We purchased our new Dining room table and got an amazing deal thanks to Jeannine!

Latisha was helpful, very nice, and very patient..as we could not make up our mind.

We visited Ashley store @ Champaign recently because we needed some furniture for our new house.Trevin helped us alot in finding the best deals available. He is very kind and respectful. I would highly recommend Ashley store and Trevin.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE! Needless to say what we have been dealing with is absolutely ridiculous! We have been nothing but nice and understanding up to this point. We purchased a tempurpedic bed and a head board in September and it was delivered in October. That is when the issues started. (Summing a lot of this up.)Day before it came to us the headboard was damaged and we were told they would expedite the headboard. We were told that the delivery guys would install the bed and take our old bed and frame since the headboard was broken. They did not install it and wanted money to take the bed. Not a big issue at this point. Month later the headboard came in a different delivery company delivered it and I told them where are the legs for the headboard, the hardware, and instructions. They had no clue. There was no way for it to stand. called and again was polite letting them know not all the pieces were there. They had the delivery person come and deliver the legs that were stuck in Peoria. She acted scared when she delivered them and I thanked her. Go to install the headboard by undoing everything to get the headboard taken care of and low and behold once we get it into place there are brackets missing to hold the whole headboard up. At this point we can't do anything but hope the head board stays in place and doesn't fall on us until the piece comes in. At this point I call the manager Matt at the store and ask him first off what does customer service mean to the store and what's the policy. He fed me their policy and I explained I don't feel like we have received that at all! explained the situation to him and asked for some kind of compensation at this point it's been 9 weeks with us having our bedroom unlivable. I was utterly insulted about what they were going to compensate is with $100 store credit. So you're telling me I have to go into your store and purchase something else and we know well that nothing is $100 in there! That was an insult at this point. We were told that the bracket would be ordered. They were going to try to expedite it. Ashley Furniture could not get it expedited we've been waiting two and a half weeks for this part. My husband has contacted a even higher person and still no resolution to this problem. We were insulted again by an offer for that's all they can do for compensation. Today we get a bill in the mail for an extra $327 from Ashley Furniture for no charges that we approved! We are done. I own a business and guarantee I will let every client know not to buy from this store! We have also contacted the Better Business Bureau about this and will continue to let people know not to purchase anything from here. Like I said we have been nice up to this point. This problem has continued 12 and 1/2 weeks Now. Ask yourself is this good customer service and do I want to go through issues like this family has!

Nice selection. When it came to paying it took 3 minutes.

We looked at several stores in the area to furnish our new house and Ashley had the best selection and prices. It was convenient to get most everything in one place.

We were shopping for a new mattress and were very happy with the amount of options available to choose from. Our sales person, Tisha, was so helpful and kind. She knew when we needed time to think and was not pushy at all. We haven't shopped at Ashley before, but with service like hers we will definitely be back.

Staff very helpful, friendly, and polite. My peeve is with the delivery cost. I wanted 2 chairs but was cost prohibitive as was the maintenance purchase so I had to decline that. Delivery was also good-friendly staff andon time.

Ryan was very helpful on the phone and then in person when we came to look at the chaise we bought. He made it an easy, seamless purchase.

Very surprised to learn their furniture is made in the USA. Have seen some less than quality pieces where the finish just rubs right off. I will give them another look.

We purchased a bedroom set and were not happy with it. I went to store to find out about the return policy. They said we could return it and that we could pick out something else. We did this it took over a month to get the new set in. When the time came for delivery we set a delivery date to be delivered. On the day of delivery for the exchange. They had the wrong set. Come to find out the delivery company gave our set to another customer. We again had to wait another month for them to order another set. I spoke with Jason from corporate, trevin, and the store manager about the inconveniences of this. We were assured that a credit would be given for the exchange in price difference but this has not been done yet. I have bought several items from this store and found they are usually very reliable but this time someone has dropped the ball. I am still waiting the credit in price difference and some type of compensation for all the inconvenience. I am not sure whether to buy from this store again because of this. I would hope to hear from someone in coorpate to explain why and how they are going to fix this problem.

We got a very good deal on a close out recliner. The salesman was very helpful and nice. When I picked up the chair a few days later the young lady and the loading crew were great

Paid $1500 for a dresser on top of $159(!) for home assembly and delivery. They didn't assemble at my home, just brought it into the apartment- because I did not get the service I paid for, the dresser arrived damaged. I was told I would receive a call to repair the issue and I didn't. I also called 3 times to no answer, left a text message as directed by the voice message's line, and did not get a single word or message back about it. Pretty frustrating.

When our friends sent us info on their Sip and Shop event, I knew we had to go. Bubbly and snacks makes spending money less painful. Ryan answered all my questions and made the rounds to show me all our options. He had a good balance of helpful but hands off. We found exactly what we needed. Goodbye old recliner. We paid for a white glove delivery service which included delivery, assembly, and cleanup. The delivery guys said the bed was too difficult to assemble and then left with the bed in pieces. We waited for a call back from the technician like the guys said but no one called. We called the store and they kept redirecting us to different departments. Finally got the assembly rescheduled and then… Update two days later: We rescheduled a technician to put the bed together after I took work off and he canceled an hour before he was supposed to be here. Still no bed for my kid… DO BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Nice store, but one issue all Ashley's have. Their staff follows you through the store even when you make it clear your browsing. Very unnerving.

Came in looking to replace our old couch. Ryan greeted us at the door and asked us a few questions about what we were looking for. Showed us around alittle, then let us explore to find something that we were wanting. The purchasing process was super easy and didn't take long at all to get through.

For my first time shopping here, I am disappointed to say the least. We ordered a dinning room set back in November probably a week or the week of Thanksgiving. At that time we were told delivery would be 12/28/24 in the afternoon and we would get a call before the delivery was made. On 12/28, we did not receive any calls and decided to check on a time since we had not heard anything. We reached out to the employee that sold us the set and asked if there was a time frame for the delivery. We found out that employee no longer works for them but also that our table was now pushed back to late February. While frustrating we were not contacted beforehand we decided to wait. Come February 2025 we contact Ashley to see what the delivery date is as we were only told “late February”. To then be told again, the date had been pushed back to March. After letting the woman on the phone know this was ridiculous that no one contacted us about the dates moving she advised a manager would call us. Spoiler that never happened and we had to cancel the order. Back to hunting for a dinning room set

My fiance and I just bought a large sectional, dining room table, bed and dresser with mirror from Ashley Furniture in Champaign. While we were there shopping for our newly purchased home the staff was very kind and attentive. My fiance and I went back to the store yesterday to ask a sales person on how to care for our couch that we just purchased. The salesperson seemed as if he didn't really want to answer our questions about the care of the couch. We walked around the store after speaking with the sales guy to look for home decor and not one person approached us if we needed assistance. There were at least 4 associates huddled in a corner on a couch talking amongst themselves. We were going to purchase some more items but decided not to based on the lack of attention from the salesmen.

Went to Ashley Store on 12/31/24 to look for a sofa. I saw a sofa that I liked. Mr. Robert St. Clair ( sale representative), shared information that helped me make the decision to purchased the sofa. My husband and I walked into Ashley with the intention of just LOOKING for a new sofa. We have some space constraints in our living room, and weren't totally sure we'd find something we both loved AND fit in our space. Right away, Rob greeted us at the door, took time to chat with us and get a sense for what we were looking for, and showed us a piece. It matched our description but wasn't quite right. He the provided us with tape measure (we forgot ours at home like rookies) and let us meander around in peace. When we finally found the piece we loved, we were a little disappointed because there was just no way it would fit. Then Rob came to our rescue. He immediately assured us that the sectional we were looking at was completely modular. We were able to make it work for exactly our space. We also ended up purchasing 2 chairs (on clearance)! Rob was great, ro be honest. We've never had a bad experience purchasing furniture, but it's never been memorable before. This was a great experience! We can't wait to get our new sofa (hopefully in time for Christmas) and relax in comfort.

I bought a sectional and the sales person put my order in wrong, the factory mislabeled a piece and it was delivered completely wrong. The store then took several days to address the problem despite me calling immediately and repeatedly, I was then a given incorrect delivery time and I still don’t have what I paid for. Every single person I have talked to has somehow gotten part of this wrong and it is staggering.

Dairien was awesome. He listened to my needs and went, what I thought, was an extra mile ro insure I found exactly what I wanted. Thanks, Daimien!

I was on a time constraint and Justine took me right to what I described I needed. He showed me the features of the chair and I was out the door in under 30 minutes. Very pleased with this experience.

Our salesman Sean took over for another salesman as he was too busy, and I'm glad he did. Sean did an excellent job going over the features and benefits and what extra services there were and at how much. Will definitely shop with him again.

Absolutely excellent service! I went into Ashley after receiving credit through the Ashley website because I wanted to see the Stupendous collection in person. I’ve been dreaming of owning the Stupendous Oversized Chaise after seeing it on social media. Diarian helped us, and he was kind and patient and answered all of our questions. They had a “bean bag” over by the collection that matched perfectly with the set and was so soft and comfy, and me and the kiddos fell in love with it too. Apparently it isn’t offered online and is limited edition. We decided to get the chaise and the bean bag, but it turned out the credit we applied for was only able to be used online. I was sure we weren’t going to be able to get it. But Diarian and the team were able to transfer my credit to in-store credit and help me complete my purchase! We walked out that day with the cozy bean bag and are waiting for delivery of the chaise. Can’t wait!

Craig was first in line to help me. He helped with all the questions Ive had and still do. He goes above and beyond his job for sure and is super easy to talk to(compared to employees that stalk you around the store while you look and shop) One of the nicest gentlemen ive met in my 20+ yrs of retail. He needs a raise and an office with a window view. Hes professional , studious, and kind. He knows his products and isnt afraid to say he doesnt know an answer to a question, as he looks it up with the customer.

Really unsatisfied with the customer service with this place. My girlfriend is a lot nicer than I, so unfortunately I have to get on here and leave this review. She bought a couch from here the beginning of June 2024. Spent thousands of dollars on this couch. Everything was good until the delivery and install of the couch. This couch was a 6 individual piece sectional. None of which was put together right. Most of it wasn't even locked together. If it was, it would only be one of the 2 pins locked in. One of the pieces controls two of the recliners, none of the wiring was right, and that you just have to clip in to the right wiring harnesses. When she called to let them know this, the only reply she got was the guys they sent out to do it were new. No offer to come fix it and make it right, which means I have had to be the one to fix everything. Hence, why I'm leaving this review. I recommend not spending money with this place. I know I will never give them a penny of mine, and if my girlfriend ever does again, I'm going to have her head examined.

Waited 3.5 weeks for furniture that they said would be delivered May 23rd. Then called to get an estimate of time of delivery tomorrow, since I hadn't heard from them since I bought the furniture, just to get told they couldn't deliver it until June 6th because that's the day my sales person put on my order... We specifically agreed on May 23rd multiple times because I told him I had guests coming May 24th. Not sure where the miscommunication happened but will definitely not be buying from here again.

I did not intend to buy anything while I was there. I was more window shopping than anything. But my sales person Craig did an amazing job making the deal work how I needed, so I couldn't say no! So I bought a couch o.0 8/10 would recommend. 2 points lost because I was almost 10 minutes in the store with no one reaching out or acknowledging I was there. Not a terribly big deal, but would've been nice.

We had not done business with Ashley before. Shopping for a mattress is not the easiest. Patting, sitting, even lying down says " is this the one?" Craig was patient and well informed to answer our questions and respond to our wishes. He respected our budget. Yes, we shopped around but came back to Ashley. Was greated promptly as we entered, explained to Sean what we were looking for in a new couch, needless to say we bought a couch and a new bed. 4/12/24 Update, mixup on delivery and items ordered. Wrong parts of couch ordered and delivered. What was delivered was not even an entire sectional couch. I removed my old couch from the room to rearrange clean etc. so now thats blocking up my garage and I have no couch in the room. Looks like old couch is going back in, but of course I already threw away parts for it. So I have an extra King size bed and box spring in my room as well. Delivery men refused to remove old items, which I understand they had other new items on the truck to deliver. Delivery ticket was not filled out correctly by saleman, we were told we would be the last Delivery so that they would remove old items, we were the first. Will update as the process goes.

Make sure you really like the furniture you are interested in and take your time to look through and see your options read through the warranty if you aren’t happy they have you take the furniture back to them yourself which is difficult and even though they cover by saying warranty covers for it not at all times it can be denied and if you realize the furniture you chose isn’t good quality they won’t do anything to satisfy the customer you are stuck so think through your options

My husband and I have now furnished two entire homes with Ashley Furniture from the Champaign store. We recently went in again to purchase furniture for our living room. It is a decent size, and we currently have a huge sectional, that we bought years ago and have added onto a few times to make it fit our current living room. It has seen lots of wear and tear, and it was time for something new. I already knew what model I was leaning towards because it was literally the only option to be able to make it large enough, or configure seperate pieces to fit our home. We were greeted by Sean who was very friendly and helpful. He was quick to answer any questions we had, but also allowed us time to check out other furniture on our own, as well as making a couple of recommendations for us to try out. Once we decided for sure to go with the one I had configured online originally, Sean got all of the pieces set for delivery to our home, double checked it was all correct and how we wanted it, and we should have our new furniture in 4-6 weeks! :)

Was hoping to find something before Christmas, and what we liked was “in stock”. Which was great, but apparently “in stock” means in stock in a warehouse, in Bloomington. And they only deliver once every other week. So just plan on having to order and waiting for your “in stock” purchases.

My husband and I needed to buy a sofa. As soon as we entered the Ashley Store, an employee greeted us, asked us what we wanted, told us what areas to check out for sofas in the store, and handed us a sales flyer. The Ashley Store carries the largest selection of sofas of any furniture store we visited in the area. The staff let us freely take our time to wander through the displays trying out dozens of sofas. We needed a sofa that met several criteria. We found three great choices that checked all of the boxes. Sean offered to give us quotes on the three sofas. Sean also went over how the optional protection plan works. We ordered the sofa. The price beat three other stores, plus the sofa fit what we wanted exactly, no compromises. The sofa arrived in one week. We picked it up ourselves at the scheduled appointment. Loading went smoothly with an employee there to help. The sofa arrived very well packed--plastic bag, protective foam, full cardboard surround, then super heavy duty plastic sealed over everything. The sofa looks great and sits everyone comfortably. I highly recommend the Ashley Store and Sean for a completely hassle free, no high pressure sales tactics, furniture buying experience. Jeff was incredibly helpful with finding the right sofa for our living room, which is actually a really tricky space to fit. He helped me find a variety of options for the unique sizing situation and was ultimately able to find something very nice for the space. Communication was excellent and he was very accommodating!

A little disappointed that delivery was a month off and I think their 'haul-away' cost for furniture being replaced is way too high, but that has nothing to do with the people at Ashley. Quick an easy. Very nice stuff. Their delivery guys however were a joke. Wouldn't carry my dresser upstairs literally paid like 800 dollars for them to deliver it, carry it in an set it up he told me they couldn't do it an left it at the bottom of the stairs. So me an my wife had to carry our furniture up by ourselves after we paid them to do it... 2 guys who deliver furniture for a living couldn't do it but me an my wife were able to in about 10 mins they just didn't want to mess with it. Wasn't a good start.

Purchased a memory foam mattress for my daughter. Service was fine. Not much selling involved. Daughter laid on a few mattresses and picked one. Whole price chess took less than 10 minutes. They did have the mattress in stock. So, that was a plus. Overall, quick and easy.
