I placed an order for 7 pieces of couch from Ashley and out of 7, 2 looks like not new or fresh. And look like old and used once. Looking for replacement.
Great service very pleasant sales representative
We bought a mattress from this location from ETHAN A who also added a bed foundation when we didn’t need one. He gave us a “massive discount” when he sold the mattress for its actual price. Did not tell us about the “no return policy”. Gave us his card to call him with any issues and RETURNS. We are trying to return the bed foundation, as we do not need it PLUS it came ripped. ETHAN A is not answering our calls, and the customer representatives at the store are extremely rude and mocked me over the phone. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY STORE, ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION.
The "Home Furnishing Specialist" that assisted me in purchasing 2 mattresses at the Ashley Furniture store at 2900 Highland Ave. In Downers Grove, IL, was fantastic! Ben Dray was so pleasant to work with. I told him that I usually dread mattress shopping but that he actually made the experience pleasurable. He was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed his sense of humor. He wasn't pushy at all. I highly recommend seeking him out if you go there. Thanks, Ben! Also, the delivery was on time and the delivery guys were quick but careful.

Bill Coleman was our Salesperson for a couple of swivel chairs and a bed, we told him exactly what we were looking for and he delivered, Bill is a no pressure salesperson and worked with us for 3 hours, very satisfied with the outcome. Great experience!! Thank you P.S. Although we did have a good experience we saw a commercial a day later for a special sale with 35% off on the weekend, I could have waited the 4 days for my purchase 💰
