Very nice furniture. Good quality. I just purchased a coffee table and two end tables. I always shopped at Darvins because I liked the quality of their furniture but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the furniture at Ashley. Very stylish and very good quality. Similar to Darvins. As good or better quality. I will definitely continue to shop at Ashley.

My sales Associate Ella was very helpful and detail oriented. She even helped me draw out my room plan to get an idea of how to configure my furniture. She was patient and thorough. Not pushy and made some useful suggestions. She was also honest about the delays in delivery times which I appreciated.

We had great experience at Ashley HomeStore. I'm a repeat buyer at the store and purchased a second recliner. The whole process including price matching was clear. Wish that there was not such a long backlog to receive our furniture.
Five star to set order up..fast service filling out forms nice showroom service & style.... two stars for delivery waiting game one month to another..not available. Waited 6 months. I even upgraded about $2k from one set to another thinking 🤔 the expensive ones would arrive on schedule.. NOT. I was also told I can get the last piece one end table. For compensation for waiting. I ended up paying for it. There is a sale already going on midnight madness 25% off .. so I just got this off nothing Extra. While I was waiting I sent my Son to payoff my furniture back in January he also made a purchase 4k$ plus my friend seen I got new furniture coming she Also went to Ashley so think altogether we spent over 10$K ..I did mention this. Still I did not get any gift of purchase.. 🤔🥺at least a vase. Or off one the table. So after all the service final 3 Stars ⭐⭐⭐yet the furniture it self is 5 star ⭐ sale & great buy. We received the complete wrong couch. We were given the run around multiple times by multiple people. At one point a customer service rep said ‘I’m just customer service, not a fix all.’ Super disappointed. We were so excited for our furniture for our new home. We ordered in april and told the correct couch won’t be here until July 27th. Also the couch they gave sells for $399… the couch I ordered was $1200.-BIG DIFFERENCE
Steve & Ethan we’re great sales associates at the Burbank IL. location they were very helpful and patient, but I’m very disappointed with the delivery of my sofa. This will be the 4th time they come out with a different replacement for the first one that got delivered with a scuff and a rip on the armrest and the leather looks old and wrinkled compared to the love seat and recliner. Every replacement has been damaged below are the photos of what’s in my family room BEWARE!!! Well today is 7/24/21 Ashley furniture attempted to deliver and exchange my first sofa for the fourth time and still they couldn’t make it right it is DAMAGED. Below is the fourth damaged sofa, I took the picture when the delivery guys took it out of the truck onto the grass, this is so frustrating!
I had a Horrible experience with this Store all because the False Information they gave Me. They gave Me the run around for My Sectional to get Clean, Which they Never done it. Everytime I called they suppose to been sending somebody to clean it and then when I call back Days and weeks later they’ll say oh We supposed to call you back. Then after a Funeral, My Family came over and the Sectional was Broken and they wouldn’t give Me another one or send nobody out to fix it. I AM GOING BACK TO THE ROOK PLACE BECAUSE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS ALL BAD
Bought some furniture that was suppost to get shipped by may 15 and im still waiting for it. Its pretty disappointing that i see people who order items after me and they manage to recieve them before before i do. Calling customer service and the store is no help. They will hang up or just plain lie to you. If i dont get even a partial order( either the full bed or the full table with chairs) i might just cancel and try a different store.
So I bought lamps 7 mos ago and still waiting , I get a call on Saturday for a scheduled delivery time for Wednesday, which I do confirm . It’s now Wednesday, time frame has passed and no one called me to cancel or let me know it’s late or anything . I call and I get told that they cancelled it for no actual reason and unfortunately they will be able to schedule another delivery date for two weeks . So now I missed work only for them to tell me they will not charge me a delivery fee . To think there was still a delivery fee after 7 mos wait . They are a joke, save your time shop somewhere else ! You will pay for your stuff but will actually never receive them
It seem like the salesperson was just trying to get a sale didn’t care about it been a lie or not I placed a order May 16th aTHEY TOLD ME MAY 22nd BUT GIVE 2 weeks for anything that may be on back order.. Here it is June 29th you think they would call let the customer know hey what you want to do with your order or back or verse just KEEP LYING giving you the run arounds! Just say you don’t know when it’s coming in Poor customer service
