I needed to buy a recliner for my husband that just came home from hospital & had major surgery. Luis was extremely helpful & showed me chairs I could pickup same day. He made the process quick & easy. The pickup at the back of store didn't go as well. My daughter & her boyfriend went to the back as the sign in front states, rang the bell & nothing. They came around front & waited for a woman to finish what she was typing before acknowledging them. They were told to go around back again & had to load the chair themselves which was already in two pieces. No one showed them exactly how it would need to go back together. It took some trial & error attempts but eventually was able to get it back together. You 10 Luis' at the store!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Broadview location. I purchased what I believed to be a two-piece sectional with a sleeper chaise, advertised both in-store and online for $1,299. However, upon delivery, I realized I had received the standard version of the sofa—listed at $999—not the sleeper I was promised. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the mistake until after the delivery team had left. I immediately contacted the store and corporate office to report the issue. The salesperson, Scott, misled me about the product, and when I asked for help, the store manager refused to correct the mistake. Now, they expect me to pay an additional $300 for the sleeper version. At the very least, they should adjust my total from $1299 to $999, reflecting the actual product I received. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Based on the dishonesty and lack of accountability I encountered, I cannot recommend shopping here. Customers deserve transparency—not deception—to make informed purchases.
