DO NOT buy anything on this store!!!!! costumer service is crap!! we bought a love seat two mounts ago it shown that they have it in existence, two weeks later no delivery, I called to find out the status, they told me it was set to reselection, I went to the store only to find out that the item was discontinued, they refer me back to the costumer service for cancelation. Called and told me that somebody from the cancelation department will contact me, nobody called. Every single time I called they have different story. Two months and I have not received my refund!! This is unacceptable!! NOW THEY SAID I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS!!!!!! UPDATE DECEMBER 26th CALLED THE NUMBER THAT WAS LISTED. FIRST THEY SAID THERE WAS NO ORDER, CHECKED AGAIN AND FOUND THE ORDER AND THEY GIVE ME A COMPLETLY DIFFERENT STORY NO REFUND YET.

We had a great experience with Ashley Furniture after purchasing couches, dressers, and nightstands around Black Friday. Mina was wonderful to work with—she was very patient, kind, and took the time to walk us through different options and scenarios. Bianca was also fantastic and helped us on several occasions; when we found a cheaper price online on Thanksgiving, she made sure we were refunded the difference. Delivery went smoothly, and the delivery driver went above and beyond by finding a way to fit our couches downstairs.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ashley Furniture.I purchased a bedroom set specifically for out-of-town guests arriving for Christmas and New Year’s. At the time of purchase, the store manager personally assured me they had 'lots in stock' and that delivery would not be an issue. Now, less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, I am told the headboard is on 'extended delay' and won't arrive until after my guests are already here. This is a classic bait-and-switch on availability. Their only solution was a partial delivery and an apology. If you need furniture for a specific deadline or event, do not trust their 'in-stock' claims. Terrible communication and even worse execution.

Do yourself a favor and just go to Steinhafels or any other furniture store nearby. Terrible experience. They lied to us about delivery to get us to pull the trigger on purchase. Keep pushing delivery and customer service won't do anything to help. Our ticket was "escalated" and we were told we'd have a resolution within 3 business days. A week later they keep passing us to the next rep. They continually hang up as they "put us on hold" and refuse to help. Diego was the salesman and told us that the shipping was guaranteed because it wasn't farther than a month out. Go anywhere else, the whole process is exactly what you don't want when furniture shopping. Edit: here's that number Ashley gave us. Just a glimpse into the customer experience.

Nice salesperson asked if we had seen some tables in a different part of store and we said no after he showed us there was a table there we actually liked and ended up buying
