I highly recommend Ashley furniture to everyone my experience was Superb and the timing that my furniture was delivered was quicker than what I expected great service and nice people to deal with especially the sales person named Jonathan he was outstandingly he tookThe time to explain everything I needed to know about the furniture I was purchasing.

The service was outstanding, as soon as I enter the store, Juliane greeted me which made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked thru the doors. Then when I mentioned what I was looking for and explained my back issues he took me to the best mattresses, which is what I actually was looking for. Juliane also explained the differences in each mattress that I was choosing and listened to what i needed, which happened to be very important to me, what caught my attention the most he literally laid In the bed with me while he explained 👍👍 if it was a catch it worked,.plus it did help he was handsome as well

Mariela is awesome and super patient. Not pushy at all which is a nice break from the typical. I will be returning to her for my next stage of furniture! Update 9/7 - Mariela is still awesome, but the company's communication is awful. Their service offices that are supposed to help with VIP orders and such are only open for what seems like one hour one day a week. Over an hour wait on the phone multiple times to get answers. I ended up cancelling a part of my order due to the lack of communication and assistance.

Never buy from Ashley...they can only cheat with false promises of delivery dates which will never happen even after months. Customer service is a joke. When you go back and request to cancel your order because they are not able to deliver, they treat you rude. Regret stepping into this store and will NEVER RECOMMEND this store to anyone. Total ripoff.

If I could provide a rate of 0 stars I would, but one star is required to post. I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Ashley HomeStore of Downers Grove of IL (located off Highland Ave) in the past, but this by far has been the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. My sales person John Circelli lied about the delivery time for my purchase. I purchased a sofa from him on July 2, 2021. He provided a delivery date of August 23rd. I had an event scheduled that weekend so I was looking forward to the furniture arriving for my guests. I never received a call that the furniture would be delayed. I called to find out the status of my delivery date only to learn it will not be delivered until December. I would have never made the purchase with that timeline. Furthermore, I expect a company to contact the buyer and let them know of any delays in their purchase, but not from Ashley. Now I am working to get the order cancelled altogether so I can purchase from a more credible and responsible company. The cancellation too is turning into a process. I strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere for your furniture needs, unless you have 6 months to wait for its delivery. Linda T.
