I have never bought furniture here before & thought I would give them a try. I was helped right away but the problem was that there furniture is over priced for the kind of customer service that's being offered! I was told that my furniture would be delivered on the 7th & then the sales representative said I'm sorry I can do the 11th. When the 11th came I waited all day & no phone call no furniture! My husband went into the store & before he said anything the sales representative that helped us said "hello how do you like your furniture?" Is everything ok?" My husband said we never got our furniture he said "it was supposed to be delivered today" he looked in his computer & said sorry about that your delivery date was moved to November 19th. My husband said no one called me & why would you tell me this date if they were going to move the date. The sales representative said "Sir the ETA is November 19th. My husband said ok so the ETA is the expected date for the furniture to come to the store so when is it supposed to come to my house? The sales representative replied no later than the 20th. My husband said I want to cancel my order. A manager came & asked why did we want to cancel we explained the situation & was told "that's not a reason to cancel". Then they said if we keep our order they would take off $100. My husband said no deal I just went to Value City & they knocked off $1000 & gave me free delivery can you beat that? The Manager said no sir because our furniture has better quality. Yeah but your customer service sucks & for the amount you charge you lie to much. $5,000 is alot to spend & be lied too.

I just received a notice that my card was charged for $2500. I made a purchase 3 weeks ago and someone charged my account today from this store. I keep calling the store and there is no answer.
I bought a couch from them , & the people in store were great and very informative with everything. Made the experience great. The guys that came and set everything up at home were quick and super friendly. My only complaint is that I had an extra piece I wanted to return since it felt to long on one side , & not even an hour after they left they couldn’t accommodate me on that.

First coffee table delivered marble was shattered. Took 2 months. Ashley home store customer service number is useless. Never can speak with a live agent. Still waiting over 3 months for a coffee table. Then was ordered for new delivery today (over 1 month from when they sent damaged product) but cancelled without notification and rescheduled ? 1 month later. I would go somewhere else. You might have to pay a little more but at least you will receive what you purchased and get likely get better customer service. Very disappointed If someone from Ashley response please respond with a contact number where I can speak to live agent. Thanks.

My bed was delivered and set up Ashley delivery company. The same day the beds support plank buckled because the legs supporting it were all different sizes. This caused all the weight to be placed upon one single leg. I took delivery on 5/27/23. As of today 5/15/24 Im still getting the run around. We had to remove the platforms under the mattress and now it’s supported by the floor. I was told pieces would be sent out numerous times and still haven’t received anything.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the Ashley furniture on Cicero. I’d recently purchased a bunk bed and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. Firstly, the salesman, Ethan Alvarez, failed to mention that the bunk bed needed to be disassembled to other staff causing unnecessary hassle when I’d come to pick it up. Additionally, despite receiving $545 in credit, which was confirmed through seven separate letters, Ashley Furniture failed to acknowledge it. Furthermore, previous deliveries were marred by defective items that were not adequately repaired or replaced. To top it off, after these deliveries, empty boxes were carelessly discarded into an abandoned lot behind my house. Overall, the lack of communication, poor quality control, and disregard for customer satisfaction make it difficult for me to recommend Ashley Furniture on Cicero to anyone."

Great customer service. Too bad the furniture lacks the same appeal. I purchased a 5pc bedroom set last year and a year to the date of it being paid off. It has started showing signs of wear and falling apart. Very disappointing. All things look nice but the quality is lacking. It’s just outside of the manufacturer warranty so sucks for me .

Now I'm stuck with no bed for my parents who will be home tomorrow. This special moment is turning into frustration and disappointment

Horrific. I recently bought a bedroom set and stopped in at the Burbank location to purchase an accent table as an addition. Not only did I wait for a long period of time, but was told double the price than what was available online. They charged an additional 200$ in fees to place the order for me and deliver. I then went on their website and was able to order this table myself with a 9$ delivery fee. They were very rude!
Sabrina was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly..She knew all stuff and didn’t pressure us. We got a really nice bedroom set for a great price.

My experience in the store was good but that came to a halt after my items were delivered damaged. I was told they’d send someone out for repairs/exchange within 3 days but that proved to be false. I’ve had to contact the service department every day since delivery and keep getting service numbers but no service dates. I’m frustrated and will probably not shop here in the future. Not happy that I can’t host Thanksgiving due to my furniture being damaged. Customer Service is top priority for me and this just isn’t it.

This location would have received a higher review. As me and my sister was shopping one of the managers walked past us quite a few times and didn't speak. There was one other gentleman who was a manager that did speak. We brought it to his attention and he must have said something to her. The next she saw her she decided to be more courteous. 🙄 My sister purchased a bed and dresser. I purchased some mattresses. I was already approved for credit by synchrony. I provided the requested identity. To my surprise I get a call from another manager stating the salesman forget to get a second form of identification. This was a red flag. She was requesting additional identification. I was not happy because this should have been done in the store. I am now contemplating whether I want to cancel this purchase and go to another store. This was bad customer service. 😡
My experience was fantastic…Keisha is the bomb!! I felt like she truly cared, I didn’t feel like I was being haggled. Very friendly even with my ‘Special Needs’ daughter which is VERY important to me. I sometimes judge people based on their reaction to my daughter. I was kindly greeted when I walked in and ‘everyone’ (even the floor mgr) spoke. Way 2 Go Burbank Ashley… I’ll be back soon!!

Very disappointed, we ordered a sofa, loveseat and recliner with the 5yr protection. The salesperson said we could drop the protection at anytime before delivery, we decided to drop the protection and went back 2 days later and talked to the same salesperson and he said he would talk to the manager to get this removed along with delivery changes because we decided to pick up the items. After not hearing from Ashley I made multiple calls and they said it would be worked out shortly, I even went back a third time and was told by the same salesperson that the manager was in an interview and they would have everything worked out and would call me back that day, that was 4 days ago and we have yet to hear back. We made out purchase on 7/27 and have not received any calls or emails regarding getting this resolved. At this point we will now work on getting this purchase canceled.

Didn't bother to look/notice the delivery guys broke/loosened a piece of wood inside the couch during the move, Which gradually made the couch sink. Hopefully, ppl will learn from our mistake and check it!

At the Burbank Showroom I had to wait almost 30 minutes before anyone greeted me or offered me any assistance I walked the length and breath of the showroom looking for other customers but I did not see any. Sales people walked pass me twice and barely acknowledged I was in the store shopping I am not sure if the sales people there work on commission for their sales but they certainly did not behave in a welcoming manner or seemed the least bit interested that I was there shopping I eventually was able to get a sales person s attention but it was not a very positive shopping experience

We were trying to buy two bedroom sets with miss Sabrina - the store menager. Originally we wanted one bedroom set from the floor and one brand new one but she told us we will have to come and disassemble all of the pieces from the floor by ourselves or she could call Mike- some guy who they work with.. then we decided on two brand new sets but the price on the floor was totally different than she told us and what's even funnier she was calculating those prices for 25min. On top of that the price should be reduced by 25% today. I bought a lot of furniture in this store before and the personel used to always be great. Sabrina is rude, incompetent, ignorant and mean. At the end she advised the delivery will cost us $500, I live 5 miles away... I will never come back to this store because of that lady and I am not surprised my car was the only one at the parking lot.

I went to one of these stores in Indiana and I was going to purchase these two two chess the salesperson told me he would talk to his manager and call me back he never did I call him back he said that should be in in 2 days he never did and when I call to get the merchandise on on Monday May 22nd he told me he can sell it to me and it was on clearance because he had their to transfer 4 to go back to the to the warehouse I know I never heard of that and I think they was racist and they wouldn't sell me
If I could leave a review without stars I would. I went in looking for a new bed frame and mattress. The woman salesman who helped me look for the bed was actually nice and helpful. I can't say the same for the male salesman who helped me look for a mattress. He made me feel uncomfortable and incompetent and it was an overall terrible experience. He was an older male with a shaved head and I've previously had an experience with him once before but my experience at this Ashley's has proven time and time again that it's lacking customer service skills. I went to fully furnish my entire house but walked out furious and took my business elsewhere.
I’ve been buying from Ashley for years, Our sales man was super patience with us, what we wanted he quoted without hesitation or bad attitude, (because let me tell you we kept changing our minds) he was so knowledgeable on sofas and gave his input which was extremely helpful. Definitely going back for temperpedic bed once we pay off the sofas.

Worst costumer service ever! A sofa was delivered and the next day, damaged was noticed. I called the next day, and they told me they could not do anything about it. That they had a no return policy. I was asking for repair/ replacement not a return, a claim was placed and closed in less than 24hrs without notifying me. I called back a couple days later and they said that if a claim was placed again, they were just going to close it. The costumer service supervisor was rushing me to end the call by saying “have a good day” when I was still talking.

I was told my Mattress comes in a box,So I decided to go pick it up myself (1 hr away from Home) Once I got to the pick up location the warehouse guy brought the Mattress And It was a full blown mettress Not in a box, It wouldn't fit in my SUV. So I went Home and had to borrow a relatives Pick up truck (2days after) I drove back 1hr again to the pick up Location just to be told my Mattress was gone( it was not available ,out-of-stock) What? So I wasted a total of 4 hrs of my time plus gas and the hassle I went to find a pick up truck for nothing. That is unacceptable Ashley furniture to treat customers this way. Also their customer service is horrible I had to explain to the lady on the phone over 4 times becouse she couldn't comprehend. My ordeal

Subpar service, Salesman MIS(Missing in Store), shady by running multiple credit apps with misinformation that impacted my moms credit and they did zero about it. This is a fess pool, but not everyone is like this in the store. Right now, someone put me on hold for a manager, hoping I will get discouraged and hang up. This is NOT customer service friendly nor a store I would recommend for future customers. This has got to be the worst experience of my adult life, at a time where I have experienced loss, devastation and rebuilding my life over again. However, the young guy gave me 100% the wrong information because you actually just get a credit at ashley furniture. I was charged & a month never received a refund for the purchase I decline. Don't shop there to avoid being lied to & avoid their shady business contract.

Ethan was a great help and gave me a solution to lock in the 30% off sale they were having. I was pleased with his knowledge and kindness. He was also helpful in getting me a better price when I noticed some of the items I had purchased dropped a few hundred dollars overnight. I spent an entire day going to furniture stores and this was the only place where I didn’t feel hounded or pressured to do anything. Their genuine willingness to help was what convinced my wife and I to purchase our new furniture at this location. Most other furniture locations were so focused on the sale, that they made my wife uncomfortable. I highly recommend to go to this location and look for Ethan.

We were given the 800 number to call and lied to about having a request put in for an even exchange (which is actually known as a reorder and you'll get nowhere anyway). I decided to call again on our way there and spoke to ALEJANDRO who assured me it was there. I called back yet again while IN STORE and was given the run around and HUNG UP ON when I was speaking with Ms. Rita about what that call center agent was saying. Then called them again, still while IN STORE, spike with Paul who said he made notations and now it was on the store manager to do on her end. NOPE.Wouldn't even speak to us like we were standing there.At that point my boyfriend lost it and I had to send him out so they wouldn't end up calling the cops on him Whoever thar store manager was who was there today on 3/4/23 was a real pill. Oh wow I I can say is I was treated very rudely as a customer and the manager Sabrina is not willing to help me rectify the issue so I came in the store last week to purchase my daughter some good quality mattresses if I came in, they gave me the sales man Jason I asked Jason could I get a queen size mattress instead of a full-size mattress as I show him a picture of the bedroom set he told me sure I can so who want the full instead of the queen mattresses, so I purchased queen when I should’ve been purchasing full for my daughters bedroom, set listening to the sales person, Jason, so I call Ashley when they deliver the queen mattresses and let them know that they didn’t fit, and they refused to come back and swap it for a full mattresses as they forgot the box springs wow now I’m stuck with a queen size mattress that I cannot use and have to purchase this on my credit card bill’s not fair. The sales person should’ve never told me to get a queen hes the professional so I attend to speak to Sabrina, who is supposed to be the manager and she is not willing to work with me and help me wow unbelievable

No greeted or offered to help when I entered the store. Everyone was standing around either talking to one another or on their cell phone. When I finally found a painting to purchase- it took 10 minutes to “find who was up” a later realized that meant identity a sales associate. After finding someone to put my purchase in the system- it took another 15 of standing around because the sales associate didn’t know how to put an order in the system correctly. After asking several people to help him, he finally found someone who had to override the sell and start from the beginning. I was not planning to spend an hour in a store to pay for a painting. As they spent several more minutes trying to figure out how to check me out- I politely asked to leave the 107 dollars on the counter because I needed to be at another appointment.

WARNING: Do not waste your time or money with Ashley. They make false promises on delivery, show you a mattress that you fall in love with that has a massage and when delivered it’s not what you tested, along with financing, they show you a spreadsheet with prices that look amazing and affordable and when you get the credit card the financing was not what was told to you at the store. Once you purchase items you no longer deal with the store you have to call “customer service” and they have no idea what you are talking about and tell you to call the store, calling the store is a waste of time, along with going to the store, they pass the buck back to “customer service” sales representative doesn’t call you back when you leave a message. They are not a corporate anymore so you can’t go over any to get anything resolved

I was not very pleased in what i was expecting. I purchased a sectional in August and was given 1 date for delivery. That date was then changed 3 more times and was finally delivered 3 months later. Had i not called in October to tell them to send me whatever they had i would’ve been 3 months without couches. I was guaranteed at the time of purchase the couches would be delivered in a month.

I initially had a great experience shopping. Ethan was great and I didn’t get the feeling he was just being a “salesperson” until it came time for delivery and keeping up promises he stated. Dates that were promised/guaranteed were not able to be kept. I purchased my furniture with this guarantee. If it was something that couldn’t happen, BEING HONEST FROM THE BEGINNING IS WHAT KEEPS CUSTOMERS. I tried calling the store multiple times to speak to Ethan and the manager; left my call back number with another associate—no call back. Was placed on hold for the manager for over 1 hour—no call back. After checking out, Ethan stated he would call me the next day to make sure everything was correct and even gave me a business card—another lie. Now I’m dealing with people over the phone who are also giving half truths. I rescheduled my order, they confirm it, then I notification that my items are set to deliver on the day I stated wouldn’t work. I cancelled a part of my order, I was told it was cancelled until I called my credit card company. They had to call the store on my behalf for them to finally cancel the order, stating they “forgot”. I have a house to furnish and I thought I was going to have a lasting relationship with Ashley. But I will never do business with this store or Ashley again. Be warned. My friend who bought stuff with me is also going through the same thing.

Our sales woman was very nice and helpful, unfortunately she ordered me the wrong bed frame. I wasn’t explained what the warranty included other then covering damage if contacted within 72 hours. So Ashley customer service refused to exchange the bed frame because I called 5 days later. I bought so much furniture from them and was going to purchase a dresser and tv stand from them as well but after my experience I will be looking elsewhere. Also Someone else received the furniture and it had been a month since I had seen what I ordered so I didn’t even remember what it was suppose to look like till I finally had time to investigate

I'm start with Ethan Alvares seem what he was doing.. until it took 5 hrs to do our order which I understood it was alot. So the first delivery of my furniture was hell the people they sent didn't know what they were doing how to assemble the stuff asking Me how do you do it? He lie about my delivery just to get the sale. My sale was $20,000. Is alot for me to put thru alot. The second delivery no one call I waited from 8am to 12pm. No courtesy message saying anything. I was waiting for someone to call me almost a week to get a response.stay away from this store. I lost days of work and my little one didn't get his bed because the salesperson never put it on. So I have my 4 year old son sleeping on floor. I hate written bad reviews but I want to save this to anyone else.

Recently purchased a home and have been furniture shopping. Came here to look for a couch. They did have a good selection however the woman who greeted me at the door offered to help me was not very helpful. As I was asking questions shes told me "why don't you just look around for a while and I will come check on you in a little while" she then left me and went to help another family. Still with questions, I waited for her to come back I waited like 20 mins for her and finally she answered some of my questions but seemed annoyed she had to leave the other family. She tried to sell me a couch that was way out of my price range and not what I was looking for. I told her I was going to think about it since I didn't really like anything I saw there. Ended up going to Bob's Furniture instead.

Great customer service, but delivery sucks. I ordered a recliner and was told it would be delivered on certain day but that didn't happen they changed it and that delivery didn't happen 😔 either. Would not recommend if you're expecting early or quick delivery.
I live on the south side of the city and checked out a few furniture stores that were HIDEOUS. All of the pieces had the design aesthetic of 2005 and they were insanely expensive to top it off. I wasn't crazy about ordering a couch off of the internet because I really wanted to see how it felt to sit on. I wasn't even thinking about Ashley but THANK GOD my niece went over there to look for her own couch. The pieces at Ashley are in style, comfortable, and sturdy. If you are in the market to furnish your home then you MUST stop here. They have pieces that look similar to RH for a fraction of the price. Plus the staff is great. I know there seems to be some complaints on this site but that was not my experience at all.plus anyone complaining about furniture delivery during Covid needs to realize that ALL of the stores were backed up due to our borders being closed. It happened to me with an outdoor couch I ordered from West Elm. The stores had NO control over furniture coming into the country.

I wish I could give zero stars! I went into Ashley's late afternoon early evening on a weekend. The store was pretty empty which should have been my first clue. I went to find a sales rep.... other stores they come to you. I told him what I wanted, he was not helpful at all, was extremely rude and argumentative when I told him what I wanted, then proceeded to tell me to go online and order it.... what? I told him that I wanted someone else to help me and started walking away and he kept running his mouth and spouting off all kinds of rudeness. When I told him that I was walking away and he didn't need to keep running his mouth he said.. I'll keep talking all I want.. you're in MY store. I asked.. do you own this store? What is your name? He told me his name was John which I found out after asking another employee that his name is really Ethan. The manager ( Jason Rosario) could care less about it, he gave a pathetic... oh I'm sorry and was very rude himself. He went to get Ethan to bring back to apologize... which didn't happen....and both Ethan and the manager Jason came back laughing. Is it funny to be disrespectful to customers? Ethan is a rude obnoxious person and it makes me wonder what kind of people his parents are to have raised such a disrespectful jerk. Jason Rosario, you showed absolutely no management skills and your company should be embarrassed to have you in a management position.
Didn't know this store existed until I saw it across the parking lot, while I shopping around for an new bed. Met Corey who assisted was my mom in her in finding the perfect adjustable bed. Was a great shopping experience after visiting 2 previous stores.

Then when they finally said they had everything, they delivered it and brought the wrong box springs. Have to say as nice as Keisha was, it's like going to a car dealership. She respected my space, but once I wanted to buy it was awkward walking back and forth and even w no financing I still signed 4 docs. Delivery was 4 texts, 3 emails and 2 calls. Alot of redundancy, all aspects need to improve to make this process less stressful
Anthony Mirabella &Keisha King were both exceptional. They allowed me space to view the showroom. Anthony Is a sleep Genius. Keisha is kind with a wonderful sense of humor. I did not feel like l was being taking for a ride by a salesperson. White glove 5 stars all the way.

This is by far the WORST experience being a customer that I have ever experienced! I placed an order with Ashley furniture on 05/26/22. I was told my bed would take 8 weeks to come. I waited the full 8 weeks anticipating my delivery any day now. The phone lines have been down since Monday. I go to the store to speak with someone directly and spoke with the person that sold me the furniture originally, her name was Sabrina. Sabrina had no answers for me on my delivery and said it may take longer. I simply asked what was the process if I would want to cancel she said oh you’ll get the full refund if you chose to but advised me not to because everywhere else is a wait as well. The very next day I get a refund on my card and I didn’t realize until today and again the phones weren’t working so I take another 40 min drive to the store. I spoke with a manager who was very non chalant I advised her I received a refund and I’m not sure why. She told me the order was cancelled by Sabrina and in the notes Sabrina put “order should be cancelled” I advised her I NEVER requested a refund. She said oh there is nothing I can do but reorder it but you’ll have to wait another 8-12 weeks! There was no regard for my feelings, no regards for my inconvenience she was upset at me because I was upset! Way more transpired at this store but for sake of this long review I will just say Do not go to this store if you value your time and money and if you have to please don’t buy anything from Sabrina!! She cancelled my order in spite and the managers didn’t care at all!

Hello! I recently spoke to corporate manger but she pretended to not speak english. After I tried to communicate with her, she said “bye” and tried to hang up. I guess she didn’t know she forgot to hang up and proceeded to laugh and tell her coworkers im guessing that I was very dumb for believing her.Very disappointed.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Doug. He was nice and asked what we were looking for. He showed us around and allowed us to look at our own pace. He asked questions to make sure we were okay without hovering. We left to compare prices and products. We came back to Doug and purchased a dining room table and a bed. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

It was my first time ever buying something from the store Ashley's I had a great experience the sales person she gave me excellent service I walked through the store and she was right behind me and answering all my questions I like that I purchased a cocktail table set and I love it I got a new house so I will be back at Ashley's to buy a lot more things I received great service and I will be back this is part two so I didn't receive my cocktail table set they kept confirming my delivery and wouldn't deliver it kept saying it was on back order attempted to deliver it five times and confirmed it five times and never delivered it I'm a healthcare worker so I kept changing my schedule so I can get my set after the last time I told them I wanted my money back and I wanted to cancel it basically the only experience I had good was going to the store and getting it but they delivery service stinks so if you're planning on getting furniture from Ashley's don't do it because that customer service is terrible they don't answer your phone calls when you have a complaint they reroute you and talking about that give you credit on your delivery credit on your product only thing I wanted was my product so don't buy anything from them I had a very bad experience and it was my first time

I will tell aa many people as possible by mouth, by social media and the BBB about the lack of service & satisfaction received from Ashley Furniture in Chicago on Cicero Avenue. The saddest part is that they don't care!! I will NEVER purchase from there again and I hope NO ONE else will either. Just wanted to say stay away from Ashley furniture! They're such a horrible company. We purchase a mattress in febuary 2021 and spent 1900 on it. its given us nothing but back problems since. Ive got to the chiropractor atleast 6 different times and my fiance is having back and neck issues now. Ive called them multiple times. They told me since i didnt want a refund within the first 72 hours that i dont qualify for one. Ive had them out to my house multiple times to measure to see how far its dipped already and they never get back to you. So when i call again for an update they then ask why it took so long for you to call them....like they expect you to know when they have an update. They want the mattress to have a dip of 1.5 inches before theyll actually do anything. Im beyond livid and just want to sleep without pain.
Ashley furniture had a nice selection to choose from. The prices were pricey but there were also affordable pieces. My sales person, Jesus, was great! He was friendly and professional. It was like shopping with a friend. He took his time and didn’t rush me or become annoyed when I wanted to see every sectional in the store. Lol. He explained the terms and options very clearly. He made the purchasing experience better!

My salesman Omar was the best! I spoke with him a couple times before I actually went into the store discussing what I was looking for, the price, etc. I also told him do to me being on oxygen I needed to be in & out in a timely fashion. I was totally 100% satisfied with the customer service. This is my 1st purchase from Ashley, so I hope I'm just as satisfied with the product. The 5year warranty gives me comfort.

I guess I should have dressed like I have much money to spend, I walked around in that store for half an hour after leaving Bobs discount because Ashley furniture had signs 1/2 off. No one came over to help me, there were no prices on the power recliner love seats etc. I need to furnish my family room. Smh. I’m still looking. I saw 1 person helping someone else and 2 employees working on something on their computers. I should have said something but they looked pretty busy and there were no prices on anything.

If I could give them zero stars I would, first the saleswoman sold me the wrong and more expensive item, the I was promised the right items (head board and base board) by 4/5/22... Here we are a week later with no update, had to drive to the store a 5th time to figure anything out because they don't answer the phones.... If I would have known the hastle this place would have given me I would have gone anywhere else. Communication lacks horribly, there only one person authorized to give any sort of refund there.... This is getting absolutely ridiculous... Never again

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I never leave reviews but I feel compelled to save people a headache. Ordered over half a year ago and they gave me an estimated delivery date of 3 months which was still a long time but after 3 months I called every other week to see what was going on and kept getting an answer of "we're still waiting on so and so parts". After 3 months of calling was finally given a delivery date to receive not only the wrong product but for it to be completely damaged!!! Don't shop here if you actually want to get what you paid for. Customer service is a joke! They can't resolve your issue and then get frustrated with you when you get frustrated about not getting the help you need.

Horrible customer service and experience at Ashley Furniture, Burbank store. On 03/26/22, I went to their Burbank location to shop for a power recliner. I found one that came in two colors, black and brown. I chose black and was told that it was in stock and available for purchase and delivery. I purchased the recliner, set up and protection insurance. Scheduled delivery for 03/30/22. On 03/30/22, it was delivered, but the color was brown. We refused delivery and I went to store. Upon my arrival I was informed that since it was still on the delivery truck, nothing could be done until tomorrow, I requested a full refund and was told that I couldn't get any refund until tomorrow. Really??? How do you sell furniture, but cannot get simple color of black right. Also I was informed that any refund given would take 15 days to post to my credit card. Unprofessional and purely ridiculous.

After Four Months of waiting they were only going to deliver half our order. And they wouldn't assemble anything except for the sofa even though they told us they would assemble everything they brought. I had to refuse the entire order . This was a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend this place to any one I know. This review isn't about the furniture but about the horrendous customer service and delivery they have. Don't waste your time like I did.

Ashley changed our delivery from white glove and assembly to UPS delivery. Our items arrived without all the hardware to put them together. We bought a sofa, server, two end tables, a coffee table, a dining table, and 6 chairs. We placed our order January 6 the rest of our order will not arrive until April. The server is sitting in our living room on the floor for three weeks now unassembled waiting for the hardware Ashley promised to deliver. We have called Ashley for help. WE WILL NEVER GIVE OUR BUSINESS TO ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE AGAIN!!!!
Ordered my multiple pieces of furniture August 2021 with estimated delivery dates of October, November and February. It’s nearly the end of March and we haven’t received a piece of furniture or update. I would like my deposit back and cancellation fee waived. My husband and I went back in November and were told “soon”. What does that even mean? Please do not buy your furniture here. They let you purchase it and then tell you it’s out of stock when you’re enquiring delivery dates.

I had the worst experience in my life thay told me the delivery is going to be at 3:00pm to 6pm The delivery guy came at one so I told him I’ll be there at 10 minutes he like no I can’t wait so I sent down my neighbor he open the door for him but he told him I cannot do it today you guys took too long so I went back to Ashley and Ashley called them and they came back again so the guy he stand outside the door from 3 o’clock to 330 then he called the company told him nobody come outside and nobody called us to know it’s not easy outside this guy give us a time now so I went back and I got I want to cancel they still want to charge me 10% for cancellation fee and it wasn’t my fault third time coming to Ashley but I had a hard time with them they hire wrong people for delivery even the guy he didn’t stand outside my house he parked like a block away from the apartment
Today we walked in with no intention on buying… and Mr. Ethan Alvarez had me walking out with a new mattress today… he’s very good at what he does and not only was he professional but also a very good sales person 💯 would definitely be coming back to Ashley’s furniture again!

They give you a delivery date and it's actually months after the given date. And they charge a 10% cancelation fee for canceling the order not a restocking fee. They give you a delivery date that is fake. Ordered tables that had a delivery date of November 30. Now it’s March. Won’t let cancel with out charges. Couches were supposed to be delivered in December. No February. They don’t tell you your going to wait almost a year for cheap furniture. Don’t give them your money. Straight scam. Darwin furniture has cheap furniture too. A fraction of the price. I paid their 10 cancel fee and bout a brand new couch. Still half the price of Ashley. Scam artist.
It's been a week since I was asked to email costumer service to solve my issue and I still have not heard from anyone. Won't let me cancel my order and go somewhere else without paying a fee when they don't have anything in stock nor can they give me a definitive date on the furniture I ordered. Went there to pick up a bed. Called ahead of time to find out if it was assembled, was put on hold for 20 minutes, they said they were busy. When I got there, there was no customers in the store. All around bad service

So disappointed! I spent 11k on furniture in August of 2021. As of right now, I haven't received half of my order yet. They originally told me that I would get everything by December. I just got off the phone with the call center and they told me I won't get most of the remaining items till end of February and final item in July, but even then the dates are estimated! Not once have they called to update me on my order, I've probably had to call them like 10 times since I placed the order to receive an update because the dates keep getting pushed back. Last week, the representative told my fiancé we would get ALL of our remaining items at end of this month. Today, they told me something completely different. I told the representative I wanted to cancel the remaining items because I need a dining table since we have been eating standing since we moved here. She told me I would have to pay 10 percent for canceling. Why do I need to pay 10 percent when the items are not even in stock and they can't give me a definitive date? Am I supposed to take their word when they constantly lie? If they would of told me that I would have to wait till July of this year to get my last item I would of never done business with them. STAY AWAY! Total lack of transparency and poor customer service!
Ashley Home store 77th Cicero has engaged in deceptive fraudulent business practices 6 days ago we agreed to buy a product Then We found after 4 days that the price on items were almost $2000 Marked Up above others retailers on exact same item. Was given the duck and dodge at Ashley when i tried to cancel in person yesterday " Couldnt find a Manager " I am cancelling immediately , I will Not be price gouged or charged a restocking fee on an out of stock item that ashley says vaugely" i may have to pay random cancellation fee " We will not be forced to buy from ashley because of a deceitful contract , .They want a fee because in a few days , i discovered they price gouged us on a " Out of stock item" not to be delivered for 2 months , also found i was told a sure lie about delivery window just to close the sale. As a US Army Veteran i find the thirst for a commission and lack of integrity appalling. This is fraud and deceit by a team of commission hounds attempting to takie advantage of working families ,

I went shopping knowing what I wanted. A sofa sleeper and a new bed. The sales associate was knowable about the Darcy sofa sleeper. She was honest about delivery time for there merchandise. Sofa should arrive in 4 weeks and new bed should arrive by December 6th. Glad I went shopping today

I'll try to make this as short as possible. My 1st order (ordered in July) came in last Tuesday (after 4 months). Once it came in , the configuration was incorrect. We reported it immediately and we kept getting the run around and some employees even told us that there was nothing they could do. I escalated to a supervisor and NO ONE got back to me as promised. I am a customer service supervisor so I know all to well the importance of following through with a customer. We even tried to get a hold of the sales rep whom is not longer working for the company . We finally got a hold of someone whom knew what she was doing and gave us clear instructions on what to do ( i should have gotten her name ) We went to the store (as instructed) and the manager at the Burbank, Il location was super helpful (Ms Johnson) . While we were waiting , we began to look at pillows and , thanks to the very knowledgeable , Ethan in bedding ; we walked out with a mattress order. I would have given a 1 star given our negative experience , however , Ms. Johnson and Ethan turned a negative experience in to a positive one by simply doing their jobs, being efficient at it and simply doing the right thing for the customer.
Scored an awesome deal online. Got an email that it was confirmed and then an email that it was cancelled. Yes, the price may have been a glitch, but that was their error and they should honor their mistake. Stuff like this just makes me want to never order from them.

I was excited to purchase my first real pieces of furniture for my newly purchased home. I am excited to find out my couch will possibly be available early December but beware most of their furniture is not available until months into next year. They had no dining tables available to my liking which was unfortunate but understandable at this time.

Lack of professionalism, it has been over three months since i purchased a table, received chairs and a defective table. Have been waiting for a update and they fail to give one every-time. Rita does not exemplify the role as a manager. Customers are what keeps business running, proper communication and status update should be given. Instead of just handing the customer a piece of paper and saying “call that number”. They keep saying “we will call you” but never do. I have been patient but nothing has been done about this.

I’m giving one star because i can not give a zero. I have waited for 4 months to get my furniture, witch supposed to came in 2 months. They were lying for delivery date any time when I contacted them. And finally when I got the delivery date,they cancel the order without informing me and making me wait for the whole day. I even call the same morning to confirm the arrival time and they did not tell me that they change the delivery. I took day off from work since I am working far away from home to find out at the end of the day that they change the delivery day for the next week… And when you call they always blame someone else, no one knows everything. And the person that knows is even sick that day when you call or it has day off… Such a big liars! Don’t order from here unless you are able to lose months waiting, spending hours on the phone and losing nerves!
After waiting months and months for my purchase to arrive upon unloading it was noticed that my order wasn't complete and my bed could not be assembled because the wrong footboard was included. I was very tired of dealing with all of this at this point and went to just have my money refunded. I then found out that I have to get hit with a cancellation fee. Due to the incompetence of Ashley furniture causing me to want to get my money back I get hit with a fee. Unbelievable!! I have to pay for incompetence.

Ordered a bed in May and was honestly told it would not be available until August due to the pandemic..That was fine. However August came and day of delivery the footboard was missing and the delivery warehouse guy could not tell us when it would arrive, so the delivery guys were instructed to take down the incomplete bed and the order was refused. Went into the store on 08/22 to cancel the order and the store manager "Jason" said fine and ten percent will not be refunded. First of all Ashley only had one job, and that was to make sure that everything was correct in the order since we waited 3 months. Because of his unwillingness to accept full responsibility I canceled another order. I will take my business elsewhere! Wish I could give zero stars, however the delivery guys were the only ones who showed true concern. BTW emailed corporate regarding this and still no response. I guess I have to wait 3 months for that too.

I do not recommend buying from this store at all. I bought furniture at the end of March, and it was agreed that the delivery would take place at the beginning of May. Only a few of the order were delivered, and then they started lying to me saying it will come every two weeks. I went to the store and told them that I want the order to be delivered by the end of August. They delivered a single piece of the order and so far my orders have not been completed. I spent thousand of dollars at this store, so it is unacceptable how dishonest and rude the employees were.
The furniture is nice however the sales staff try to cheat you out of the running promotions. I've never received a next day delivery, it's usually a few weeks or a month out. Unfortunately, none of these issues are due to covid, this has always been their poor business practices.

Placed my order for mattress, and bed frame in April and did not receive it until August. I understood that everything was backed up due to COVID. My issue is that I was sold a mattress and a bed frame without a foundation!!!! And now I have to wait 2 weeks for a box spring that should have been offered to me in the first place.

Let me add the follow up was as expected down to the delivery with a hick up that occurred still managing to get our mattress on time. Please don’t shop at Ashley Furniture especially in Burbank. I paid cash for my order which was over $2000 on June 5th. As of today, I am still waiting on my furniture. I was told last week my furniture would be delivered on July 30th . A week before my furniture delivery date, I called and spoke with a customer representative who told me all my pieces were in and they would be delivered on July 30th. When I called the week of my delivery, I was told none of my furniture was in. A customer representative told me the company will take some pieces from your order and give it to another customer that has been waiting longer. Now they are telling me I might get my furniture Aug. 23rd, however, they are not sure! My daughter went to Darvin furniture and got her bedroom set and living set delivered in two weeks. The young male manager at Ashley Furniture charged me for a bed mattress cover that I didn’t ask for. I was charged $120 for a bed covering. My experience here has been terrible! Please shop somewhere else. Try Darvin. Today is Augi10th and I am still waiting on my furniture. I have spoken to Kearson, store manager, and my issue hasn’t been resolved. I was told by JB all my furniture is not in stock and might not be in until the end of August. I am meeting with the store manager Thursday to discuss this matter. This is crazy!

My sales Associate Ella was very helpful and detail oriented. She even helped me draw out my room plan to get an idea of how to configure my furniture. She was patient and thorough. Not pushy and made some useful suggestions. She was also honest about the delays in delivery times which I appreciated.
Bought some furniture that was suppost to get shipped by may 15 and im still waiting for it. Its pretty disappointing that i see people who order items after me and they manage to recieve them before before i do. Calling customer service and the store is no help. They will hang up or just plain lie to you. If i dont get even a partial order( either the full bed or the full table with chairs) i might just cancel and try a different store.
We received the complete wrong couch. We were given the run around multiple times by multiple people. At one point a customer service rep said ‘I’m just customer service, not a fix all.’ Super disappointed. We were so excited for our furniture for our new home. We ordered in april and told the correct couch won’t be here until July 27th. Also the couch they gave sells for $399… the couch I ordered was $1200.-BIG DIFFERENCE
So I bought lamps 7 mos ago and still waiting , I get a call on Saturday for a scheduled delivery time for Wednesday, which I do confirm . It’s now Wednesday, time frame has passed and no one called me to cancel or let me know it’s late or anything . I call and I get told that they cancelled it for no actual reason and unfortunately they will be able to schedule another delivery date for two weeks . So now I missed work only for them to tell me they will not charge me a delivery fee . To think there was still a delivery fee after 7 mos wait . They are a joke, save your time shop somewhere else ! You will pay for your stuff but will actually never receive them

I had been wanting to purchase a recliner over the last 6 months....and had been browsing various stores over the internet but hadn't come across anything that caught my eye until I actually went into Ashley HomeStore. The salesperson was so good.... knowledgeable....very friendly and professional. I not only found and purchased a recliner...but a dual recliner....a rocker chair....and an area rug. I am so excited about my purchase and awaiting the delivery in several days.

I honestly don't even know where to begin. My boyfriend and I went in to look at their sectionals and found one we both liked. My boyfriend went ahead and applied for the Ashleys card and was approved for a total of $6,300, he was approved for 2 cards. For some reason the sales associate was not satisfied with the $6,300 credit limit he was approved for and decided to ask for a credit limit increase WITHOUT INFORMING HIM. He found out after he received a denial letter for the increase in the mail and then calling customer service to inquire about it. We actually ended up purchasing a tempur-pedic mattress and adjustable base because they had a sale going on. We thought we walked out with a really good deal and were extremely excited for the mattress and base to arrive. We were given a delivery date of a week for the mattress and the sectional is backordered a few months. We threw out our old mattress the night before delivery as instructed by the sales associate to have the space clear and ready for the new base and mattress. Once the delivery arrived the guys informed us that the base was not the correct size and they would need to come back. We were pretty bummed out because we now had to sleep on the floor longer and call another day off of work. We called the store where we placed the order and spoke to the manager. He said there was nothing he could do for us because we were already given a good price without his consent but he would get in contact with the warehouse supervisor and have it delivered the very next day and to wait until 6pm for his call back to let us know what time. We waited all night and never received the call. The next morning we made a trip to the store and asked to speak to a manager. She for some reason was not willing to talk to us, we were told she was "busy" but yet was helping customers that arrived after we did. We brushed it off and were told that they would discount $200 from our total and they would have it delivered in a week. We were super upset because remember we're sleeping on the floor. The week comes and we get a call from the driver letting us know that after they looked over our order they realized that they once again had the wrong base and did not want to waste their time by coming out to the house. We are now super frustrated and irate that the warehouse can't seem to get the order correct. We called and we were offered another discount, after much arguing at the fact that we have to keep calling off of work and sleep on the floor because they can't seem to get it together, and scheduled the 3rd delivery date. Today was the 3rd delivery day and yup you guessed it, WRONG BASE ONCE AGAIN!! Can someone please explain how you manage to deliver a twin base for a queen bed 3 times in row and not once are apologetic over the fact that a client has been calling off of work and sleeping on the floor after purchasing a $3,000 + mattress and base? Delivery was scheduled for possibly the middle of next week but was not guaranteed. At this point we are ready to cancel and take our business elsewhere but we were told that we are still responsible for the 10% cancellation fee because apparently missing multiple days from work and sleeping on the floor was not enough for them. This is unacceptable and ridiculous!! Ashley, get your sh*t together!!

I’ve never had customer service so poor, EVER! After waiting two week for a bed and mattress, I took the day off work only to have a shrink wrapped floor model or return delivered with no mattress. They never even bother to call and let me know the mattress was not available. It took 3 days to speak to a manager only to have them try and reschedule my delivery with a 6 week wait. Once they have your money they no longer care. I’ve never taken time out of my day to write a review, but this transaction definitely deserved that. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went to Darvin and it was a much better experience.
Ashley Home store is a great place to shop for your furniture needs . They have really innovative designs that are very beautiful and would enhance most any homes to your needs. The customer service was excellent and they took the time to make sure I was well taken care of . I also want to thank the representative that assisted me Doug Dean for his great help in helping me find what I was looking for.
First. the sale associate in this store was not very helpful. So when I went to pay for the dinning table and chairs, everyone seem so busy to even look up and say may I help you. Then the man that did help didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Where he eventually passed it to another person that forgot to put the date I wanted for delivery. So after a little while he got the information in the system. Now no one ever said that you can't return items to the store. I got the table delivered on yesterday 6/7/21. So after the delivery people left I realized that the table is rocking and that I just don't like it now that it is in my home. It has not been even 24 hours that I had called Ashley Guest line and they informed me that they don't do returns. I can understand if it has been days, weeks or months less than 24 hours. I was even willing to pay a restock fee. I really wish someone when we brought it said that, all they did was give me guest service #. I am really on the fence about keeping the bedroom set that I order. Please make your customers aware of this policy.

Only two stars due to the lack of professionalism. We were helped by the sales lady she told us we had 6 months no interest, price so and so. She even brought the manager to talk with us about the best price they can offer. When we got ready to set up payments the person who helped up told us it payments were a completely different price and we only had two months no interest. We asked our sales rep and she said "I'm not an expert on financing ,i can't help". My husband and I left. They have very nice items but I would double check to make sure they're not overcharging me.
BUYER BEWARE TERRIBLE AWFUL SERVICE Absolute worst service ever. We have not received our full order that we ordered in January. We have called and contacted the store, distributor, and warehouse and every time we talk to one person they say it’s someone else problem. We have had delivery scheduled 3 time so far and have yet to receive our entire bedroom set. The first delivery in March was delayed because of “COVID”. Ok we where patient. They called up in May said our full order was in and set up delivery. When the delivery came it was a partial delivery, and the only reason we accepted this delivery is because it was already assembled and unboxed. The delivery people said the long dresser and mirror where not on the truck. A week or so later we scheduled the delivery for the dresser and mirror and made sure over the phone that both pieces would be delivered. Delivery day came and nothing. We got a track your driver text but no one ever came. We didn’t even get a call from them that they where not coming. We waisted half a day and a day off work waiting for a delivery that didn’t show. When we contacted them and they said they only had the dresser and not the mirror so they didn’t put it on the truck. We set another delivery for both the dresser and the mirror. Today was our third attempt at delivery. We received a call just about as the truck was pulling up to the house saying they where on the way and that only the mirror was on the truck. We said we set up delivery for both the mirror and dresser and will not accept one without the other. Last week it was just the dresser and this week just the mirror. Now we have a 4th delivery set up for next week. We have called the company on many occasions. Each time they say it’s someone else’s problem. Depending who we talk to it’s the warehouse or the distributor or the delivery service. I don’t care who’s problem it is because the only one affected by their issues is me. I’ve waisted hours waiting for them, talking to them on the phone, and being hung up on on a few occasions. I have been promised call backs from managers and not received them. I even went back to the store to talk to the manager and was told he was unavailable. This company is absolutely terrible and does not care about customer service and has not resolved my issue after multiple calls and deliveries. I will be contacting and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Steve & Ethan we’re great sales associates at the Burbank IL. location they were very helpful and patient, but I’m very disappointed with the delivery of my sofa. This will be the 4th time they come out with a different replacement for the first one that got delivered with a scuff and a rip on the armrest and the leather looks old and wrinkled compared to the love seat and recliner. Every replacement has been damaged below are the photos of what’s in my family room BEWARE!!! Well today is 7/24/21 Ashley furniture attempted to deliver and exchange my first sofa for the fourth time and still they couldn’t make it right it is DAMAGED. Below is the fourth damaged sofa, I took the picture when the delivery guys took it out of the truck onto the grass, this is so frustrating!

I could never close a deal and make my purchase. Save yourself some time, go to their website and purchase the furniture yourself in the comfort of your own home.
Store experience was ok, made purchase, delivery has been a hell, half of the delivery was delivered this morning, other half who knows, called customer service and no one can give me an ETA. According to them order was put in two different delivery trucks. Im supposed to wait and waste my time for the rest of the day or maybe even another day for their mistake…you expect better overall service especially for the prices we pay for the merchandise they sell. Run!!! If I could give a zero star I would. I placed my order in April 2021 I didn’t get a decent couch until June 2022. It took 10 different deliveries to finally get a decent couch. The couches would come used stained and not put together well at all. I ordered a coffee table at the exact same time I ordered the couch into this day October 18, 2022 I still don’t have a coffee table. They’ve been delivered damaged stained in used and I’m still waiting on a coffee table. Ron people run do not go to Ashley furniture!!!!!!

Horrible service! My furniture was unsuccessfully delivered 3 times due to Ashley HomeStore error (broken headboard, missing screws, simply no showed). They have not attempted to do any service recovery and bring my items as soon as possible. It has now been a whole month...UNBELIEVABLE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I spoke with management at the store (Rico), and customer service line and received nothing but bad/nonchalant attitudes. They DO NOT care about their customers! By the way...I spent over $3,000 smh
Terrible customer service. Walked inside and was greeted at all. Walked around the store for at least 10mins and no service reps said anything until I got to the front desk and they only said “hello” as they walked away. When I asked for the manager and the district manager informed one of the female employees gave a smart comment stating “ he was here yesterday, you should’ve came”. Poor customer service stay away from this place.

First, make furniture that isn’t wrinkled or having screws sticking out the back! Second, replace pieces when promised, instead of making customers wait a month, not communicating with them, making them reach out (again) and flatly telling them it will be yet another month. Third, allow negative reviews to show up on your site when ordering. I posted my honest feedback and it’s not showing, then I notice only 4 5-star reviews exist for the product. Fourth, stop emailing customers that just bought furniture. I have received daily spam emails that I am afraid to junk as a rule because I am waiting on an update for delivery (that will never come).

My experience at Ashley Home Store has been terrible. I had my order delivered 3 times with some type of damage. I placed the order at the end of October or beginning of November and I am STILL dealing with it. I have been trying to call the store for the past 3 weeks and no one answers. Last week I finally got a hold of someone in the store and she said she was on vacation? So she was gone for 3 weeks and is the only one that answers phone calls??? Then, she lied saying she couldn't help me and that I had to call customer care. So I did and they said because it was a store order she could have easily helped at the store. I have a part order that needs to be placed and no one calls me back. Customer care keeps promising that they will call within 48 hours and I have yet to receive a phone call. I even asked for their supervisor to call me and the store manager. NOTHING. I am beyond frustrated and I will be demanding another type of compensation for me having to waste my time calling while I am at work. I have had to call multiple times each week, both to the store and customer care . I have been hung up on many times. I go to school and work full time. I do not have the time to deal with all this. They sent me the drawer I was missing, but no hardware? I have paint chips on the bed, so I need a small bottle of paint from the manufacturer. No one is willing to help. My parents have paid a hefty amount for the whole bedroom set, but if we knew the experience would be like this then we would have gone elsewhere and happily paid more to avoid all this. Believe me when I say this is the last time anyone in my family purchases from here.

We bought a mattress from him a few weeks ago, and when it arrived, the mattress was frozen so the delivery men were not able to bring it up to our bedroom because it was not bendable enough to move around. It arrived partially damaged and was promptly replaced. However, I don't like it because I asked if it was all wood everywhere and the sales person said yes. Worst shipping/delivery experience ever! I understand that COVID has complicated things with distribution but it has taken months for Ashley to deliver a replacement coffee table! Not only did the initial product arrived defective but the delivery and scheduling coordination is horrible! My delivery appointment has been pushed back and canceled numerous times; tracking app does not work; customer service number will keep you on hold for a while and eventually disconnect you without notice; and it’s impossible to get a hold of a manager over phone or email! Regarding appointments and delivery window appointments, you will be kept waiting all day and sometimes you will not get any notice that the delivery was canceled or rescheduled. Weekend deliveries are the worst! If you get scheduled for a Saturday and your appointment gets pushed to Sunday, then you are on your own because you can’t track the delivery and Ashley call service is closed Sundays. I have never done a review of a service and I thought this review needed to be shared so that buyers know what they are getting into when shopping at Ashley! Do not shop here! I shopped at Bobs Furniture and everything when smoothly, quick, and in pristine condition. Take it from me, stay away from Ashley, you could end up dealing with multiple headaches and waiting an eternity for your purchases. I am still waiting for a replacement coffee table and I made the purchase back in November 2020!

Went shopping with my girlfriend at Ashley Home Store. We took a look at their couches. They had several to choose from. Ended up buying a new couch and could t be happier with the price. Overall a smooth process. Will definitely revisit again!
I ordered a kitchen table set and bedroom set for my daughter's back in September 2020, received my daughter's bedroom set's in December 2020, The bedroom set's came with a bed frame, dresser mirror, and a nightstand. I told the sales lady I didn't want the nightstand, I wanted the chest, they sent it anyway, so I had to call and go up there to get that fix, that's was accommodated. January 2021 my Kitchen table and the chest was delivered, they gave me the wrong table set, and on top of that the bar that holds up my daughter's beds are broken after 2 damn months, beds are hanging down, they told me to send pictures to email addresses they didn't exist. I will never order from here again, the furniture is cheaply made, and my order was not right!
Came here to find a dining room table, however after we had one picked out the sales rep James said that the total would be $1,700 which seemed very OFF because there was a presidents’ day sale. So while we were there we checked online and it was on sale for $899 which was a huge difference it’s just weird he would even try selling it to us for that much because even the normal price doesn’t even add up that?? I understand they work off commission but i felt like I was being robbed. He ended up honoring the price it said on the Ashley website so we did buy it but that was just very sketchy..
Horrible! This place is a joke to the extent that I can't describe. I will cancel my order. It has been several days now that I have been waiting for a call from the store manager named Rico and I am still waiting. I tried calling him numerous times and he doesn't answer. But it is to be expected, look at the rest of the staff. If anyone in the corporate office this please call me.
Furniture broke in less than a month! Purchased a cute bed frame and should have known when putting together that it wasn’t going to last long. The frame is held together with screws that are less than a quarter inch. After less than a month of use and the wood frame split, the screws ripped out, and the middle slat supports slide around because they are not all fixed to the frame and don’t hold up anything. Ashley will not allow me to return the defective product, so I submitted a claim to have the broken items replaced, which is basically the entire bed. The delivery for the replacement parts has been rescheduled 3 times so far. You call, get a delivery date and they say they will call back 2 days before delivery to specify a timeframe. Well, they do not call and when you call them, they say you are not on the schedule and put you on for another date at least a week later. The scheduler, said to call before the date to see if you are still on the schedule. So basically they just arbitrarily remove you from the schedule and never tell you. I still have an unusable bed, and no reasonable timeline of when it will be fixed. Having a prompt repair of defective furniture and accurate delivery estimates are basics for any company, that Ashley is just not following. Don't waste your money here.

EDIT::Bought a buffet server,just waiting for delivery.Everyone at the store was helpful.Product was delivered 2 times,horribly damaged.Took 13 phone calls first time to get an exchange.Kept being told they never recieved photos that I sent to 3 different Ashley e-mails.Very frustrating,I cried,got mad etc..Third delivery,product was fine,but the delivery guys showed up at 8:30 p.m.When I made my purchase I applied for their credit card.I had a credit alert on my credit report,due to unemployment fraud.So salesman had to call their credit team,asked to speak to me,,said your approved for 5,000,but cant give you account #salesperson said I cant do anything with no account #,they probably want to make sure its you,nd you will have to wait for card in mail.Salesman said let me talk to my manager I get a call at store this is Ashley,ur approved for 10,000.Thought nothing of it.I got 2 credit cards in mail,with 2 different account # with 2 lines of credit.They never asked or told me,they were going to go with another bank,dis-honest people just to get a sale,especially when my hubby had offered to use his card in the beginning.who needs 2 lines of credit with 1 furniture store!!contacting BBB.I will never buy another thing from then.Also they dont answer their phone,when you call the Burbank location.I think all the e-mails are not real e-mails,so when they reply to me to e-mail them about this-Yeah right i will get no-where.Salesperson phone #was not even his direct#

I will NEVER do business with this store ever again! This has been the worst experience. In the past I have purchased furniture from Value City but I decided to cancel my order at value city and purchase a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture instead. After waiting over 3 months for my order, and a month past the date they stated they would deliver I still have not received my furniture. Not only have I not received it, the sales agent told me they just now realized they don’t deliver to my address. When I called to check on it 2 weeks ago they told me delivery date shows delivery by January 2022! What?! That is absurd! How did the system allow me to place the order and take my full payment 3 months ago and now you’re determining you cannot deliver to my area. That doesn’t make any sense if this is a national company. Company is trash, I am very understanding that Covid is causing delays with furniture but this is ridiculous.

This place is the worst I care in here happily to order a bed once it arrived to my house it was the wrong size so I had to get the right size of bars and once that came in we noticed that the bed was too small after this I was so activated!!! We had to come here for the final time and instead we just canceled the order because they could not just get the right size I will never come here again!
Jason at Ashley Sleep was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was patient while helping us pick out the perfect mattress. The only reason I didn’t leave a 5 star is because several employees at this store were not wearing a mask which made us uncomfortable as I work near many people who are immunocompromised. Outside of that we had an excellent experience at this store.

Went in to Ashley Furniture with an idea in mind and JB helped make it a reality! The location was very clean and welcoming and I didn't feel pressured which makes a difference! I walked out happier then ever! JB was so nice and extremely helpful he listened to what I was looking for even the smallest detail of color he has great customer service skills! I was very impressed and overjoyed with the whole experience will definitely recommend Ashley Furniture to friends and family and will be returning in the future!

We are canceling the purchase. There response from google review is automated and does not give you anything.

They don't deliver your furniture when they say they would. I've been waiting every since Jan. 1st for my furniture and they keep changing the delivery date even when I call the warehouse and confirm the date. If you want your furniture in a timely matter shop somewhere else.

I went in to buy a sectional and the experience went very good. I was in and out in 1.5 hours. Bill helped me and he was very professional and wasn’t pushy. One thing which has nothing to do with my purchase experience but of the store itself is the area right outside the store. There is no yield or stop sign in the walkway between parking and store. When I left, a car was speeding by and almost hit me. Thank goodness I looked and stopped in time. It really shook me up. Update: I had a problem with my sectional that was of no fault of Ashley. They couldn’t let me return it but I exchanged it for another one. I’m keeping the review at 4 stars because the first woman I spoke to at the desk was very unhelpful, but when I asked for the manager he took very good care of me. If it wasn’t for her, it would be 5 stars.

I’ve never been ignored to this extent and treated so poorly by a company before. I can’t even get ahold of someone to cancel my order. The phone number the sales associate “Steven” gave me isn’t even a real phone number. I ordered a coffee table 11/13/20. It was to be delivered 11/23/20. 10 days later. Whatever. I work nights and received 8 robo-calls to confirm the delivery date that was already agreed upon. I call back when I wake up and the auto-answer tells me I have to call back to confirm during store hours. Okay. So I call during store hours, now my delivery date is changed to 12/02/20. I called and waited on hold FOR HOURS to get ahold of a representative to try to figure out what’s going on and confirm my original date. When i finally have EVERY. SINGLE. REPRESENTATIVE has hung up on me. I’ve been on hold the entire time I’m writing this JUST TO CANCEL. Now I’m going to have to drive into this store, on the day it was supposed to be delivered, to cancel my order. Please save yourself the time and frustrations and do not give this company your hard earned money.

When we first went in we were unsure if we wanted a bedroom set for our daughters or a table or both. Jb was very patient with us and we end up leaving with nothing the first time. Second time we walked in and coincidentally, JB was standing there like he was waiting on us. We knew what we wanted, he got it ordered and the paperwork done all in 30 minutes. He was awesome and we really appreciate him being patient and getting things done quickly for us. He also held wonderful conversations to make sure we weren’t bored.

One star is one too many for Ashley Homestore. Good evening, I purchased furniture on the 7th of September and were given an initial delivery date of 28 October 2020. That date came and went without a call. I called again November 5th at 10:37 AM and spoke to young man that I did not get a name of. I explained to him our non delivery issue and he told us that our table and chairs were in but they were waiting on our couch. He told us that it would be delivered on the 18th of November. He never stated that it was a tentative date! He explained that someone would contact us on the 16th of November to set up delivery time. Today we waited all day for a call and when we did not receive one we called again, this time we spoke with a young lady named Stacey. She told me that the items were not in and gave us two new dates for our items. This time she explained that they were just projected dates and not set in stone. This is unacceptable, as a business to not be able to give you a firm date for delivery is just ridiculous. We would never have completed our purchase if this was said to us upfront. Everyone is blaming Covid for the delays but cannot explain how we were given three different dates for delivery with no guarantee of the last date given. We are beyond upset and are weighing our options at this point. Your policy of giving dates with no explanation that they are &"projected dates&", not guaranteed dates is just ridiculous. I hope to hear back from someone soon.

They have pushed the delivery date back twice after I had already made arrangements for this nightmare to be over. Absolute most frustrating experience and would not recommend this retailer. Horrible.
4 months waiting for furniture, only for the delivery driver to damage my furniture in route to deliver.
I ordered a bedroom set in mid August 20202. It took 4 deliveries to get a queen bed, dresser, and two night stands. I refused headboard two times due to damage. I physically went to the store the second time it was delivered damaged. They could do nothing but get it sent out again. Fast forward to Nov 2nd 2020. (Mind you they already started billing me for a bed I cannot even sleep in) The morning of the 2nd, my delivery arrived. The two men said they were only here to deliver the headboard, NOT set it up. I called Ashley stating my dilemma. I was asked to be patient while they investigated. Today, Nov 5th they called me back to set up yet another date to assemble said bed. I have to wait another week. I have to take another day off work. A total of 5 days of missing work for what should of been one day. This is very disappointing and not very professional on Ashley's behalf.
I had the worst experience with Ashley furniture! I ordered my bedroom set in July and am just now getting it. I understood due to COVID things were on back order. I Initially was set to receive my bedroom set mid September. The first part of the bedroom set was not delivered until mid October after Going through several different delivery dates and talking to numerous People. Being told that certain parts of my furniture was not going to be delivered so they were only gonna be able to deliver certain parts of the whole set after getting several different delivery dates. Then when everything was delivered except the bed rails they didn’t even want to set up the dresser and just dropped it off in my garage. Then I went again through several different delivery dates as to when the bed rails will be delivered. Only to then have the rails finally delivered and having just the bed set up and the delivery men refusing to Set up the rest of the set saying that you need to call somebody else to have that done. Keep in mind this is the second delivery person to come out. After complaining about this having to go to the store because nobody Would ever answer the phone A third delivery team came out only for them to say that they are delivering the exact same set that we already had waiting in the garage to be set up. After telling them that no we just need for you guys to bring this in and set up the dresser and the mirror they said that they don’t do that, got back in the truck and drove off. This is now the third delivery team this came out to my house. I then get on the phone call the warehouse and inform them of what happened (which I had to find out the number of the warehouse myself after the manager at the store said that they would reach out to the warehouse and never got back to me. )The warehouse supervisor then tells me that they absolutely were supposed to set up my dresser, mirror and nightstand.The next day I go back to the store to tell the store manager about what happened and they again say they will reach out to the warehouse and try and get that straightened out. I get a call from the warehouse manager scheduling another team to come out that works personally for Ashley not these contract people that they have coming out delivering furniture (which I don’t know why they’re using them in the first place because they’re doing a horrible job)and finally get my dresser ,mirror and nightstand set up inside of my bedroom. The fourth team that came out were really nice and considerate and I wish they would’ve been the first team that came out. This was absolutely the worst experience I have had with Ashley furniture store. I had several things that I was thinking about purchasing in the near future from Ashley as well as my mother was about to purchase a couch from Ashley and now after this experience neither one of us will ever purchase anything from Ashley again. The store in Burbank Illinois is horrible. I don’t know what is the problem between the store and the warehouse and the contractors they have delivering the furniture. I don’t know what furniture store delivers your furniture and refused to bring it in and set it up. I had high expectations for Ashley furniture and they let me down drastically. I am livid about my experience and I will not recommend them

My husband sent me to purchase dressers. So I went to Ashley home store in Burbank Illinois. When I got there I fell in love with a bedroom set. So I purchase all 7 pieces. I also paid in full. I was told it will be delivered in 3 weeks. Three weeks came, I called the store all day. No answer. So I went into the store and was told all my pieces was not delivered to the warehouse and it will be delivered in another three weeks. I was also told by the store manager Rico “ I am going to refund you two hundred dollars on your card for the wait.” I said okay. I never received it. I had to call Corporate . So they send a ticket and my salesperson called me a week later and said they will be sending my money in 7-10 business days. I am being very patient. So I received the $200 on the seven day. My furniture was never delivered. I order my furniture July 6, 2020. Here it is 10/08/2020. My husband was so upset he purchase another bedroom set. So I cancel my order over the phone with the corporate office and was told the manager at the Burbank location have to approve it. A week pass. I never heard from that office. I tried calling. Nobody answer the phone. So here it is 10/12/2020 I am in the store talking with the manager Rico. I tell him I cancel my order with the cooperate office and they said you was going to call me to approve. I never got a call from you. I will like my money back because my husband brought us a bedroom set and plus it’s been 3 months. He said it’s the holiday the cancelation will not go through until tomorrow. He gave me his business card with his cell phone number on it. I called him on 10/13/2020 and ask him did he sign my cancellation? He said he will check when he get to work. He text me a picture of the screen of his computer I barley could see. And he also texted “I’m not to sure if you got the email but here it says when it was canceled and your name” I ask him what email address was it sent to and what date? He text back 10/12/20. I called the cooperate office back and told them he was bull shuttling me and I want my money. So I waited 7-10 business days nothing was in my account. I went in the store 10/26/2020 at 10am and ask to speak to him and was told the manager Rico was in a meeting until 11am. I said I will wait in my car. The salesman came out to my car 5 minutes later saying he want be available until 1pm. I left and waited patiently for my deposit on my card for my 10th day. Which was 10/26/2020. Nothing. I tried calling Rico cell phone around 6pm, my call went straight to voice mail. Then I called the corporate office and I told them my issue with the manager at the Burbank store. He said he was going to note what I said and send them a ticket and they have to respond. I rely love Ashley furniture. I will never purchase again from the Ashley store. I feel like they just took my money. No stars from me.

Poor customer service. The lady helping me was nice enough to let me try out an expensive mattress, but she mentioned that the mattress I had seen on their website was a poor quality mattress and I was making a mistake buying it. She claimed I would have to buy one of the expensive temperpedic mattresses if I ever wanted to get “quality sleep” Upon trying out the temperpedic mattress, it felt as if I was sleeping on a bean bag chair. Nice location and they have a wide variety of furniture, but overall overpriced and the customer service I received from this sales representative put me off from wanting to buy anything. Would not recommend :/

I do not recommend supporting Ashley Homestore for any purchase at any location. I wish I would've known about their poor customer service and difficulties with rescheduling deliveries. Due to the pandemic, I am an essential worker so I have to report in to work Monday-Friday. Because of this I have tried to reschedule my delivery 3 times so far for a Saturday. I made my purchase on 8/24/2020, it is 10/12/2020, and I STILL do not have my bed. I just got off the phone with a customer service rep at their corporate office. Not only was my issue not resolved but she could've probably cared less in helping me resolve it.

Well informed sales person, clean and well stocked with furniture, I like to see what I’m buying. Sales person showed me everything I was interested in, and was very nice and helpful.

I went to purchase a bedroom set, and I&'m doing so I made the decision because of CoVid that I would take what they had available so that I wouldn&'t have to wait long. Well now I&'ve been waiting and getting the run around for over 2 months. They keep telling me all my items are there and available, setting up delivery dates and them backtracking and saying it&'s no longer available. I called in to say I was coming to get a refund and was told by my salesperson Bill (William) that they didn&'t have a manager to process my refund that I paid in CASH. I being in management myself know that it has to always be a manager on duty. I will never shop here again.

My experience today with salesman Bill was professional, detailed, and curtious. He assured us thst he was there to accommodate us with whatever we were interested in buying and he did just that by steering us to a bedroom set that my daughter loved and we purchased...havent received it yet because of a later delivery date but I believe my rating will be accurate.

Had a terrible experience with Ashley home store where they charged me for someone else's furniture. Synchrony and Ashley blamed each other while my credit score and name was tarnished. I was so torn. This experience was awful. After not receiving any compensation or requested promotions to be placed back on my account I decided to try again due to a coupon I had. I worked with Bill who showed me their new billing process. I feel somewhat relieved yet still scared and skeptical. I have other furniture I want to buy but I'm afraid my account will be used again.

I absolutely love Ashley Furniture. They never disappoint in the designs and quality. My salesman was very friendly and took his time with me as I allowed my kids to pick out their own bedroom sets. I will definitely be back in a couple of weeks to pick out a living room set.
Wide variety of bed and furniture but prices were outrageous. 6000$ for a bed I found on Amazon for 1000$. Exact type of material and same type of adjustment. If you have the money to shop and spend here I recommend it here but if you don't shop somewhere else

I have purchased all my furniture from Ashley's furniture in Broadview, Il and never had an issue. Customer service was great, prompt delivery and there was nothing wrong with my furniture. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the Burbank, IL location. It has been a total nightmare! I purchased my furniture mid-June and was told part of my order would be delayed til September (sectional sofa) and I agreed because I loved the set and rest of my furniture (bar top table and stools) would be delived July 14th. It is now August 13th and I have not received any of my furniture from this order. I have called the Burbank store MULTIPLE times, have been on hold for over an hour and no one ever answers. I went back to the store a week later after my original purchase and purchased a dining set (paid in full + $150+ delivery) I was told I would received this July 14th as well and that never happened. The whole time I have received "automated messages" and phone calls from representatives confirming delivery dates and would later receive phone calls the day before delivery date to be told I would not be receiving my furniture the next day and every time I would get a later delivery date and I am not talking a couple days. This was months. I FINALLY began receiving part of my order today. I received a lopsided scratched dining table with NO STOOLS and 2 pillows. Not very useful. I would like to cancel my order but was told they would keep 10% of the total purchase FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT PURCHASE from this location. I completely regret giving them my money. Terrible experience. Too bad zero stars isn't an option.

Ashely gives really good service! They even asked if we wanted a translated but since I could translate we were okay, but not many stores would offer that. Plus when we got credit the stuff we got where over are credit, some how they where able to get our credit up to get what we wanted. We overall likes the service they had. Ashley furniture store says if they take pride in their customer services and their one of the largest distributors because they make their all furniture. What has refined its affairs to tell you is that they don't care about their customers they only care about making a sale. I made a purchase I 2019 in July my furniture was delivered in August. in September a store employee charged me for $1700 for someone else's furniture. They delivered this furniture to this person. I disputed the charge and was told my identity and payment information was used by a employee. I never received an apology. I wbe t through several mo ths of trying to get this corrected and modified. I was told numerous times that Synchrony the lender for the Ashley furniture credit card could do nothing. the store also said the same thing. I eventually got a new card and a new balance that I was unsure was correct. in this process i lost my 6 months if free interest. I called the store and Synchrony they both gave me the run around. I was called off of work twice to fill out paperwork by the Manager Rita at the location in Burbank where I made my purchase. After a few months still no corrections. All I asked for was my promotion that was a part of my purchase. I disputed the charges twice to have this corrected. I learned yesterday that not only was I paying interest its was at $200 and no one made any changes. So does ashley furniture care about customer service I think not. I will never purchase furniture from the company or the store location. They abused my name, my credit, my funds and my trust and at the end of the day, they NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR ANYTHING, never gave me any compensation and never seemed to care. so yesterday so that I wouldn't have to pay the interest they promised I sent $1400 to pay off my furniture when I should have had 6 mo ths to do so. So NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FURNITURE PROVDER.

I want to start off by saying this was my FIRST visit at Ashley's & hands down the BEST service I have experienced in any furniture store. Very patient , understanding and helpful sales associates who do not try to insist on selling you something you are NOT looking for, cant afford or etc. Monique helped me pick the perfect mattress that suited my body best and Rico gave awesome prices I can not wait to have my furniture delivered! I want to send a big thank you to Monique & Rico, you guys are the best thank you! I will be returning :)

This is by far the worst Ashley's furniture store I've been to, I bought 6k worth of furniture from this store and the 1st time they delivered my furniture it was broken and missing pieces. I refused the furniture and went back to the store to get my refund I was very disappointed My kids had no bed to sleep on because we threw away all the old furniture hoping to get our new ones. One of the reps assured us that she will speak to the warehouse people and get our furniture delivered again with high priority and there will be no damages and pieces missing she also promised that they will refund $200 and we agreed. 2 weeks later 2nd delivery should up again with broken beds, no mattresses and at this point I was furious and wanted to speak to the manager about refunding my money and taking my business else where. The manager of this place needs to be trained about how to deal with customers. He a was passing messages from one rep to us rather than rectifying the situation himself even when I asked to speak with him face to face the rep always had excuses for him as to why he can't speak with us. She again promised an additional $150 and this time they will make sure the order comes in with no damages because now corporate had gotten involved. I have received my furniture but haven't gotten my $350 refund for the promise they made to help me purchase air mattresses for my kids. I call numerous of times to speak to the manager Rico and his reps always have excuses as to why he can't come to the phone. Horrible service and honestly if I had an opportunity to give then no stars for their false customer service, I would. I learned my lesson, pay extra and go to a good quality store.
I had the worst time with Ashley furniture I order a sofa from them in October 2019 I got nothing. I know it takes at least 4 to 6 wks to get the furniture I was cool with that. I waited and waited nothing came they kept giving me different delivery dates. I called talked to several people and they couldn&'t understand why I hadn&'t got the sofa. Then they assured me I would get it the first wk in November waited again nothing came didn&'t get a phone from them so once again I called they gave me some more bs and then went on I. To December never got the sofa so I just canceled the order. I will never order anything from them ever again.

Scratched my hardwood floors- being reimbursed, however you have to do all the work and follow up multiple times! Delivery not even on time and all of my stuff came at multiple different days. Customer service says one things and does another. If you have time to waste , this furniture store may be the store for you. Already have a claim on a entertainment center I had for two hours. I came in the store in the beginning of October to order furniture for my living and bedroom because I was moving out of state, my experience with the sales/customer people was a very rewarding and exceptional experience but if you're in a rush for them to deliver your furniture I hope no one has to wait as long as I did esp when I was told it would be delivered on a certain date that actually took a couple of months. I didnt get my complete order till a week before Thanksgiving and I am still waiting for them to clear everything up because I still have not received everything and I have a credit card with them.

It’s my second time in 4 years making a big furniture purchase here at the same location. I can’t wait to receive my new couches! It’s always worth shopping around and after you do, you’ll probably end up back here. Walked in to Bobs Discount and the prices did not match the furniture. It was such a disappointment.

I dreaded entering the store for fear of being pestered by salespersons. Boy , was I wrong. Veronica O. was awesome. She made it a pleasant experience. She didn't follow us around but was always close enough if we had any questions. When we decided to purchase she explained what services were available but didn't push anything on us. The whole paperwork process was very quick. I hope Veronica is still there when we decide to go back and buy more furniture.

The store was well arranged and looked great. I can't wait to get my furniture. I was able to pick a delivery date that works for my schedule. The staff was so nice and helpful. The sales associate, Jason, went to his car and brought my daughter and I bottles of water when she asked about a water fountain. If I ever need more furniture, I will go back to Ashley.
I had a wonderful experience at Ashley Homestore.. The sales person Dan Salas was very helpful and courteous.. He answered all my questions and provided information about the chairs that I was purchasing. I had gone to another furniture store and was treated very poorly and unprofessionally by the staff so a family member recommended that I go to Ashley Homestore. They were very happy and satisfied with the service they received. I highly recommend Ashley Homestore when purchasing furniture as they have a great selection and their staff will provide excellent service.

The sales people at Ashley HomeStore has excellent customer service experience throughout the whole store. If there is something you looking for and it’s not in the store, they recommend you can get it online. They are very knowledgeable about everything that’s in the store. The customer service representatives at the front desk have very pleasant demeanor about themselves, always greet you with a smile, they are also knowledgeable about the store, and what they have in stock. The Managers of the store go out of the way to make sure you get your purchases delivered on time!!
Deb was the lady to see when my wife and I went in to shop. She had details and info that was really helpful to us which made for a smooth visit. Not to mention she had a great attitude and sense of humor. I’d definitely go back and ask for her next time.
Customer service is horrible, horrible horrible. I ordered a chair and the chair wouldn’t fit in my basement, the chair was taken back. I called the store in Burbank and I still haven’t gotten my refund. Everyone tells you something different. I think I’m gonna have to take it to the ITeam.
Terrible customer service. Got Jason as soon as we walked in to the sleep store. Was pushy and insistent about us getting a mattress that we could not afford. He first shown us one that cost $4,000!! I told him that we are on a tight budget and looking for one around $300-500. But he insisted that we could afford $2,000 for a "good quality" mattress by applying for an Ashley credit card. I repeated that we could not afford an expensive mattress and that we came in to see about a cheaper one. He thought it would be a good idea to tell me about how I could manage my finances (outside anything to do with Ashley Furniture) and gave me a placard for some financial management site that he is affiliated with, and wrote down his name and number. I walked out after that. He obviously wasn't listening. I don't recommend this store for mattresses. We ended up buying one at Bob's Discount Furniture across the way. There the sales person listened to us and shown us only mattresses that were in our range and treated us with more respect.
they have nice furniture but had hard times with delivery being pushed bk like 3 times and not getting everything all at once. I think they can work on that and do better.

Me & my wife are extremely disappointed set up delivery for furniture in October .Then ashley said they lost paperwork reschedule. 2wks later again another call from ashley they needed to reschedule then spoke to J.McDermott he said he would remove off delivery fee & deposit it back to credit card November comes around furniture came in damaged resent back reschedule again for new furniture spoke to J.McDermott again took off more from price tag it's now been December finally got furniture but no discounted promised fee returned to credit card. Shame on Ashley Furniture broken words all talk 184.87 never got returned to my credit card. Very upset was a surprise for wife first time buyer sham shady company .

She was able to us find the best sofa set. Ray was a great manager. He made everything enjoyable and got the deal done. Overall, we experience was rewarding. We found a sofa set like Macy’s but at least 30% less of the price with the same quality level.

I just recently moved and fell in LOVE with the Darcy Sofa Chaise and Loveseat!! Also the Bennox table set caught my eye. Veronica was very nice and extremely patient with me as we browsed the furniture. Due to unforeseen circumstances I didn’t get the furniture on the first visit, but I returned a week later. Unfortunately I didn’t get the prices I was quoted the previous week because the sale was over but Veronica, and her manager James were nice enough to price match to the price that was on the Ashley website. I really wanted the first price and tried my best to find the same furniture for a lesser price so that they could price match to another store/website. I recently moved into a condo and was trying to save all my coins lol. Veronica even tried to help me look for the couch (she was super nice and cool with my shenanigans lol) at a cheaper price but due to Ashley Home Store stipulations I couldn’t get the price match to another store that was down the street. I was a little disappointed I couldn’t get it cheaper like the week before but I am content with what I was able to get. I can’t wait to receive my furniture Tuesday

I recently shopped at this store and was very satisfied. We looked at multiple other furniture stores in the area and did not like any of the stuff they had. The minute we walked in to Ashley we fell in love with everything we saw. We were nicely greeted by Monique Perez. She is so nice to work with. Seriously, I wish more sales people were like her. She was never pushy. Gave us the space we needed to look around and was always there if we had any questions. We first bought a new living room set and two weeks later went back to her for dining and bedroom. I recommend this store and specially Monique. We will be back in a few months to get my kids a new bed room set.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars. The staff and overall customer service was terrible. My items were sent incomplete and I had to wait a month just for my others items to be delivered. When the delivery finally came, they did not even put anything together. It was just a terrible experience and I will never purchase anything from this store. The managers don’t know anything and are always busy. After many calls, my calls were screened and were rarely answered. And til this day, all my issues still are not addressed.

Never order from here. All they keep doing is making excuses for furniture not delivered. I got couch and chair, but no end tables or cocktail table. I've been waiting since July and they keep changing delivery date. They can't guarantee they will get them. Also 12 months interest free, but I can't make a payment until they post the amount [which they won't do till delivery] worst furniture place ever.

i tried to get my dinning set like 2 months ago, i asked them to send in box, insted they sent it like this i told them to take back nd bring me another one nd they keep sending the same one 3 time. so i cancel everythin. im givving one star just cause there no 0 star. very poor service.
If I could give it a 0 I would. They damaged my wall delivering the furniture. The actual furniture came damaged. The contractor that came to evaluate the furniture for repair looked like they would burglarize my home. The pillows I order never came with my original order and they told me I had to pick them up at a different location about 45 min from where I live or I could pay extra for shipping to my area. NEVER AGAIN! Good luck.

The smell from the box spring is horrible still. I don't think I will recommend the store.

Although my experience with my sales rep Corey was great. My purchase wasn't. Had mattress for less than 2 months and it's already set for the garbage. Sinks in the middle, my boyfriend and I suffer NOW with back pains that we didn't have prior to purchase. The firm mattress I tried out felt as if I was laying on concrete. That's why I chose this one. If only I would've went across the street to Mattress Firm. Didn't feel like going back to the store. The sales representative was great what I ended up with..not so much.......Service department came out and in the report they determined that mattress was fine. Stains from the wet air freshener from the odd odor from the box spring...lifted up said mattress and found out WHYYYYY we're uncomfortable. But in their opinion the mattress is good.
ZERO STARS DO NOT BUY! I was so excited when I bought my furniture here but after paying the money for the 5 year warrantee and filing a claim and it being denied. I will never shop here again and I will tell everyone I know not to bother at this store! My dinning room tables paint started to chip. I reported it and they told me that they would not cover the problem because it was considered accumulative damage. I reported the issue as soon as I saw it and I am dissatisfied that they dismissed my claim! They told me that it was considered accumulative as of the purchase date which makes no sense. How is chipped paint accumulative, the paint and furniture is just cheap! And they rob people when selling this protection plan that does not cover anything!

I checked several stores in the area. Maria Rodriguez helped direct me and was very knowledgeable. Ashley definitely was at the higher end of the price range. However they have the high quality you would expect for the price. Dont let the sticker price scare you. Great bargains are sprinkled all over the store. Plus nothing says you need to buy a whole set in many cases the large price is because multiple pieces are included. Just be up front on what your looking for. Pictures help if only by narrowing down style. I highly recommend asking to sit down with one of their team like Maria first, it will save you time, as they really know their inventory.
They came early but the bed was damage. Now i have to wait longer .
I will NEVER give this bogus furniture store another dime!!!! I should have stayed with Value City Furniture. Not reliable, delivered wrong color sectional and 3 delivery attempts failed because they kept arriving before my schedule time frame so I had to take off work to receive my sectional. if I could give a half of a star, I would.
Very disappointed in the horrible experience I've had so far with this store. To start out, we visited the store twice before completing our purchase and scheduling delivery. The first time, the salesman we worked with was helpful and encouraged us to pick our furniture but to come back a few days later to take advantage of the Memorial Day pricing and financing that would be available. Not only did he give us FALSE information regarding the prices, when we showed up on the day indicated to make the purchase and the salesmen was not there and we pretty much got a "sorry, not sorry" from the other sales people regarding what he told us. Despite the misunderstanding, we continued with the purchase and scheduled delivery.. At the time we were informed that the bed frame we ordered would be on back order and 2 deliveries would be made to accommodate. One on June 15 and another with just our bed on July 4th. On June 14th, when were received confirmation of the initial delivery for the 15th, we were notified that the bed was available early and we would be receiving it on June 20th. We even called the store to confirm and they ensured the bed was available early and would be delivered on the 20th. We made accommodations for a delivery IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WORK WEEK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, only to receive a call at 2pm the day before saying (June 19th) that the bed was not available and would not be delivered until JULY 11th. July 11th, being AFTER the original date given, July 4th. How did the bed go from being available early to available even after the first date? I called the store a couple days ago to confirm the delivery date of July 11th, only to be told that they have NO RECORD of the call confirming July 11th as the new delivery date AND confirming that the delivery is actually set for JULY 13th. I explained to the woman that I spoke with the inconvenience that the entire ordeal has caused but I never received an apology, ANY offer of compensation or any indication that she cared at all about my concerns and dissatisfaction. I explained that its been over a month that I've been waiting on the bed and at this point would prefer to pick something else out that could be delivered immediately. she said she would speak with my sales rep and have them give me a call to discuss those options. It has been 3 days and I have heard from no one. This store is subpar and has a terrible way of handling customer concerns and inconveniences that THEY cause. Theres no reason there should be so much back and forth about this delivery date AND complete disregard for my time as a customer. The communication is extremely poor and I'll never make a purchase from this store again. I'll also ensure I tell every person I know not to step foot near them.
Very disappointed in the horrible experience I've had so far with this store. To start out, we visited the store twice before completing our purchase and scheduling delivery. The first time, the salesman we worked with was helpful and encouraged us to pick our furniture but to come back a few days later to take advantage of the Memorial Day pricing and financing that would be available. Not only did he give us FALSE information regarding the sale prices, when we showed up on the day indicated to make the purchase and the salesmen was not there and we pretty much got a "sorry, not sorry" from the other sales people regarding what he told us. Despite the misunderstanding, we continued with the purchase and scheduled delivery. . At the time we were informed that the bed frame we ordered would be on back order and 2 deliveries would be made to accommodate. One on June 15 and another with just our bed on July 4th. On June 14th, when were received confirmation of the initial delivery for the 15th, we were notified that the bed was available early and we would be receiving it on June 20th. We even called the store to confirm and they ensured the bed was available early and would be delivered on the 20th. We made accommodations for a delivery IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WORK WEEK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, only to receive a call at 2pm the day before saying (June 19th) that the bed was not available and would not be delivered until JULY 11th. July 11th, being AFTER the original date given, July 4th. How did the bed go from being available early to available even after the first date? I called the store a couple days ago to confirm the delivery date of July 11th, only to be told that they have NO RECORD of the call confirming July 11th as the new delivery date AND confirming that the delivery is actually set for JULY 13th. I explained to the woman that I spoke with the inconvenience that the entire ordeal has caused but never received an apology, ANY offer of compensation or any indication that she cared at all about my concerns and dissatisfaction. I explained that its been over a month that I've been waiting on the bed and at this point would prefer to pick something else out that could be delivered immediately. she said she would speak with my sales rep and have them give me a call to discuss those options. It has been 3 days and I have heard from no one. This store is subpar and has a terrible way of handling customer concerns and inconveniences that THEY cause. Theres no reason there should be so much back and forth about this delivery date AND complete disregard for my time as a customer. The communication is extremely poor and I'll never make a purchase from this store again. I'll also ensure I tell every person I know not to step foot near them.
First I would like to say I had an amazing experience at the Ashley's home store the manager james deserves 5 star customer service. I problem started on the delivery side giving me and my wife such a hard time if it wasn't for james it would have been a disaster.
Shopped here in the past... Great items and quality is good. Would definitely recommend for purchasing beds, mattresses and sofa/sectionals!

I've ordered a 7 peace patio table set. It took 5 times to deliver the set to my home n on the 5th time I was missing 2 chairs. Very disappointed with the customer Service, delivery and especially the installation. I will never buy from this place EVER!!! beware of what you buy?? Ask questions as far as delivery ETA and if it's not available? How long before it will be delivered. Better off going to a different location.

Worst store I been too from the sales person to the manager and the delivery employee. They lack professionalism and the trucking company scam me as a customer. They damange my walls and they refuse to fix it and I had to be calling them for an answer and no body calle me back. Very disappointing with this location.

They delivered and assembled our bed that has storage/drawers on the bottom, a rustic headboard with light and a chest in 30 minutes. My husband purchased a shay bedroom set from here it hasn't been 6 months and the color is fading. The adjustable bed has a hole in the side because went they set up the bed they left the screws on the side of bed. Call the store they sent a technician out. He said he will report back how our furniture was fading/ buckling. hole in the adjustable do to leaving screw. He went back in lied. We Call the store to speak to management. We were ask to send pictures. No call back call store again. Store manager never there. Call again manager wouldn't get on the phone. I talk to a young lady name missy. Real nice I explain to her what happened. She told me that it would be taking care of. Today is 4/2/19 still haven't heard from anyone from the store. Now I'm going to take legal action. I feel you took our money the man that came out even said the furniture was damaged product. PLEASE IF ANY TECHNICAL COME TO YOUR HOME ASK FOR A COPY OF THE REPORT THAT HE SAID HE GOING TO TAKE BACK TO THE OFFICE. because they lie tell you one thing but report something totally different. Do not buy furniture from Ashly Furniture!!!! We ordered sideboard, it's took them 3 weeks to get to us at the first time ( website promises 1 week only). First time the brought broken item not in a box and not covered in a Chicago snowing day!!! The invoice the was attached showed less of half of the price we paid!!! 7 attempt s later ( 4 hours window as well they will call only the day before so 7 days off). We finally got a "new" piece. Once the dishes are in the door can't get close?!?! We call Ashly Furinture again and they state the it's up to " Manufacturers standard ". Who is the manufacture ? Ashly Furinture. . . Under none of this time I felt like someone truly trying to help!! The result is $700 paid for damage furniture!!! Stay away much better option out there
Absolutely garbage furniture and worthless customer service. Yet again getting the runaround from Ashley HomeStore. Delivered a broken couch to me in September of 2018, for which I purchased the extended warranty, now still trying to get it fixed/replaced after 3 techs and 6 months of rescheduling. Only to find out this morning, when the couch was supposed to be finally swapped out, that the store (not corporate) did not respond to the request?!? So the day that I made available in my schedule, gets pushed back again, and now I need to take another day off work so these inconsiderate incompetent charlatans can bring me another of their broken wares. Do yourself a favor and never purchase any furniture from Ashley HomeStore (Burbank,IL)
The absolute worst experience I have ever had spending 2500+ on furniture for the delivery to show up the first schedule delivery day only to be informed by the driver that I should have received a call stating that all of the items were not available. Someone from distribution called am hr later to let me know that some orders were on back order. Completely unacceptable, after receiving minor compensation for that, the next scheduled delivery, after being promised first stop, was scheduled 5th stop, given a time frame of 9:30-1:30, only to be called at 10:15 to be told they wouldn’t be able to keep that time frame. If I could give lower than one star I would. Definitely will not return and I wouldn’t suggest anyone purchase items.

I ordered the Darcy Sofa chaise and love seat and it was delivered yesterday. The salesmen, Oscar Diaz and Daniel were patient with me and made me feel comfortable. I would really like to commend the delivery men who put forth great effort in getting the furniture in my home. I had previously ordered furniture from another store that made 4 unsuccessful attempts in getting furniture in my home. I spent around $7000 at this store I ordered a bed and a mechanical base because of the mechanical base they did not deliver the wooden slates (the wooden supports for the bed). I called them on 12/15 and they said they would have them delivered in 1-2 weeks. When the wooden slates weren't delivered on 12/30 I called them only to have them tell me they don't know what is going on with my delivery and that they would call me back the next day. The next day nobody called, so I called them the day after they said they were short on stock from their supplier and it would be delivered to me by the week of January 14th or the beginning of the following week (Jan 21st) I called on the 21st and I was assured by a rep and a manager that they would be in by Jan 29th and i would receive a follow up call on the 29th to confirm and go figure, no call and yet again, no delivery. I called support twice and waited on hold only to have them answer and hang up on me both times. It's now 2/5 (almost two months since my first call) and still no delivery or call back. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything you can't take home with you that day because god forbid you have to deal with their customer service team to get what you paid for.

They will take your money and never send your furniture. I paid for furniture in October (cash) for November 1. It was back dated until Nov 27th. I decided to tell them make it the 30th. when the 30th arrive it was missing pieces, they left without installing. They tell me on the 31st that that piece is no longer being made and the entire bed is no longer being made. I should have gotten my money back but no I said I just need a bed. I chose something else needless to say it was was never ready when the delivery was scheduled. here it is January 10 and no furniture and I still have not got my money back. worst store ever 🤬
