initial information as we entered and then left us to browse as we’d said we were there to do, but was easy to find when we had a question. She was knowledgeable and pleasant, offered options but wasn’t pushy. The only detractor is the time required to complete a purchase- not her fault- the process is clunky with multiple steps requiring her to go to multiple people at different points. Streamlining the purchase process would be a great improvement for the experience.

Terrible Experience with Customer Service Center about my claim I filed with them about my new furniture.
We stopped onto this Ashley Furniture location the other weekend to browse for some pieces for our new home and had such an unpleasant experience. The salesman was incredibly annoying, chatty and would barely leave us alone to discuss what we were looking at. He kept interjecting with random questions to fill the silence, leaving us with zero space to talk between the two of us. I regret not saying anything to him at the time. I get that they are trying to make a sale and form a relationship with the potential customer, but this was just simply obnoxious. It was very pushy and off putting. Even if we did want to purchase something, he wouldn't leave us alone for 2 minutes to discuss it. It was such an unfortunate experience. We won't plan to go back.
0 stars for this scam store!!!!! Delivery got delayed by a month(they told me that the product was in stock when ai placed the order). Not only that, whatever delivered was damaged and not assembled properly. When we rejected the order at the time of delivery, the delivery man said that they will instead bring replacements within 3 days. When reached out to Ashley, they said they have no connection with the delivery service people. WTH!! Is this a joke? Also, if you need to save money, order online and not from the store. The prices are not the same (Atleast that is what they told me when I asked about it.)
Omar was a very big help to me picking out my chairs. He was very professional. I have not picked up my chairs yet so can’t comment on their condition but seemed very well made.

31 days ago I ordered and purchased a TV stand from the Bolingbrook store. At the time of the sale, the salesman informed us the stand was “in stock” and we scheduled delivery 3 business days after the sale. We were informed the warehouse would contact us a couple of hours before the delivery. Delivery came and not call - no text. The next day we contacted the “warehouse” number we were given and it was a customer service call center. We were now informed it was”not in stock” and delivery was expected in 2 weeks. Again, no call AND no text AND 31 days later I am on my 3rd round of ongoing POOR customer service. Today U called and asked to speak with a manager and was met with resistance as the Customer service rep told me she “could not” transfer me to a manager. After speaking with her at length and being placed in hold more than once, I was informed a manager will call me back. 2 hours later, no response. From a professional courtesy perspective I will wait on business day for a response. If there is no response or if the follow-up plan is less than expected, most likely I will cancel my order. The level of integrity, customer commitment and professionalism has been marginal at best. It is unfortunate as there has been a much higher level of credibility in the past.
Steer clear of Ashley unless you enjoy being deceived. I bought a mattress and the sales team made sure to lie to me about how it was packaged to make sure I bought it despite knowing I’m making a move across the country and needed it to be rolled up. Don’t even worry about having to deal with a return either. Ashley wants to make the worst experience for you possible which is why their refund policy is as elusive as their moral fiber. If after all that you value your time as little as they value their customers, make sure and visit their warehouse to pick up your purchase. Clear your schedule because the wait time is promised to only take up to two hours but may be more or less depending on their work load. Don’t bother calling their 866 number or you will end up with a couple hours of phone calls where they promise they’ll return your call but manage to “forget” all about it. All and all if you enjoy the things listed in this post by all means go to Ashley otherwise go to the Room Place across the street.
When we first walked in, we were greeted by Joyce who seemed vague about her knowledge of recliners. However, she was very informed and helped us select a recliner. She consulted a gentleman who helped with opening a credit card account. I think they were having computer problems because they asked for my ID's many times. I am looking forward to having my recliner delivered tomorrow!
Very poor customer service. The salesperson led us to believe the couch would fit our space; however, he was incorrect. Once it was delivered, and we realized we were unhappy with it, it was near impossible to get ahold of customer service. Way too many hours spent on hold or being transferred to the wrong person. Finally, the sales manager for this specific store decided that rather than help us with an exchange, the sale is final despite us being unhappy and have been misled regarding the dimensions. We have lost a couple thousand dollars over this situation. With zero help from Ashley even though we were return customers.

Extremely disappointed with the overall experience from the delivery to payment to furniture. I’m so surprised of how things turned out. I tried reaching out to Customer Service. I couldn’t find anyone to answer my questions. I tried calling the store. No one is answering my phone calls, I tried emailing with no response yet. Please let me know. How can I have assistance with an order? I’m so surprised how it’s so hard to get to speak with someone regarding my purchase I paid more than 2000 and I’m not able to speak with anyone. Pls help

Possibly one of the worst retailers around. Only one associate works the floor and then you have to wait an unreasonable amount of time. When I asked the kids behind the counter if I can have some help, they told me they were in training and they can’t help. And it looks like the trolls for the company only comment when they have a positive review. Why don’t you guys comment on the negatives ones

Ashley store as an outstanding layout that is appealing to customers. Staff demonstrated outstanding customer service and addressed my needs in a timely manner. Kyle and Manager James were knowledgeable about the services and products that Ashley offer to customers. They were easy going and smiled a lot. Both assisted me in making wise decision. Lighting is deceiving as to the true color of the furniture.
Absolute TRASH!!!!!! We have been put through the grinder with Ashley at the store level, as well as through customer service. They sold us their best couch and chair, which broke within a month. Had to wait over 3 weeks for a repair person to come out to tell me that it is broken and we need a new one. So instead of sending out a new chair- which we purchased an expensive warranty for, they just gave us a gift card for the price of the chair. If we wanted to same chair change again, we would have to pay an additional $300 for tax, warranty, and delivery. We had to dispose of the chair ourselves and ended up not getting chair and went with a few tables that were on clearance. Oh and mind you, they ship to your home, they do not have any tracking numbers for you, the store takes zero responsibility for it and if it is lost; it is lost. There is no documentation at all. If the item does come and is broken and you do open it up to see it is broken, they store or Ashley will not take it back since it is not their fault that it broke. So the customer is stuck with a broken, overpriced lamp. Super Service. No idea how they are still in operation. The next issue is that the couch mechanism was broken and had to file a claim with the manufacturer, Ashley. Well, it has been over 4 weeks and we had to order the mechanisms that are sitting in my garage and every time we call to schedule an appointment we are told that the tech is scheduled but never shows. Call customer service to see what is wrong and, just like clockwork, it was never scheduled or scheduled wrong. This has happened 4 times. Yes 4 TIMES. No call from supervisors apologizing, no customer service- just an oops, I don't know how that happened. Ashley Furniture does not care about their customers, they sell garbage that has no lasting value. Their service is terrible and I will NEVER shop there again. I am warning everyone- this is a terrible company that is run by morons that care about their commissions and push crap disguised as quality. It is 100% my fault for shopping here. NEVER AGAIN.

Purchased 3 different living room items from Ashley. First item took them 3 deliveries to get right. Item 2 I was lucky I was able to bring home. 3rd item was purchased November 19. Wasn’t given any tracking details, called numerous times, no one could help. Finally out of the blue it was delivered without notice on February 3. Would not recommend and will not purchase another item from Ashley.
We bought a set of furniture in the summer, after 2 days from the delivery we figured out that the furnitures were not only in a very bad condition but dangerous mainly for our one year old son. It took us the whole summer to return them and they told us to choose new ones as they were refusing to refund. Finally, around August we choose the new set and in almost 5 months they are completely destroyed, and we don’t even use them. For sure they have different quality in the show room and different quality they deliver. Be careful before you purchase.

Store and sales people were certainly nice enough. I went to look at a piece in person I'd seen online. However the wording as described online was opposite what was the case in person with regards to movable and stationary shelves on said piece of furniture. Had the online description been correct it would have saved me the 40 min drive to the store. Words of wisdom to anyone shopping don't go by their website descriptions.
I absolutely recommend!!!!! I went in last week to look for a new bedroom set along with a mattress and was greeted by Omar who treated me with nothing but kindness and professionalism. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted and he wasn’t like other salespeople i’ve come across who just want to make as much money off you as they can. He took his time with me and my wife and was very patient with us because we were very indecisive on what we wanted. he didn’t make us feel pressured at all and it was overall a very nice and welcoming experience. we ended up getting a tempur-pedic with an adjustable base and it is honestly the most comfortable mattress i’ve ever slept on 100% worth the money. If you need furniture this is the place to go and Omar is the person you want!!!

Update: still have not heard back from Ashley, I called them multiple times and wasted hours of my time. They delivered damaged furniture and don’t stand by their mistakes. My couch was delivered damaged today. I paid over $400 for “white glove” delivery and my couch arrived ripped and stained. Now Ashley wants to come repair it? I don’t want a repaired couch!! I expect brand new. I’m losing money having to take off work for the delivery, and now we have to do this all over again? You’re telling me, I buy something brand new and it arrived damaged, you think I’m going to be okay with having it “repaired”? I absolutely need it replaced

I have shopped at this location b4 and enjoyed my purchases. I took off 2 stars because if i hadnt gone in to verify the color of my furniture piece i would have received the wrong color. The receipt does not plainly say the color and is only discernable by chkg the item code. I remembered from the last purchase, the wrong item was delivered and thats why i checked. This time the wrong color had in fact been ordered. Jim the manager handled the correction once they chkd the items order nbr. The manager and the sales person apologized. Both nice ppl.Once the correct item was ordered i then asked if the availability was the same. The correct item was in fact available in 1 1/2 weeks instead of 6 weeks. The manager and sales person were very nice but i do believe employees there need to be more focused on details. Its frustrating to the customer to get the wrong item and then in this case, had i not asked about availability i would have waited 5 more weeks. This detail should have been auromatically been chkd for me instead of me having to think to ask.

In June 2023, I purchased furniture at this store, and the staff informed me that an extended protection plan could be added to the 'as is' product. I decided to purchase the items along with the protection plan. Four months later, I encountered an issue with my furniture and decided to file a claim. To my surprise, they informed me that my furniture wasn't covered by the warranty. They're now stating that they will refund the money I paid for the protection plan. This is a complete miscommunication on their part, and they've made no efforts to compensate for their mistake.
The staff at the Ashley Store were so helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture that I was looking for. While I researched it first on the web site, I had to see it in person before ordering it. There was absolutely no pressure at all to buy, unlike other furniture stores where sales people pounce on you as soon as you walk in the door. Furniture was ordered easily and a delivery date was set up at the same time. When furniture was delivered, the delivery crew were excellent at getting the furniture moved in and set up.

Dining set delivered yesterday and notice that chairs rock back and forth due to having uneven legs. One leg is shorter than the other a 3 of 6 chairs. Immediately contacted Ashely furniture in which I was informed that after delivery, I have to go throught proper procedure to have 3rd party tech come to adjust. How do you adjust wooden chair legs? Technician schedule was unavailable as of today. Need to wait as Ashley will not stand behind products until technician reviews. Table top has a quarter size spot where stain is missing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You can buy the mattress + the base from Tempurpedic website at the same price and you get a $300 instant credit. With free 10 year warranty and free delivery & set up. Plus, Ashley makes you buy a mattress protector at the store for $90 more than what the same exact thing costs online. They don’t let you return anything so don’t make the huge mistake I made and buy from them. Also they added a $319.99 protection plan when I thought that was free with the >$6,000 purchase? They add fees without even explaining everything in detail. The ONLY benefit was 0 interest for 5 years, that’s it. HOWEVER, the managers are very kind and receptive to your concerns and they try to help as much as possible. That’s why I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I just wish they let me take more time to think than being pressured into making the decision quickly & before I leave the store.

Marcus and James were great to work with and very patient. We walked in and Marcus greeted us and then didn’t bother us or hound us. He let us look on our own and would check in periodically. The only downfall is we were told we could pick up our sectional on Saturday and rented a U-Haul but when we got to the warehouse we were told only a portion of our order was even in Bolingbrook and the rest wouldn’t be there until Tuesday…so now we have to rent a truck again.

I came into the Bolingbrook store to purchase parts for a bed I purchased years ago. I was greeted by a Sales representative named Tim and he was polite ,professional and helped me find exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this store, the service I received was excellent! Tamara
The sales person I had was very personable but the checkout process was incredibly long. I bought a canvas print and it took 20 minutes to purchase this print not to mention all the paperwork I had to initial and sign. I have bought canvas prints at Meijers and it takes less than a minute to complete my purchase.
Even after reviewing many of bad reviews on their delivery time, I still thought of checking their furniture out (my fault). The visit to their store was good (not lying there). However, If you are like me, and assume that you will be lucky enough to receive the furniture on the time as they say, please don't fall for that. I confirmed multiple times from the agent that our furniture will be delivered on time and there won't be any delay from their side. He even showed his computer screen just for my own satisfaction. We were in between moving places and we sold large furniture items thinking that the new furniture will be received in a couple of days. Worst assumption ever! We have aligned all of our vacation plan for the week after the furniture delivery. Guess what, the delivery day passed by any regular day with no calls or messages from Ashley. I had to call and inquire myself, just to be told that the furniture has not even at the warehouse yet and could take couple more weeks and there is no estimate on their delivery time. I am so disappointed. Worst store ever!
Placed an order, the order was never placed properly had to go to the store in order to get it properly fixed. With a new scheduled delivery date order was then pushed back again. Called customer service was put on hold for over 45 minutes was forced to use another phone to call customer service only to hear “Im sorry” and be barely compensated. You’re better off buying online or going somewhere else. But the staff is nice and polite i’ll give them that.
Ashley system was down on the day I had made an appointment with the sales rep to write up my order. The sales rep texted me 5 minutes before my appointment to let me know their system was down. I don’t think this was very professional as the rep could have let me know before driving to the appointment and schedule an appointment once the their system was up. The rep also never mentioned there is no return policy. I was not very happy with the mattress I purchased and because the sale was very poorly handled I am now stuck with a mattress I am not 100% satisfied with. I don’t think I will shop at Ashley again.

We received a new bedroom set and I am disappointed because the guys who put it together didn't do a good job. The slats under the bed should of been screwed in and they left half the screws out and when you sit on the bed all the boards bang on the wood frame. I even gave them a tip. Wished I would of known what they did before I wasted my money. Disappointed 😞
If I could give this review a negative I would. Purchased and paid for a sectional sofa. I called the store and sales person multiple times over a 1 1/2 week period asking for a delivery date. No one answers the phone or returns calls or text messages. Eleven days later, received another invoice! I had already paid and they are asking for me to pay a 2nd time!!! Called and texted sales person and store...no one answers or returns calls. DO NOT SHOP HERE. LUKE, THE SALESPERSON DOES NOT ANSWER CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES. Most terrible experience I had in my life. I called the Bolingbrook Ashley to see if they had a sectional in stock. They told me they did and as long as it was paid in full it would be delivered by Friday. Thursday came around and I heard nothing about the delivery or confirmation. I called in and they told me that the order was processed as a layaway and not a sales order. The Buck was passed around 3 times until the manager told me that it wouldn’t be delivered until the following week. My family is coming in from out of town and now I have no where to seat them. Absolutely nobody was willing to do anything to make the sale right so I ultimately had to cancel and will have to find a couch elsewhere

Will never buy from Ashley again. Every statement made by sales reps and customer service has been incorrect. Were told furniture was in stock. Never heard from anyone for delivery. Called multiple times and heard things like "we'll call you back in 3 business days" but no one ever calls back. Finally called the store directly and was told that the couch was out of stock until October. Not sure why no one bothered to tell us. Asked them to cancel and was told refund would be processed in 3-5 business days. Still haven't received the refund after 3 weeks so called again. Supposedly order is now canceled and refund will be processed in 7-15 days. Sounds like they make up whatever they want on the spot!
The warehouse need to hire more people , waited 50 min one person working , not his fault . Ashley pay more so you will get hep !!!!

Every time they are telling that someone will reach you and nobody does. Got in touch with the store manager Berenice and salesman Tim, they are telling same thing that someone will suppose to call me. No call, no emails. Paid money and received damaged items. Spend over a month to get it resolved without any luck. Ridiculously bad service, nobody cares about you. DO NOT BUY nothing from them as they will even not pick up the phone from you as soon as you will pay and leave their store! *UPDATE Even though they’ve replied nicely to this review, still nothing was done or changed. I bedroom furniture finally got delivered after a first attempt failed due to missing parts. We originally purchased the furniture on 3/5/23 and we had to wait for delivery which was on 3/21/23 but upon arrival furniture was missing a part or pieces. Due to a language barrier with the driver we didn't understand what he was saying and we refused delivery. Ashley initially wanted us to wait even longer for the replacement furniture to be delivered but with endless emails and the kindness of Lorenzo Ashley was able to schedule delivery for 3/25/23. We were glad to see the furniture arrived but unfortunately it arrived damaged. Driver phoned in damage and person on phone stated Ashley will call you within 2 days well needless to say we never received a call. I followed up and called Ashley's yesterday and basically got the same response, Ashley will call you within 2 days. I would not recommend shopping at Ashley's. Horrible experience to say the least. Total lack of customer service.

I call back...same thing all over. Here I am after 3 more calls this week and nothing. Still have a bed I am not using. No way to speak to a supervisor. We found good quality furniture we wanted at Ashley’s in Bolingbrook. We have been searching randomly and found pieces that fit our needs and price. No sales pressure. Our sales rep was wonderful to work with.

Ashley has the worse delivery service I have ever know, the people at the warehouse and their supervisors and delivery is all messed up. I bought furnitures from Ashley and they waste my four days waiting for delivery two of which nothing happened at not even a call back to say they were not coming and one a delivery of the broken furnitures that they wouldn’t even take out of their truck. Then comes the trickle down, one chair wrong couch at time and table after a month then the next delivery after two months and still they get the order wrong. I advise anyone looking for furnitures to please pass Ashley for your own sanity sake.

The two gentlemen working in the store were very friendly and helpful. They respected my mom’s and my space, giving us as much time as we needed to browse through the furniture without them constantly checking in. I have been to other furniture stores where they’ve lost my business simply due to their sales tactics, being over-the-top and constantly following you around while they pressure and push items on you to buy without giving you the space to decide if you even like the furniture. My experience at Ashley Furniture was pleasantly nothing like that. The two gentlemen working that night let us know that we could come to them with questions or for help and then let us shop. I was very appreciative of that fact alone and will definitely be shopping there again.
I am very disappointed in the salespeople who seemed to say what I want to hear, but not the truth! When I picked the items I bought the sales person said each item was in stock and would all be delivered by 12/13/22. That was a lie, because I got a call saying there were items not in stock and they would have to reschedule for anytime between 2-4 weeks! I called the sales person and left a message to have him call me, he claimed he never got the message?? So i went in the store the next day and his manager tried to diffuse the situation by offering g money off and saying I would get it by 12/21/22. This was after he said he checked stock, again, and I would have it! Needless to say they called me again to say the earliest I could get it was the 27th because, again, something was not in stock?? Not sure what system they use for stock checking but it is worthless, or they are just not being truthful?? Very unhappy Customer! Find another place to buy your furniture, or prepare to be unsatisfied!!!
BOGUS company with bad furniture, and their customer service dept doesn't actually exist. My husband and I were appalled by our experience here. In 2021 we spent $3000~ on a new couch, ottoman, and dining table set. The in-store experience itself was a hassle and we felt like we were getting the run-around (the prices for delivery and "store specials" seemed to change every time we spoke as if they were just making up numbers). Fast forward to this year and the couch and ottoman are sunken in, frayed, and terrible. We have no children or dogs—this is just with casual wear—so we decided to take advantage of the 1-year warranty that was promised to us to see if we could get replacement cushions. We called the store on 11/8/22 and they told me they couldn't help me, so I called their customer service line and spoke to a woman who sounded like she had me on speakerphone in her home, but she seemed super nervous for some reason (I was being very nice and normal). I explained everything to her and she said they'd have to send someone out to look at the couch first, and that we'd be getting a call to schedule that within 3 days--okay great. I asked her if I would get an email confirmation of our conversation or if she would note this in their system. She said yes. But no call ever came. No one ever came out. Another month went by so my husband and I visited the store. For once the supervisor there (who told us she was new) was actually super nice and helpful and said that although she STILL couldn't help us (why?), she would call customer service for us while we stood next to her. Great. So she calls, we wait on hold for 30 minutes, and finally we get in touch with someone name Maria who, again, sounds really unsure of herself and our questions about the warranty. The rep puts us on hold again and even the manager next to us tells us she finds this whole thing strange. After a long time the rep finally comes back on the phone and says that "she spoke to her supervisor," and that he said we were now past our warranty by one month, so we would have to pay for everything. However we'd initially called BEFORE the warranty was up. The rep said she had no record of that, even though I had the call logged on my cellphone and told her I could provide it. I asked if I could speak with her supervisor, and she told me that he has "a long list of people to call back", so no. I asked her if there was anyone else I could speak to, and she again said no. She said someone would call us back, but could not provide a timeframe. You could tell by her response that even she knew we wouldn't be getting a call. We left the store so frustrated with everything, but thanked the manager there who was apologetic and told us to keep trying to fight it. We appreciated her a lot, but that aside, how can we fight something when both the store and the customer department refuse to help us and also flat out lie? I guess we're stuck with our terrible couch. We will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. UPDATE: It's now a few months later. We emailed and texted the number that the "customer service rep" gave us after we posted this review, and we NEVER got a response back (again). Don't buy from here.
Tim was extremely friendly and attentive without being a hovering furniture sales guy. He was well prepared offering up graph paper, tape measure and pencil to help find our perfect sectional! We ended up also buying a nice set of dining room chairs that he made sure to get us the best possible deal on with the current holiday sales. He gave us all the payment options in a clear to read format and outlined the pros of getting the protection services. Hopefully we won't need to use them but with 3 kids it's a good idea. Overall, A+ service from Tim and great selection of furniture at Ashley. My family has found our new go to for furniture needs.

I highly highly highly recommend you do not shop with this company. I’m not one to leave reviews. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. First they promised us a date not once called to reschedule. It got rescheduled for two weeks later and we had to call to figure it out. After taking days off work to be available to recieve the furniture it wasn’t coming the day they promised. So having to take another day off two weeks later to only recieve everything except the most important part of our bed our headboard. Also a broken nightstand which is clear as day broken and the delivery drivers were to lazy to say anything. So now after spending days calling and getting the oh we will call you back and not once did anyone ever call us back to correct all this nonsense. They finally offered a week later delivery for the head board. And only a 200 in store gift card. I’m sorry but after the experience I’ve had and spending 7,000 dollars the 200 gift card is absolutely unacceptable. If people actually did their part and did what they said they would and promised it would not have escalated this far. But I repeat unless you want to be absolutely misserable do not order through this company. Between the sales team the customer service and the managers lying through there teeth. You will never be happy ordering through them!!!!

It was more difficult than buying a new car. So many hidden fees, add ons. The 25 % off came with a 10 % interest fee. Why does buying furniture have to be such a game? Give me a price and mean it. Bottom line is what people want and need.
From the moment we walked in, our sales rep Tim was very helpful. He was not pushy at all and provided us with the answers to our questions. We were able to find furniture that fits our space and look forward to enjoying many moments in our family room.
Ashley furniture has the most horrible customer service. every time i call they want to say a supervisor will call me back. no one ever calls me back the store manager and sales person completely lie about furniture being in stock and being delivered within a timely manner yet there turns out to be nothing in stock. i will never buy ashley again
Let me be clear… my interaction at the Ashley store with Joyce was superb. She’s absolutely wonderful. Since then, the service has been TRASH. I’m missing pieces to my furniture. Instead of expediting the missing pieces, I’m forced to wait 7-10 business days. I’ve been waiting for this furniture since AUGUST, it’s November and will likely be without until December. I paid for delivery and installation, just got delivery. I asked to speak with a manager, they apparently don’t exist. I won’t be returning as a customer and am now forced to make my way to a store simply to be refunded for service I didn’t receive.
We started this process in April 2022. First delivery in July. Since then it has been a nightmare! Damaged furniture ( several items had to be exchanged) , long wait for exchange ( product came in damaged,or just not available) . We finally got everything exchanged on Nov 14. ( after we contacted the store Mgr) While Claudio was helpful with this last issue, the whole experience left me very disappointed with Ashley. We entailed over 79 emails, & texts. One person did contact us after the first issue in July, but never responded to my 2 email ,& texts. & we are still waiting for our end tables to be repaired. We will not be shopping at Ashley Furniture in the future.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This store is absolutely horrible to work with. And whatever you do, DO NOT purchase their insurance coverage on your furniture. It is a complete rip off! I reported 2 stains at 1 time. (You have 30 days to report). One stain on 10/15 and one stain on 10/31. These were both reported on 11/4. If my math is right that is within the 30 days. They told me I needed to report each incident at separate times and now because there is 2 stains on the couch, it is considered accumulation and not covered. The customer service people keep repeating their-self. And they don't understand anything you try to explain. Awful awful awful awful. Go somewhere else, save yourself the headache.

Our sales associate Angie Mesick was a tremendous help. We had to make multiple trips to the store to make sure what we wanted would fit in our family room and would look good. I would highly recommend her and Ashley Furniture.

Ashley has had THE WORST customer service and delivery experience we have ever had. It is impossible to get ahold of anywho who has any answers. I have been yelled at, hung up on, and told I’d get a call back to never hear any type of response. Their customer service and warehouse staff do not know the product and we are currently awaiting attempt #3 at delivery. I wouldn’t recommend Ashley furniture to my worst enemy.
After going to over 6 stores, I found very nice pieces and for great deals! Lee was so patient, professional, and helpful by listening to the styles I was looking for and taking me right to them!
So we walked in nobody was bugging us we looked around tried out the beds decided on one bed and they were very helpful with us purchasing a better bed and a better price very helpful and patient with us because we weren't sure on which bed to purchase maira and the store manager were very patient I do not remember his name but he was a gentleman and very very nice I would send a lot of people there just to talk to those two because as you know dealing with salesman sometimes becomes aggravating they were not salesman they were just there to help us and we were some of the last customers for the night but they had patience lots of patience with us because as you know we all want to go home at the end of the day

I went first to a Ashley in Geneva IL and the sales person there came to us and directed us to the recliners and then she took off to the next person entering the store. To me that was really ignorant. My wife and I left but when leaving that same person stopped us and said when you decide make sure you see me. I said to my wife NOT HARDLY. The next day I went to the Bolingbrook store and while looking around a sales person came up to me and stayed with me to explain everything that I had questions about. This is a damn good salesperson. She helped me a I purchased a recliner that day because of her help.

Worst customer service ever. This will be the last time I spend over 5k in Ashley, I have placed my order back in November 2021 it took them almost 10 months to receive my order. I tired to talk to customer service, get a hold of someone in charge, I even ask for area manager to call back so I can share my concerns. Absolutely nothing. They are the worst and I will definitely spend my money somewhere they care about their customers and respect them. This is exactly how you losing you customers, I was reading the rest of the reviews and I have noticed that I wasn’t the only one had this issue. I’m sure they will be closing their Business pretty soon if they continue to their worst service.

I am so upset with Ashley their customers service is very poor they don’t care about people. I order my furniture in the first week of January and said it will be deliver in second week of March instead it delivered in last week of April. And during the delivery, delivery boys damaged my furniture plus my wall. They never compensate the money they promised me I contacted them every single week but they hardly reply and tell me to wait more week, told me check was mailed in June it is August but check never arrived. They don’t even give me any other detail about the check. They broke my wall and just walk out of the door very very disappointed with them. I will never do business with these people again they are just scam. Shame on you Ashley.
While I didn’t get anything, this store is very well organized and the customer service is very good. I walked in and was greeted by Angie and let me walk around with no pressure. She was very patient and answered my questions when asked. I went during their labor day sale and prices were reasonable especially if you buy 2 or more items. The nicest Ashley store I’ve been to.
Ordered in January 2022, was given the reasurance that "Ashley is direct from manufacturer, we will have your furnature faster then other stores" Half our order arrived ontime. Problems began months later when they delivered the wrong color coffee table and expected us not to notice that it does not match the rest of the furnature. We told them we just wanted our money back and we would look elsewhere for a table, they said they could not give us the money back. It took a week and countless phone conversations for them to 'allow' us to 'reselect' a different table because they no longer make the color table we purchased. Went back selected a new table, Tim, our sales associate said it would be available for delivery in a couple of days and scheduled the delivery. Delivery day came and went with no table delivered. Called and they said it was not available for delivery for 2 more weeks. Tim was unavailable to reach everytime i called. Eight (8) months later and we just received our remaining items, only to have the dresser chest broken in the delivery truck. Very curious to see how they go about trying to resolve this issue... The absolute worst experience with Ashley furnature, TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE.
The worst experience I have ever had waiting on a bedroom set since April have not received it yet no phone calls telling me when it's going to come I have to call them because they give me a date and they will not call you on that day and let you know that your order is here I had to call them four times they gave me four different dates since April and I have not received my bed yet they call me today and told me my bedroom that will be here first week in September not received it yet it's always a different date when it comes to my bed April 20th May 6th June 26th now first week in September I have been waiting since April that's a shame shame on you Ashley Furniture store it wouldn't have been so bad if you have call me and let me know that is not here but I have to call you all on the day that is supposed to be delivering and it's not here yet it's the same thing every time I call the words it's not here yet that's all I hear for 5 months never again never never
I had a great experience. We were greeted promptly and assisted just as fast. Our salesman showed us exactly what I wanted to see, so as mentioned above, we were done at that point. Made our purchase and we’re on our way home.

Ordered furniture in January. Was supposed to arrive in April. April came and went. Then they said early July. Then it finally came end of July and one table was damaged. Hoping it won’t take another six months to replace the damaged table.
Very bad experience do not do business here I bought my living room mid June salesperson promised it will get delivered first week July. I call her the the following week and never answered.. Then gave me a new day to deliver ,the 27 but no nothing I call store and now its Agus 12 .. oo but the want my first payment already .. Shhh
I was so pleased with the sales associate that helped me with my order. I really liked that I felt no pressure to buy more than what I was looking for. The color couch I wanted was actually the one they had on display. I found a coffee table and knew it was perfect for my new place. Tim said it was the same one he was thinking too. Couch, coffee table, end tables and counter high chairs were bought today. I will be back when I need additional furniture.

Went in there with my niece and we purchased $5000 in furniture, for her apartment. They are so quick to make the sale and listen to you when you give them your credit card . But when all the furniture came for delivery it was all broken and some of the furniture didn’t come at all . No communication . I’ve called numerous times and no one has any answers , nor do they seem to care and get answers. They have my money but they’re not making the customer whole. Too bad this happened because my niece still needed more furniture and we would’ve spent another $5000, but not now! And this is how businesses go out of business .
This is mainly for Chris since I've been working with him for the past couple of months since moving from Vermont. For the amount of times we've shifted our order, he could've easily lost his patience. He did not (at least in his communication with me!), and I'm thankful for that. Our delivery was delayed, and we started looking elsewhere as we needed furniture badly. Chris did his best to expedite the delivery, and even though we could've gotten the other furniture (for less money) we went with him because he's been a rockstar. We live in Orland Park, but if we need furniture again, we will make the trek up to Bolingbrook because of his service.
Ordered furniture in April.. have had it delayed in delivery twice.. received wrong couch today. They tell me the sofa bed I wanted is no longer in stock, I have to re-elect and could take even longer to get. I am extremely disappointed in the store.. although Claudio has been helpful at times. I feel I have been deceived. The delivery drivers were extremely nice.

Giving this store 2 stars only because we had a good experience inside the store. We get a lot of furniture from Wayfair and wanted to gift our parents with a dining room set so we decided to go with Ashley's to make sure its good quality. The table was around 3K and we paid the $200 extra for delivery and set up. Only our parents were there during the delivery and they pointed out a crack on one of the chairs and an indent on the table. They said they will send someone out to come look at it and possibly fix it. We contacted them also letting them know that the screws on the chairs were jiggling and not tightened. No one ever came out and all they did was send us extra screws. When the screws were delivered, we flipped all the chairs on top of the table and that's when we noticed that 4 out of 8 chairs were cracked, the screws were mismatched and a lot of them were stripped. One chair looked like it had glue on the crack and looks like they tried to fix it. When you pay that much for furniture you expect it to be in good condition and assembled correctly. If we knew it will be done this way, we would do it ourselves and save the extra money and trouble. I understand 1 crack but not on half of the furniture. We shouldn't have to flip each furniture piece upside down to see that something is wrong with it. I am really disappointed because most of the furniture we purchased from Ashley's over the years we were happy with. Wish they had better quality check.
Our sales associate, Angie, did a wonderful job of helping us find pieces that would fit our needs. I would highly recommend Ashley if you need a budget conscious way to furnish a small apartment or condo for a senior citizen.
Our experience at Ashley in-store was not our best interaction. We’ve bought several items at the Mokena/Tinley location in previous years with great experiences. We worked with Abby at the Bolingbrook location & while she was very helpful in-store, when we had an issue post delivery, she ignored our attempts. In-store, the manager would not come speak with us about the price as she sat on a nearby sofa on her phone. Very rude. Don’t know if we will be back if this is how customers are treated.
Our salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process was quick and easy without feeling pressured.

I ordered a lot of furniture through them and when delivery came, half my order was missing without informing me prior. They apologize and say the remaining furniture will be coming in a month. The furniture arrives and they gave me the wrong couch. Not only this but communication is non-existent and everytime I call the store they hang up on me or never call back. Ridiculous experience for the money I spent at this company. Avoid at all cost.

Purchased a king size mattress on clearance that is super lumpy with sinking areas. Called their customer service dept and was told the mattress was purchased as is and there is nothing they can do about it. $600 out the window. I will never ever purchase anything from here again and will be sure to tell all my family and friends as well as letting it be known on all of my social media platforms. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Same as many others. Bought a couch, set up delivery and here we are 3 weeks after couch was supposed to be here with still no idea when it will arrive. We have been sitting on the floor for weeks now & still cant get any answers. The call center people who barely speak english are saying its may be another 2-3 weeks before we get the stupid couch delivered. Of course the people at the store dont tell you any of this when their sales people HOUND you for your business the second you walk in the door. NEVER AGAIN

However, he was given bad information from his supervisor as to what type and how many pulls would be done on my credit. Avoid unless you like dealing with used car salesman types. Prior to walking into this store, I purchased a Lazyboy recliner next door. However, we were also in the market for a sectional so we decided to walk next-door and take a look around. Right off the bat, I had a salesman on us. Now this happened at Lazyboy too but the personal literally just told us about their warranty and left us alone. After that, I walked out spending over $1400 on a single chair. This salesperson started out asking us "Have you been here before? Are you familiar with Ashely". In which, I reply "yes sir i am thank you" while not making eye contact and walking away as that should have been a hint to just leave us alone. Then he asked about the Lazyboy receipt in my hand and said I should return my purchase and buy a chair there instead. During this, my wife hung back and sat on a sofa in hopes to stay out of view (as she prefers i handle such situations) but alas, the salesman locked on target and started with her too. Without being disrespectful, her tone of voice and body language EASILY dictated that she did not want such interaction and politely told this person that we are just looking and we will reach out if we need anything. So we go about and look and numerous items. About 10 min later my wife found a chair that she liked and decided to sit on it. Mind you, we are not on the opposite side of the store and relatively out of sight from any staff. Then comes the same salesman with stories about how this chair is considered "a couples chair" and tries to talk us into purchasing. At this point, we started walking away without making eye contact while the salesman preceded to follow us reciting his sale schtick. At this point, my wife sternly says "we will let you know if we need anything, thank you" and we left the store. I understand that people in sales may need to make a quota and are pressured above to do so but this literally felt like harassment. Mind you, I just came from a furniture store where nobody bothered us at all and I spent $1400 on a single chair. I left Ashely Furniture because we would not be left alone. Congrats Ashely Furniture, you will never get any of my money.

We have been waiting for furniture for 6.5 months, you stay at home because they can't specify the delivery time (the distance from our house to their store is 15 minutes) .. and here's what you received 🤬 and didn't even apologize .... their attitude to customers is changing in another direction .. We purchased a couch from Ashley Home Store in March of 2020 and just outside the 1 year manufacturer warranty noticed the couch starting to sag badly. When we looked deeper we found that the major supporting beam on the back of the couch had a large knot (see picture) in the middle of it which caused that beam to break at that point and the broken support beam to rest on the ground. Since that first crack in the frame we have experienced a number of other issues. The canvas fabric that holds the seats up is tearing off the frame making the seats sink further and further to the ground. The canvas is held on only by weak staples some of which were not even inserted all the way. Staples that through the regular daily use of the couch have worked their way out and I am now discovering in our carpet. The next issue is the right arm of the sofa (not the side with the chaise) appears to be breaking off the main frame of the couch. As you can see from the front view and also the back view there are nails sticking out haphazardly. If screws were used instead of staples or nails the couch would certainly be more secure. The frame cracking at the knot helped contribute to both of these issues because of a balance shift in the frame. The amount of wear on this couch in less than 2 years has been absurd. I’ve attempted to make a bad review of this couch on the Ashley website and they won’t even post it, they are deceiving customers by curating only positive reviews. After I submitted the negative review we were contacted by Ashley Home Store and they offered to give us free materials to fix the couch but we had to pay labor, estimated at around $300. So we would have to sink more money into a couch that had an initial issue from their construction. I urge everyone to think twice before purchasing furniture from these stores. I won’t be surprised if even this bad review magically disappears…
Worst experience ever!! This is my first time buying from Ashley and I regret it soo much ! I bought sectional sofa (three pieces)on October 5 and they told me it would take 8-12 weeks but longest time 16 weeks they said and I was ok with that. But it’s been more than 16 weeks it’s been 5 months and I still didn’t receive it. I called them couple times surprisingly they said first part is coming February 14, second part is coming end of March and third part is unavailable probably coming on April . What the heck ?! Now it’s February 24 even first part didn’t come which was supposed to be here on 14!? Horrible service! 👎👎👎

I would never recommend Ashley of Bolingbrook. On November 14, 2021, My husband and I came into the Bolingbrook location excited to buy our first bedroom set purchase! I understand right now due to COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the supply chain for furniture, as well as delivery times are longer as listed on the copy of the receipt! We told the floor consultant that we will be moving due to military purposes in March and do they think that would be an issue on delivery, she absolutely not that it should be delivered by then since the Bolingbrook is a big distribution site. Us being young, this being our first adult purchase, and excited we decided to go for it! 1. Your floor consultant gave us a mattress protector that is worth $399 , then proceeded to tell us it was included since we were buying our mattress from the store. 2. Your consultant also made me feel like the only choice of payment was the Ashley card, until after she ran my credit and said oh there was another option, you could of done like a layaway type of deal. 3. She said I had to put something down so I ended up debating $478.00. Fast forward to two weeks ago. Kept calling and asking where our furniture was because we are leaving, and they said it wouldn't be delivered till the end of March or April if I was lucky. I asked to try and transfer the order to Arizona, since we have been waiting for a while, and that couldn't be done. My only choice was to cancel the order. I was just devastated and frustrated at this point. When I called to have the $478.00 refunded, they informed me that the mattress protector that I was told was included was why I wasn't going to get my refund back and the consultant lied. Ashley told me that even though its in the packaging and never taken out of the box I can't return it. If I would have known I was paying for it I would have never received it and took it out of the store. I am SO disappointed in Ashley Bolingbrook location. We ended up buying a mattress through Ashley in Arizona and it was delivered in three days to our new home. I understand you are a business and go after the almighty dollar, but your customers should come first. My hard earned money feels like it was stolen.
Salesperson Christopher greeted us just after we entered the store, then allowed us to browse around the showroom, without any pressure. Very knowledgeable, he was able to answer all of our questions, without having to 'check with a manager'. His attention, knowledge, and accommodating demeanor helped us decide to purchase today rather than second guess. He made us feel important, something that was lacking in other stores that we had visited.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! Not only did they not deliver all my items and it's been 10 months but they refuse to give me a refund for the 2 items I never received. It is impossible to get issues resolved because first of all, no one picks up the phone at the store and second the customer service is not located in the store so it's a lot of back and forth. I understand mistakes happen but a business should have processes in place for getting issues resolved for their customers. Never again will I order. I'm giving them one more week and seeking legal action.

Poor customer service. We had to cancel part of an order and 2 weeks later here we are with a back and forth between corporate and the store to get a check for our refund. No one knows anything. Customer service says “call the store for more details” and then the store says “call customer service”. Very disappointing that they cannot make it easier. Update 01/21/2022: I contacted the number (twice) that they suggested and here I am again a week later, still with no solution and they won’t do anything about my refund! Freaking ridiculous !
We went to the store with a 20% coupon. We bought a loveseat with console. It was not in store so the person we were working with referenced the website for the price. He quoted us the price so we moved forward thinking it was said price. We we got everything done and got our receipt the total did not reflect the 20% off. We asked about it and the guy working with us wasn’t sure what was going on so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was rude and arrogant and would let me get a word in. He refused to listen to what I had to say. He told us that we wouldn't be getting both discounts. I asked him what he was talking about and he said that the in-store price was $200 more. The ridiculous part is that they didn’t even have the live seat in the store. We had seen it there previously, and were waiting for a sale. I was livid. I told him then we would cancel the order and gave us a guilt trip about the guy we had been working with not getting commission from the sale. Then give me the discount! The manager had been working for the store for 1 year so I doubt he knew what he was talking about to begin with. I tried to call customer service and they kept giving me the run around and finally said that I need to call the store directly to get it figured out. I then called the store twice and the phone just rang and rang with no answer. We have spent thousands of dollars (essentially our entire home) at Ashley furniture and have never had any sort of issues. After this, we will most definitely be bringing our business elsewhere.

Dan was great to work with, we were looking for lamps, 2 table and 1 floor that all match. We've looked at other places and just couldn't find ones that clicked with the style we liked. When we into this store, he approached us and asked if we needed any help. We still wanted the time to walk around and Dan gave us his name and let us know he was available for anything if we needed his help. I don't like having workers hovering while I'm looking, I feel it's tacky and we would have just left. We both seen a set of lamps that were perfect. Very slim line with a little industrial flare that would work with our room. As Dan said, he was able to get our purchase started and even gave us a coupon for additional 20% off. I didn't even know the store was offering a sale at the time. We seen the store off I-355 and just decided to hop off the toll road and give them a try. They only had one lamp in stock so we would have to wait for the other 2. We didn't think we were going to get them until after the new year but to our surprise we were able to pick all 3 up just a couple days later. The store has beautiful furniture so when were ready to replace some of our older furniture we'll definitely check them out before other stores.

Not good for me, service if you contact them, delivery with delays, bad luck broken dresser on the truck waiting for another, on the contract paid for delivery, the last was mirror won't carry it upstairs. Because on order bill paperSheet said drop it off only. Very heavy mirror. I'm 77 years old to old for that.

I just purchased a sectional and loved that I didn’t have someone following me around. Once I was ready of course the man who greeted me found me lol. But it was quite pleasant and easy process. Quick and simple and to my surprise my sectional delivered earlier than we have thought. Will be Purchasing in the near future from Ashley furniture and will recommend to friends and family.

This company's products and customer service are horrible. I was sold a bed that has a defective design. It has now broken twice in the same spot at the foot of the bed behind the built in drawer. When it broke the first time (within the first month of having it) it took MONTHS to have a technician come out after being bounced back and forth to several different customer service reps at different email addresses trying to get assistance. I even went back in the store and was unable to receive any assistance from anyone about my concern. Lashonda the sales person who I made the purchase with would not respond concerning the issue when I reached out. I've only had the bed for a year and paid quite a bit for it. It is a DISGUSTING practice to sell things you know are defective and then refuse to assist the customer in coming up with a long-term solution. They will not send a technician, but will send the parts so I can fix it myself. I don't build beds and it is not my fault you put something on the market that does not work properly. If a professional couldn't fix it correctly what makes them think I could? I wouldn't buy another thing from these people. Spare yourself the waste of money and frustration. DB.... What a generic response to a specific issue. The protection plan isn't the problem. You all are. The Bolingbrook store, the products, and the company's customer service. Referring me to yet another email address is doing nothing for me. Spare me the copy and paste response.
Went into this store to look for chairs for a high top table. Upon entering the store there was two people entering behind me. The salesperson walked right past me without speaking and went to talk to the people right behind me.
The salesman, Tim, was outstanding. Never pressured us and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. Also, we received a great deal.

I purchased two dressers in June to be be delivered the beginning of July. They were delivered on July 3rd 2021. Their "white glove" delivery service dropped them off, did not install the hardware like they were supposed to and left. While installing the hardware myself, I found that each dresser had a broken drawer. I contacted the sales rep on her personal phone because no one at the store ever answers the phone and there is no way to leave a message. The sales rep sent someone out to look at the broken drawers and when they came out they said they would have to order parts and I would need to schedule another appointment when the parts arrived. Ok that's all fine if that wasn't the only issue. Before the parts arrived (only received parts for one drawer not two) yet another drawer broke. This was all within 30 days of delivery for these two defective dressers that I spent $2,000 on. So I contacted the sales rep again by text on her personal phone because no one answers at the store. I told her what happened and that I am not happy with the quality of the product for the price paid and asked that they be returned and my money refunded. She got back to me and said that she would get it taken care of right away. After no word for a couple of weeks, I reached out again and she told me that the return was being processed and she would let me know when they had the pickup scheduled. Now mid September arrives and still no word. I contact the sales rep again and this time I am told that they will not allow me to return the dressers because I accepted the delivery and all sales are final. Had the "white glove" delivery team put the dressers together when they delivered them like they were supposed to, I would have know they were broken and refused delivery. I told the sales rep this and asked to be contacted by the store manager since there is no way to reach them by calling the store. I have still received no response as of October 21st. I have tried calling corporate on them and only get told that I have to resolve this at store level. I WILL NEVER shop at Ashley Furniture again. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and terrible quality of product for an over inflated price tag.

I was looking for a completely new bedroom set and the Coralayne caught my eye. Bernice helped me and she was so delightful and knowledgeable to work with. She even brought up how Ashley’s sells tempurpedic so I was able to get a new bed and base to go with my new bedroom set. Everything was really back-ordered just due to the pandemic and, I think, the warehouse. I bought everything in September and I just got my tempurpedic on December 18. Because my bed was so back-ordered, I did get a free upgrade which was really nice and money off my bedroom set. My bedroom furniture is coming in May/June... which is fine since I do not need it right away, and couldnt pass up the deal Ashleys was offering. I would say, if you are not in a rush to get your items, buy from here. Understand that your items will be delayed for an uncertain amount of time. Do not call the store, physically go in and talk to the manager or sales associate and just explain that you are concerned and worried about your items you bought because they arent being delivered. They will work with you. While you are there get the number of your sales associate and Ashleys Coorporate number. The cooperate number was amazing to work with.

Their furniture almost KILLED my cat! After the dresser and two nightstands were unboxed and placed in my bedroom I noticed a HORRID smell coming off the furniture. It turns out they treat their furniture with FORMALDEHYDE! Which then off-gasses into your home! This can be toxic to small animals! I ended up having to take my poor Gizmo to the emergency vet at 330am the night they delivered the furniture because he started having seizures and ended up having 6 total over a 12 hour period! He's 6 years old and has never had a seizure before! There is no warning label that this is a potential hazard if you have pets! This furniture cost me almost $2000 in a vet bill on top of what I paid for the bedroom set! BUYERS BEWARE of you have small animals!

I am writing this review for two separate experiences & transactions we had with Ashley Furniture as a whole. Both furniture purchases were through the Bolingbrook, IL location. The staff at this location was friendly for both purchases but due to the warehouse, delivery and customer service experience, I will NOT be doing business with Ashley Furniture again. Their furniture is cheaply made- especially for the price. Their bedroom furniture is not a long term furniture choice and chips easily. Our bed frame was assembled without support beams. Once they've made the sale and you hand over your money, you're on your own. October 2018: We purchased and financed the Effie bedroom furniture set. We bought a queen bed frame with storage drawers underneath, two nightstands and a 6 drawer dresser. Our salesman we had during our experience were extremely nice and to the point. We knew exactly what we wanted and it was an easy process. We were told about the Ashley financing and incentives but we ended up using the Progressive Leasing service instead. Our salesman was not pushy about the Ashley financing and accepted that we were not interested. I was very impressed with their knowledge and explanations of the leasing vs financing through Ashley options. We were extremely happy until months later when we bought a new mattress from Ashley Furniture. Both of our backs were hurting so we bought a new mattress even though the current one was purchased in August of 2018 via another furniture store. My brother looked at our queen bed set because I complained that our mattress was sinking in already and wanted to get it all set up for our new mattress delivery. Turns out, our bed frame was missing critical assembly pieces per the manual I found online- SUPPORT BEAMS & 8 screws so the slats assembled were sliding and bent. I called Ashley as soon as we discovered this (months later) & experienced the worst customer service I've had in my entire my life (no exaggeration) via the corporate headquarters. I was extremely calm and explained the situation. I said we were missing pieces for our furniture and asked if the warehouse would have any parts we would be able to pick up. They diminished me and actually YELLED at me because it over a year later that we realized. They said why are you calling about this now, you should have known when they assembled it. There is a reason I paid for delivery and assembly service, I am trusting Ashley's brand to deliver the product I ordered and assemble it correctly. It was never brought to our attention at the time of delivery and assembly. Turns out, they hire out delivery / assembly service. The store manager couldn't help us after my customer service phone call, I was told it was out of their hands. We ended up buying our own parts and building a frame to support our mattress for about $40. 2nd April 2021: We purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Our saleswoman was EXTREMELY helpful and informative. I know it's a sale at the end of the day but she really went above and beyond to make sure we were making the right choice for the price and explaining the different models and benefits. They offered a 90 no questions asked trial period for our mattress if we bought the $300 cooling cover for our Tempur-Pedic. I thought it was a lot at first but it was worth every penny spent and love the cover and mattress. I've had zero back pain since we switched to the new mattress. This time they were pushy with the Ashley financing. It was not 0% interest and we wanted to pay in full but they kept pushing it as well at the mattress department manager.Our delivery was scheduled on a Tuesday with window of 6 hours & I took off of work to be home. 15 minutes before the cutoff, I called for a status update. The mattress never made it on the truck for delivery. I understand mistakes happen and the transportation manager was extremely apologetic. We live about 10 miles from the distribution warehouse but they wanted to reschedule i

Kaylin was an immense help with finding the right couch for us. She went above and beyond her regular job duties to ensure that we left satisfied. Even when we made the mistake of ordering furniture that was too large to be delivered, Kaylin worked swiftly to help find the next perfect fit, while also working with us to expodite shipping where possible.
Look closely at these reviews, do you see the pattern? All of the positive reviews are about the great in-store service, but then look at the negative reviews: once they have your money, they don't care a bit about you and your purchase. Admittedly, the in-store associates were very nice and helpful. But after purchase, it's nearly impossible to get a hold of any human on the phone. We received a couple of email responses, but then those stopped pretty quickly. And we weren't being pushy at all, we responded at the cadence that they were suggesting! We're over a month past the longer side of the estimated delivery date, and still can't get any solid answers. I get there is still recovery from supply shortages, labor shortages, etc. But then they shouldn't lie or be way overly optimistic about fulfillment times. Just another case of a company taking customers' money and then taking advantage of knowing the customer has limited recourse after that. Oh, and also look at the canned owner "responses" to the negative reviews. It's sad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I have been trying to cancel my order and get my money back for 2 WEEKS! I went to the store they tried to tell my order was canceled but I still have not received anything as a confirmation. I have been trying to call the store and they will not answer the phone. Everyone tells me something different so save your troubles and buy a nicer furniture with better customer service somewhere else.

I ordered furniture at Ashley on November 16 of 2020 which had a really had a great deal for the holiday. I was told 6 to 8 weeks. I didn't receive the furniture in that time frame. I was told due to covid check back in January. I checked in at that time and was told all the pieces to the queen slay bed were missing footboard with drawers plis rails i should have it for sure bu April. I check in April still no furniture just the night stand mirror and dresser were available check back by the middle of may and they would put it in as a priority order since i had waited so long plus they gave me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I was told i would receive it for sure. I check back and the manager suggest taking some of the furniture because they can't hold furniture just to make sure that i get the few pieces that haven't arrived yet. Who wants to receive partial delivery not knowing how long before the main part will arrive. The bed was the main reason for my purchase. I received a text saying delivery will ne on Monday between 8 and 11am to confirm .i tried and was unable to so i called and was told disregard because they didn't have all the pieces. I check back in July because no one contacted me and they informed me my order was canceled due to no response ( they stil don't have everything I wanted) so i asked for them to bring back my order because I had waited for months and had thrown out furniture believing that I would receive it for sure. I also was told i had to pay more money because it was no longer available for the promotion i received in November. I am disappointed at the way they handled this situation. I will not purchase anything from that particular location. The management was unprofessional and did nothing to accommodate me nor did they provide me with corporate phone number. I believe they didn't want to honor the 10% discount They are horrible people!!!! Horrible staff
Beautiful furniture, and attentive but not pushy salespeople. The furniture is displayed in a comfortable showroom. Prices are displayed and easy to figure out, unlike many furniture stores where it is impossible to figure out what something costs. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
This store is terrible. I regret making a purchase here. The employee who helped me didn't take the time to explain their new policies to me because he was focused on solely making a sale. Employees favorite response is "you have to contact the district's customer service number" for anything that is not a sale. I have called the store several times at different hours of the day and no one ever answers. If I could, I would give them no stars.

UPDATE: They asked for an email with my information a few weeks ago, to make the situation right, but nobody ever reached out to me!!. They delivered my mattress w white glove service but the actual bed that needs to be assembled is sitting here in boxes SMH! A couple of months ago I visited the ashley homestore in Bolingbrook. One of the managers named Tim was very condescending & rude. I'd placed an order the day before but then found the same items online for way cheaper. I wanted to cancel my order but they did end up price matching it. But Tim was very upset because I called him out on his rude & unprofessional behavior. He did apologize and used the excuse that he had a very stressful week as the other managers were on vacation. He left with the sales person & we finished up the paperwork. Im a heavy set woman so he (Tim) then proceeded to go to the back of the store and make very loud mooing noises like a cow, Im assuming that was his very immature & childish way of getting back at me for calling him out on his rude behavior. So Buy your furniture online its cheaper and the staff doesnt deserve the commission.

Originally shopped Ashley’s website for a new sofa but wanted to see the fabric and color. Angie M greeted me when I arrived at the Bolingbrook showroom; she walked through the showroom to find the sofa I selected to no avail. She searched the website with me to find it and was able to offer me additional discounts resulting in a substantial savings. Angie was extremely friendly and helpful. And what I appreciated the most, no pressure. Angie is a real asset to Ashley in making customers feel appreciated and comfortable shopping there.
I have a amazing experience with today's mattress shopping. Our salesperson acted the way just she supposed to do and also she asked free stuff for me from her store manager. Everyone's was fast , efficient and polite. Good job to them.

I ordered my bed in MAY and it’s still NOT here. They keep trying to deliver it in PIECES so we had to send it back bc we have no space to just keep pieces of a bed in our house. Weeks and weeks keep going by because they KEEP trying to send PIECES of the bed instead of it ALL at ONCE. I’m soooo tired of this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They haven’t done anything to compensate for the inconvenience. I hate this place and will be telling EVERYONE I know who are buying a house right to NOT get their furniture from here. A NIGHTMARE!
Ashely HomeStore has been our go to place to furnish our new home! After the amazing costumer service while buying our couch we just went back to purchase a dining room set. Every store gives a wide variety of options ranging from different price ranges, styles and color schemes! Can’t wait to get our table and start shopping around for a bedroom set!

I want to say my experience with Ashley furniture was great, but it has been nothing but a FRUSTRATING process. To begin, it would be great if someone would answer the phone.. I’ve called multiple times, different days of the week and haven’t been able to speak to a soul. We bought a couch back in February and we were told it would arrive in 6-8 weeks... it didn’t arrive until 10 weeks later. With COVID happening, I can understand the delay. My problem is we were told that if we needed to return, it would have to happen within the first week of delivery. We returned the additional seat of the couch (it was too big for the room) two days after delivery!!! Money was not refunded, just given back in store credit. We wanted to use the credit to purchase bar stools and found a great pair online, BUT OF COURSE we can’t use OUR money to purchase them because it is a store credit and the in-store inventory is below average with very little selection. We now just have $400 of wasted credit. Customer service needs to improve and the false advertisement needs to stop.

My delivery date is within 5 business days, which really shocked me because most places have delivery dates out as far as November 2021!!! They just want to sell things which they don’t have in stock. Told me I will have my stuff in 6 to 8 weeks it’s been 10 weeks and and they are telling me it will take another 4 to 6 weeks . And the lady just hung up on me while inquiring about the order.

Claudio was a fantastic store manager who answered all our questions and allowed us the space and time to think over the furniture sets. He refused to rush us and upsell us. He spoke about personal experience about some of the sets. The only thing that detracted from five stars was the nudge from other store associates to try out their bedding.

My experience has been horrible with this location my bedroom set has been getting delayed for months now the sales representative refused to let me speak to a supervisor. My order was scheduled to be delivered yesterday afternoon and the driver show up 9pm without my bedroom set saying it was a crack in my footboard. No one has reached out to me to reschedule delivery or to even inform me about the situation I had to find my phone out from a third party delivery company. I finally get ahold to someone at Ashley furniture early this morning and they was supposed to reach out to the warehouse in regards to ordering a new footboard no one never called back. I’ve been demanding a supervisor for weeks and now I’m getting told I have to wait another week for my delivery.

We are so satisfied with the service that we received at the Bolingbrook Ashley store. We worked with Berenice for two weeks and she was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helped us find the exact pieces we wanted. In addition, Berenice helped us with our financing process and made everything so seamless. We plan to go back and get a few more pieces and hope to work with Berenice again. If you go to the Bolingbrook store, ask for Berenice. She was an excellent addition to our furniture search.
I had a good experience shopping at the Ashley’s furniture in Bolingbrook! My husband and I were looking for living room furniture for our home and we found great furniture and complimentary pieces for our modern-contemporary and cozy look. The sales rep Abby was very helpful and friendly! The only bummer was the delivery time and buffet options. There weren’t many options for classy black sideboards/buffets with wine bottle holders. 15-17 weeks is wayy too long. Hopefully we get it sooner!….update: still waiting for our furniture 2 months down; 2 more to go😔

God awful delivery experience! Our initial delivery was scheduled for 4/28. They no showed, with no notice. Second delivery was inexplicably canceled 5/1. Rescheduled delivery for 5/6—they actually came....but with only 3 of our 5 pieces despite all pieces being at the warehouse. We declined delivery as the driver could not tell us when the remaining items of our sectional would be delivered. We have gone to the store, called customer service, online chatted customer service and tweeted. No on cares to make their mistake right. Now we are being told we have to wait for the next available delivery date which is another week out. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Three failed deliveries in one week and no one seems to see an issue with this. Do not recommend.

Working with Dan was really great, he went out of his way to help us get this great deal. Went back and forth for 4 days to pick out this living room set. After 2 years it was a nightmare for the repair of the sofa. Working with Ashley was a nightmare just trying to speak to a physical person, the extended insurance was great. Could not believe Ashley not returning calls or follow ups. Left emails, texts and phone calls. Finally after many months Feb to Aug 23, problem was resolved and new sofa was delivered today. The extended insurance will not cover the remaining 3 years of the 5 year warranty on the new sofa. Have to buy a new 5 year warranty for the new sofa for $575.00 I think not.

My boyfriend and I just bought a house and we’re shopping for all sorts of furniture. The variety of options at Ashley was amazing! We were able to furnish our whole living room and bedroom. Tim was so helpful and was able to help us find the perfect pieces for our needs and taste. We still have our eye on a dining room table that we just might have to go back for.

If I could give 0 starts I would! Stay tune as I continue to update my nightmare with Ashley! After having spent some over $25k in 3 years you would think they could take that into consideration but I guess not because it’s not much more. Scheduling a Delivery and working with their very unprofessional team it’s just a big eye opening experience and take my money elsewhere. Such a shame I really liked this store and their furniture... but I can shop from a company that promised things and does not have morals.

Store had great customer experience but dealing with everything after the fact has been a NIGHTMARE. We ordered furniture is September 2020 and are still dealing with issues 6 months later. Customer service has been awful and just continuously gives us the go around and never follows up with what they promise. Will never be buying anything from them again.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! To summarize my horrible experience I would have to rate this store a -100 due to the poor customer service, and lack of communication. Corporate needs to fire everyone at this store and rehire people with actual customer service and sales experience. Worst purchase experience of my life I will be taking my business else where from now on. If you work hard for your money do not go to the Ashley furniture in Bolingbrook you will regret it. Also don't try and call the store they never answer their phones you will always get redirected to the call center. Even the CSRs I spoke with at the call center agreed that this was unacceptable. The call center submitted multiple tickets to have the store contact me and to this day the store has never called me back. Eventually the call center had to get me to a manager that tried to help me as much as possible .I've been dealing with my ongoing nightmare since 1/8/21. It turns out that I was over charged for the warranty I purchased and over paid which the call center reps discovered and are now working to get me my refund of just shy of 1K. I have given up on the store all together and have been in communication with managers at the call center which are doing their best to help. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HEAD MY WARNING AND DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! So DSG tried contacting me regarding my above review. First they act concerned about my horrible experience. They ask me to provide the phone number associated with the account so I do. Then they want me to reexplain everything that took place via email. I stated it was to much to type and I would prefer either a phone call or the phone number to corporate so I can file my compliant. Its been dead silent since I requested that last week. The worst store for the worst company. They got the order wrong from the get go. 6 attempted deliveries with problem each time. I ended up canceling the order. Terrible sales people specially Carlos Ibarra! 3/8/21 update: I emailed as instructed down. Never heard back. I called twice to cancel my order and after 3 weeks still “processing”. I just want my money back! Don’t want anything to do with Ashley ever again. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Terrible everything. That’s it I’m fed up. I’m disputing the charge.

We had a terrible experience at the Ashley Furniture in Romeoville. If we could give Romeoville ZERO stars, we would, but it won’t let us post that. Service has been straight garbage. We are tired of hearing the excuses around the world, that COVID slowed things up....well, it hasn’t slowed them from charging us for our furniture. Furniture purchased in November, has yet to arrive at our empty, echoing, condo. Delivery dates have been moved, with no communication effort to us, from December to January, to February, and now March. So, we were even dumber to suggest that we go back to them and purchase a recliner, so that we could watch the tv, that’s was sitting on the floor, while we enjoyed our favorite tv shows echoing throughout the condo. Finally, a call to notify us that the delivery of all items would be delivered, between the hours of 1030 and 1430. Well, at 2030, they showed up, with two items, one being a completely damaged kitchen table. When we emailed the store manager, he decided to basically tell us to “f*ck off,” he didn’t bother replying. After weeks of trying to contact the incompetent customer service, for a refund, or anything, they replace our kitchen table, but forgot to send the shelves for it, so we had to use the same damaged ones. If I could help people avoid half a year of headaches, I will....DO NOT SHOP HERE. I’d rather head-butt a knife after playing in traffic. We decided to give a shot to the location in Bolingbrook, and we are extremely HAPPY that we did. They completely changed our perception and removed the bad taste that Romeoville left in our mouths. Keylin and Dan were amazing. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable purchasing through Ashley again. We ended up buying a new bed frame and mattress, and it’s being delivered next week. They’re definitely a 5 star experience.

I worked with the store manager and sales associate to purchase new furniture for my home. They were both very helpful, and I found what I was looking for! Update on my original review - I would no longer recommend buying from Ashley Furniture. My delivery was delayed 3 hours because the driver was lost, my table and bed were damaged and the delivery driver was rude. I ended up canceling part of my order, and they will not refund me the full price I paid for the merchandise.
Bolingbrook Illinois when you go to the store ask for Joyce she is one of the managers. I had the best experience shopping for furniture and all of my life with her. She told us the truth about each thing and explained in detail how the mattresses work relation relation to your body and sleep. We also purchased not only a mattress Bought a sofa and loveseat. The table was on back ordered 3. Thus we decided not to wait 4. We canceled the table and kept all other items 5. The chairs came per LADY SALES REP stated we could pick up rug from warehouse 6. We were erroneously billed for the rug 7. THE LADY SALES REP rarely followed up in a timely fashion unless I initiated. Although I received a response after I initiated some promises were not kept! I had to I miss you status updates first on more than one occasion 8. The charge is on the card she requested THE LADY MANAGER to put in tickets with warehouse. Again THE LADY SALES REP does not follow but she does respond at times With snarkiness 9. We requested refund have yet to hear a status update. From Jump I was not feeling THE LADY SALES REP and I guess this is the reason why. Once the sale is closed really nothing more to do with customer. THE LADY SALES REP text responses are snarky ...am busy... WELL AM busy too... the fact i have to take time out my work schedule or weekend to call REGARD AN ERROR MADE BY YOUR COMPANY IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS IT IS crazy to tell the customer that your busy BUT YOU WAS BUSY FOR THE CHEDDAR Then when I called the mainline and press option three I can never get through it just brings constantly and then hangs up without anyone answering the phone Oh Needless to say the rug was never Received after Saturday January 21 THE LADY MANAGER never followed up and the card is still billed falsely! A refund asap and warranty for free is needed.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. My very first visit to this store, the Regional Manager was in the store. He introduced us to a sales person Carlos who was and has remained great. However EVERYTHING after that initial visit had been a HORRIBLE experience. First, the dining table we order came in damaged, not a big deal. We called CS to schedule the delivery of a replacement. Table #2 came in worst than the first one. Ok, pretty annoyed couldn't reach CS again, so we drove to the store asked for the Regional manager, but he wasn't in the store. No problem, asked for a phone # or email(preferred), but was told by Scooby the store manager that they are NOT ALLOWED to give out the REGIONAL managers contact information. We explained all that has been going wrong, he assured he would arrange for table #3 to be delivered and that some quality assurance people at the warehouse would check the table before it gets placed on the truck. Table number #3 arrived worst than the other two!!!!! It looked like something very heavy fell on it. The delivery folks noticed and said "We'll it's up to you if you want it or not" Are you SERIOUS!!!!! So, we DRIVE back to the store, speak to Scooby again....long story short WE WILL NEVER shop here again. Getting ANYTHING resolved at the store level is non-existent. Can NEVER reach anyone over the phone....just horrible experience.

I have used the Bolingbrook store on Boughton several times and have always been satisfied.The last two purchases we worked with Keylin and she was very pleasant and professional.I have recommended her to people .I will also be using her to help my son furnish his home.I give her a 5 star rating.I have also had good luck with the store and with delivery.

Worst experience we have ever had. From shopping in the store, sales kid annoyingly followed us all over and kept bothering us. We bought Living room tables and a complete bedroom set. Had to wait 2 months for delivery, then came all screwed up. Only got 2 of the 3 tables for the living room and didn't get any of the bedroom furniture. Waited another 2 weeks for bedroom, which was set up to come at night between 7:15 and 10:15. They NEVER showed up and never called. Every time they are coming we have to take our bed apart and empty the bedroom. So at 10:15 at night we were having to put our bed back together so we could go to bed. Now we're waiting anther week, but it is set up to come in 3 different deliveries, like we have nothing else to do but screw with them. 🤬 I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one available, they would have one call me, but of course no one ever did. Customer service is totally non existent. We get no less than 10 text messages a day telling us to call a number to confirm delivery, but when you call they have no idea what is going on. We have bought 2 other times from Ashley before in IN with no problems. Ashley in Bolingbrook has been a complete nightmare. We will NEVER go there ever again. Do NOT recommend them.
Horrible experience and was there for several hours buying 2 pieces of furniture due to a new salesman, Randall, that had no idea what he was doing. I would’ve been more understanding if he had asked his colleagues for help more quickly or at least apologized for his lack of knowledge. He even incorrectly told us that we could get the discount and also finance for any amount of time, not just the 6 months. The only saving grace was when Berenice helped and we were finally able to finish the transaction and get finally get treated professionally.
We've had the same difficulties with delivery that many people have shared. We purchased a sectional in store in early September and were surprised to hear that in wouldn't arrive until late October. We were surprised but decided we could wait. Now suddenly they are telling us that half of the sectional will make it in mid November, the ottoman sometime in December, and they have no expected date yet for the rest of the sectional. We would have shopped somewhere else if we had known it would take this long. That's what we'll likely do in the future. Edit: We finally got the couch in January, they ended up refunding the delivery fee and we do love the couch now that we have it, so I’ll bump to 3 stars. But ask about delivery before buying.

I originally rated Ashley 5 stars because I had great service when I purchased my furniture. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for their delivery service. I purchased a sectional on October 17. They delivered on Oct 29, but 1 piece was damaged. I called customer service (over 40 minutes on hold) and they informed me that someone would visit my place to inspect within 24-48 hours. No one showed up, so on Day 3 I called them (another 40+ minutes). They informed me that they decided to simply replace the damaged sectional, and stated that it would be delivered within 1 week. After a week (early November), I called again and they said that the delivery date changed to Dec 12. On Dec 12 they told me that the date changed to Dec 21. Today is Dec 21, and now they are telling me that I have to wait until Jan 4. This is completely unacceptable.
Meri was super helpful with me & my husband picking out new living room furniture. She was also helpful with new kitchen table ideas trying to find us the right chairs. They even took different living room end tables next to the couch we like to make sure we like it together before buying. I have shopped with Ashley's for over 7 years & will continue because of the amazing customer service & staff overall.

We purchased a new bedroom set in early August and were told that it was approximately 3-4 weeks out for delivery due to delays because of Covid. We found those terms acceptable and agreed to an early September delivery date. The delays were much more extensive that and the furniture didn't end up actually being delivered until late October and the end of November, in two separate deliveries. The final piece of furniture that was delivered was a chest of drawers that was very clearly not as well made and not assembled well, as the doors don't close properly. The customer service was extremely poor, with absolutely no updates on the furniture and when it would be available. I had to contact the company many times just to get any information. There was never any offer to discount the price or remove the delivery fee until the very last conversation with a customer rep . She said, "of course you're looking for some money" which seemed incredibly rude and unprofessional. Considering that it was only a $150 adjustment when we had paid over $3200 for the furniture, it hardly seemed like an inappropriate ask. She did state that she would remove the delivery fee, asked for the card information and then promptly hung up the phone. The card was never credited and we were not refunded the delivery fee. The ONLY positive thing about the entire experience were the actual delivery drivers. They were all quite prompt, courteous, careful about entry and exposure risks and extremely polite. We will never purchase furniture from any Ashley store and will recommend to our friends and relatives to avoid them at the risk of having to endure the same circumstances.

Had a good customer experience when ordering a new bedroom set and office desk. Bed set was originally supposed to come in on 12/10 which was delayed the day of and we only found out because we called to ask. While on the phone I mentioned I may want to cancel because the new delivery date was 12/24. Was told a sales rep would call me 24-48 hours later, which did not happen. When I called today to ask about the order they told me it was cancelled yesterday. Took three different phone calls to different people to get all of this information today.
Mary was excellent at the Bolingbrook, IL location and the staff and environment was nice, helpful, and soothing during this stressful time in shopping for furniture. Thank you yall!
Overall we were happy to be allowed to walk around and not be trailed by a salesperson the whole time. However, we were shopping for a loveseat and were pushed several times by another lady salesperson in a medical lab coat to consider buying a new mattress to improve our health. I had to tell her 3 times 'no' very firmly before she got the hint. Very annoying, we almost left! Meredith, our salesperson was up front in telling us she was new and was very professional throughout the experience.

I bought a tempur-pedic bed the decision process is like buying a car. Fortunately for me my sales rep knows her job as perfect as you can. Extremely thorough on describing all the beds with different options including prices. I wasn't pressured into anything. keylin montalvan made the experience enjoyable and gave me every discount she could. She definitely knows her stuff!!

It was a busy time for the store so was happy when Dan came to show me what I was looking for. There were only 3 that were OK for my size. So got his card and went home. Got someone to go back with me and we got Dan again in less then what felt like 10 minutes. Then got the cost and asked to be alone and Dan went far away so I was happy he wouldn't hear us. The purchase was fast so yes good place and sales people to go.

We had an wonderful experience at this Bolingbrook Ashley homestore. Me and husband do all our research before we buy any big items for the house. So have been looking for a sectionals for a while now, and this pandemic has just lengthen the time line of it!!. Keyline M made our purchase so smooth and gave such good customer service that we couldn't resist. She was extremely knowledgeable about the sectional we bought that actually made us comfortable to go ahead with the purchase, we have been going to the other stores but no one gave that much info about that product😊. Overall she deserves a 5 stars for being an amazing sales person, with good communication skills, and always having a smile on the face (yes, even through the mask it was visible she was smiling 😃).. loved it! Went into Ashley’s to look at mattresses, was not intending to buy that same day. We were immediately greeted by Kaylin (Sleep Expert). She explained and showed us the benefits of a TempurPedic mattress and we were sold! She answered all our questions and concerns and she was extremely knowledgeable of the product. She made our experience a great and easy one!

She continued to keep us informed on the delivery date as it was up in the air for a time due to COVID. We were pleasantly surprised when she told us our furniture was being delivered ahead of schedule! My husband and I absolutely love our couches. My sales agent Keylin Mantelban was good. The rest of the operation is hard to deal with. Their customer line never gets you passed the call tree. You go into the store for help. They tell you to call the same number you already wasted time calling. They sent two delivery confirmation messages, with different times. I probably won’t go back
I have been an Ashley Customer for years. I have been a loyal customer but since being bought out is horrible. First time shopping through bolingbrook location and they can not get my delivery right. I will have had to take now 4 days off to wait for delivery. Where is my furniture? I just dont understand at all. Long wait times on phone. Managers say they are calling back and do not. I understand covid but been dealing with other furniture companies and this has been an absolute awful experience with no concern to the customer but broken promises.
If I could give this Ashley HomeStore a ZERO, I most certainly would. We ordered (2) pieces of furniture from this store about a week apart. One was a bed frame, which delivered about a month and half after we initially ordered it. The other was a sofa chaise couch in July 2020 in which we were told that we would have delivered by September. I've called multiple times to check on delivered status and the tentative dates have been pushed back 4 times, first it was September, then it was mid-October, after that it was early November, and now they are telling me that (1) piece will arrive in their warehouse mid November and the other won't arrive until the end of November. So here we are, close to the holidays and STILL NO FURNITURE. Stay far, far, far away from Ashley Furniture, especially if want your furniture to be delivered within a reasonable time. I'm going to cancel our order with them and order from Bob's Furniture. A friend was in a similar situation as me and ended up getting her furniture from there before her set delivery date with Ashley HomeStore. Terrible customer service.
Keylin was fantastic. She helped us pick out a new bed and introduced us to the robo frame! A game changer and a must have for people who struggle to sleep and were overdue for a new bed. She understood our needs and helped us immensely.

Furniture ordered July 2020, delivery date changed 4 times. OK, no problem, we will wait since we all use covid as excuse for everything now ... But , Partial furniture delivery done only to be told that part of the living room sectional is not available and will not be available . So, instructed from online customer service help desk to go in store and discuss getting new sectional of furniture set that will replace this one . “ Office” staff along with “ floor manager “ named Scooby had no idea how to assist and resolve this matter so his solution was to walk away in the middle of my sentence. When approached on the floor again, he told me to be back Monday , he MIGHT have some answers for me (??!!??)Costumer service to the greatest! What a shameful way from a company like this , with reputation and existing name for years now - to start treating your customers and shoppers like this .
My experience in Ashley HomeStore in Bolingbrook, IL was wonderful. Young sales person that was helping me, Berenice, was very knowledgeble, patient, sufficient, and super nice. I ended up purchasing sectional and a bedroom set, which was exactly what I came in for. I actually met Berenice on my initial visit to the store, one week earlier, when she gave me just basic very useful information, and let me browse on my own. At this point, I appreciated that. After a few days, when I though of my options, did some research and measuring, Berenice helped me with my purchase. I received very detailed information on delivery dates and process, protection plan, pricing etc. Berenice spent quite a long time with me, and other 2 managers that I also came into contact with in the process, were very friendly and helpful as well. I might be back for more furnishings and I highly recommend this store. Thank you!!

We purchased a couch in June from Ryan and he was wonderful to work with. It was delayed several times due to the pandemic and factories not being at full capacity - not a store issue. We did have delivery issues when the couch was delivered that would have left us stuck with a couch that wasn’t right. The sales manager Scooby was so patient and understanding. He heard the struggles we were having and really went out of his way to help us. He’s new to this location so if you’ve had issues with this store in the past, give them another try. It’s in good hands now.

Beware from ordering at Ashley! Terrible customer service! I ordered 4 pieces for my living room in August. I was told 2-4 weeks for delivery. It ended up being 6 weeks (Sept 15th) until I was told all the furniture was there and would be delivered next week. Scheduling delivery was a nightmare! I was on hold for 40+ mins every time I called and hung up on more than once. Less than 24 hours before my expected delivery, I got a call saying my couch would not be delivered! I called the store to ask about this and they had no answers, just that it wouldn't be here until Oct 12. I understand delays due to covid but at this point the delivery date has changed 6 times! Sept 15, Oct 12, Oct 17, Oct 19, Oct 21, Oct 27. I have to call every few days to see if there is a new date, I never get updates from the store! Was told I would get my $140 delivery fee refunded but have yet to see that happen! The delivery for the pieces I have went great! The guys were very nice and set everything up for me but I am very disappointed in the customer service from the actual store. I feel like I was lied to when I first ordered the furniture and no one ever has any answers, they just keep pushing the delivery date back and can't give me an actual firm date. Seriously considering canceling my order, just worried about that process based on others reviews.
Edited: Upgraded to 3 stars to add that Sharon from customer service in Texas was the only person who bothered to check on my order and deliveries. After half the bed was delivered and we were told by another rep it would be 8-12 weeks for the missing side rail, Sharon got it over in less than a week. The bedset looks very nice and we'll see how it holds up. Thank you Sharon! My bedset ordered in July is finally here (Mid-October). This wouldnt be so bad if customer service just kept you updated on where your order was and actually answered the support line when you called. Do not buy from this store! You will never receive your order and they will deliver peices for months on end. Been waiting for a bedset since July was promised delivery 3 times. I still don't have a bed. No one answers their customer service. Spend your money somewhere else! Someone needs to call me asap. This is ridiculous. Read all these complaints do NOT shop here. They just came for the 3rd promised delivery day and delivered half of a bed. They don't know where the other parts are this is a nightmare. The salesperson also apparently didn't order the bed correctly. Research Ashley reviews before shopping here! This business needs to be shut down.

Ordered a sectional back in August over the phone and had not received updates on when it be delivered. I went to my local store to get an update and they identified that the sectional was the wrong configuration. They helped to order a new sectional, but I had to pay out of pocket for the new sectional and it cost me more money and I still have to call and cancel the other order.

I ordered a dining room set on 6/30. I was initially told it would be delivered sometime in August. I thought, “well longer than I expected, but I love the set so I can wait”. Then was notified via text it would be delivered the first weekend of September. That date changed to the second weekend of September. That date came and went with no delivery. I physically go into the store to seek answers because they NEVER answer the phone. Then was told it would be mid-October. I go back today to confirm, now it’s November. I finally faced reality and accepted that my dining room set will never be delivered and requested a refund. They tell me that the chairs are in and they can have those delivered next week. At this point, I want nothing to do with them. I knew if I accepted the chairs, I’d go months without a table. And they don’t deserve my money anyway after sending me off. What was supposed to be an enjoyable decorating experience has turned into a complete nightmare. Do not trust this company with your money. The customer service is horrible. They blame their incompetent and ineptness on Covid. I received deliveries from other furniture stores with no issues and this was at the height of the shutdown. They don’t care about their customers. I can’t wait for this company to go bankrupt and go out of business. They’re complete trash!

My original review was based my instore experience and the lies Dan “the man” fed me. My furniture was delivered and the men refused to bring the boxes inside and assemble them even though that what I paid extra for. I had to spend an additional $300 to have someone else come and assemble the loveseat and sofa. Surprise, surprise the electronics in the soda do not work at all and the middle back of the loveseat is missing all together. I called the store directly and got sorry I can’t help you, you have to come in and talk to a manager. I went in the next day and they offered to refund the fee for the white glove service & 15% off for my inconvenience and ordered a new loveseat & sofa. It is now 3 months later and I am still stuck with cheap defective furniture and the new stuff keeps getting pushed further and further out. I am now being told I won’t have my items until 11/23 that is almost 6 months beyond the purchase date. DO NOT do business with this company. They will rip you off and not give it a second thought. Also FYI the furniture is made in Cambodia not Wisconsin. I purchased a loveseat and sofa from Ashley HomeStore Furniture. I can not say enough good things about my experience. The 2 employees I interacted with Bernice and Dan (store manager) were absolutely awesome! This stores staff is awesome and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality furniture made right here in the USA.

Customer service is non-existent. After making a sale, they cannot be reached to answer a question. I&'ve been holding for over an hour with no response. I called the &"we care&" number to make a complaint, guess what??? No one picks up the phone! Worst customer service I&'ve ever experienced!
The outlet in Romeoville has an amazing selection at all price points. Tanner was very helpful and no high pressure to buy. I felt very comfortable as a shopper.

Everything started great , we were aware it's Covid world so we placed our order in July so at 19th of September we will get our furniture. Well let me tell you it's September 25th and still we don't have our furniture. My biggest problem is the lying of their sales team...Our sales associate said that after many confusion and delays we will get the furniture 100 percent on September 26th... It support to happen tomorrow and she doesn't answers the calls or updating us on the delivery... Agony again, no delivery again... TRAIN YOUR TEAMS NOT TO LIE YOUR CUSTOMERS !!! Cancelation of my order and collection of minimum of twenty 1 star reviews from my friends and family to follow!

0 Stars. Worst sales reps. Once they sell you, they no longer know you anymore. I went in store after a few weeks and my sales rep was acting like a stranger. No follow up calls. I understand it's Corona and all but attleast be helpful and transparent instead of being more of a nuisance.. I have to drive to the store any time I have to check on shipping status. I ordered in May and I still have not got my furniture. No one picks up the calls. I went to the Romeoville location and the sales reps are much better and actually follow up. Nothing against Ashley as a company, but the bolingbrook store needs to be shut down. Its only creating a bad name for this quality furniture store.

First time going to Ashley Furniture Home Store and it was a great experience. They have a great selection of furniture to choose from and I purchased a bedroom set along with a sofa. Berenice was the one who assisted me and she was wonderful! I really liked how she explained everything in detail and gave me time to browse the store. I would highly recommend to anyone in search of new furniture!
This is specific to the Bolingbrook location. Joyce is the absolute worst 'manager' ever. She makes false promises so many times. So many times she says she will call back after she is with a customer. Never got a call back. Again, she gave me her personal number promising service outside of business hours, yet never answers her phone once. They delivered the wrong rug and charged me full for it. I messaged them on facebook and was 'escalated' to corporate where someone messaged me once on Gmail. He never responded and it's been a week again. Why does it take over a week for your customer service team to respond. What kind of customer service is that? The store and corporate don't answer phones and just contradict each other. They blame covid for the delays I've faced with deliveries. Fine, but how can covid lead to you not being able to call back like they promise. How is it covid the reason you delivered the wrong rug? Absolute no dignity in this business. They are the absolute worst. They just wait for you to be mentally defeated and give up so they can keep your money. I've never heard of a business with such terrible service. I have informed so many people about this and AF is losing so much business by the word of mouth me and others are spreading about them. No way they will survive if they continue to do business this way. Highly recommend NO ONE does business with them. I feel bad everytime I am in the store and I see someone buying something.
This is specific to the Bolingbrook location. Joyce is the absolute worst 'manager' ever. She makes false promises so many times. So many times she says she will call back after she is with a customer. Never got a call back. Again, she gave me her personal number promising service outside of business hours, yet never answers her phone once. They delivered the wrong rug and charged me full for it. Have been waiting for our couch for over 3 months. The agent promised us saying that it will get delivered within 6 weeks but they clearly lied. They keep pushing the delivery date. We specifically had asked our agent if they will meet the timeline but he kept giving bs about the company being taken over and they have a new delivery team. When I call the customer service, there is 40+ mins wait to speak with them. Highly frustrated and disappointed! The order info that you requested for has been sent to your email
Lesson learned. Never order from Ashley Furniture again. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails, or Facebook messages. Will have to go in store to cancel order. Was texted delivery date with 48 hr notice of time, never received that 48 hr text, and here we are at what should have been delivery date for a order placed in July.

Purchased much needed desk on 8/7. Original delivery date was 9/8. I called the store sales person that day to confirm the time and was told that a piece was missing in the warehouse. No one answers the phone when I call the delivery information number. They rescheduled the deliver to 9/18. They sent a text confirming delivery on 9/18 stating they would send a message with the time. No message. No call from anyone to let me know that they have again changed the delivery date. Now scheduled for 9/23 (maybe). I still have not talked to anyone from Ashley. No one answers the phone. Only communication through an chat box pop up on their website, even that is lacking in information.

Do not buy your furniture from here- you will never get it.Worse customer service I have ever experienced!Waiting 6 weeks for my furniture and every time I call I get different answers why I don&'t have it.Have asked numerous times for call back never received and you can&'t speak to a manager.I have spent a fortune and have not gotten one piece of furniture just a lot of broken promises.
Someone reached out said they would resolve the issue about them taking the money and not issuing the item. They haven&'t resolved it has been 21 days and still not a full refund.
Learn from our mistake and do not buy a sofa from here. Our sofa is only 2.5 years old and is completely unusable. The frame has broken in a number of places, the fabric and pilled terribly, and nearly all the stuffing is gone from the back cushions. For the same $ you can get something not made so poorly pieced together by scrap wood and terrible fabric. Even with our “five year coverage” protection plan we are out a usable sofa. Save yourself and buy somewhere else.

My husband and I ordered a living room set June 6th and we were told because of Covid it wouldn’t be delivered until August 25th. Ok fine. So that week comes around and I get a text that we won’t get delivery till September 11th. So we called to confirm that this was our delivery date because we were having our old furniture taken away. The customer service rep said yes it will be delivered sept 11th. Then I get a text on Sept 11th saying now our furniture will come Sept 17th-19th and to pick a date. 🤷🏻♀️ What? So now we are sitting on our living room floor and kitchen chairs because we have no furniture. I called customer service again and they said they can do nothing about it. So how do I know I will even get my furniture next week? This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I will never buy from Ashley again.
UPDATE: NOT ONLY DID THEY PUSH OUR ORDERS BACK BY 4+ MONTHS but broke our table in the warehouse and when they came to deliver our chairs, they forgot them. Yeah DO NOT buy from this company.. Probably the worst furniture buying experience that I have gone through. I feel sorry for the employees that work at this store because of what their corporation is putting them through. Not only does the logistics and delivery side of the company lie about delivery dates and bring defected furniture, but make you wait MONTHS to get what you bought. We bought our furniture in June, and now we will not receive it until October. It takes over 40 minutes to speak with a customer service representative, who by the way, has no idea what they are doing and just tells you to do everything in store. We've received a table that was defected and got 2 more of the same table with the same defect. AND not only do they make you wait months,, if you try and cancel they trap you with a 10% of your order cancelation fee so they are still stealing your money with their horrible service. I would understand the excuse of COVID making things more complicated but its almost the end of the year and this company has no clue how to adapt or step up to the plate like other furniture companies. Would not recommend to anyone in any circumstance.
Me and my wife went to Ashley to shop for a mattress. We were immediately greeted and shown where the mattresses were. The associate serving us was very polite and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. We made the purchase and believe we got a great deal. I asked for a refund on items I have since found and received from other companies and cannot get refunded for items i have not yet received. That is unacceptable and unethical. I spent OVER $12,000.00 4 years ago after a fire destroyed our home. I bought insurance for everything. At the beginning of the year I filed a claim on a couch and a table. Guy cam out and looked at them. Was told all approved for new replacements. Gave the claim person our new address as we had moved out of state. i get a call the day before Covid shut everything down trying to deliver to my OLD address. Since this time I have tried number after number to get ahold of SOMEONE...nothing.THe phone is either disconnected (from the homestore we purchased all of it from) or no one answers and will finally just disconnect (trying other stores to get help). UGH!! Unfortunately, I guess I will have to contact my attorney to get something accomplished. This is the poorest customer service I have ever endured...NEVER AGAIN!!!

I&'ve called 5 times today and 5 times yesterday No I&'ve got to go into store to see what&'s going on!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS!!!(Update)Went I yesterday and spoke with Joyce - store manager. Again they do not answer phone because Linda did not go in to work. I was advised that Linda worked 7 days in a row and she needed time off. But after reading these reviews she does not work on Tuesdays or Wednesday&'s. Sad to hear this company who has lots of sales people taking peoples orders and money!! Every day of the week, only had 1 person handling the process of the orders! This tells me all they care about is stealing customers money!! This is stealing because they don&'t care and will not do anything to give you the product that you purchased!Joyce actually told me she wished she can magically make my furniture appear!! Seriously!!What kind of manager says that???What kind of business is this ??Joyce promised me that Linda would be there today and she will make sure Linda gets my message and also the manager on duty today. Kaylee was our sales person she was very attentive and understood what we were looking for and was very helpful in trying to find our needs she did find us a dinette set that fit perfectly in the space that we had Kaylee was very knowledgeable and very compassionate in helping us I would definitely return back to see her for any future items that we may need Thank you!!!😃

Never again will I shop with Ashley. Could not get ahold of anyone to find o it my delivery date, all pieces of my furniture were damaged and delivered into my home carelessly and I still cannot get ahold of someone regarding that and I am still waiting for an item. When I call the customer service line they are rude, place me on hold for 30 plus minutes so they can “check something” and then I was told the customer service line is for online orders only and my item is Joe two days late. Never again Ashley!!!!!
Once you buy the furniture it's impossible to reach someone to check the status...I've been calling the store and no one answers the phone, no option to leave a message either. I would NOT recommend Ashley Furniture and would NEVER GO BACK!!!! Unprofessional customer service.

I recently visited the Ashley Home Place in Bolingbrook. I am very dissatisfied with their after care. I was told that my furniture would be available for delivery on the dates I selected and instead of being honest with me they told me everything would be fine and I would receive my furniture in time for my closing dates. Once I realized that I wouldn't receive my furniture for nearly 2 months after I purchased them i decided to cancel my order. I went into the Bolingbrook location and Daniel the manager referred me to Linda the finance person she told us she would put the return in and we could expect our full refund within 7 days. Here we are a full month out and i have still not received my $775.55 from a bunk bed and dresser set that I ordered on June 26th. A order that we canceled on July 26th. I would not advice anyone to do business with this location. Please be sure to verify your delivery dates and ask then to be honest with as far as which items have been affected due to Covid. Just like restaurants have limited their menus so have furniture stores. some of their supplies are overseas and they can't get them as fast right now that is slowing up production. I have no problem with that as long as I am told the truth up front. FUTURE CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!
Horrible customer service. Went here last week lady at door reminded me not to go in cuz know one will acknowledge you which she was right. Glanced around know one said boo to me. Went to other store but likes what I seen at Ashley so decided to try again I walked in and noticed more activity at least 5 salespeople and was excited to talk. Walked around found 7 pieces of furniture that I wanted to purchase. Again was ignored so I decided to sit at the kitchen table I wanted to purchase thinking I be noticed. As I sat a salesman Scooby starts to walk forward and I’m like yay finally he walks right pass me and approaches the couple walking in the door and asked them for help they said no and turns and walks by me again. I decided to snap pictures of all I picked out so I would remember and again Scooby and another sales person walks by me again. I called customer service was on hold 4 times and then disconnected. I called the store and again on hold again and disconnected. I guess Ashley furniture don’t like sales. I feel it was the way I looked that caused know one helped me.

My experience with Ashley Furniture has been a good one thus far. I ordered a bedroom set today and my expected delivery is October 7th, let's see what happened because orders have been on back order with the pandemic and I know customers have been canceling orders. I am hoping by October things things will have improved.

I even called the cooperate office for assistance they put me on hold for 50mins. They've kept my $6200.00 for months and l am paying interest on my credit card. I have decided to get an attorney and file a case against them. How could such a company be allowed to stay in business.

I purchased furniture from the store about two months ago.After waiting for a month and half without receiving the items l purchased, l went to the store to follow up. I was told that l will have to wait for another two month for some of the items l purchased. I told them l cannot wait therefore they should refund my money. After waiting for a month for my refund l was told that they will only refund half of my money.Serously? then the manager told me he will walk me out of the store. I called the cooperate office for assistance l was put on hold for 45 minutes then l was transferred to another number where l waited for another 35 minutes . I still haven’t received my refund and the items l purchased. Please don’t go to Ashley furniture store in Bolingbrook it doesn’t worth the headache.

I normally don't do reviews but..... I purchased a new bedroom set and new mattress from Dan (Manager) at the Bolingbrook store on 6/28/20 with a delivery date of 7/31/20. The actual experience in the store was fine. It is the experience of still trying to get what I ordered delivered. On 7/18 I received a text message stating that my order was going to be delayed until 8/19. Then on 7/28 I received an email telling me that my items were set to be delivered on 7/31 and to confirm. So before I confirmed, I decided to call and find out what was going on...well that took hours of continual calling and sitting on hold for 30-40 minutes at a time. The person I spoke with in delivery told me that all I was going to get a partial order which did not include the mattress....but that the mattress would be available along with a couple of the other items by 8/3/2020 so I rescheduled my order to be delivered until 8/5/2020 which I thought would ensure they would have what they said they were going to deliver and it gave me time to have someone pick up my old bedroom furniture (which I had done on 8/3)....well guess what nothing was delivered on 8/5 and now here I am on 8/21 still sleeping on the floor. I then again went through the exhausting task of trying to contact customer service and the only thing they told me was to contact the store. I told them that I have dialed the store's number multiple times but it is the same message as if I called the 1-800 number. They told me I needed to press 3 to get through to the store. Well what a treat that is, because the phone rings, no one answers and after 6 rings, it disconnects you. I finally, on 8/6, had to drive to the store to be able to speak to anyone. The person that is in the office at the store is off on Tuesdays & Wednesdays and no one else will answer the phones when she is not there. She very kindly assisted me, we set up another delivery date of 8/13 and that did not happen because somehow, the items that were ready the week before, they didn't have the following week, I was still going to get the bed frame and NO MATTRESS. Again I went through the same hassles as before and finally got a hold of the lady at the store and she checked again and she advised that there were truckloads received by Ashley and that everything should be ready and we scheduled yet another deliver date of 8/22. I then received a text message on 8/18 telling me that I would have to rescheduled until the following week (8/29). So, I again tried calling the store....but because it was Tuesday and Wednesday, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. So, again, I had to drive to the store on Thursday (8/20) just to talk to someone. Oh and while going to the store, I then received an email from Ashley confirming delivery for 8/22 with the delivery window time. When I arrived at the store on 8/20, the office person was there, but Dan the manager was not. She told me now what was available to deliver on 8/22 (which was different yet again) but still NO MATTRESS. I said what good is a bed without a mattress. I basically told them that I didn't care what they had to do, but I wanted the bed and mattress on Saturday, With that, she called Dan, the manager, and told him what was going on and what I had said. His reply was "well that is never going to fucking happen". I guess she shouldn't had him on speaker. She advised me that she forwarded him all of my information and that he would be in contact with me regarding the mattress. Still have not heard from him. I received another call from Ashley delivery telling me what pieces they were delivering on 8/22 and that there will not be a mattress and the pieces they are delivering are different than I was told by the store. So again, I spent hours calling the store to see why no one had contacted me and they never answered. I tried calling Corporate, no one answered and all of the phones just disconnect.I will never, never order from Ashley Furniture again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone and they will definitely hear about the poor customer service I have received. I don't understand how you can have my order one time, and another time the pieces are different. The only thing consistent has been a bed frame. I have never been so disappointed by any company that I have ordered from. Your sales personnel should know how long it will take to get items. They also should have known that it was going to be this difficult to get a mattress. I would have waited to buy a new one until a later time or not have gotten rid of mine. All I can hope for is that the when the furniture finally arrives that it is not as disappointing as this whole experience has been. You need to better train your customer service staff. They cannot or will not answer any questions. There only answer is I don't know, contact your store or contact corporate. Well GOOD LUCK with that.
I give the Bolingbrook location a zero. Terrible customer service no one in there can give you a straight answer all they do is apologize and say they will call you back which never happens. I was so excited I had finally found the sectional and dining room I had pictured. I had to go find a sales person because no one had greeted me first off, she told me I would receive my items by the end of July. I asked if I would be able to pick up. I was told she’d ask her manger once she was back from lunch, so I went ahead and eagerly made my purchase, I told her I’d wait for the managers call which never happened. This was done in the beginning of July it was now July 30th, no call, no items but I did get an email stating I would receive my items in the middle of August. Frustrated because I never received a call I went into the store I asked for the manager we went back and spoke with the person who handles deliveries she said she would give my information to upper management so they could “take care” of me and that she would even send out my items individually just so I can have a place to sit and eat. I waited again days, weeks and again nothing. Just a week ago I was finally able to get a hold of someone at the Bolingbrook store because every time I call no one answers, after being on hold for 12 minutes the phone automatically hangs up on you so when someone surprisingly answered I was told my items were all being delivered on the 18th of August, that I would receive an email with a time. And guess what no email and no one showed up with my furniture. Today I called, I can’t even say I am frustrated because it’s beyond that, the person whom I spoke with says so what do you want to do cancel or what do you want. I can’t even believe this is the way they handle their customers. Now I am the problem because I am calling asking where my furniture is when I was told I’d receive it in 3 weeks. I asked to speak to the store manager and was told he was on the phone and would call me back ASAP. Guess what never happened. I will never refer anyone to this location absolutely terrible customer service. I am going on 3 months now since I placed my order and have no furniture and have yet to receive a call from upper management or anyone from Ashley’s for that matter this is just absolutely ridiculous. I don’t understand the point to lie to your customers.
I normally don&'t do reviews but..... I purchased a new bedroom set and new mattress from Dan (Manager) at the Bolingbrook store on 6/28/20 with a delivery date of 7/31/20. The actual experience in the store was fine. It is the experience of still trying to get what I ordered delivered. On 7/18 I received a text message stating that my order was going to be delayed until 8/19. Then on 7/28 I received an email telling me that my items were set to be delivered on 7/31 and to confirm. So before I confirmed, I decided to call and find out what was going on...well that took hours of continual calling and sitting on hold for 30-40 minutes at a time. The person I spoke with in delivery told me that all I was going to get a partial order which did not include the mattress....but that the mattress would be available along with a couple of the other items by 8/3/2020 so I rescheduled my order to be delivered until 8/5/2020 which I thought would ensure they would have what they said they were going to deliver and it gave me time to have someone pick up my old bedroom furniture (which I had done on 8/3)....well guess what nothing was delivered on 8/5 and now here I am on 8/21 still sleeping on the floor. I then again went through the exhausting task of trying to contact customer service and the only thing they told me was to contact the store. I told them that I have dialed the store&'s number multiple times but it is the same message as if I called the 1-800 number. They told me I needed to press 3 to get through to the store. Well what a treat that is, because the phone rings, no one answers and after 6 rings, it disconnects you. I finally, on 8/6, had to drive to the store to be able to speak to anyone. The person that is in the office at the store is off on Tuesdays & Wednesdays and no one else will answer the phones when she is not there. She very kindly assisted me, we set up another delivery date of 8/13 and that did not happen because somehow, the items that were ready the week before, they didn&'t have the following week, I was still going to get the bed frame and NO MATTRESS. Again I went through the same hassles as before and finally got a hold of the lady at the store and she checked again and she advised that there were truckloads received by Ashley and that everything should be ready and we scheduled yet another deliver date of 8/22. I then received a text message on 8/18 telling me that I would have to rescheduled until the following week (8/29). So, I again tried calling the store....but because it was Tuesday and Wednesday, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. So, again, I had to drive to the store on Thursday (8/20) just to talk to someone. Oh and while going to the store, I then received an email from Ashley confirming delivery for 8/22 with the delivery window time. When I arrived at the store on 8/20, the office person was there, but Dan the manager was not. She told me now what was available to deliver on 8/22 (which was different yet again) but still NO MATTRESS. I said what good is a bed without a mattress. I basically told them that I didn&'t care what they had to do, but I wanted the bed and mattress on Saturday, With that, she called Dan, the manager, and told him what was going on and what I had said. His reply was &"well that is never going to fucking happen&". I guess she shouldn&'t had him on speaker. She advised me that she forwarded him all of my information and that he would be in contact with me regarding the mattress. Still have not heard from him. I received another call from Ashley delivery telling me what pieces they were delivering on 8/22 and that there will not be a mattress and the pieces they are delivering are different than I was told by the store. So again, I spent hours calling the store to see why no one had contacted me and they never answered. I tried calling Corporate, no one answered and all of the phones just disconnect.I will never, never order from Ashley Furniture again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone and they will definitely hear about the poor customer service I have received. I don&'t understand how you can have my order one time, and another time the pieces are different. The only thing consistent has been a bed frame. I have never been so disappointed by any company that I have ordered from. Your sales personnel should know how long it will take to get items. They also should have known that it was going to be this difficult to get a mattress. I would have waited to buy a new one until a later time or not have gotten rid of mine. All I can hope for is that the when the furniture finally arrives that it is not as disappointing as this whole experience has been. You need to better train your customer service staff. They cannot or will not answer any questions. There only answer is I don&'t know, contact your store or contact corporate. Well GOOD LUCK with that.
NEVER EVER purchase their extended warranty. No one helps. We made all our purchases from Ashley with high hopes on after sales services. We bought a luxury bed and TempurPedic matress with a hope to have peaceful sleep but the condition of bed is so bad within just 1 year and makes so much noise that we end up disturbing our sleep. NO ONE IS HELPING The sales team looked very promising until we confirmed our order. As soon the the order was confirmed, the sales person stopped picking our phone. We had delivery issues which got eventually sorted but it took us a lot of follow-up.

Do not recommend buying furniture at Ashley We bought a sofa and recliner back in July. Salesperson told us she would call or text the status of our purchase never did. We knew about the waiting period about 6 wks. Warehouse texts you about your delivery first it was in 2 weeks then another text about 4 to 6 weeks then another text about 4 weeks. Tried to call the store in Bolingbrook know one anwsers. Finally i went to the store first of all I stand there waiting for the managers to finally acknowledge I was there about 5 mins. I was at the customer service desk. They very rude!! Asked about my furniture store manager checked in the computer told me it would be not until November!! I was stunned!! Tried to sell me another sofa that was not in the store but online. I said NO!! I want my furniture that I bought. She tried to give me excuses that didn't work!! I found her very rude and lack of customer service. I got my money back and I will never step foot in another Ashley Futniture again.
I happened to stop in yesterday right before the storm had hit. The salesperson had just entered my information on his laptop and the tornado warning was ringing everyone’s cell phone. The store manager proceeded to tell his staff to report to a safer room. My salesperson put down his laptop and proceeded to the safe room. I was left standing alone. I decided to leave the store without finishing my purchase. Luckily for me I went back the next day and was helped by Bernice. Thank you Bernice.
Great place to shop. No pressure from the friendly eager professional staff. Will be shopping there again for furniture. Especially the warrant guarantee that if you do not use it, you get a store credit for the amount you paid.

Went here with my husband to buy a dinette table and bed frame...SMH IT STILL HAS NOT CAME IN YET! ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS!!!!!!!! And when you call them they hang up on you...WE ended up cancelling our order and bought the same stuff from MODERN FURNITURE IN bolingbrook WHICH ARE WAAAY BETTER and had the same merchandise. IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD!!!!! This was our first and LAST time buying from Ashley Furniture. There is absolutely no communication at all. 1st- We were told our table would be ready by 7/30/20 and that we would receive a confirmation text. On 7/30/20 I never received a text, I tried calling the warehouse to see if my order was ready to be picked up and was on hold for an hour and no one ever answered. I then called this Ashley store where I bought the table from and was also on hold for another 30 minutes to which no one also answered. 2nd- We decided to just show up the warehouse since we could not get in contact with anyone, once we arrived they told us only part of our order was ready, once we waited an hour and a half to pick up they then brought us the chairs in the show room when we purchased brand new furniture. The chairs had strings hanging off of them and were definitely not what we paid for. The worker at the warehouse then told us he had already brought them out that we had to take them, We then refused the chairs and left. 3rd- The salesman at this location Carlos Ibarra is who sold me my furniture. He gave us his business card saying if we had any questions this is how we could get in touch with him. I then emailed him later that day about everything that has gone wrong and told him we would like his help because we are incredibly frustrated and disappointed in the customer service and were reconsidering our order. Not only could we not get a hold of anyone at any location but he never responded to my email. 4th- I then called the warehouse the next day 7/31/20 with a number the lady gave and an extension which was also NOT A VALID EXT. Once I got a hold of someone they told me my order was ready? That they had the chairs and table in stock on 7/30/20 so they weren't sure why we did not get them that day. We then drove another 30 minutes back out to the warehouse. Once we got home and assembled our furniture there was already a stain on our chairs as we pulled it out of the box. Once you purchase from this store they could careless about any customers concerns or issues. I'm highly disappointed seeing as I've heard good reviews from this business. I would never recommend this place to anyone if they need furniture.
Unfortunately I cannot give 0 starts! I have never experienced such horrible customer service. We bought a bedroom set and when they delivered it, it had to hardware to build the bed. Delivery was set up to come before we went on vacation. So we threw away our old bed and when they could not build it we had to sleep on the floor. When I called customer service the manager there did not care about our inconvenience they offered us $100 gift card to Ashley. Then sent us to the store to try and get it taken care of. The manager there said she was going to try and set us up to not sleep on the floor. Which never came. We went on vacation and she said it would be taken care of by the time we came back. When we came back they scheduled the delivery while I was working. Then when they finished I had to wait till I got off from work to go see it and when I went to see it the drawers to the bed did not open properly. I reached out to the manager and as usual she apologized. And said she would take care of it. I told her I wanted upper management to reach out to me and she said she had already sent out an email. It has now been over a month and I have not heard back from anyone. They are not worried about the customer they are worried about making money. When I called customer service again the girl was so rude and would talk over me. I spoke to her manager about it but yet no one can help us. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this place.
My wife and I went into the Bolingbrook location on July 16th to purchase outright a new dining room table. The sales girl ran our credit and said we were approved for $xxxxx. We picked out some more items and went to finalize everything. Wanted to put down $200, the sale girl took the $200 and then ran into problems. Linda came over and said on a smart sales you cant put down that much. Processed whatever a "immediate refund" was then asked us to put 85 down. Got home and realized it was lease to own program...not what we wanted or was told. Went back on the 17th to cancel the whole thing. Linda assured us that the $200 should be back in a day or so. It is now 14 days later, and no refund, and now I cant get anyone at the store to answer. Smart Sales and Lease refund went in this morning, after a phone call to them where they informed us the contract was never cancelled. Corporate has sent emails asking for a return call...nothing. nothing nothing nothing. Do not spend your hard earned money here. We want our $200 back. Not to much to ask for, already went and purchased a different table at a competitor. Never going back.

we went to art van in bolingbrook hoping to find a good deal on a great couch. after not falling in love with anything we decided to just stop into Ashley and see if they had anything. we searched around and no one would help us! as we were getting ready to leave we spotted this big comfy couch that we both immediately fell in love with! to our surprise, Keylin was walking by and we decided to ask her for some help and we soon too fell in love with her as well (in a non weird way 🤣) she was so knowledgeable and just a pleasant person to work with! even though our couch is on back order and we have to wait a bit we ultimately decided to make the purchase simply because we love it and we enjoyed working with Keylin!! now we patiently wait until our big comfy couch arrives so we can fully enjoy our whole experience! def would come back to ashley just to work with Keylin again! thanks girlfriend for being so great!! 🖤✨

went to Ashley on 7/21/20 and decided to look around for a bed and decided to go back on 7/22/20 and the person I came to see was there. was helped by kaylin Montalvan very friendly nice and professional. and honest.she indicated that abby was available but will make sure she k ow I came back.

My fiance and I went into Ashley&'s in Bolingbrook looking a bedroom set. The whole thing, all 8 pieces, headboard, footboard, 2 nightstands, dresser, chest of drawers, mirror, and bedframe. When we got there we dealt with Dan, the store manager. He was nice enough but I could tell he was only nice because he was in sales mode. we ended up buying one of the more expensive bed sets in the store, as well as a TV stand and we were told they would be delivered June 26th. We ended up returning the TV stand later that week and Chad, the district manager, facilitated this. We never received any notice 48 hours before our delivery of the bed set. We had to call on the 26th to see what was up and it turns out the person who processed the Visa refund had cancelled the whole order and refunded the entire order. Ok, mistakes happen, no real harm done. The new delivery date was set for July 1st. Upon delivery the driver said that &"this is not a new set, someone has already sent it back&". In what universe is it good customer service to try and deliver a bed set that another customer has refused and try and pass it off as new?? So we sent it back on the truck. We again set up a new delivery date of July 7th. On the 7th the delivery team was late (25 minutes which is not a huge deal but there was no heads up and we could not get anyone on the phone) and they brought a couple of pieces off the truck and they were again damaged. We again denied delivery and sent it back. After both failed delivery attempts we attempted to contact the store. Both times Chad and Dan gave us the run around about how it will be taken care of. Dan especially made the point that they would have someone inspect it before putting it on the truck. This obviously did not happen. Finally we had had enough and wanted a refund. We were told that we could not get a refund because the person who processes them was out of office until Thursday. I find it very strange that only one person that works there can process refunds. Dan again tried to give us the run around on how he would make it right and how he will take care of us. But when we showed up to get out refund he played stupid and pretended he did not know what was going on and had no knowledge of a failed delivery even though we had just been on the phone about it two days prior. A very big deal was made about providing a refund and Linda, the office manager, said that she was too busy to do it. Finally I believe a refund has been given. It is not hard to provide decent customer service. under promise and over deliver and communication go a very long way. At every step of the process with Ashley we were met with unprofessionalism. It is impossible to get someone on the phone even after an hour and a half of trying. Without customers there would be no Ashley&'s, you will be losing one after all of this and I will never do business with this company again. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in regards to this store.

Been waiting to receive a refund since Feb. (Five months) for a returned . I have been to the store 5 times. Each time I am told that it wasn’t filled but that that person will do it. It never has happened. Please give me my refund.
I went to the Ashley in Bolingbrook. I ordered a mattress for my bed in Feb. When it arrived I didn&'t like it and sent it back. I called the company and they said if I didn&'t unwrap it and wouldn&'t accept it I would be getting a refund in six weeks. That was five months ago. I have called customer service 25 times. Each time I am told it will be refunded. When?
The staff and management are very professional and accommodating. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend Dan and the entire staff. Very pleasant environment - I would refer this location to any and everyone that is looking for good furniture.
Not a great experience. The doors were locked until 10 minutes after they were set to open and once I got in the store it took almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged, even though I was the only customer. I went in to order a specific replacement part and had already contacted customer service for a part number and price so the process should have been easy. The associate was nice but had literally no idea how to order the part even with all of the information that was provided. Eventually I was able to order but the whole process took longer than it should.

The staff was super helpful and patient. The only downside was long delivery times, but as that is definitely not in the workers control I have zero complaints from our visit. Thanks, guys, for making the daunting task of furnishing a home more pleasant.

Furniture is beautifully displayed in the store. The home office and dining room set is high quality and beautiful to look at. The price is affordable for the quality. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. The no-interest payment plan is great.
The staff overall was pleasant. Allowing you to browse at your pace. Sharing if asked about promo. The check out was a little long. However I am still looking forward to doing more business.

We went in looking for dining room chairs and all of the sales associates were super friendly and helpful. We also found a coffee table set that we loved, and it was the last one so they were very helpful in taking care of both purchases. Additionally, I had ordered a couch online and that purchase and delivery went super smooth.

I spent a few hours at Ashley Bolingbrook and found the sales person to be fantastic. He was patient as I tried each type of couch/sectional and he listened to my needs. He answered all questions knowledgeably and never said I do not know to any question. He made sure I found exactly the right choice for me and never once made me or my daughter feel like we needed to hurry or be faster in making a decision. He was able to provide pros and cons to all options. I would highly recommend Dan Choi to anyone looking for furniture in the Bolingbrook area.

I should have checked all bad reviews you had prior coming to shop here!Do not waste your $ buying their EXTENSIVE AND POOR QUALITY furniture neither make the mistake to buy their extended warranty through GBS Enterprises LLC, my dinning table got very bad in less than a year despite all the care we always had, and when calling to honor the insurance or manufacturer warranty for fixing or replacement the damaged furniture, after calling their horrendous customer service numbers for several times and after keeping on hold for a long period of time and giving me diff versions each time I called, they finally found all type of excuses to deny my claimI also tried doing to the store directly seeking for some help and they were useless! at the end they limit themselves to say that they just "sell" and once the furniture leaves the store there is "nothing they can do" ...really?The worse customer experience ever! I am not buying from them again, THEY SUCK!!

If it was possible to give no stars i would. I have had the absolute worse experience i have ever dealt with from any company in my entire life. I went into the store in March to buy a bedroom set for my son and spoke to Daniel Williams. I paid to have my items delivered to me and was told they would be delivered and assembled the following week. 1 day before the original delivery date I received a call from Ashley Furnitures customer service saying there will be a delay in the delivery. Then 2weeks from that date my its were delivered and they didn't bring my dresser. They told me it wasn't on the list to be delivered then I called in to customer service and was told my items were listed as a store pick up, I expressed to the customer service rep I asked for and paid to have my items ordered and delivered and she told me "well I'm sorry that happened to you but that store is closed I don't know what to tell you" she also went on to say I will send an email to the person who is in charge of the emails there and see if they will change the status of my order. I never received an email or a call in the 48hours I was asked to allow them to respond. I went through this process at least 10 times and got no where. All of the calls are recorded and I would understand if I was rude or disrespectful to have someone hang up on me 3 different times it just shows the lack of ownership and how much they truly value their customers. I would expect this kind of mishandling and mistreatment from a smaller scale mom and pop furniture store but for Ashley furniture to be one of the largest and well-known companies in the world i expected to be treated better than what I have ever experienced. Today is May 1,2020 and I still haven't received a call or the rest of my order to resolve this matter. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
ASHLEY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND HAVE POOR QUALITY FOR THEIR PRICES. I bought a living room furniture set from Ashley. Three of the four pieces have a bad defect. They have tried to replace the pieces twice, but the replacements are just as bad and even worse than the set I have now. I have gone into the store who pushed me to customer service. I have reached out to customer service who has repeatedly lied about following up on this or calling my back. They are hung up on me several times. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with any Ashley Furniture stores.

No customer service at all. The manager does nothing. Nobody communicates between departments and can’t reach anyone by phone. They tried to deliver the wrong table and I refused it and still no credit a month later. Horrible place and they don’t care. Our couch cushions are very bad and they fixed them once already. The foam is not bouncing back up and fabric wrinkles. Never had this with other furniture and it was not cheap. Nobody will give you a direct phone number.
Having a horrible experience trying to get furniture delivered that I purchased 2 weeks ago. Multiple delivery dates have been cancelled without notifying.
Abigail was such a wonderful sales representative. She showed us every leather couch in the store to show us all of our options. She answered all of our questions and went over all financial options. She was super friendly and always had a smile on her face. I definitely will go to her for future sales.

The place was very nice but they just seemed very busy. The person that was helping us was a manager and handed us off to another employee. Then the employee that was helping us kept telling us to hold on or she would be right back. I got the price match guarantee but I dont think I would visit there again.
My sales agent was perfect! Also, the young lady that takes the payments. They were very sweet individuals. She helped me beyond expectation. I am so excited and cannot wait to have my things delivered!!!

Ordered a 5 ft.x 8 ft.rug as stated on the receipt. Went to pick up at the warehouse a week later. The rug was 5ft x 7 ft. .The warehouse said we had to go back to store where we purchase to get a refund. Went back to the store they would not give refund without a 10 pct. cancellation fee and said there was only a one inch difference between a 7ft and and 8ft rug??? Paid cancellation fee. On the way out I measured the rugs on the showroom floor there were no rugs that were 5 x 8. All 5 x 7 Never coming back and will warn all of my friends.
The staff was so helpful and informative. Keylin helped us get the perfect bedset and living room furniture needed for our new house. So glad we decided to go to Ashley for their great selection. Highly recommend and will definitely return for future purchases. Drove 25 miles to this location and have no regrets.

Very accommodating salespersons
Avoid this store at all cost. The salesperson and manager are not knowledgeable about their own products. Took 3 attempts/deliveries to finally order all the correct parts. Salesperson tried to add extended warranty to the sale without notifying. I have purchased from Ashley’s before and have always had a wonderful experience including upstate New York. This by far was more painful than purchasing vehicle.

Extremely sleazy and unprofessional. Absolutely avoid this store! Why? Read below. After looking at furniture in December I decided to purchase a bedroom set the following day-everything seemed ok up to this point. I was out of town and asked if I could complete the sales order over the phone. Eventually they agreed to process the transaction over the phone which ended up taking more than an hour of time to complete (red flag #1). Upon processing the transaction I was informed the price would be $100 more than I was quoted in the store because sales rep Joyce entered something incorrectly (red flag #2). I understand mistakes can happen so simply paid the difference and accepted a delivery date in two weeks. At first delivery date my bedroom set arrived and I was informed they shipped three side boards and no footboard so I was left sleeping on an unstable bedframe for two weeks until they could deliver the footboard and screw together the frame. (red flag #3) Again understanding mistakes can happen I asked to have the delivery fee credited back to me and was told to call the store which I did with no response. (red flag #4) Prior to delivery date two I called the customer service line to ensure the missing supports under that mattress were delivered with the missing footboardfootboard-I was ensured they would be delivered. On delivery date two the footboard arrived with no supports and no record that I spent 45 minutes on the phone the week prior to ensure things were delivered correctly. (red flag #5) I was told by customer service they would overnight the missing hardware and I asked to speak with a supervisor with no call back. (red flag #6) I called the store again multiple times and left multiple messages again the following day, again with no call back (red flag #7). I was also informed the next day the hardware would take 2-4 weeks to arrive because it comes from the factory. (red flag #8) I now have a third delivery date scheduled and this purchase has cost more in lost time than I paid for the bedroom set. I also am sleeping on an unsafe bed. I'm sharing this experience to help others avoid a similar situation, my advice is to stay far away from this bottom tier store with zero customer service and no accountability. I'll update this review after delivery three.

We were there for 2 hours just for end tables and coffee table, we chose the ones we wanted within 15 min of being in the store so the rest of the time was all on them finishing things up I guess. They were friendly and polite. The manager was great but the other workers seem to need abit more experience. Overall it was ok.
Avoid this store as much as possible! Horrible experience. We bought our daughters furniture durkng thankSgiving for her Christmas Present, it’s end of January and Ashley has not come to assemble this yet. So after numerous calls to customer service with every call assuming me that the delivery and assembly will be done that week, it never happened. They made 4 delivery attempts bringing defective and incomplete parts of the bed, then ordering parts which would driver separately. All these parts have been sitting in mybdhave been aighters room without being assempbled. When I called them again once all parts finally delivered, They send a third party(saw company) with incorrect details who thought was coming fOr repairing bookcase which truest was bed assembly with bookcase. When I called customer service again and agAin requesting confirmation that someone is looking into , they said their process is poor that no one knows what other departments are working on for this order. Thhis has been so frustrating for us as it’s been 3 months and my daughter is still without her bed, which I spend so much money on. ThIs company only focuses on sales and orders, not fulfillment! Which is to much extremelly poor work ethics and they should close down. Don’t buy here even if it shows lesser price, it’s not worth it.

I didn't like this place because of sales associate was constantly folowing us and pushing us to make purchase. I told him we're not in rush. He left us and came back again which I wasn't feeling free myself. I don't like that kind of sales associates and it makes me feeling not to buy. They're kind of rushing you to buy. That's why i didn't want to buy because of it broke my mood. Please teach your workers not to give pressure to decide customers with their constant following like a glue or sticker. I will never come to this place again and don't recommend anyone. If you love to talk and discuss everything with sales associates then go ahead here.

Before going to this store I went to another 3 Furniture stores but nothing really excited. I like this store because almost almost everything was 20%Off expected some mattress. I did a Big purchase, everything for my new Condominium.

We ordered a sectional to be delivered 12/21, the sectional came damaged. Delivery was rescheduled to 12/29 as we decided to change some of the lay out after seeing the couch in our space. The delivery people no showed on 12/29 and when I called on 12/30 was told they rescheduled delivery for today 1/4. Once again our delivery people no showed. Customer service was not helpful in explaining the reason for 2 no shows and they claim the furniture will be here before the end of the day, 5 hours outside my delivery window. They don’t seem to care that we sat at home all day on the 29th and all morning today waiting for furniture that was not coming. I was getting ready to purchase a bedroom set from Ashley as well but since they have screwed up three deliveries of my original order already, I will be shopping elsewhere. Poor customer service to day the least. They have wasted enough of my time. Ashley makes many promises that they don’t keep. Take your business elsewhere.
Just browsing and found a sofa I like but going to try the clearance warehouse in Romeoville first. But, DW was very helpful in explaining the difference in quality and comfort at the same time. He definitely convince me to shop around but knew I would be back to buy the one I like. He is right! Now, that's a salesman oppose to just making a sale
Horrendous customer service!! We have purchased our $8,000 furniture from this location. We recently purchased couches and a mattress and our purchase was cancelled when we called to ask a question about delivery. After spending hours talking to many different associates we were able to get our delivery reinstated. We were suppose to have our delivery today which we confirmed on Friday. They cancelled our delivery again and didn’t tell us until we called to see where our furniture is at. They told us we now have to wait until next Sunday to receive the delivery that didn’t come today. We now don’t have furniture for our New Years party this week. This is completely unacceptable and had been a horrendous experience from start to finish.
I went in with my wife to purchase a couch for my in laws. To be honest I hate furniture stores I have had so many bad experiences with them in the past. Also I work in sales and most furniture salespeople are just annoying. Daniel Montoya welcomes us I did my usual and kind of brushed him aside so we could find the couch we were looking for. He came over to check on us and started his sales pitch. I let him talk because he was not picky in any way. He was giving good information about the couch and the making of it. Good solid sales pitch without being pushy. He gave us a deal on the delivery as well. Overall great salesman and very good customer service. 5 stars they get from me.

The worst experience ever with this store! They tell us one price for the coffe table but after delivery it was different price and different table that we wanted besides of this they send the wrong piece from the bed everything is wrong with our purchase and even the exchange of the wrong piece from the bed that should be replaced today nobody came or call us. They said our purchase is 5500$ actually is 8000$ and also they don’t have return policy at all, if you are not satisfied with the purchase you can not return it and the consultant didn’t aware us of this. The stuff is horrible in the store they blaming on each other we didn’t came with any solution after going in the store many times to clarifying this. Also the furniture came with scratches and their solution was to paint it are you kidding ?! you are paying for the new furniture and that’s their solution . I will never ever consider or recommend to our family this store,was a big mistake to go there!

I bought a bedroom set at the Naperville store, and was sent the wrong items. Asked about getting them changed out and was given the run around for over 2 months. Between wasting countless hours in the phone and in store to accomplish nothing. Then I went to the Bolingbrook store and thought it was figured out. Nope, sent me the correct bed base but forgot half of the necessary materials. Along the wrong narrow dresser. All the delivery guys could respond with was they could call customer service but they wouldn’t be able to help any further then that. This entire company is a joke. I have wasted hours in the phone just to get hung up when they “transfer” me. Not to mention my lost wages taking days off to be here to get the wrong furniture.
Horrible customer service, went into the store to buy bed n the guy says well your going to buy this , I'm like excuse me you paying for this you have to be out of your mind to speak to me in such a way n get me out of my godly character. He backed off. Then my husband n I just left. Found another store n we paid 600 for orthopedic bed instead of 6k.
Items delivered were all damaged in some way. I've been trying to call the store for assistance and after being on hold numerous times due to their phone hanging up on me I am beyond frustrated and will not be buying from them again. So disappointed in quality and service.
Would rate zero stars if I could. If you love a store with no return policy or respect for their customers, you'll love this store. Bought a bedroom set from this location. The 20 year old sales person was young and inexperienced. She didn't know how to read the store's own misleading sign that showed a set price with a list of items, but all of the items were not included in that price which makes zero sense and is a terrible way to try and scam your customers, but my husband liked the set enough that we still bought it. It was delivered 3 days later, and 3 out of the 4 pieces arrived damage, however I didn't see it until an hour after the delivery men left and they scratched my hard wood flooring, I called multiple times to multiple numbers and took forever to get through - after my poor experience from the time we spoke to the sales woman to the time it was delivered and poorly assembled and damaged, I just wanted a refund. One way or another I got through to the store manager Jenna who promised me three calls back after about a dozen times trying to reach her in a 2 week period - not one was returned. Funny for a situation like mine that she claimed is so rare, my satisfaction or at the very least picking up a phone didn't matter to her. I had asked during one of the calls to speak to someone above her and she said she was the only person I could talk to. My last phone call with her, she urged me not to keep calling because she's got this and she will take care of it, to which I replied that my situation isn't important enough for anyone else to follow up with me on it, so that is why I called so many times and why I have to waste my time explaining how my hard earned money that I spent at this poor excuse of a store is important to me - but here we are over 2 weeks later and she never returned the call that she was supposed to return within 3 hours (according to her). I went on here and saw the email address that a person kept leaving on the bad reviews on here, reached out and was able to get a hold of corporate who couldn't do anything different for me besides actually return a phone call. They offered to replace the set, give me a store credit, and refund the delivery; but as I stated, after my poor experience, I just wanted my money back. They don't allow refunds after the item is delivered (you can request a refund before you receive a product which basically is if you change your mind, not because the company and the product failed all of your expectations when you received the product) no way, no how, no matter how much money you spend, you aren't a valued customer to them, you're just a dollar sign walking in the door. Oh and if you check the online store, most items are less money (but the store won't match the prices though) and they actually have a refund policy, (so much for consistency in the company) like most places that value and respect their customers - not that I condone buying from this company as a whole, but if you are going to, at least do yourself a favor. I'm stuck with my bedroom set, and learned a valuable lesson to never shop here again. Thank goodness we didn't buy the couch we were looking at too!

Purchased a bedroom set from them and it came damaged. The delivery guys got upset that I said take the bad furniture back and became very rude. We scheduled a time for them to bring the new furniture back and all they did was repair the broken stuff and lie to me and tell me it was brand new. After showing them pictures of the evidence they stopped arguing. Now one wants to take the furniture back and they keep giving me the run around about a refund. Call corporate, no call the store, or sorry the manger is to busy to talk right now. Now the store is hanging up the phone on me or keeping me on hold for 45 min so I had to just dispute the charge with the credit card. What an absolute joke of a store and professionalism. Will never be back!!

On Saturday I went to this store and an associate by the name of Keylin helped me purchase a recliner. I've purchased furniture from this store in the past, and Keylin helped me back then as well, so I was happy to see she still worked there. Anyway, by the time I woke up on Sunday, I changed my mind about what I bought and I went back to see Keylin and she helped me cancel my order and buy what I really wanted! She made the process so painless...I'm totally happy with my decision now, and I cannot wait for my furniture to come next week. I highly recommend this Ashley location, and I highly recommend asking for Keylin to assist you with all of your furniture needs. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and very very helpful.
Terrible customer service and lack of organization! I honestly don&'t understand how they&'re still in business. Please take your furniture needs to somewhere else. We purchased a sofa set only to be notified after they delivered half of it, that the rest of the couch was discontinued! NO ONE cared to inform us and we would&'ve waited until November for a couch we bought in August to know that it was not being delivered. We found this out after we called to inquire on the estimated delivery date!They arranged a pickup and was supposed to credit our Ashley credit card for the returns &"on the day of pickup&" which was mid-October. November statement comes and still no credit!
i came in looking for a living room and ended up buying a living room, dining room, and a mattress and she was great and so kind and was most patient with me!! I highly recommended asking for Nicole she's 10/10!! :) you won't be sorry!

I purchased a house full of furniture from this location. It took over 2 months time to receive all the furniture. The reasoning each time the furniture was either broken or damage. I was speaking to Sharon I guess she's from corporate. She has not reached out to resolve the final issue. I have to keep contacting others to receive a call from her. The furniture comes damaged, and you have to keep scheduling as if you have time. We was told that someone comes out to repair minor damages, and we have not seen, or heard from no one. It's been over 3 weeks now. The attitude on the situation from Ashley's is we screwed up so deal with it. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
I purchased a bedroom set from this location. A Sales Rep by the name of Lee assisted me, and he was very profesional. I am very pleased with my bedroom set. The quality is very good and priced even better. I would recommend this location, and I would request for the sales rep by the name of Lee.

Absolutely horrible customer service we are still waiting for our furniture set that was supposed to be delivered in July they keep giving us a roundabout answer of why it&'s not been delivered yet. Talk to a lady named Connie who said she would get back to me three weeks later still hasn&'t returned my call. Talk to corporate they can&'t do anything but try and ensure that it&'ll be delivered and then the day before delivery we get a call saying it&'s on back order again! This is happened to us at least eight times! Take your money somewhere else... this has been such a frustration!!

It was to be delivered on a certain date. Never got it. I asked them to just redeliver to my front door-they said it was against their policy. We brought a bedroom set, and dining room set with lamps etc... The bedroom set was damaged. We only have the mattress and 2 night stands, in which the box spring is damaged.The table to the dining room set was damaged as well. We have chairs with no table. We called, and they informed us that someone will call and schedule a delivery date. We should have had everything on the truck today. Which we was informed that we had to wait a week later for our dresser already as well. We was looking forward to enjoying our new furniture in our new home. Unfortunately, thanks to you that will not happen today....
My wife and I were on the prowl for furniture and walked into Ashley after perusing the website. We wanted to "test drive" the ones we saw online. We walked in and were greeted by Keylin who made us feel at ease from the first moment. She wished us well on the search and asked us not to hesitate if we needed help. We did a round of the store, didn't see what we were looking for and who should we see, but Keylin, she appeared right when we needed her. She suggested a few pieces and helped us on deciding upon a couch. And as you do, she asked if we needed anything else and were were also in the market for a mattress. Low and behold, due to her expertise as a sleep expert, she was able to set us up with a mattress and everything that we need. Keylin is a professional, through and through. We are really excited to get our new furnishings and hope you all get a chance to work with Keylin, you will not be let down!

I bought a couch and was to be delivered on Sept 3, never received a call to tell us we would not be getting it. We called and then was told it never made it on the truck and was told new delivery date of Sept 14, which was unacceptable to begin with. I was told they had no clue where the couch was and would call back well never got that call back. So today I call to find out more Sept 6 and then was told I could not get it now until Sept 18, I can tell you beyond frustrated with the lack of care/ customer service so I went to cooperate head quarters with my call and still go the same date of Sept 18. All in all I canceled the order and I would never buy another thing from Ashley and I will warm everyone not to as well. I find they are just looking to make the sale and could careless after they make it.

I bought furniture and paid in full about 1month and half ago and this is the 4th time they rescheduled, I have taken days off at work to get my furniture delivered and they never showed up or a call to let me know, I called today and they changed the dates for another week. Beyond DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Awful experience here. Sales person was ok but lied about discount that was being offered. Said they were "helping" offering up a discount that was already supposed to be applied. Then when we asked for anything they could throw in with a possible 5k purchase. They said we could have a set of wooden dice for free but with them we would HAVE to pay for the protection plan which was an extra $400.00. So a set of $50 dice was thrown in for "free" but we could not say no to the protection plan. Then the next day I was flooded with calls about getting approved for more money and we could get a deal done for you. Please stay far away, lots of other good furniture places. Bob's discount furniture on roosevelt road has ice cream and coffee and water. Much nicer and friendly staff and much better deals and prices. Get a lot more for your dollor. I'll never go or even offer ashley as a possibility to friends or family. Wish I could give 0 stars because they don't deserve any other rating.
Worked with a sales person named Frank and brought two Wall Arts from him and he stated if we do not like them we can return them foe a 10% restock fee. As soon as we got him the wall art was not what the wife wanted as the two same art work did not match, keep in-mind that they are both the same art work but the color from both are different. So we decided to call the store to see if they can match the two wall arts and if they can not then we will return. Talk to Frank and he said come come on in and we will try to match or we can return. When we got there we had to wait for about 45 mins for Frank. Finally when he was free we told him we just want to return and get a refund at this point he told us to talk to the store manager Wally. Wally was very rude and said he can not do anything that we will need to call Customer Service. So I called at the store and Customer Service told me they can not do anything for us to go to the store, I told her we are at the store and the Manager is very rude and told us to call them. At that point she told me the Store will have to take care of it so I went back to Wally and Frank to let them know. I told both of them what was said and then Wally the store manager said he will have to talk to someone else that his store does not know how to do returns. At this point I am mad and told him look I have Frank recorded on our phone call saying it was ok to return and it will be a 10% restocking fee which I was ok with. Wally again very rude was mad that I had played the recording of his sales guy saying I can return the product. So he tells me to take the products with me and come back in two days for the refund. I refused and told him I will leave it with him and i will not take them back with me and for him to call me when the refund is completed. Two weeks later I never received a call from Wally or Frank and had to call them to get a status of the refund. When I call Frank he said for me to wait for Wally as he will not be in till Thursday and he did not know the status of the refund and he could not help me out. So I had to call Customer Service again for them to say they do not know what has been done for me to call the store and I had to explain this is going nowhere because the store manager never called me with a update. I ask if they can do a conference call with me so they can get answers and she did. As soon as she called she contacted the account manager and was told the refund so be coming to us in a few days. I will never ever deal with Frank or Wally in the Bolingbrook location as they are not professional and should not be working for Ashley's and I made sure to let my community know not to shop there.
We went there to look at some sofas and the young saleperson who showed us around was really slow, but I cut him some slack because he seemed to be quite new. When we asked him for a price, instead of just finding the right pieces to give us a price he entered my contact details into their system, which took a long, long time. The pieces turned out to be too expensive so we left the store. So for not great but ok, young salesperson, deserves a break. But now I’ve started getting automated text messages and calls for the pieces we looked at, trying to confirm the delivery date for something we definitely did not order. Very negative experience, would not recommend this store. There are so many better furniture stores around.

Normally I would not write a review like this because I understand mistakes happen, but I have been dealing with Ashley Furniture for a month now and I'm appalled by their customer service. I ordered a bed a month ago and we are still sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Between missing pieces and cancelled appointments and countless calls to customer service it has been a nightmare. We have wasted so much time and money we were over it and just wanted them to take the bed set back and they wouldn't even do that without a fee. I would have put it together myself but it didn't even come with directions!! Hopefully it won't be another month before I can stop sleeping on the floor! Update: They came again today. Aug 25th. Still not fully done.

The furniture was really nice, but I took off one star because the sales people hover too much. It made us uncomfortable and felt pushy. They are just doing their job but it would have been nice to look around on our own first. We left before buying because we didn't want to spend $700 without thinking about it. Some people don't even really know what they want until they see it.

Poor quality. Furniture doesn’t last a year. When you call for warranty, they schedule a home visit months out then don’t bother to call back with results. When calling to check on the claim, the say “normal wear and tear”. My place is a museum.... no wear and tear here. Not buying their garbage anymore.
We worked with Orieta and let me just say she's absolutely great! She knows what she's doing with customer service. When I first arrived to Ashley Furniture I was approached by a few people and said I was just looking then came across a table I was interested in. She gave me the details and wasn't rude or pushy. When my order arrived I absolutely loved it minus one small issue with one of the chairs. Orieta and the management team at Ashley's quickly resolved the issue. Orieta has been wonderful throughout the whole process and we will continue to work with her!

Got our delivery date, when we called to check on it they couldn't find us in the system and were told no delivery was scheduled.. so it was pushed back another week.. received our bill before furniture was delivered. Yesterday we finally received some, not all of it. Few broken pieces, and they messed up our hardwood floor when setting up a couch. Delivery guy was rushing us to sign the paperwork and telling us to call repair place because he doesn't do that, he only delivers. Had to call to now wait another week for a repair... and still waiting for someone to call us back about fixing our floor. What a joke! They only care about the sale and nothing else after!
Avoid this location. I’ve purchased from the Naperville location on Route 59 and 75th Street and they were fine, so I figured this location would also be fine, but it wasn’t. We decided to purchase an oversized chair and ottoman and have had nothing but problems. The initial sale took almost an hour to write up because we worked with a new sales person who refused to ask for help. He also added on a $100 extended warranty even though we told him we didn’t want it. We didn’t notice this until later - we just handed him our credit card because we just wanted to get out of there. I later went back to the store to get this taken off as well as a price adjustment for the items themselves because we found them for less from another local store. We made our purchase on 3/24 and our chair was delivered the next day as promised. The ottoman was promised to be delivered on 3/30. When I went to get the price adjusted, I double checked the delivery date and they still said 3/30. I went back the following day to see about adding on a couple of side tables to our order that I saw on my way out from the previous day, but now they said the ottoman wouldn’t be available until 4/9. (We didn’t purchase the side tables because they wouldn’t be available until the middle of May.) When the ottoman was finally delivered, the delivery guy was rude. For some reason, he unwrapped the ottoman on our front porch even though we answered the door right away and welcomed him inside. He set the ottoman down where we wanted it and upon inspection, there was a huge hole and dirt on one of the corners (probably from unwrapping it on our brick front porch). I told him to take it back and he obliged. He said we would get a call in 15 minutes or so. Over 24 hours later we still hadn’t heard from anyone. I decided to called the store and the woman put me on hold for 10 minutes because she had to research this incident because the delivery guy didn’t alert the store to this happening. I asked when we would be able to get a new ottoman and the woman said they won’t have another in stock until June! We’ll likely be cancelling our order due to the terrible customer service we received.
I went into Ashley today to look at a dining Room set that I saw onine. I was promptly, and enthusiastically greeted by Keylin Montalvan. Right away I felt lucky to have her as my Sales Consultant. She knew exactly what I was looking for. She even price-matched the online promotional price. Keylin, and Ashley completely exceeded my expectations today. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes as well!

This is the second Ashley store I've been in on my search for new living room furniture. Both visits (here and Broadview), I was barely greeted by a salesrep. I appreciate them not being pushy, but at least offer some assistance or point me in the right direction. They were no where to be found or walked right by me. I walked the store on my own and walked right out with my money.
I was looking for a young girls white bed that I saw on Ashley's Instagram and went to this location since the bed was available there (the one by my house didn't have much of a selection for kids rooms). There were no issues purchasing the item and was scheduled for delivery. On the first delivery, once the bed was taken out of the box, it was damaged and stained. The delivery crew took the bed back and had me signed for a refusal of delivery. Ashley rep called me the next day to find out what the issue was. I sent her the pictures that I had taken of the damages and she put in another order for delivery. She said she would note to have the items checked first to ensure it wasn't damaged when delivered the next time. I waited four hours for the delivery and when it arrived, it was not in a box but rather wrapped in a moving blanket. I asked the delivery man why were the items being delivered like that and asked if they were used. He stated they were checked first to ensure there was no damage so since it was already taken out of the box and that's how they had to deliver. Once in the bedroom to be put together, I noticed damages to the bed. When I questioned him, he said the items are sent from China and that's the way they are. I told him to hold on so that I can contact my husband to see if he still wanted us to keep the bed and I also made them aware that I was going to call the store to see what they can do. The rep over the phone said they would send a technician to view and repair if it was possible, otherwise they would ship another bed. When I went to the room to tell the delivery crew, they were gone. They had left with the bed and without notifying me, leaving my door wide open. I called Ashley again to make them aware and she put me on hold while she contacted them. Well, they LIED. They said I refused the bed because it was out of the box. She said she could send them back and I told her no. I didn't want dishonest people at my house especially when they just lied about the whole incident. Thinking back, I believe that was the original bed that I had refused since the damages were almost in the same area. About 3 weeks later, I returned to the store to get a refund. I made them aware the debit card initially used had been reported lost and that I had a new one. They said in order for me to get a refund I needed a letter on company letterhead from the bank stating that my card ending with the last four digits had been reported lost and a new one with the last four digits was issued. I went to the bank and they informed me they do not provide letters as the one requested and also stated my new debit card had my name on it that matched my drivers license. They said they can open a case requesting a refund. I called Ashley and they said the only way to get my refund was by submitting the letter and they were also freezing my refund so that the bank would not get it when requested. The young lady at Chase felt bad that I was going through such an ordeal when I had my receipt (with my name), my new debit card, and my drivers license with the same address when purchased that she decided to write the letter even when it was not something they would normally provide. I FINALLY got my refund and WILL NEVER SHOP at this location ever again!!! They hold your money hostage and make you jump through hoops to get it back.
Keylin was very helpful in making sure we got just the right furniture for our living room. She answered all of our questions and made our shopping experience enjoyable. Definitely recommend shopping with her at Ashley!

Do not buy furniture from Ashly Furniture!!!! We ordered sideboard, it's took them 3 weeks to get to us at the first time ( website promises 1 week only). First time the brought broken item not in a box and not covered in a Chicago snowing day!!! The invoice the was attached showed less of half of the price we paid!!! 7 attempt s later ( 4 hours window as well they will call only the day before so 7 days off). We finally got a "new" piece. Once the dishes are in the door can't get close?!?! We call Ashly Furinture again and they state the it's up to " Manufacturers standard ". Who is the manufacture ? Ashly Furinture. . . Under none of this time I felt like someone truly trying to help!! The result is $700 paid for damage furniture!!! Stay away much better option out there
We were shopping there today and had a professional, helpful salesman. They have many selections of furniture. It is cleaned, well lit and stocked with varies brands and price points. Some of the cheaper items appear cheap but there are numerous quality items. We plan to return.

Had a GREAT experience at this location. I highly reccomend Orieta! she made shopping with my toddler extremely easy and helped us complete paperwork very quickly. She has great input when choosing furniture and we cannot wait for our next purchase with her and this Ashley Furniture location!

After an unsuccessful trip to Ikea, we missed our exit and decided to check out Ashley HomeStore. As soon as we walked in, Orieta offered to help. She is a great listener and found us several options that fit what we were looking for and helped us make a well-thought decision. We purchased a sectional and the price included delivery, taxes, and a 5 year warranty that covers spills and accidents. Amazing value for the price! Will definitely be returning to this store for future furniture purchases and would recommend it to a friend.

5 stars only because of the assistance from our sales person Keylin Montalvan!!!! After multiple delivery no shows after rearranging our work schedules we were absolutely ready to cancel our order. She stepped in and made the delivery happen quickly and correctly finally.
The sales person was great, the mattress i bought is great, however I made a huge mistake by using Acceptance Now. They are trash! How are you not able to send customers proof of payment or a $0 balance letter??? Outrageous! Never again, i rather have credit card debt smh

The sales team is awful! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! They are so sales hungry and make huge mistakes on your order and then make you feel belittled and do nothing to fix it. We went in knowing what we want, didn’t ask for any discount or anything. We have bought furniture from them few years back. The salesman, Wendell, asked for assistance from another guy to locate the couch once they found it he quoted us “clerance” price and additional 20% off. They both said it was a great deal especially the other guy that had just sold a 5 piece set. He even gave Wendell the sku number. Wendell pulled it up on the computer and we all agreed on the product..the whole 2 piece couch. When it came to the delivery, Wendell offered discounted rate, approved by supervisor Rico. Great so far! When the delivery came they brought in one piece, instead of the 2....we bought L section. I called the store and Bridgette at customer services answered and she tried to tell me it’s my fault.... I didn’t look at my receipt and need to come in to buy the other piece. Why would I buy half of a couch? She was really rude and disrespectful. We refused the order and went back within the hour. The store manager, Jose, tried to tell us that the salesman is new and we can’t get away with $500 discount. His math didn’t add up at all. The previous day, his 2 salesmen said the couch was on clearance. They need to educate their team on service. Jose really made us feel disrespected and didn’t own up to their mistakes. We feel very tricked. We asked for the Regional Manager the next day and they would not give us his contact number, only his name Brandon. He never called, of course.
Chris helped us pick out a bed today and was awesome! He is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. He made our bed buying experience a great one! We will definitely be back to visit Chris for our next furniture buying experiences!

I started off a few months ago looking for a new mattress. I went to Art Van furinture first, and they had a limited selection of what I was looking for, but the salesmen was really nice and helpful. I then went over to Ashley’s furniture and saw they had a much better selection but a salesmen who was extremely pushy and rude. I ended up waiting a couple more months to do more research on what I was looking for and I’m so glad that I did. I ended up going back to Ashley’s at this time only because of their selections with mattresses and was greeted by Chris. Chris was absolutely wonderful and listened to what I was looking for and provided me with a couple different options. I ended up buying a new temperpedic mattress and I ended up buying a new bedroom set as well. Chris didn’t even try to get me to sell me on the bedroom set either. I saw it and fell in love, and added it to my list. Now fast forward, my couch ended up breaking and now was in the market for a new couch. Because of Chris, I went back to Ashley’s and not only bought a new couch, but a new coffee table, side table and lamp from him. If you are in the market for new furinture, you must go see Chris. He’s not pushy, he won’t try to sell you on anything else that you don’t need and he will listen to what you want. He’s awesome and knows what he’s doing and Ashley furinture is incredibly lucky to have him on their staff!

The staff is very accommodating. Rhonda, the manager, was incredibly helpful with a situation we had with our chairs. I am in customer service myself, and she went above and beyond to make sure our purchase went smoothly. I highly recommend this store!
