From the time we walked in the door, until the follow up phone call asking how our delivery went, he was hands down the best sales person that I have worked with. Trust me when I say that he has forever EARNED our business. Two days prior to delivery, I changed my mind on the configuration of pieces that I wanted and he handled my curve ball with grace. He reassured me that his top priority was for me to be happy; not to worry, he would take care of everything on the back end to make the adjustments so that I got exactly what I wanted. I cannot say thank you enough to him. He exceeded my expectations and I hope anyone looking to purchase from Ashley in Edwardsville asks for Trey when they walk in. He's top notch in my opinion!
