In-store service was great. It deserves zero star but can't go less than one to write a review. The one star is due to the out of store customer service if. Upon delivery we were advised that our furniture would not be able to fit the staircase with only two people carrying it and should decline the order. We declined the order and requested a refund on 24 Nov 25. 2 Dec followed up with Ashley Customer Service and found out that order was not cancelled. The agent created a ticket to cancel the order and another ticket to request a refund. 4 Dec received a text that my order is on the way. Declined the order again. 18 Dec, called number on invoice which I thought was the store and routed to customer service and the agent said he couldn't help and gave me a different number to call. That agent sent an email "allegedly" to elevate the issue, and I should hear something by the end of business day. 19 Dec called again, only notes on my account have been from 2 Dec and my order is still not cancelled, which is why a refund has not been issued. Every call I have asked to speak to a supervisor, and they have either not been in yet or otherwise busy.  I have not had an issue before but this is just absurd. Edit: the number provided in your response was concerning it was still customer service and now my fifth person that I had to explain what was going on. Even more concerning I was getting the same responses. Only positive I was transferred to the 6th person from Ashley to actually get this done. (Maybe we will see if I see it back in my bank) There is something in your cancelation/refund process that is severely broken.

Please use me as a cautionary tale. Whatever you do, do not buy furniture of any kind from this Ashley or any other. Not only is it over priced and low quality, they delivered damaged furniture not once, twice, even three times. FOUR times in a row they showed up with furniture that was damaged. Dealing with their customer service is a nightmare and they do nothing to try and fix their mistakes. As if this wasn’t enough, after about a year of owning our bedroom set, we discovered there were powder post beetles living in the wood. We then learned this is a recurring problem with Ashley. Once again, they refused any kind of assistance or refund. We eventually had to throw out thousands of dollars worth of furniture or risk an infestation in our house. Please, do not buy anything from Ashley Furniture. Ever. I am not one to post negative reviews, but felt people need to be warned. This place is the worst customer service you will ever experience, and their crappy furniture will only cost you money and headaches.

Purchased the ishanti bedroom set and it is completely infested with powderpost beetles. Wasted thousands of dollars I don’t have. Quick google search of “Ashley Furniture PowderPost beetles” and tons of other people dealing with the exact same issue. Multiple people who purchased the exact same bedroom set also finding the beetles and holes. Not only disgusting but also terrified that this wood eating beetle has spread into my wood floors of my first home.

I would avoid this place at all costs, especially if you’re using Acima. The manager, Nicole, does not return phone calls, and the Hispanic sales associate (I forgot his name) added a protection plan to my account that I did not ask for. When I tried to have it removed, they avoided my calls completely. I’ve been trying to reach the manager multiple times, and of course, she never returned my call. This store is awful. They add protection plans likely because they receive some type of commission and then make it nearly impossible to correct the issue. Do not shop at the Broadview location. It has been the biggest scam experience I’ve had with a furniture store.
