My sales rep Teresa was the absolute sweetest! She was very personable and She did everything she possibly could to help me. The manager was also great and jumped right in. I chose to pick up our furniture to save on the cost and that experience also went very well! We love our new furniture❤️

I appreciate the in-store experience for furniture shopping. I get anxiety thinking about purchasing something I don't know how the value will be or how well I'll like it trying to depend on customer reviews who have all turned into AI bot comments. Shopping for furniture in store was non negotiable for me. It made it all the better experience because the service i received was impeccable. The store manager greeted me first to make sure I was being helped. I want chased around a store I was given time to look, feel and try out everything I wanted to look at. He them provided me with a sales two who talked me through the process and all my options. I'm highly satisfied with my trip to Ashley and will continue to buy from them.

I will never shop Ashley Furniture again. I bought a mattress from this store n November 2025. I paid extra for a mattress guarantee and was told that the mattress had a 30 day mattress comfort guarantee to where I could exchange it for a different mattress if this was not the one for me. About two weeks after getting the mattress the side of the mattress was giving way because I sit on the side of the bed frequently. I called the store and was told I must wait until I have the mattress for 30 days before I can request a change. I called back 2 weeks later and was told that they would have to schedule an inspection of the mattress before I could get an exchange and set up an appointment for Jan 19th, 6 weeks away. Which means I have to try to sleep on the mattress for even longer without comfort. Jan 19th shows up but no inspector shows up, all day long using the tracking app they give you to follow the progress of the technician shows that the time keeps changing. The original time was around 1 pm. Around 5 pm it finally shows him coming to my house. The tracking app shows him stopped at Club 140 which is a restaurant about a mile from my house. Then it shows him going to Schnucks, then it shows him heading towards Jerseyville, not my house. I call and they tell me he had car problems and couldn't make the appointment. The entire time the tracking app shows him driving to Jerseyville, and changing my appointment time to later I finally stopped after it said they would be at my house around 11:45 pm. I called the next day and the earliest they could come back was 3 weeks later, again they didn't show up. I called Ashley corporate figuring I would get some results, not really just the run around. I finally wrote to BBB to see if I could get some results, not really helpful either. If you want to not get a guarantee and be treated like you don't matter as a customer than shop this Ashley store. I am out $999 for a mattress, the mattress was on sale originally it was $1999. They finally did exchange it for another mattress, the same type which has the same problem. I will eventually have to purchase another mattress just need to save the money again. But it sure will never be from this store again.

I was shopping on a budget for a sofa and bed. Lizzie helped me stay very close to that plus arranged for timely delivery. Lizzie guided me toward sound purchases. I was able to get beautiful furniture and stay reasonably close to my budget.

Awesome furniture store. The staff ROCKS IT, and you can be certain after my end tables and coffee table arrive, and I get a good feel for how my living room is going to look, you can be certain I'll be buying my lounge chair from you also.
