This experience was horrible a guy name Patrick lied about giving me a sale when whole time it was a rip off the total bill was not what I agreed to in the store when eveything was settled, I put down $1,000 but why do I still owe over $1,000 for a bed frame/mattress? Do not come here!!

Worst experience ever. Be aware of the sales man Diego Hernandez his not there to help his only there to make his commission. Was told I would get free delivery wich was a lie I found out after placing the oder he charge me 200 for it. I try rejecting the insurance wich he charge me 500 for it but was told I couldn't finance if I did that. Everything were just lies upon calling to cancel the order today I was giving a way better deal no insurance needed, lower monthly payments no shipping fee and they gave me a piece of the sectional that he did not put in my order just to get the order in with my credit available. I recommend shop online stay away from this location specially from this sales man. Shame on you.

Had a amazing time with Veronica Urquizo. She was patient and took us all over searching for the right couch and chair. I recently had issues with my feet and needed a chair that they wouldn't hang over recliner when fully reclined. I was losing hope and all the sudden there it was. I sat in chair reclined it and yelled ding ding ding we have a winner. My wife daughter and I were very pleased with her professional service to us. You guys got a good one there. I purchased a bed frame from the Burbank store on the 23rd. Angel was extremely attentive and organized a delivery for the 25th. The delivery guys (Gerrod) installed the bed frame but waited till the to inform me that a five foot structural piece of the headboard came out of the damaged. Delivery guy took pictures of the damaged piece and assured me that he would come out in a couple of days and replace. A couple days later with no response from Ashley, I reached out to the customer service number given. I dont know what part of the world I reached, i tried to explain my situation. After nearly an hour of getting over the language barrier, the representative assigned me a claim number and informed me someone would be contacting me after 72 hours. Today will be 2 weeks. I tried calling other numbers given to me by Burbank employees and was told, " I just work from home, the claim has not been confirmed. And the kicker that rolled off her tongue was we have a no money back policy. Since the first day, i felt the whole process was a scam. Can some please just send me the part to complete the bed frame. Thank you.

He was also extremely helpful in assisting Maria with processing my purchase. These two are the epitome of what great customer service is. How ever there was Maintenance or Janitor AA woman who came from the back of the store Winked at a lady behind the counter and asked me a Couple of Stupid Guestions. " Did i just walk by the back " & "I looked Taller when I was Standing " At the time I was sitting while waiting to pay with cash & the only customer in the store. There was now reason for this young lady to come from the back to ask me Stupid questions like that.

I was sold a display item without being clearly told that upfront. There was no explanation, no heads-up just a quick waiver to sign with no real breakdown of what I was agreeing to. For over $1,000, I expected new furniture, not something that had clearly been sitting out and used. When I followed up, they offered zero accountability or support. No discount, no apology just a “too bad, you signed for it” attitude. If you’re going to sell used or floor models, be honest about it. Customers deserve clear communication, not shady fine print and silence. I won’t be shopping here again, and I suggest others triple-check before buying anything.

First I would like to say my review has no impact on Diego he has gone beyond measures to assist me. However I can’t say the same for the other two young ladies I encountered which will remain nameless but they know who they are. My delivery today was horrible. 6/18/25 the young lady with them put her drill on my couch which Hugo asked her to move it. Then in the same instance she almost knocked my mini blind out the window. My chairs have imperfections on them because it was previously unboxed. Which I understand they do this to make room on the truck. However I like to see my furniture unboxed so I know if it’s new. Overall it very unprofessional experience.

OMG !!!!!! I had the best experience ever!!!! at Ashley HomeStores located at 7780 South Cicero. Maria Rodriguez was the mattress specialist. I wasn't quite sure what I liked it's been such a long time. Maria was fantastic she was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, very patient, kind and honest. She explained the ins and outs of the financing options again very transparent, offering the choices where I would get the best deal. Maria explained everything (financing and the differences) step by step, so I pay 0% interest. I ended up getting additional furniture and she immediately let me know that the chairs had to be paid in full in 6 months to avoid interest (who does that!). Maria went into detail about how the warranties works as well as the policy on mattress and furniture returns and exchanges. She was very polite and made me feel like a valued customer. Nothing was too much for her she pulled up the history of past purchases gave me copies and wrote notes explaining the differences in warranties. Shes the reason I got extra furniture, if I ever need furniture, I'm going to find Maria Rodriguez at Ashley HomeStores she is a gem to Ashley and the customers, she should be a training example for hew hires. I did talk to the manager about my experience but that's not enough, I'm posting this review so many can go see Maria, you won't regret it. Thanks Maria I'm telling everyone about you!!!!!!

My bed was discontinued and instead of just turning me away like many of the other Ashley’s reps and customer service people, he went and saw that you all had a few rails for this particular bed left on the shelves. The manager & the sales person was nice the ladies and the gentlemen but I don’t like the fact that I have to wait so long for my delivery that’s a dealbreaker for me . I may cancel my order I don’t want to wait that long 3 weeks for that delivery price is too long.

Ok, back in January 2025 I went to the Ashley home store on 77th Cicero looking for living room furniture, found what I thought was a good buy, so it took about 3 deliveries before I got the whole set. The chair to the set was the last to come as I used the chair only two time’s in two day’s I notice the cushion area where your back rest was beginning to sink in, just after two day’s of seating, so on the third day of having the chair in my home I decided to call and report the condition of the chair in hope’s of getting a replacement, I was told they would have to see if they could repair the problem first before offering a new chair, I was flabbergasted in disbelief I only had the chair for two day’s I was told that’s their policy and there was nothing else they do, so I filed a complaint with the BBB if that doesn’t work I will call the Channel 7 iteam and go on live television with my complaint, if that doesn’t work I will see them in court for selling me some faulty merchandise and trying to pass it off as being new, in the mean time my consumer advise is to do not do business with Ashley Home Store’s.🙄

I wish I could give zero stars, as that would more accurately reflect our experience. My mother recently visited the store to purchase two mattresses and bed frames. The salesperson informed her that the purchase would include a free base and two covers. However, she was never provided with a detailed receipt—only the total price for the mattresses and bed frames was shared. Upon delivery today, she was finally given the paperwork and discovered that she had been charged for the items that were supposedly free. When she attempted to address the issue, she was told that the order could not be canceled once it had been delivered. We contacted customer service, but they reiterated the same policy. This experience feels misleading and dishonest, and we believe it borders on fraudulent business practices.

I ordered a dining room table in December with a bench. The bench was on backorder and I reached out to multiple people and even was hung up on by a guy at the store today on the phone. This has been a 3 month long headache with no one ever reaching out about the item. Our sales person was nice but the experience afterwards was not good. No one could give us answers but it cancelled and NO ONE reached out to let us know. Now we don't have the set we ordered. I only wanted the set because of the bench. This is the second time reaching out and someone is suppose to call us back but they never do. Good luck on your purchase and constantly check on any backorder and make sure you get names of people you talk to.

I was told from their staff they were unable to help me but as soon as I got on the phone with customer service & was told that the store was able to help & the store heard what the customer service person said then their whole attitude’s changed, from every person that was @ the desk

Came to the store floor salesman started the item was for sale and that I could use it 320$ store credit came back to buy the product below and was in form that I could not use the store credit for that particular item because it was a floor price item and would have to buy it at full price to use my store credit?at a 500 price increase! Upon other issues where there were financial miscommunication when I was buying a recliner i was charged the full price and had to tell the same salesman to take the store credit off the price at the time of purchase because the numbers were not correct,wow there just not sharp and it reflects poorly on the store brand!!!!!

The coffee table I wanted was only available online, but the sales rep was able to order it for me. He also matched the lower price of a competitor. The bonus is that he and the Ashley Store team found out that I had a $145 credit, so I only paid $5! I am a very happy camper!!

Worst experience!!! So much frustration.. in the beginning my sales person was attentive Ethan! When the problems started happening with me getting items incorrect or not on time he swept me under the rug.. I left countless messages and sent him final text with nothing! I was able to speak to the manager Alex who tried to assist but was not able to fix the problem... after 2 months we still can't get this resolved. Getting a hold of corporate is a nightmare. I walked around the store a good 2-3xs this evening, looking at couches and bed frames, but never once had an employee acknowledge that I was in the store. I stayed for about 30-45 mins before heading over to Bob’s Furniture. At Bob’s, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and was buying a couch 20 minutes later. I came from downtown solely to visit Ashley’s and purchase some furniture but left with nothing. Disappointing experience.

I have been trying to place an order for 3 days online because Ashley Furniture no longer has customer service representatives to take an order over the telephone, you HAVE to place an order online, with AI. And I had problems with the online process. So I called for online technical assistance which was absolutely no help at all. If you have a problem with online ordering don’t call Ashley furniture online helpline because I couldn’t understand anything they told me it was like the person was speaking a foreign language.

I had the best experience at Ashley Furniture. I was able to purchase 2 chairs and the delivery date is perfect. The chairs will be perfect in my kitchen.

My husband went into the store & before he said anything the sales representative that helped us said "hello how do you like your furniture?" Is everything ok?" My husband said we never got our furniture he said "it was supposed to be delivered today" he looked in his computer & said sorry about that your delivery date was moved to November 19th. My husband said no one called me & why would you tell me this date if they were going to move the date. The sales representative said "Sir the ETA is November 19th. My husband said ok so the ETA is the expected date for the furniture to come to the store so when is it supposed to come to my house? The sales representative replied no later than the 20th. My husband said I want to cancel my order. A manager came & asked why did we want to cancel we explained the situation & was told "that's not a reason to cancel". Then they said if we keep our order they would take off $100. My husband said no deal I just went to Value City & they knocked off $1000 & gave me free delivery can you beat that? The Manager said no sir because our furniture has better quality. Yeah but your customer service sucks & for the amount you charge you lie to much. $5,000 is alot to spend & be lied too.

I just received a notice that my card was charged for $2500. I made a purchase 3 weeks ago and someone charged my account today from this store. I keep calling the store and there is no answer.

I bought a couch from them , & the people in store were great and very informative with everything. Made the experience great. The guys that came and set everything up at home were quick and super friendly. My only complaint is that I had an extra piece I wanted to return since it felt to long on one side , & not even an hour after they left they couldn’t accommodate me on that.

Then was ordered for new delivery today (over 1 month from when they sent damaged product) but cancelled without notification and rescheduled ? 1 month later. I would go somewhere else. You might have to pay a little more but at least you will receive what you purchased and get likely get better customer service. Great experience, vicited 3 stores looking for a mattress and this one had the best deal, Veronica our sales person was so great, she didnt push us and aswered all my questions. We end up buying here, the manager also gave us a good deal too making it a place that I want to buy my next living room set in the near future!

People must say them pay the bill off and I know this part your job but it’s kind of impolite to do that when you know when you want to pull the your property from your company other than that, the salesman were great. My bed was delivered and set up Ashley delivery company. The same day the beds support plank buckled because the legs supporting it were all different sizes. This caused all the weight to be placed upon one single leg. I took delivery on 5/27/23. As of today 5/15/24 Im still getting the run around. We had to remove the platforms under the mattress and now it’s supported by the floor. I was told pieces would be sent out numerous times and still haven’t received anything.

Salespeople were very friendly and Attentive to my needs. Thus I was able to find exactly what I needed and in my price range. Kudos to Ashley Furniture and Their Amazing Sales Team

Do yourself a favor and avoid the Ashley furniture on Cicero. I’d recently purchased a bunk bed and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. Firstly, the salesman, Ethan Alvarez, failed to mention that the bunk bed needed to be disassembled to other staff causing unnecessary hassle when I’d come to pick it up. Additionally, despite receiving $545 in credit, which was confirmed through seven separate letters, Ashley Furniture failed to acknowledge it. Furthermore, previous deliveries were marred by defective items that were not adequately repaired or replaced. To top it off, after these deliveries, empty boxes were carelessly discarded into an abandoned lot behind my house. Overall, the lack of communication, poor quality control, and disregard for customer satisfaction make it difficult for me to recommend Ashley Furniture on Cicero to anyone."

Great customer service. Too bad the furniture lacks the same appeal. I purchased a 5pc bedroom set last year and a year to the date of it being paid off. It has started showing signs of wear and falling apart. Very disappointing. All things look nice but the quality is lacking. It’s just outside of the manufacturer warranty so sucks for me .

I really can't give a review yet because I have yet to receive the bed that I purchased. Getting the correct one has been challenging. We were told we had to drive to Romeoville to pick it up if we needed by Monday. Despite paying for delivery and assembly we went only to find out that it was also incorrect. Now I'm stuck with no bed for my parents who will be home tomorrow. This special moment is turning into frustration and disappointment
