Don’t shop here. It’s a waste of time. They mark up their prices in store higher than what you see online then “price match” to what is on their own online store. Meaning you can’t apply any in-store discount they offer. Either buy it online and get it delivered sooner (since this store couldn’t ship for an additional 2 weeks compared online) or buy somewhere else all together UPDATE: they haven’t done anything to help with the issue. All of these reply’s are just to try and seem like they care to fix the issue. Just buy elsewhere if you can

Regarding this actual store: The guy I worked with, Chris, was great. He was not pushy, was super friendly, and genuinely helped me find what I needed. When I had issues with the delivery, once I got on the phone with the actual store they were very apologetic and helped me deal with the situation as best we could. So this place isn't a bad spot to shop, but I would be careful about getting things without near immediate availability. Issues with corporate: Lack of communication. Impossible to reach (just won't answer the phone or gives me the same number I called?). NO CALL NO SHOWS on deliveries. Can't even reach them to cancel, but every time I call I get a robot telling me the delays are piling up still more. Why do they refuse to tell me? This is the worst retail experience I've ever had. This company will sell you things with no intention of delivering them and lie to their own sales people. I financed my purchase and took the hard credit inquiry and score hit to get NOTHING. I'm watching the account balance closely. If I'm billed without receiving goods this company is going under. Please do better for the people who do a good job in the stores!
