DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY. They do not have inventory, they have no idea when they will have inventory, but they will lie to you and string you along with fake “estimated delivery dates”. A previous furniture delivery did not work out for us so we came to Ashley on 7/22 and explained our situation to a salesperson at this store. We purchased a Left Arm Chaise and a Right Arm Loveseat. The salesperson explained to us that he would do us a favor and schedule separate deliveries since the chaise was available on 8/1 and the loveseat was available on 8/15. We agreed that this would be acceptable. After countless conversations with customer service, I discovered that the salesperson lied to us. He never submitted the order as a partial delivery. Furthermore, after speaking with a customer service representative, she informed me that the chaise is actually available right now, but switching it to a partial delivery at this point could cause the loveseat to be delivered months later. I spoke to another customer service representative on 9/12 who guaranteed me on the phone that delivery would be 9/19. I was skeptical of this, so I asked him to send me email confirmation, which he did. The couch was never delivered, the date was pushed again, and the representative stopped responding. Another customer service representative put in a ticket for me to the supply chain to request expedited delivery. This ticket was submitted on 9/14 and I was told to check the status on 9/16. I checked the status of the deliver 4 times and it was always “no update”. The customer service representative stopped responding. The estimated dates started at 8/1 but they will just change every single week. I have seen it updated no less than 8 times, the next current date being 10/3, 2 months after the original with no end in sight. I finally reached out to the complaint department. After 4 days of no contact, they were only able to provide me an estimated delivery date, which I already knew. We are over 2 months in, we don’t have furniture, we have no idea when we will get furniture, and Ashley has done nothing to help with the situation.
these folks are unbelieveable! I ordered a couch, chair, bar table w/stools and an accent cabinet on 4/30; it all arrived in late may except for the accent cabinet. supply chain issues, i understand, they said it would arrive in june or july and they would give me a call. august rolls around, no call, but i checked out the website and they have the accent cabinet listed as in stock, get it delivered in 48 hours, and it's $100+ cheaper. i call in and get told they can't give any reason that the order was never filled, but they'll get it to me soon. 8/24 it arrives, already put together in the warehouse, except it's put together wrong (the side that should be facing the back is facing front), and a shelf inside is neither installed nor are the pegs included to install it myself. i've called weekly since 8/25, sent in pictures, and was told right away that they would set up an even exchange since it was in stock. every week i called i was told it's coming in a few days, you'll hear something soon, but no results. i opened a ticket and got a number, still nothing. i asked to be transferred to a supervisor, was told one would for sure call me within 24 hrs, no word from anyone. i called again yesterday, 9/21, and was told that the item is in stock, i'm listed for delivery this friday 9/23, and to call back tomorrow if I don't hear anything about delivery since i hadn't got a call or text to set up a delivery window. no follow up usual, so i call today and the guy i spoke to said that there is no record that I called yesterday, and that the item is on back order until mid-October. this was ordered 4/30. finally delivered 8/24, put together wrong, and now the exchange is taking another month plus. i asked again to speak to a supervisor, and again was told one will call me. they also said there is no record of me asking to speak to a supervisor back when I called 2 weeks ago. this place is ridiculous. would not order from them again, their delivery is a joke. pay for 'white glove' service and they put it together wrong and take their time on the exchange? lying week after week? 1/10, would not return. buyer beware.
The salesman said everything on the floor was 15% off, but the sofa we selected was already marked down so we were not permitted the additional discount. And Ashley states "white glove delivery" included with your purchase but we were charged an addition $160 dollar delivery charge. We had only one day to shop in Chicago before we left for our home in El Paso so we had to complete the purchase.

We had a great experience in store. We purchased a sectional and they quoted us 1 month for delivery time. Now it’s moved delivery from july 23 to September 26…the customer care person states orders take typically 2 to 4 months. We have been rescheduled delivery 3 times now. If the store quoted us 2 to 4 months for delivery we would not have purchased the sectional. This store did not accurately inform the consumer
I had to wait four months for delivery. When they finally got the bed they had me remove the old one first. Then, when they brought the new one, they didn’t bring the footboard. I called about this and was told that it was backordered with no idea when it will be delivered. I now have a bedroom filled with bed parts, no bed, and will either have to impose on friends or get a hotel room. The best I can say about their customer service reps is that they were dismissive and merely fell back on “company policy” when I asked why they would arrange a bed delivery when they didn’t have all the necessary parts. Horrible experience and it is still unresolved. My advice: If it is not available for pick up in the store on the day of purchase then avoid this place like the plague.
