Very helpful sales staff, not at all pressuring. Nice selection, good prices and great delivery. Would buy from Turk Furniture again.

Update: 12/22/23After speaking with the finance company, they informed me there is no guarantee they will refund me.They will investigate based off any reports Turk furniture sends them. This would leave me with no couches and no guarantee of a refund.Turk will only take the couches back if I sign a form agreeing to the finance company being the only option of reimbursement.Don, the regional manager, once again got angry with me on the phone when I wouldn't comply to his requests. When I asked him for the reports of all the service calls done on my furniture he said word for word, "what is your endgame here?" He then said, "well I won't be doing that." In response to me asking for the tech reports again.I called the repair company and they said they are contracted with Turk so all reports are done after the service calls are made and given to Turk. In order for a customer to get copies they have to come from Turk Furniture.In short, Don is a hothead, and a liar.Update 12/19/23The regional manager met with the owner and it was agreed I would need to give the couches back to the furniture store before the process of my refund could take place. I was also informed Turk Furniture would not be refunding me since I financed the couches. They will pick up the couches, submit a report, and the finance company would refund me, but they don't know how long that will take. I requested documentation since nothing has been given to meIn writing other than my receipt of purchase.***********Turk sold me a couch that was so poorly made it's completely caved in and broken on one side. I've only owned it for 6 months. After 3 attempts of getting it fixed with almost no communication from the store, they are refusing to refund my money. The regional manager called me today and told me my only option is to take store credit. I don't want to deal with this store anymore! I told him I know a woman who was refunded her money and he said I was lying despite her having bank statements showing otherwise. Perhaps because she's white she got a refund, but I'm treated less than. He had the nerve to ask me what kind of communication I was wanting when I told him how poor it was. DONT BUY FROM TURK. What a horrible business. Family owned means NOTHING.

My wife and I purchased a set of couches from this store at the end of May 2023. Within 6 months the back of one of the couches started making so much noise no one wanted to sit in it. It was so loud it would wake our newborn. One side began caving in. The center seat is just a block of wood covered in fabric, and due to the seat next to it caving in, my wife hurt her knee when attempting to get comfortable to breast feed our newborn. We purchased the couches because we needed something comfy to sleep on rotating nights with our newborn as well as our moms to sleep on when they came to help. My wife went through a ton of calls, getting the run around, and finally just talked to the repair company who were more help than any single person from the store or corporate. FedEx dumped 2 massive boxes of parts on our front lawn in the rain and the store never let us know anything was coming nor the decision of what was to be done with our couch. A repairman finally came, added a new back part, and stuffed the seat. Within 2 days it started to cave in once again. The store has been zero help as usual, the repair company told us we could stuff it ourselves!!!! Now the other side of the couch is caving in. $1800 we are expected to pay in full to either be ignored or given half information we should know about damaged products we bought. Steer clear of this store!!! Luke the manager has yet to reach out to my wife nor anyone else.

Skip this place. I have heard many complaints about a sales staff that lie to get a sale and then reciprocate with underhanded assistance when there is a problem. Details? Okay, but the detail is not necessary. I purchased a kitchen table with a built in lazy Susan that does not meet the quality standard of the floor model. It's a beautiful table costing over $2300 with crossbow chairs. We also purchased a warranty on the finish if we used a product they recommended, pushing the cost higher. They would not help when we complained about the delivered table nor would they help when we found out the varnished finished deteriorated rather fast...and completely. Since I sanded and re-finished with 3 coats it it is fine. I also purchased a TV stand/ artificial fireplace combination that I was overcharged by 40%. I paid $1000 and found it for $600 two months later. I also bought a living room set that turned out to be cheaply built. I expected better but it was less than desirable. The sales lady clerk, Fitzpatrick I believe, lied about it all, even saying the fireplace was reduced at a closeout price. Poor sales and misrepresentation pulls down the rating of the experience. Otherwise I would give them 2 stars on the table, 3 stars on the fireplace, and 1 star on the living room set. It was a large sale ($4000) and I would have done business with them again but they blew it big time, where time would tell their mistakes. I will always be mad at this.
