Will did a great job as we spoke with him two weeks prior while looking at a bedroom set. We came back two weeks later and he remembered us and which bed set we wanted!

Definitely go here. Ask for Q. He worked so hard to get us what I really wanted, in the time frame we needed. He was so patient when I kept coming in, and waiting. And he went above and beyond to help us get the table in our house, since we chose no delivery, to do it ourselves. He helped load the floor model(I really didn't want to put things together) and unload, since I can no longer help with that. My only disappointment wasn't with him, or Ashley, it was with Synchrony, whom I already had an account with, and credit with, who wouldn't let me use that credit, bc of different states, so now I have 2 accts. I am so happy and in love with my new table.

A little late reviewing, but we bought a custom sectional in May from Q and he was amazing. We had come in a few weeks earlier and he printed out a couple of different configurations for us so we could get measurements and see what would work for us. He answered any questions we had and a few weeks later when we came back he remembered us and helped us get our sofa ordered. Would highly recommend and love our sofa.

Delivery was truly “white glove” as they said it would be. The delivery guys were both friendly and delivered and put everything together in a very quick fashion. Karen Beavers was my sales lady. She did an excellent job! I phoned the store and she answered. I told her I had a situation of a leak in our watered and thought we would like to change to a regular mattress for our king size bed. She told me they had some in stock and could get it that day. So I drove to the store and met with her, laid on several beds in your lovely display room and picked out our mattress. She told me she could have it delivered that afternoon! And she did!

Got my furniture but the person I worked with was extremely rude and treated me as if I were a nuisance in the store. When I inquired about possible similar furniture I was told there was none available anywhere nearby, even though there were some at the outlet store available for pickup. Furniture itself is nice but the customer service is atrocious. Karen was a awful representative of this store.

We went into Ashley after finding an option for a lift chair. Karen greeted us quickly and helped us find the chair that would work. We had lots of questions and she pulled all of the information we needed to make a purchase. It was a great sales experience. Unfortunately, the chair we picked must have had a defect and was quickly broken beyond use. I reached out to the customer service number that evening and immediately heard from Brock, the service manager. The service response was incredible. He arranged to have the broken furniture picked up and since I was out of town, took the time to view the showroom in Decatur to provide me with pictures and options for other options that he could deliver today. Jennifer took care of the refund and all other logistics. They were communicative, met all of their promises (and more), and did more than expected to make sure I was taken care of. While the item we picked did not work, I would purchase here again and highly recommend for the people and the passion for service. Thanks so much!

We were greeted by a very friendly salesperson, told them what we were looking for - a leather reclining couch - and they walked us around the showroom until we found the perfect one at a great price. We were given a delivery window of two weeks (which was over the week of Christmas and the week of New Year’s), while other stores were eight to ten weeks. Our couch was delivered in 12 days! They even accommodated my work schedule by delivering late in the afternoon. The delivery people called ahead to let me know they were running 45 minutes ahead of schedule and were very professional and courteous. Overall, our experience with Ashley was wonderful! Will definitely shop there again.

I had recently been through an ordeal where I needed to get new furniture and I just happened to be heading home when my girlfriend said well let's stop in here and see what they got. Get in there look around a little bit and see this couch that I would just love to have. The sales gal that came over Kyra Evans was able to assist in showing me other couches like this one but at different prices. She also was able to show us some queen size mattresses as I needed one of those as well. I was able to get the mattress that I wanted and still was wanting the first couch that I sat on. Kyra was able to make a sale from the fact that I had known her from a previous standpoint of salesmanship. She was able to get the two pieces that I truly wanted for a good price that I was very much happy to pay. That was on Saturday. On Monday I was called by Ashley Furniture to set up the delivery time. I will be able to get my new pieces of furniture this Wednesday and I'm looking forward to it. Thanks again Kyra for your help I will definitely miss you as a salesperson. Great job good work.

Right when I walked in the Ashley‘s furniture store, Xavier greeted me immediately to see if he could help me with anything. I told him I was here looking to buy a dresser. He showed me some dressers and I looked around by myself and caught back up with him to buy the one dresser I wanted. He was pleasant very very helpful and nice to do business with.

Well first off the service was amazing, very informative about everything and my questions were always answered and in a very professional way by a man named Xavier. By far the best customer service I’ve had and with a smile, I left feeling happy about my upcoming purchase, the only bad part is I can’t rate him 6 stars. Fantastic!

My mom went to this furniture store and had the best experience with Kyra. Kyra went above and beyond and was not pushy. She answered questions, like the right size for their living room and helped them pick out the material of the furniture that met their needs. Additionally she helped seal the deal with prices that met their expectations and then some. My mom kept raving and asked me to put in a 10 star rating (I had to explain I could only do a 5 star). Great store and great prices

Walked in and was greeted with friendly faces, asked if I was looking for anything in particular. They showed me to some pieces I asked about and I found exactly what I wanted. The manager, Kim, was wonderful and gave me a great deal. I had a really good experience at this store. Nothing negative, all positive.

We met Q from the Decatur Ashley store a few months ago on our initial couch search and was a huge help then and fast forward a couple months when we were ready to make a purchase, he recognized us and met us with the same amazing service and led us to to find an amazing couch! He was personable and made our search a lot simpler and enjoyable!
