A little late reviewing, but we bought a custom sectional in May from Q and he was amazing. We had come in a few weeks earlier and he printed out a couple of different configurations for us so we could get measurements and see what would work for us. He answered any questions we had and a few weeks later when we came back he remembered us and helped us get our sofa ordered. Would highly recommend and love our sofa.

We recently purchased a kitchen table, chairs, server, a couch and two chairs from Ashley in Decatur and our experience from beginning to upon delivery has been exceptional. Rob (our salesperson) was helpful from the moment we met him. No pressure from him whatsoever. The prices and the furniture were what we were looking for. Delivery was truly “white glove” as they said it would be. The delivery guys were both friendly and delivered and put everything together in a very quick fashion. We had been in the market for new furniture for the last couple of years. We’ve been to other places in and around Decatur, but couldn’t find what we were looking for in our price range. We decided that we would stop in at Ashley Furniture. We were immediately welcomed by “Q”. He was great. We told him what our ideas were and after an hour, we found the best deal for us, we even had enough to purchase a new rug as well! Thank you Q and Ashley furniture for making the process easier. Karen Beavers was my sales lady. She did an excellent job! I phoned the store and she answered. I told her I had a situation of a leak in our watered and thought we would like to change to a regular mattress for our king size bed. She told me they had some in stock and could get it that day. So I drove to the store and met with her, laid on several beds in your lovely display room and picked out our mattress. She told me she could have it delivered that afternoon! And she did!

Some years back she helped my grandparents fully furnished their home. They remembered her after all these years when I told them about going to Ashley and speaking to Karen. We also bought an electric recliner. The color of this recliner was discontinued and was the only one left in stock. We got a deal on it and are so excited to get it into our home. Thank you Karen. Got my furniture but the person I worked with was extremely rude and treated me as if I were a nuisance in the store. When I inquired about possible similar furniture I was told there was none available anywhere nearby, even though there were some at the outlet store available for pickup. Furniture itself is nice but the customer service is atrocious. Karen was a awful representative of this store.

We went into Ashley after finding an option for a lift chair. Karen greeted us quickly and helped us find the chair that would work. We had lots of questions and she pulled all of the information we needed to make a purchase. It was a great sales experience. Unfortunately, the chair we picked must have had a defect and was quickly broken beyond use. I reached out to the customer service number that evening and immediately heard from Brock, the service manager. The service response was incredible. He arranged to have the broken furniture picked up and since I was out of town, took the time to view the showroom in Decatur to provide me with pictures and options for other options that he could deliver today. Jennifer took care of the refund and all other logistics. They were communicative, met all of their promises (and more), and did more than expected to make sure I was taken care of. While the item we picked did not work, I would purchase here again and highly recommend for the people and the passion for service. Thanks so much!

We were greeted by a very friendly salesperson, told them what we were looking for - a leather reclining couch - and they walked us around the showroom until we found the perfect one at a great price. We were given a delivery window of two weeks (which was over the week of Christmas and the week of New Year’s), while other stores were eight to ten weeks. Our couch was delivered in 12 days! They even accommodated my work schedule by delivering late in the afternoon. The delivery people called ahead to let me know they were running 45 minutes ahead of schedule and were very professional and courteous. Overall, our experience with Ashley was wonderful! Will definitely shop there again.

I had recently been through an ordeal where I needed to get new furniture and I just happened to be heading home when my girlfriend said well let's stop in here and see what they got. Get in there look around a little bit and see this couch that I would just love to have. The sales gal that came over Kyra Evans was able to assist in showing me other couches like this one but at different prices. She also was able to show us some queen size mattresses as I needed one of those as well. I was able to get the mattress that I wanted and still was wanting the first couch that I sat on. Kyra was able to make a sale from the fact that I had known her from a previous standpoint of salesmanship. She was able to get the two pieces that I truly wanted for a good price that I was very much happy to pay. That was on Saturday. On Monday I was called by Ashley Furniture to set up the delivery time. I will be able to get my new pieces of furniture this Wednesday and I'm looking forward to it. Good service, answered all my questions, compared different products to make the most value for the price.

I came in shopping for a mattress, and we found EXCEPTIONAL service! I brought my mother with me for fun and fun is what we had. Q walked us through all the mattresses we shown interest in and gave helpful information to assist me in my decision. I would definitely send my friends here not only for the furniture, but for the service!

Kyra at the Decatur, IL Ashley is amazing to work with. We went to the Bloomington Ashley and we were not happy with their customer service. Kyra treats her clients with respect by being up front, transparent, and tries to get them the best deal possible which we appreciated especially when we have furnished our whole house at Ashley. The middle support on my couch broke after having it for only three months. They will only fix it if we bring it to them and we moved out of town. It’s a chain furniture store so that’s ridiculous.

The quality and workmanship for the furniture is outstanding, the customer service inside the store is exemplary. The furniture I ordered I would recommend this store to anyone however for mattresses I would tell someone to go somewhere else due to the fact that I've ordered a mattress received one stringy they replaced it with one that was even worse than the first one dirty look like someone that used it and although they said they would replace it they never did although I went into the store three different times no one knew what I was talking about and then they told me I had to go to another store to get it resolved. My motion base is stopped working on my bed and my mattresses never been replaced with those I'm very disappointed we will not recommend the store for anyone looking for bedroom furniture.

The people who work at this store are really nice and super helpful. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants furniture.

Great experience purchasing, not wondering when I get my billing info which I've been told nothing about. Wasn't even told when my first bill was gonna be, or how much it is even. Kinda ridiculous, I've never been so in the dark when buying something.

As always I had a great experience at Ashley home store. I found the best sectional at a great price. The salesman Aquintis was awesome. He informed me of their sale and helped me find the right size couch by modifying the floor model to suit my needs.
