My experience with my sales person and ACIMA agent was great. They really work with me despite what was happening within the store. I was assured that I would get information in a couple of days about the sale. I did receive my receipt from the ACIMA agent However none from my Ashley sales rep. It is now Saturday and I purchased my couch on Wednesday and I have heard nothing about my sale or delivery attempting to contact the store directly by phone was difficult and inconvenient. So now I have to Back to the store to get information That is normally given to you. Hopefully my experience is better later.

I walked around the store a good 2-3xs this evening, looking at couches and bed frames, but never once had an employee acknowledge that I was in the store. I stayed for about 30-45 mins before heading over to Bob’s Furniture. At Bob’s, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and was buying a couch 20 minutes later. I came from downtown solely to visit Ashley’s and purchase some furniture but left with nothing. Disappointing experience.

I have been trying to place an order for 3 days online because Ashley Furniture no longer has customer service representatives to take an order over the telephone, you HAVE to place an order online, with AI. And I had problems with the online process. So I called for online technical assistance which was absolutely no help at all. If you have a problem with online ordering don’t call Ashley furniture online helpline because I couldn’t understand anything they told me it was like the person was speaking a foreign language.

I had the best experience at Ashley Furniture. I was able to purchase 2 chairs and the delivery date is perfect. The chairs will be perfect in my kitchen.

Zero stars as an order was placed without my consent! I did not approve the purchase & was charged for it! Had to spend hours on the phone with customer service cancelling my order. Will never return here and will be cancelling my Ashley credit card.
