After a horrible experience online furniture shopping, endless looking at other stores we were told about the Ashley Outlet. Elijah helped my husband and I. Walked in really not knowing what we wanted but Sam helped us out a ton! She never gave up on us and continued looking for what we wanted once we figured out what we wanted. Every staff member was very nice and welcoming!
Went to several furniture stores looking for a specific (leather chair and a half sized recliner) . A few places could order, but didn’t have any in stock to view and sit on, to see if I liked it. Thank you so much Elijah and Jessica, at the Decatur store, for helping me find what I was searching for . The last two times we have bought from Ashley store in Decatur. They are the only ones in our area that carries a floor model to view before we buy. We visited in other towns and they didn’t. That was a big deal for me, in knowing exactly what I was paying for. The search is over again finally. Next time, we will just go there first, even though it’s a bit of a drive.
Excellent customer service from Sam! She was able to answer all of my questions, provide alternative ideas or suggestions without being pushy at all. She helped me with my financing and made it a very positive experience! I’m excited to get my furniture. I always have a good experience with Ashley.
We had a great experience at Ashley Outlet! We went in on New Year's Day and Jessica met us at the door, she was extremely helpful with looking up information and answering our questions about different sectionals we were looking at, they had a great selection of furniture to choose from. She found us a sectional that fit all of our needs and was the size we needed. The price was affordable and we were able to get taken care of that day! I highly recommend Ashley Outlet!
Blake and Jessica were wonderful and so is the manager. Jessica explained everything and we were very pleased with the help. Blake is going to be a wonderful asset to the store as well. Definitely coming back and would recommend highly to my friends.
