Worst experience ever!!! Order placed June 30th and promised everything was in stock and ready for delivery. Since order placement order has been pushed back multiple times. As of today, August 6th order has not been received. When asking store manager on duty, Jerise Solomon when everything would be delivered, the manager simply showed a unapologetic attitude showing us that she did not care. We explained that we moved in over a month ago and to this day still do not have any furniture. We asked to cancel the order, but she would not issue the full refund. She basically said that there would be a restocking fee charged and she’s not responsible for what others have told us, even though she was the manager on duty. We at this point need to shop for new furniture after waiting over a month. I hope management sees this email and hire a manager that takes their job seriously. She should be FIRED immediately!

Horrible customer service. Sales rep lied to us about a “guaranteed” delivery date (it’s been delayed months) and they won’t even answer the phone at the location to speak to us. Don’t shop here

I bought chairs a year ago. the chairs cushions look like old boots. dining room chairs are only used an hour a day. one chair is broken. CANCELLED repair appt after waiting three months. boxes of parts sitting in my living room . now they saying next appt in September 28 two months away. please help.

The overall experience of purchasing the furniture was warm welcoming and with excellent service. In-store Services Roosevelt Rd in Chicago, Illinois is amazing. The product and the quality are well worth it this is why I keep coming back. The staff and manager are friendly, Courtesy makes sure that you get what you want they are accommodating. The in-store service is amazing, awesome, and wonderful. In store 5 💫 service The only downside is after you place your order the third-party delivery team is rude nasty and doesn't have a care in the world when you call about your order. From the changing of the delivery date too many times, with the waiting delivery should be free. Delivery negative zero star service.

Terrible experience trying to buy a power recliner sofa at this store. Foremost question I asked was if the sofa was leather and the sales rep firmly answered yes. Trusted (my bad?) the business and placed the order and got a hint from a friend who knew the brand - "you should doublecheck to see if it's really leather" - what a wise suggestion. I checked the online description, nothing is leather on the sofa. Called the store over an hour trying to cancel the order. The sales person tried to explain he also got the wrong info from management or whatnot. I'm not interested in the blame game and just need to cancel. And they charged 10% cancellation fee, including the extra insurance and delivery etc.! I'm furious. Never going to buy anything from this business and will warn everyone I know about their practice. To follow up: reached the central escalation CS and the rep was quick and reasonable in response. Received full refund after a while. There seemed to be quite some disconnection between the warehouse, the delivery team and the sales, and it took loads of confused calls and auto messages to reach clarity in the end.
