I ordered a sectional sofa from Ashley Furniture and when it arrived it was the wrong color. They delivered white and I ordered Gray...the delivery team left the sofa and I've been trying for over a week to get some resolution from Ashley. On multiple occasions I've been on hold for over 30 minutes only to hear that someone will call you back within 48 hours and no one calls. I'm at a loss on what to do...and this has been a beyond frustrating experience. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
Great customer service
It was a different experience as when we walk in usually we are greeted and helped. However, we walked around for about 15 mins before we finally walked up and found someone to help us. We found the nicest gentleman who helped us and ended our experience with us walking out with what we wanted when we walked in the door!
Avoid this store like the plague! After a total of 6 delivery date changes within 24 hours I finally had enough. Now I have to wait 6-8 weeks for a refund.

The sales associate was very friendly and we were so excited about our new couch. Upon delivery we had several issues with quality of the piece we bought. I called to inform them not even 20 minutes after the item was delivered to make them aware of the flaws on our couch. It’s so hard to get in contact with someone and their policy for this kind of stuff doesn’t make me as the customer feel much better about the issues. For as much as we spent I’m pretty dissatisfied and will most likely never use Ashley again.
Our salesman Troy was amazing with getting us all the details and answered all of our questions we had. Very friendly and didn’t chase you around the store like some do. Thanks Troy!! Can’t wait to enjoy our new sectional!
