Where do we start we were introduced to an amazing hard working sales individual name Edwardo at Ashely store . He was truly a blessing im disguise He was just like a family member helping us shop . Extremely informative and smart to be honest Brilliant at in his work and very dedicated to his work . I also spoke to his manager Jasmine and I told her Edwardo needs to get the full credit from us as he deserved every bit of our praise . The lady who asked him to help us literally went missing which I thought was alil rude and she didn’t give me good vibes and I was almost going to complain but thanks to edwardo we met him and it was our best experience ever . Super quick and easy experience
Great attentive but no overselling service. My salesperson was great in answering my questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable about the pieces and if he didn't know something he got someone on his head set to answer my questions. I'm very busy and appreciated the honest effort and helpful assistance which allowed me to make decisions comfortably.

When in doubt, ask the store! The customer service at this location is off the charts. Theresa was super knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect bed. Jazmin the store manager jumped in when there was a issue with delivery and treated me like family. I seriously can't recommend the employees at this store enough.
Giving me the run around for a rebate that I was told we would receive.
Their delivery process is an automated phone line that doesn't let you talk to a person and they only let you choose a day. Then a couple days before delivery they TELL you the time it's going to be delivered. No concern about your schedule. The delivery people showed up and were very aggressive bringing my order into my house. They scratched the paint on my walls as they were starting to come up my stairs. I told them to stop as they just damaged my walls. The delivery guy wanted me to sign a form on his phone, which was a release of liability. Told him there's no way I'm signing that. He said he couldn't deliver my order unless I signed it. So I refused the order and cancelled my purchase. NEVER considering Ashley again for any purchase.
Sucks! They Make you think you qualify for financing. There delivery is incomplete . They Delivered-the wrong product. They turn around and tell you that don’t qualify for financing, now have to wait from them take the merchandise back. Bobs store is a lot better. Ashley is the worst experience my family ever had dealing with a furniture store.￼
Customer service is an absolute nightmare. I bought a chair and a two piece sectional on 6/7/21 with an estimated delivery of 6-8 weeks. Fair enough, COVID has messed the supply chain up. 6-8 weeks go by, nothing. No emails, no texts, no way to check what's happening unless I called the store weekly to find out. I'm told half the couch and the chair will arrive on 8/31. Only the chair arrives. I get put on hold and hungup on three times before finally being promised the entire couch will arrive on 9/11. It's 9/11 today. Half a couch arrived. No one knows where the other half is but now it's estimated to arrive on 9/29. No one in any department communicates with anyone from any other department and no one actually seems to have any idea what's going on. The customer service and professionalism goes right out the window once your money is handed over. I was offered a $100 gift card as an apology today. Why would I want to go and spend any more money at this company?
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I'M STILL SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR SINCE MARCH!!! Poor customer service. It's not even owned by Ashley HomeStore so corporate can only offer little help.
The worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my lifetime.. They are extremely inattentive after you make the purchase, and have shown no interest whatsoever in solving the issue. Our Salesperson, Teresa gave us the order number and messed up on financing.. On top of this, they keep having sales with items on EXTREME BACKORDER. Name on the order was Kennedy Ryan, and they kept calling her Mr. Ryan. We're trying to cancel currently, and they can't even let us do that. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
