Buyer beware, we ordered a sectional from this store and was told it would be delivered in over a months time. Ashley took full payment from us and a week before delivery we noticed a partial refund. Digging in why we got partial money back, we noticed 2 of the 5 pieces from our order were missing. Support hotline was useless and directed us to visit store. At store we discovered they had run out of inventory and sold the last floor model to someone else. After no luck searching for additional inventory they then told us despite taking full payment, we were out of luck and would we like to select a different sectional. Unfortunately for us selection was limited and nothing else met our specific needs. At no point did anyone reach out to us proactively to explain the issue, we had to make trips out ourselves. They held onto a significant sum for a month, money that would could have places elsewhere to grow. When we asked for a full refund at the store they could not do it, and told us we have to wait for a phone call adding yet another run around to an already long process. We will never do business with them again and offer warning to anyone thinking of doing so.

I don’t even have the words to properly describe how awful our experience was. We bought a sectional with Patrick on 12/1. Paid in full. Scheduled delivery on 1/31. Two weeks before delivery, we get a partial refund on our credit card from Ashley. No explanation. We try to call and get routed around the 888 line, where we’re eventually told we have to go to the store to resolve the issue. My husband visits in person on a Saturday and is told that they need a few days to look into the issue and that they will follow up on Monday. No follow up. I have to contact Patrick twice to get an update which is that 2 of the 5 sectional pieces are out of stock. I ask him to cancel the order and send an email confirmation. He completely ghosts and doesn’t reply. I go to the store the next day and ask for the manager. I’m directed to Shadi. I say I need to cancel an order they completely messed up. HE DOESN’T EVEN ASK WHAT’S WRONG. He calls the same 888 number to request a cancelation. At one point he said- “If I waive the shipping fee, will you keep the order?” I said: “What am I going to do with 3 pieces of a 5 piece set? If you had asked me why I’m cancelling, you would have known that’s not a reasonable offer.” Completely incompetent. He then said the “cancelation team” will call me later today to confirm. I asked what they’re calling me for because I came to the store to cancel. He informed me they don’t do cancellations in store. Let me be clear- this guy could not care less about customer service and should not be a manager. He kept shrugging his shoulders at me and said there’s nothing he can do. I’m seeing other reviews getting notes from Ashley to call or text corporate to discuss their complaints; however, every single time I’ve done so I’m told to go back to the store. This place is a total racket. They take your money, don’t deliver the product, and then have the WORST service ever when it all hits the fan. Do not under any circumstance buy your furniture here.

Beware of this store and Ashley Furniture’s customer service. This has been, without question, one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I truly want to save the next person from the frustration and stress we’ve gone through. We purchased a brand-new Nectar mattress and were told it came with a sleep guarantee. After the first week, we knew it wasn’t right for us and decided we wanted to exchange it—actually upgrade it. We were then told we had to wait 30 days. Fine, no problem. On day 30, we contacted them and were told we had to submit a ticket. That ticket was denied with no real explanation. We then called this specific store six times, and not once did anyone help us. On a few occasions, the calls were simply hung up on. We are currently on hold with corporate trying to resolve this, making this our seventh attempt to get help just to exchange a mattress we were told was covered under a guarantee. The customer service across the board has been absolutely atrocious. If you think of the worst customer service experience you’ve ever had, multiply it by two—that’s Ashley Furniture.

Great staff, attentive. Clean facility with lots of household upgrades and choices. Staff seems well invested in their surroundings and we have now mad three major purchases from this location. Thank you.

The customer service was great. My mom got the chair she wanted. The salesman was very nice and patient. Price and delivery was very reasonable. I would shop there again.

Good experience. Looking for a modular couch but didn't know exactly what to get. The salesperson pointed is on the right direction and let is browse at our leisure without pestering us. He checked in occasionally and helped us decide what would fit our space. Would recommend.
