We just purchased a sectional from Ashley Furniture in Downers Grove. It was such an easy and pleasant experience. Cesar greeted us at the door and was so nice. He did not pressure us, but kept us well informed and was available to help whenever we needed it. Thank you Cesar for helping us get the perfect sectional for our new house!

John Cirelli, the associate sales manager, was very helpful and friendly. He listened to what we had to say, about what we where looking for. He made sure it's exactly what we wanted, and gave us a good deal on everything. He also will be our to go guy, during the delivery, as well as any further purchases. We're very happy with the service he , and the company provides, and would recommend them.

Nice selection of well priced furniture and sales staff who actually took notice when I said I wanted to look around without "assistance". I was disappointed that they added an expensive warranty to the bill without any discussion, just presenting the itemized bill to me, but that was taken care of without too much drama.
Victor was very helpful and understood what type of sofa we were looking for.

I have nothing to complain about the store it’s just that they did not have things I was looking for.
I do not recommend this store. They were nice enough but be prepared if you go in to buy something they're going to purposely mislead you about delivery times and try to sell you the most expensive one first. They are going to tell you you'll get it in a few days but really it's going to take several weeks and maybe even months. Going on 2 months for the mattress we ordered. I mean they're nice when you follow up but rather just know off upfront it's going to take a few weeks or MONTHS. Seems like they don't want you to know so they can get a quick sale. There's no question in my mind that they are aware that a lot of people might go somewhere else if they knew what kind of time it really really takes to get this stuff in. Overall they have a nice show room and it's a nice place. Furniture seems very good and I'm sure once we get our mattress it'll be very nice but just be prepared for that. I personally will never buy anything from here again because they just don't seem very trustworthy.
Be prepared to wait… for Ashley to make its own furniture their wait times are ridiculous. And of course I was given the it’ll be delivered in “6 to 8 weeks” and going on 4 months and still nothing. Been told several things by different people. Very unacceptable because the furniture pieces are very nice.

Bought furniture -7/31 from Timothy Powers - was told it was going to be 4-8 weeks until I received it. It is now 10/11 and I am being told it is going to be another 8 weeks… On top of that they are going to charge me %10 for canceling my purchase! I was able to get the manager on the phone once and then never heard back from them - I have called roughly 20 times and I cannot get anyone on the phone now. Had to go through corporate to cancel they said I should be getting 100% of what I paid back unless the store keeps any so I guess is just going to take $200 from me because he failed to do his one job and make sure his customers got the product they ordered… Don’t shop here
Worst customer service ever. I was told I was getting a $350. master card with my purchase once all furniture was delivered. I have gone in Ashley Home Furniture where sofa, love seat, recliner,2 end tables, and tv stand was purchased. They don't want to help because they made the sale and want to wash their hands of me. I called number I was given for customer service, they wanted my order numbers, which I gave to them. Mind you I got my furniture by the first of this year, i have been going around with them since February, and still nothing. They have decided to also ignore my emails. So I see it as I was RIPPED OFF by ASHLEY FURNITURE HOME STORE ! I'm sure I won't get response here either
