Went in today after visiting a couple of weeks ago when I met Samantha. Was greeted promptly by Brock/manager. Met up with her a few minutes later while I shopped. She explained everything credit wise very well and I was able to get with her help the best value for my budget. The store is really nice. Clean, well set up and lots of space/inventory to explore. The store kind of set back off Pershing but easy access. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

We love our couch!! I had been looking at this one online for months but it was back ordered for 8-14 weeks. I was on Facebook marketplace and saw it listed, reached out to Jordan who was very responsive and helpful. We came out on Monday to see it and it was delivered that Thursday! I live in Springfield so was pleasantly surprised at the quick turnaround time and the delivery coming from Decatur. The entire team was very friendly and professional. Our pillows were left behind during delivery, but Jordan made it right by giving me a call saying they would ship them to me immediately. We loveeeee our couch and are so happy with our experience!

Samantha was extremely helpful in helping me decide on a sleeper sofa for occasional use and very pleasant to work with. She is a real asset to the store!

Went to several furniture stores looking for a specific (leather chair and a half sized recliner) . A few places could order, but didn’t have any in stock to view and sit on, to see if I liked it. Thank you so much Elijah and Jessica, at the Decatur store, for helping me find what I was searching for . The last two times we have bought from Ashley store in Decatur. They are the only ones in our area that carries a floor model to view before we buy. We visited in other towns and they didn’t. That was a big deal for me, in knowing exactly what I was paying for. The search is over again finally. Next time, we will just go there first, even though it’s a bit of a drive.

We had a great experience at Ashley Outlet! We went in on New Year's Day and Jessica met us at the door, she was extremely helpful with looking up information and answering our questions about different sectionals we were looking at, they had a great selection of furniture to choose from. I took my son to purchase a new recliner for him. Samantha greeted me and ask what I needed help with an I told her we were looking for a recliner. She walked around with us and asked questions about what color, texture, size, and if it needed to be electric? Also if we had kids and pets as to explain the best for holding up to that kind of wear and tear. We had a bad experience when buying a table about a month ago in the store. They were however very accommodating and polite about the return and refund. Dan Laws asked us not give up on them. Tonight we returned and Dan took very good care of us and our needs we did purchase another piece of furniture from them. Thank you Dan for being so patient and polite to us. We will be returning when the need arises for more furnishings.

Our visit to your store was fantastic. We had been contemplating purchasing a new mattress for quite some time. When we visited your store we were greeted by Lorenne Wilhams. Lorenne was knowledgeable, personable and such a joy to work with. We went back home and took in all of the information she shared with us. After a few weeks later we decided it was"time" to make the purchase. We went back to the store and thank goodness Lorenne was working . We came home with a king size purple mattress which we are absolutely loving. Thanks to Lorenne for being so wonderful. We are thinking about purchasing a new sectional and we will definitely be a repeat customer of Lorrenes.

After only 3 yrs of owning a Bemco mattress it started to sag at the edge. I contacted Ashley Outlet to make use of my 10 yr warranty. I was told that the Bemco ppl weren't standing behind their products. But that the Mgr named Dan at Ashley, would give me store credit to use towards another mattress. Granted I'll have to spend more money to get a different mattress rather than a replacement swap out. Because the cost of everything has increased. But at least I wasn't left high n' dry. Ashley Outlet came to my rescue bc they value a customer!

Staff was friendly and helpful

I have owned my matching living room set now for 2yrs. I paid $4500 for a couch, loveseat, and reclining chair. All 3 pieces are worn out and broke. The wood used is cheap as well as all the metal mechanisms for reclining. Arm rest on the love seat and couch have separated and have a wobble to them. The metal mechanism for the leg rest on all 3 pieces are broke. We do not abuse the furniture and only sit on it for 2 to 3 hours a day. Only reason this has 1 star would be for the service I had while buying the furniture. The sales man was polite and professional. I would not go back due to this being one of their so called better furniture sets.

I had mostly a positive experience, the floor worker was super helpful, store owner was very kind. Lady with black curly hair not so much, while I was waiting for my order to get drawn up she mentioned something about running a daycare now, as she was walking by me. Had my 2 year old son with me, obviously he is 2 so yeah, a bit much sometimes. But totally could have kept that to herself.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I expressed my needs and the staff immediately showed me to a few options and helped choose the best to fit my needs. It was great service all around great deal on a great table and 6 barstool chairs. Will definitely be back.

Recently my husband and I bought a sectional and a media cabinet at Ashley Outlet. Dan was super helpful with our questions! We will definitely go back and we would highly recommend checking it out!

They matched a price and got us taken care of!

When my daughter and I entered the store we were greeted by Zach. He offered his help and I told him what I was looking for. He told me where everything was. I told him thank you and he said he would be around if I needed him. No one bothered me or was pushy at all but let me look on my own. I started finding all the pieces I liked and wanted, however some of the beds didn’t have a price and I got Zach. He got me the price and then I continued to show him what I needed. When he went to Dan (the Operations Manager), he came over to me and spoke to me about somethings because I was talking across the store to him about them. We shook hands and he was very helpful to me. He and Zach were great at working with me. There was another young lady that worked with Zach that, as well, was pleasant, kind and sweet like Zach. I truly appreciated my visit here at Ashley Outlet!!! They worked with me doing a bundle with the price. If I had one thing to say it is, there was a customer that came in while I was there that was rude as heck to another employee that was also kind as heck!!! She was loud, acted like she was owed everything, she was rude and the customer is not right acting that way!!! Sorry but not sorry!!!! I do not know what is wrong with society today, however it doesn’t matter who you are, salespeople are PEOPLE TOO! They are not dogs and I don’t treat my dog like that. Have common courtesy and kindness. He was trying to do his job. I knew what her problem was. I’m not going to say it on here, but I couldn’t believe what I witnessed. PLEASE be aware when interacting with others. Thank all of you at Ashley’s Outlet for your help!!!☺️

Alaina F. was a rockstar through this whole process! It was very daunting to try to figure out what was going to fit in our space and she printed off several options and measurements and answered dozens of questions to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. She was patient and kind and incredibly sweet and professional. She made it a wonderful experience.

This store is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! Zach is new to the store, and is a complete natural at customer service. I seriously got free Krispy Kreme here! We also got help from Alaina and Ruslan, who were also such a delight. The slogan “this is home” is very much applied here, I felt like a friend of mine was checking me out. Best store ever!! 10/10, would recommend this store to anyone needing furniture or not.

The guys here were amazing. Everybody was helpful and not pushy. They made it possible for me to buy four mattresses with pillows and a comforter and sheets for some children that were sleeping on hardwood floors. Their generosity was amazing. This type of integrity is harder to find these days.

I came in for a new TV stand after noticing they were doing a “massive in-stock sell-off promotion” and I was initially taken aback by the pricing on their tags as I am somewhat of a regular customer and things seemed a bit inflated but after speaking with the floor manager, it turns out that they were just showing “the national value price” with a big red X so that they could better illustrate the significance of the discount. Although it seems a bit gimmicky to me, I do think that I got really good price and the service they provide has been above and beyond on a consistent basis.

Boy has this been a nightmare. This place is an actual predatory scam and I'm reporting them to the better business bureau after spending over $7000. We had just bought a house locally and needed furniture. Decided to go buy it 3 weeks before we moved in. Upon walking in, you will see everything with price tags with prices twice as high as they are actually selling them for. They tell you it's all on sale for 50ish percent off because they have too much in stock in their ON SITE warehouses. I was told everything they were selling was on site and could be delivered whenever I wanted but they just couldn't do same day delivery. This is where it became a nightmare. Forward 3 weeks, we move in. I call to schedule the delivery and I'm told one of the couches I ordered hasn't arrived at the warehouse. I was lied to by 3 employees including the floor manager. Out of the 6 pieces I bought, 4 were not in their warehouse but being shipped to them. When I informed customer service what i was told they said "thats really weird cause it usually takes 8-12 weeks for orders to be shipped to us." My family had to wait 8 more days to have any funiture to sit on. While waiting on the floor of our new home, my sister in law wanted to know what furniture i had ordered so I starting looking up the SKU numbers on the internet to find pictures. This is when I realized I had been scammed. I was over charged on every single piece. This is an Ashley's funiture "outlet" but they sold me everything for substantially more than what I would have paid just going to ashleys funiture. If you are going to shop here, I highly recommend looking up the SKU number for everything before buying.

We were there a couple weeks ago. A Yong gentleman by the name of Kevin came to assist us in purchasing bar stools. Not knowing before hand what height we needed he showed us three different heights of stools. He wrote the sizes down for us along with prices and had us measure for what we needed. Today we returned to the store too make our purchase. As we came in the store he greeted us and helped us with our purchase. He remembered us from the last visit and knew what we wanted. This young an was very nice, friendly not trying to be pushy. He knew what we wanted, checked for availability of product in the store and was told that they would be in by middle of April and he contact us upon arrival. This young an is an asset to your company. Thank you for an excellent experience at your store.

This is probably the most incompetent and rude store I've ever dealt with. I ordered a sectional the first go around and had nothing but problems with the customer service, account errors and quality at this store. The 2nd go around I thought if it was on an online store, It wouldn't be as bad. I was wrong. Been waiting about 7 weeks now, they wont let me cancel my order on line, I can't get a hold of anyone on telephone and they keep holding and releasing my funds in my bank account. I called my bank to block Ashley and will never do business with them again. I found the same product on Amazon for $45.00 cheaper.

HORRIBLE Experience. Bought a mattress a year and a half ago it broke down to where it had a inch and a half dip in the middle. I had to fight to get it replaced even with the 10 year warranty, people kept lying and lying. And then When we finally got it replaced the delivery people literally drug it across the floor. And even indentation has loose threads around them. It's clearly one they wouldn't put out on display very very disappointed. Do not buy anything from them!

We bought a couch from here about a year and a half ago. The couch has not held up at all. It’s just me and my fiancé we don’t have any kids either. We are both very busy people and do not spend a ton of time on the couch also. I reached out over a month ago to see if they could replace it or replace the middle section that is falling apart and I followed the steps they said to do in an email and I have not heard anything back. It’s just ridiculous at this point. We just bought a house and we were going to go back and get some other pieces of furniture and after seeing how this held up and their customer service we will not be going back.

Horrible experience, terrible management, lies lies and more lies as to when you’ll have your merchandise I appreciate the guys working in sales Dan and Henry that went above and beyond to help me and treated me with much respect but the manager Dan L blew it for me FOREVER I’ll travel, order, pay top dollar elsewhere before I spend another penny in this outlet store. I’ll never forget how a person made me feel. Nice stuff tho!!!

The furniture seems okay but I definitely wouldn't call these "outlet" prices. There isn't a ton of selection and the only dresser that would match my current set was just shy of $1,000. The staff were kind but I would shop around before purchasing here.

Bought a bedroom set for my grandson at the beginning of November. Was told only the mattress and box spring was available but the rest would be in by Christmas. Now it's Feb 10th, still waiting on the rest of the set. Did 100 days same as cash but was not suppose to be charged until items arrived. I've been being charged for the entire time and Feb 22nd my 100 days same as cash is up. I doubt very much the rest of the set will arrive by then. My poor Grandson has been sleeping on the mattress on the floor for over 3 months.

If you decide to go to this store and do decide to purchase a product plan accordingly. You will be there for a long time. The sales people are a a hot mess. I understand the whole working on a commission thing but, customer service declines when your sales rep. is helping multiple people all at once. I dont think I've ever been told, I'll be right back so many times that I lost count. Then after your taken to the service desk to actually place and pay for your purchase it starts all over again. The gentleman placing the order walked away 6 times to tell other people he'd be with them in a minute and at one point actually disappeared to help someone else look at furniture. We were there 2 hours! Sadly, we walked in, picked out what we wanted ourselves, and had cash in hand ( no financing thank god. I cant imagine how much longer we'd have been there waiting for that) and still had that wait time. Adjust your schedule accordingly.

Got a new bed from here we were told that it would be there in 2 to 4 weeks. They called the 1st time witch was in 2 weeks to Deliver it but the day before it was to be delivered they told us the base did not come in. At the 4 week mark we went back in to try and get answer on what was going on they told us they would call the factory and find out . So we did not here back from them. My wife called on Monday and was told the factory delivered it some time ago but they can’t find it . Some how 3 hrs or so later they find it at Furniture row . So sorry they tried to compensate us with 2 pillows or 100 in store credit . The worst part is my 4 month pregnant wife had to sleep on a air mattress for 2 weeks and now that it took us call and going in for them to check on anything

I bought a Sealy Euro top mattress and put it on layaway I got it out in 2 and 1/2 months. I love it and I just saw the same one at Big Lots for $599.00 ! I got a fantastic deal.

The whole process hasnt been a positive experience at all.. I'm very disappointed.

Went into this store location for the 1st time today to see if they had a kitchen cart. The worker Hank literally asked me 20 questions that did not pertain to shopping for furniture. One of them being “is that your real hair or is that weave?”! Do you ask all of your customers questions like this? To anyone looking for furniture I suggest the Water street location instead as Karen was very helpful in answering my questions and assisting in me signing up for the store credit card.
