Ashley in Burbank was absolutely beyond incredible! Jason and JB were just amazing in helping fully furnish our sons apartment in Chicago. By simply phoning the store I was able to connect with JB and Jason, who listened to our needs and came up with the perfect furniture to outfit an entire 2 Bedroom apartment. They both were extremely patient, insightful, and respectful to our budget. Not only were they able to find items readily available as we had a short window of time, they were able to ensure exact delivery on the date that we needed, coordinated with the accepted elevator approved window. Again, all done over the phone, with fabulous communication and follow up via email.I cannot endorse Ashely in Burbank enough, and compliment the wonderful professionalism and positive experience we had working with Jason and JB. It was a true pleasure working with these two Ashely professionals.

We purchased a living room set from Ashley Furniture HomeStore in early April 2025. It was a clearance item sold “as is,” and we understood and agreed to that, even signing paperwork with the salesperson noting minor damage (only some loose threads on the stitching). However, what was delivered was NOT what we agreed to in-store. The chair had a stain on the arm that wasn’t on it in the store when purchased. The sofa arrived with a broken arm that wasn't broken in the store. The sofa had a tag that said "I fold out into a sleeper" — which was the main reason we bought it — and it is not a sleeper sofa. We contacted the number given to us by the delivery team immediately. After sending photos and following their instructions, we were told a ticket would be submitted and we'd hear back. We didn’t. I followed up at least six times over the next month by phone and email. Every time I was passed around or told someone else would handle it. Eventually, I was told that because it was an “as is” item, they wouldn't do anything — despite the fact that what we received was clearly not what we agreed to purchase. Even after escalating the issue to supervisors and visiting the store in person, all we got were more runarounds. Store staff told us to call the number. The phone reps told us there was nothing they could do. No one takes ownership or provides a resolution. Ashley Furniture cannot hide behind “as is” disclaimers when the product delivered is materially different from what was shown and sold in-store. This is unacceptable and deceptive. They need to take responsibility and make this right — not pass customers off from person to person and hope the problem disappears. I expected honesty and basic customer service, and received neither. Until Ashley takes ownership and corrects this issue, I strongly urge others to avoid doing business with them.

The dining table and chairs I bought are decent in design, but the customer service and lack of transparency completely ruined the experience. I was sold a display item without being clearly told that upfront. There was no explanation, no heads-up just a quick waiver to sign with no real breakdown of what I was agreeing to. For over $1,000, I expected new furniture, not something that had clearly been sitting out and used. When I followed up, they offered zero accountability or support. No discount, no apology just a “too bad, you signed for it” attitude. If you’re going to sell used or floor models, be honest about it. Customers deserve clear communication, not shady fine print and silence. I won’t be shopping here again, and I suggest others triple-check before buying anything.

My third time coming to this store since December of last year 2024. I been trying to find a nice resonable priced power reclining lazy boy and power reclining loveseat. Every visit I've had was a different experience. Even though this visit today there was a inflated price difference since the last time. I am glad I was able to get what I came for. Thank you Angel Hernandez for your great professionalism as a salesman. He was friendly and attentive and went the extra mile to satisfy my needs.

First I would like to say my review has no impact on Diego he has gone beyond measures to assist me. However I can’t say the same for the other two young ladies I encountered which will remain nameless but they know who they are. My delivery today was horrible. 6/18/25 the young lady with them put her drill on my couch which Hugo asked her to move it. Then in the same instance she almost knocked my mini blind out the window. My chairs have imperfections on them because it was previously unboxed. Which I understand they do this to make room on the truck. However I like to see my furniture unboxed so I know if it’s new. Overall it very unprofessional experience.

I went into the store on Monday and when she asked me if Wednesday would work, I told her that Thursday would be better she said that would be fine. But she never said the date I figured she was talking about the same week not next Thursday which happens to be my 32nd wedding anniversary. I will take the blame for this, because I didn’t ask for the date. I just assumed that she was talking about the same week. I had just left Bob’s in the same parking lot. And they are delivering Thursday of the same week we bought it. We Bought a living room set and I needed tables so I go into Ashley and found some I liked now I have to wait a week for them. I know next time, if there will be a next time.

OMG !!!!!! I had the best experience ever!!!! at Ashley HomeStores located at 7780 South Cicero. Maria Rodriguez was the mattress specialist. I wasn't quite sure what I liked it's been such a long time. Maria was fantastic she was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, very patient, kind and honest. She explained the ins and outs of the financing options again very transparent, offering the choices where I would get the best deal. Maria explained everything (financing and the differences) step by step, so I pay 0% interest. I ended up getting additional furniture and she immediately let me know that the chairs had to be paid in full in 6 months to avoid interest (who does that!). Maria went into detail about how the warranties works as well as the policy on mattress and furniture returns and exchanges. She was very polite and made me feel like a valued customer. Nothing was too much for her she pulled up the history of past purchases gave me copies and wrote notes explaining the differences in warranties. Shes the reason I got extra furniture, if I ever need furniture, I'm going to find Maria Rodriguez at Ashley HomeStores she is a gem to Ashley and the customers, she should be a training example for hew hires. I did talk to the manager about my experience but that's not enough, I'm posting this review so many can go see Maria, you won't regret it. Thanks Maria I'm telling everyone about you!!!!!!

My first and last time ever purchasing from Ashley’s. I did not like the Loan process, which I didn’t fully understand as a customer and I had to take out two loans and put my mother on one which was a hard attack on her credit which we were also not aware of. And just the whole process was a bit incomprehensible . I’m not happy with my Tempur-pedic bed that has a split in it, causing us to sink down into it and push them back together all night. On top of that, my sectional was supposed to be delivered and one piece has also been delivered in pieces and it is just overwhelming. I would never do it again. I would never shop with them again. I hate that I even purchase these items from here with the refund, no exchange policy. And yeah, that sums it up. Have a great day.

My bed was discontinued and instead of just turning me away like many of the other Ashley’s reps and customer service people, he went and saw that you all had a few rails for this particular bed left on the shelves. He could have taken the easy route and turned me away forcing me to get a completely new bed but he thought outside of the box. I’m very grateful for the experience I had with Jason

He was being rudely aggressive to the point I decided to just go to other furniture store. While, I was getting ready to leave this rude punk was talking about me because he didn’t get the sale. Ok, back in January 2025 I went to the Ashley home store on 77th Cicero looking for living room furniture, found what I thought was a good buy, so it took about 3 deliveries before I got the whole set. The chair to the set was the last to come as I used the chair only two time’s in two day’s I notice the cushion area where your back rest was beginning to sink in, just after two day’s of seating, so on the third day of having the chair in my home I decided to call and report the condition of the chair in hope’s of getting a replacement, I was told they would have to see if they could repair the problem first before offering a new chair, I was flabbergasted in disbelief I only had the chair for two day’s I was told that’s their policy and there was nothing else they do, so I filed a complaint with the BBB if that doesn’t work I will call the Channel 7 iteam and go on live television with my complaint, if that doesn’t work I will see them in court for selling me some faulty merchandise and trying to pass it off as being new, in the mean time my consumer advise is to do not do business with Ashley Home Store’s.🙄

I wish I could give zero stars, as that would more accurately reflect our experience. My mother recently visited the store to purchase two mattresses and bed frames. The salesperson informed her that the purchase would include a free base and two covers. However, she was never provided with a detailed receipt—only the total price for the mattresses and bed frames was shared. Upon delivery today, she was finally given the paperwork and discovered that she had been charged for the items that were supposedly free. When she attempted to address the issue, she was told that the order could not be canceled once it had been delivered. We contacted customer service, but they reiterated the same policy. This experience feels misleading and dishonest, and we believe it borders on fraudulent business practices.

I ordered a dining room table in December with a bench. The bench was on backorder and I reached out to multiple people and even was hung up on by a guy at the store today on the phone. This has been a 3 month long headache with no one ever reaching out about the item. Our sales person was nice but the experience afterwards was not good. No one could give us answers but it cancelled and NO ONE reached out to let us know. Now we don't have the set we ordered. I only wanted the set because of the bench. This is the second time reaching out and someone is suppose to call us back but they never do. Good luck on your purchase and constantly check on any backorder and make sure you get names of people you talk to.

Came to the store floor salesman started the item was for sale and that I could use it 320$ store credit came back to buy the product below and was in form that I could not use the store credit for that particular item because it was a floor price item and would have to buy it at full price to use my store credit?at a 500 price increase! Upon other issues where there were financial miscommunication when I was buying a recliner i was charged the full price and had to tell the same salesman to take the store credit off the price at the time of purchase because the numbers were not correct,wow there just not sharp and it reflects poorly on the store brand!!!!!

Worst experience!!! So much frustration.. in the beginning my sales person was attentive Ethan! When the problems started happening with me getting items incorrect or not on time he swept me under the rug.. I left countless messages and sent him final text with nothing! I was able to speak to the manager Alex who tried to assist but was not able to fix the problem... after 2 months we still can't get this resolved. Getting a hold of corporate is a nightmare. The delivery was also another issue multiple times. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else! Update 2/21 we finally got it right!! I want to thank Jb & Diego for the help & Alex Thank you

My experience with my sales person and ACIMA agent was great. They really work with me despite what was happening within the store. I was assured that I would get information in a couple of days about the sale. I did receive my receipt from the ACIMA agent However none from my Ashley sales rep. It is now Saturday and I purchased my couch on Wednesday and I have heard nothing about my sale or delivery attempting to contact the store directly by phone was difficult and inconvenient. I walked around the store a good 2-3xs this evening, looking at couches and bed frames, but never once had an employee acknowledge that I was in the store. I stayed for about 30-45 mins before heading over to Bob’s Furniture. At Bob’s, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and was buying a couch 20 minutes later. I came from downtown solely to visit Ashley’s and purchase some furniture but left with nothing. Disappointing experience.

I have been trying to place an order for 3 days online because Ashley Furniture no longer has customer service representatives to take an order over the telephone, you HAVE to place an order online, with AI. And I had problems with the online process. So I called for online technical assistance which was absolutely no help at all. If you have a problem with online ordering don’t call Ashley furniture online helpline because I couldn’t understand anything they told me it was like the person was speaking a foreign language.

I had the best experience at Ashley Furniture. I was able to purchase 2 chairs and the delivery date is perfect. The chairs will be perfect in my kitchen.

Zero stars as an order was placed without my consent! I did not approve the purchase & was charged for it! Had to spend hours on the phone with customer service cancelling my order. Will never return here and will be cancelling my Ashley credit card.

This became a two person job due to store crowd size but very helpful, communicated well and was eager to make the sale successfully.

I was helped right away but the problem was that there furniture is over priced for the kind of customer service that's being offered! I was told that my furniture would be delivered on the 7th & then the sales representative said I'm sorry I can do the 11th. When the 11th came I waited all day & no phone call no furniture! My husband went into the store & before he said anything the sales representative that helped us said "hello how do you like your furniture?" Is everything ok?" My husband said we never got our furniture he said "it was supposed to be delivered today" he looked in his computer & said sorry about that your delivery date was moved to November 19th. My husband said no one called me & why would you tell me this date if they were going to move the date. The sales representative said "Sir the ETA is November 19th. My husband said ok so the ETA is the expected date for the furniture to come to the store so when is it supposed to come to my house? The sales representative replied no later than the 20th. My husband said I want to cancel my order. A manager came & asked why did we want to cancel we explained the situation & was told "that's not a reason to cancel". Then they said if we keep our order they would take off $100. My husband said no deal I just went to Value City & they knocked off $1000 & gave me free delivery can you beat that? The Manager said no sir because our furniture has better quality. Yeah but your customer service sucks & for the amount you charge you lie to much. $5,000 is alot to spend & be lied too.

I bought a couch from them , & the people in store were great and very informative with everything. Made the experience great. The guys that came and set everything up at home were quick and super friendly. My only complaint is that I had an extra piece I wanted to return since it felt to long on one side , & not even an hour after they left they couldn’t accommodate me on that.

My bed was delivered and set up Ashley delivery company. The same day the beds support plank buckled because the legs supporting it were all different sizes. This caused all the weight to be placed upon one single leg. I took delivery on 5/27/23. As of today 5/15/24 Im still getting the run around. We had to remove the platforms under the mattress and now it’s supported by the floor. I was told pieces would be sent out numerous times and still haven’t received anything.

Firstly, the salesman, Ethan Alvarez, failed to mention that the bunk bed needed to be disassembled to other staff causing unnecessary hassle when I’d come to pick it up. Additionally, despite receiving $545 in credit, which was confirmed through seven separate letters, Ashley Furniture failed to acknowledge it. Furthermore, previous deliveries were marred by defective items that were not adequately repaired or replaced. To top it off, after these deliveries, empty boxes were carelessly discarded into an abandoned lot behind my house. Overall, the lack of communication, poor quality control, and disregard for customer satisfaction make it difficult for me to recommend Ashley Furniture on Cicero to anyone."

Great customer service. Too bad the furniture lacks the same appeal. I purchased a 5pc bedroom set last year and a year to the date of it being paid off. It has started showing signs of wear and falling apart. Very disappointing. All things look nice but the quality is lacking. It’s just outside of the manufacturer warranty so sucks for me .

Horrific. I recently bought a bedroom set and stopped in at the Burbank location to purchase an accent table as an addition. Not only did I wait for a long period of time, but was told double the price than what was available online. They charged an additional 200$ in fees to place the order for me and deliver. I then went on their website and was able to order this table myself with a 9$ delivery fee. They were very rude!

Sabrina was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly..She knew all stuff and didn’t pressure us. We got a really nice bedroom set for a great price.

Angel helped us out a lot.she was very patient and even made furniture shopping fun for the kids!

My bed is missing the wood base at the bottom. they also got me a dirty pillow with the couch and refused to return.

My experience in the store was good but that came to a halt after my items were delivered damaged. I was told they’d send someone out for repairs/exchange within 3 days but that proved to be false. I’ve had to contact the service department every day since delivery and keep getting service numbers but no service dates. I’m frustrated and will probably not shop here in the future. Not happy that I can’t host Thanksgiving due to my furniture being damaged. Customer Service is top priority for me and this just isn’t it.

This location would have received a higher review. As me and my sister was shopping one of the managers walked past us quite a few times and didn't speak. There was one other gentleman who was a manager that did speak. We brought it to his attention and he must have said something to her. The next she saw her she decided to be more courteous. 🙄 My sister purchased a bed and dresser. I purchased some mattresses. I was already approved for credit by synchrony. I provided the requested identity. To my surprise I get a call from another manager stating the salesman forget to get a second form of identification. This was a red flag. She was requesting additional identification. I was not happy because this should have been done in the store. I am now contemplating whether I want to cancel this purchase and go to another store. This was bad customer service. 😡

My experience was fantastic…Keisha is the bomb!! I felt like she truly cared, I didn’t feel like I was being haggled. Very friendly even with my ‘Special Needs’ daughter which is VERY important to me. I sometimes judge people based on their reaction to my daughter. I was kindly greeted when I walked in and ‘everyone’ (even the floor mgr) spoke. Way 2 Go Burbank Ashley… I’ll be back soon!!

BUYER BEWARE! If you are having ANYTHING delivered (Especially furniture) Check every inch. My parents brought a couch, Trusting as they are expected them to do their job properly... Didn't bother to look/notice the delivery guys broke/loosened a piece of wood inside the couch during the move, Which gradually made the couch sink. Hopefully, ppl will learn from our mistake and check it!
