I went to Ashley Homestore today on Randall Rd in Batavia where I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable furniture. I purchased the Altari recliner which was very comfortable. I was helped by Greta who was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this store.

I got a warm welcome from the store assistant manager upon arrival to the store. She immediately got to work by asking me questions about my goal for the visit to the store and helped me to narrow down my options on a sofa. Then Brianna took care of the transition making it the easiest shopping trip ever.

Can’t say worse things about this place. I just spent over $4,000 and the delivery drivers damaged my hard wood floors in my brand new house, I call Ashley and they say I’m lying!! I bought a sofa from here a month ago, got it delivered on a Thursday and contacted them about an issue the next day, about my sectional making squeaking noises! Took them forever to contact back as well as be rude and not exchange my brand new damaged sectional for a new one! No customer satisfaction at all. Like why would someone want to keep a broken sofa that was a factory’s default?!! No one should have to pay for something like that. And now they want to make me wait for a technician to fix it when professionally they should have picked it up and brought a new one. And as well as let the costumer know to TEST and SIT on your sofa at the moment of delivery. Don’t Shop at Ashley!!

If you’re shopping at Ashley, stay away from the Geneva location. If you’re going to shop in Geneva, stay away from Greta. She wears long skirts, can’t miss her. Horrible experience and she doesn’t care at all. Very rude. Purchased a sleigh bed and dresser to match others from an existing set. Once delivered, it was discovered that they don’t match and the store REFUSES to accept a return. Greta has zero interest in working towards resolution, only protecting her commission. Another review says the same thing. It’s not just me. A 30 day return policy is clearly posted online for non-damaged items. They say that doesn’t apply to an in store purchase. Whaaaat? Ridiculous.

Truly one of the worst retail companies I've ever been a customer with. The staff at this store are nice people. The problem is with this company's policies My wife is 7 months pregnant, and we bought a chair for her to nurse. At first we had to wait 14 days for the delivery, which I think is pretty normal, how it goes. Then, they delivered the product without giving my wife a chance to see if the chair worked. (I was out walking the dogs, bc the delivery process is disruptive and makes them hard to control) Guess what? It did not. The recliner won't recline! I immediately went online to try to talk to customer service, and they made me waste 15 minutes of my time before telling me that they couldn't help me, and I needed to call the 1-800 number. 1-800 number called us back and basically couldn't solve the problem either, telling us that they would need to do an exchange and that they'd call dispatch/delivery. Delivery tried to get their guys to come back and get it (remember that 15 minute delay from online customer service? Screwed me here), but could not. They claimed they might be back either a day later, or later this week, and would call us back shortly. Instead they emailed (no call) to tell us it would be 11 days later,rather than tomorrow, or three or four. They clearly have no policy in place that prioritizes the fact that sometimes they deliver defective equipment, and that they should make up for the fact that they sell and deliver broken stuff. All in all, this is a one month wait for a chair we need for feeding our baby, bc their delivery people were in too much of a rush to do basically quality control on an 800 dollar recliner. Which I mean fine, they're on a schedule. But then, when they deliver a defective product, they do nothing to fix it in a normal amount of time! Sorry about your broken chair! Too bad, wait 11 more days even tho we said we might be able to switch it out in a day! Guess our policies are completely made up! Let's see what mood we're in tomorrow maybe you'll finally get a product that works! Maybe not! Bottom line, Don't shop here, or any other Ashley store. Low quality products and no process in place to correct mistakes, other than "go to the back of the line" Edit#2: They sent the wrong color!!! Have to do AGAIN! //E: so today is the day that they rescheduled the delivery, and yesterday they told us they'd be here between 2:30 and 5:30. However then they send a text to us earlier today saying that the estimated time of arrival is 12:30. 12:30 comes and goes now it's 1:30, 1:30 comes and goes now it's 2:20, now 2:20 comes and goes and it's 2:50. I call them at 2:40 and they tell us that the delivery window is between 2:30 and 5:30. It's 3, driver has been at stop 5 since 11:30 and the icon has not moved since then. Why do they even bother sending us this stupid text message estimate system, when the numbers they are giving us on that system are made up? Instead of wasting 3 hours, waste 5! it's valuable to them as a company to waste their customers time, on the very very slim chance that one of the drivers will be early. Ashley does not care if people who pay $800 for a chair have to clear their entire schedule just on a small tiny chance that they might have Furniture delivered (keep in mind we already did this same thing 9 days ago!). There's no way they were ever coming at 12:30, it's 3pm and the app says they're still on delivery 5 in the same spot as 11am (again, bc it's all made up data!) They want to offload the "time wasting" risk on to their customers. Ppl can't just take deliveries, there are processes ppl have to do before a driver shows up. It's not just a quick easy event. I cannot stress enough what a terrible company this is, and how you should have nothing to do with them. Not a remark about the Geneva location or the delivery staff (they should check products before they leave tho), but this is where we spent our money. The issue is the corporate policy, which feeds fake info to customers to cover the risk they refuse to bear themselves //Edit over

I have worked with Nicole, Sania, Paria, to Greta first and now had the pleasure of working with Brianna. Never siezes to amaze me, the professionalism, the candor, the fun atmosphere. I may not be loyal to one salesperson, but that's because every single one has always been so amazing! I love this store and will continue giving them my business because they ALL follow through, from start to finish. They do not stop until your furniture is in your home and you are satisfied! I am not sure why my extended warranty for ottoman was removed and I not be informed. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not be recommending nor going back to Ashley Furniture.

We had a awkward space to furnish FP wall, on one side of room and French doors opposite and a 15 foot opening to kitchen , back of sectional. The same as cash for 60 mo no interest applies to full price not 25 % off which drew me in . Purchase price was 2000 less 2 less pieces so went with 12 mo same as cash. Prefer more straightforward if not 60 months sa m e as cash offer 30 months same as cash with a discount . 12 months on a smaller balance is ok but Ashley let's be fair, balanced 24 to 30 mo with good credit scores is ideal.

I was looking at couches at the Geneva location, I'll go back there in person so my sales girl could receive her commission, my son will be ordering my recliner on September 5th which is Friday, He will be ordering it off your website and have it delivered to me so I could finally figure out what color of couch to get

Sania was our sales person and she was so nice and helpful. She helped us pick out the perfect couch, coffee table, end table, and sofa table for our space. Would highly recommend her! However, we waited almost 2 months for our delivery and when it arrived, they were short 5 pieces. We had not been told that 5 pieces were on "backorder" or we would have just delayed the entire delivery until it was all ready. When I called customer service they basically told me "too bad, there's nothing we can do" and that had we clicked a link (that was buried in the end of a very long text and was only titled "see your oder summary", I would have known the pieces weren't coming. There was no indication in that text or any others that my entire order wouldn't be arriving, and why would I click a link to see my order when I know what I ordered?). When I asked to speak to a manager they told me they don't have any, only supervisors, and that the supervisor would tell me the same thing. I told them I wanted to speak to one anyway and they then said it would be up to 48 hours before someone would call back. Nobody ever called back. I called a week later and had to argue with several people before they finally agreed to give me 10% back, but only on the pieces that hadn't arrived (the pieces they had delivered were only enough space for 2 people to sit, so my family spent 2 weeks sitting on bean bag chairs until the rest of the order arrived). This is totally unacceptable customer service on all parts. My business will be taken to other companies from now on.

We were kept informed about arrival of delivery. They were on time, nice and set up the sectional efficiently.

Paria was wonderful and very helpful. No pressure sales and very understanding to what I needed. Was not wanting to buy a new couch and chair but needed to recover from an injury in comfort. So she took her time with me and made sure what I selected would last and was comfortable for my needs. When you are in pain you would give her service a 100 stars. Even let me lay back in a chair as we finalized the sale.

I found the bedroom set I was looking for within my budget 50% off deal. The sale girl Shina was very helpful store location Geneva,IL. The only negative point is , they don’t offer delivery through Ashley furniture but arranged some local individual private delivery person out of Ashley network .

Nicky was so patient with my husband and I. She took the time to go over different layout options for a sectional and gave us great suggestions. We would go back again in the future to work with Nicky again! Edit- Our sectional was delivered damaged. I was told to call our sales representative at Ashley first because she said she was able to help. When I had first called her, she answered the phone rudely and asked me why I did not send the product back on the truck. I was not home and my husband was and missed the damage when it was delivered to us, I have now been dealing with customer service for the past four weeks and we still have a damaged sectional couch. Customer service for the 1-800 number is awful and they will tell you you’re missing things even though you’ve sent them in multiple times, the calls are recorded, but the reps don’t listen to those recorded calls to figure out what has happened from the day before. It is now become a daily routine for me to call because I have not been able to a receive an update from anyone besides talking to an AI bot. I would not recommend to purchase furniture from this company so you don’t have to deal with customer service.

Sania,Our salesperson, was lovely to work with. Patient and enthusiastic. The problem was with the extras-a product protection arrangement and getting an Ashley credit card. The expenses for these 2 services totaled over $500, and we were not told the cost, but found out once we got home. We went in the next day to remove both, and it was no problem. Buyer beware.

The installers were both amazing and so thankful we had them installing the carpet They boy need raises cause you can’t find good worker and customer service out of people anymore and they both gave us that!!

If I could zero stars, I would. We purchased a couch and initially, our sales rep, Greta, was accommodating and we placed the order. Once we got home, we measured our space and found the couch was too big and decided two days after placing the order that this couch will not work for us. The couch had not been received. We called our sales rep ahead of time, letting her know we were heading there to look at other couches, explaining the issue. When we got to the store, we looked at couches but there wasn’t one in the size and color we were looking for. We told Greta that we needed to unfortunately cancel the order. She said we should get two love seats, tried her best to save the sale. I understand that since I myself have been in sales for over 12 years. I respect the hustle. Where she absolutely crossed the line was trying to guilt my family, saying she works solely off commission and will now be losing commission off our sale. While she was storming off, my fiancé asked if we would have confirmation of the cancelled order. She waved us off, saying it would be 8-10 business days. Okay, fine. She’s upset, I’m not the person to leave bad review and I know that we all have bad days. Where this low rating is coming from was the fact we called customer care, the following day, to confirm the order had been cancelled. This purchase was for just over $5k and important we have an estimated time of receiving the refund. The customer care team explained the order had NOT been cancelled. Had we not called to confirm we were getting our refund and listened to Greta, we would have waited and waited for our account to reflect appropriately. I would not suggest shopping here, in the case there’s any issues with your order, the hassle to cancel and poor customer service when sales reps don’t get their commission is absolutely ridiculous. The purpose of a sales rep is to help and assist your customer in making the best selection to meet their needs. If you’re going to go about your presentation guilting someone to purchasing an item that doesn’t work, maybe you’re in the wrong business. I am absolutely appalled from the attitude we received, misinformation and lack of follow through. I hope the manager can coach their team appropriately in sales and customer care basics to avoid this experience for others.

What truly made this an amazing experience was how effortlessly the price match for the Bedroom set was handled , ensuring an incredible deal. On July 4th we had a great sale person named Malika, everything went well except when we received our furniture. Our full bedroom set came in damaged and with alot of black stains when the furniture suppose to be white. I haven't had any luck in getting any assistance. When speaking with customer representatives they say that nothing can be done because it was furniture that was on display, but when furniture was inspected in the store it did not have any damages. Why pay for delivery if they are not going to deliver with care?

I had a great experience buying a bedroom set. Nicki was fantastic—she let me take my time, never hovered, but was always available when I had questions. I really appreciated the relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere. Highly recommend!

She was very nice but didn’t explain anything like the cost of the “white glove service” which is a rip off and 3 people asked about the “protection plan” and why I didn’t want it- because I just don’t and it’s my money? Honestly save yourself the time and order online. The store is unorganized (you have to move to a different checkout to swipe a card). The delivery was 2 seconds, they ran in, took a picture and were ready to leave, but I wasn’t sure it was fitting in my space correctly nor did they even wait for me to make sure the power recliner worked until I said wait. All they said was, “you have 72 hours to return it”. We were specifically looking for small 80”-84” couches.. apartment furnishings. Michelina was spot on. Very knowledgeable about all the furniture! Not just the couches. Also knowledgeable re: pricing, sales etc. I walked out with a scheduled delivery date the end of the week with a beautifully chosen couch. Michelina helped me pick the fabric and color because I just couldn’t decide! Thank you I will be back for a small size coffee table soon

The people were nice, and we actually bought a beautiful reclining sofa and oversized chair. It's all good, till something breaks. We have an extended warranty, and called the beginning of January to get the couch fixed....one of the parts that allows it to recline broke. We've been getting the royal runaround, including promises of follow-up calls. It's almost April, and our couch is still broken, and no return call. It's very disappointing.

Would give zero stars if I could absolute worst shopping experience I have ever had. Promised to get the furniture there faster than other companies and then cancel your delivery and push it back 3 weeks. Added extra furniture onto our order that I said in store would not fit in our house which we then got charged and they tried to deliver it. They email and call you 50 times to schedule deliveries that are already scheduled and then will call you put you on hold for several minutes then hang up on you without saying a word. Their customer service is non existent and you have to call to figure out when your deliveries will be because they sure as hell won't be on time and they sure as hell won't inform you of it. Good luck getting someone on the phone. Awful company darvin sells the same stuff and actually has accurate info on when they can deliver it. This place has wasted my money and hours of my time with their incompetence.

Malika was awesome. She found a bunch that I’ve been searching for for a day and a half and helped me out quickly. She was awesome.

We’ve gotten multiple pieces of furniture from here and it’s overall a great experience. My only issue with them is the false advertising marketing tactics for financing. They have a price listed on the furniture but there’s always some catch to that price that’s only revealed to you once you’re about to sign for the furniture. So just know when you're going in that you need to fight to get the posted price or else you’ll end up paying more than you think.

Ask for Paria! She was extremely patient with my family and I and helped furnish my entire house at a more than affordable price! She even made a few suggestions that really helped with my decision making. 10/10 recommend!!! **Update 12/12** After purchasing the furniture about a year ago from Paria we had a small tear on one of the couches, Paria made us feel like family by walking us through the warranty process and they sent someone out to replace the damaged area with zero hassle. Even after the sale she was great!

Not my first experience with Ashley and all have been excellent. Quality product, professional staff, great value.

Horrible customer service. A storage bench that was on sale due to being a floor item was marked almost 200% from the price online (priced at $649.99 and online the price was only $349.99). Then they provided a 50% floor discount on the item, so I basically ended up paying close to the online price after the so called "50%". I spoke with corporate and corporate customer service was top notch. However, the customer service at the store was horrible - the person that picked up told me the manager was not available, then 2 minutes into the call, the manager miraculously jumped in the call and she indicated she was listening to our conversation. I cancelled 2 out of the 3 items purchased and will be repurchasing either online or through a different location. Pictures attached shows the price difference explained above.

Low pressure sales folks but very helpful. Nice selection, I had a list of about 5 or 6 things I wanted/needed to finish up a room and I was in and out of there in about an hour. Sania assisted me, she was kind and efficient.

So far, so good. Need a sofa bed, for house guests. Checked out Ashley, as I'm on a tight budget. Called my local store and got great ordering assistance. Now. I just hope the leather couch is as good as the service!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. My last purchase with this store was the single worst retail customer service experience in my life. I purchased a table and chairs and had told the salesperson I wanted the 60 month payment plan being advertised by the store at the time. The salesperson told me with that payment plan the table would be full price and I would be required to put 10% down at the time of purchase. I agreed to both of these terms and the salesperson went over what my monthly payments would be on this financing plan. Weeks after the table was delivered I received my billing statement that showed I had a 6 month financing plan. My monthly payment went for $16 to almost $160 per month. I called the salesperson to have it adjusted to the plan I was told I was signing for and they told me the store manager would accommodate this. However, when I called back and talked to the store manager I was told they could not and would not honor my request since I already signed for the furniture. I have talked to multiple agents from Ashley corporate and all of them have told me that according to their corporate policy the store manager has the ability to adjust the payment plan, even after the furniture has been signed for. I am not sure why the store manager is determined to go against their corporate policy to not help a customer. I will never step foot in an Ashley Furniture store again.

Sania at the Geneva store was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. She made our furniture shopping very pleasant.

I bought a sectional, the table in the picture and a cabinet from Ashley Furniture in Geneva. My sales person Sania was wonderful she helped us in picking out the set and was very informative. I would have rated this 5 stars but when they delivered my sectional one of the recliners was manufactured incorrectly and the delivery driver insisted we keep it and the would send a technician to examine it. Well I got the distributor on the phone and let them know my issue they were no help. Then I got Sania and her manager involved and they were wonderful the got the distributor to exchange to part that was wrong and it was resolved quickly. My next issue was the cabinet we ordered it kept getting rescheduled for 6 weeks after the last time they want to reschedule I went back to the store and spoke to the Manager and she was able to cancel the cabinet order. Thanks to the staff at Ashley Furniture for all their help. They are the reason I rated this above average. See pictures attached you can see the one that was manufactured incorrectly and the other is the corrected final delivery all replaced.

Only 4 stars because the item I really needed is on backorder for weeks! I’ve never had to wait this long for furniture from Ashley! That being said my sales girl did a fantastic job helping me and was very patient and kind.

Furniture was delivered on the day it was scheduled. Delivery team handled the furniture well and didn't damage anything in the house. My driveway now has a three oil stains from the delivery truck however. That's not great.

We worked with Malika to find the perfect dining room set, along with bedroom furniture. She helped bring our vision to life and also showed us different options that helped tie different pieces together. We liked the dining room set so much that we got the bedroom furniture from the same product family! Malika was extremely helpful, energetic, and positive and made our experience at Ashley amazing. We can’t wait to work with Malika again in the future!

Very helpful saleperson in the beginning and thru the sale. Day of delivery the loveseat looked very good. Later looked at it more closely and noticed 1 cushions did not matchup properly against the other one. The 1 cushion was overstuffed and did not sit properly, and the cushions were rock hard which hurt our backs. Went back to the salesperson ( the next day ) and informed her about this and the only things she would say is I told you to not accept the delivery. Said this 3 or 4 times and refused to help us further. Also gave us a phone number for repair service.

My wife and I went to the location on Randall Road for their labor day sale. We were greeted by Jamie. We wanted a dresser that was listed for $499 online. It was listed at $599 in store. So the $100 off "in store only" coupon was useless, there was truly no sale. It was a complete waste of gas and time. I felt as if Jamie did nothing to leviate the situation and she had a poor attitude. Overall it was a terrible experience.

Poor experience - don't bother going to the store for their mail coupons bc they jack up the prices in store vs online so it doesn't end up being a deal with their mailers "In store only." When I called to complain about the experience I had last week (having to drive all the way to store thinking I could use a coupon vs just doing it online) the managers response was "well you're keeping families fed by coming to the store vs going online" ... bc I am paying their commission. I have a family to feed too and wasting gas and time over a scam is ridiculous.

Delivery was over $100 and they didn’t assemble the desk, leaving us to sign for it before we knew if it worked or not. We can’t return it or replace it now that we signed for it and customer service told us there’s nothing they will do. Stay away they do not care about you

Greta was very nice and helpful. My husband is handicapped and has trouble getting up from a couch or chair. She saw that he was struggling and suggested a much better option for him. Best experience with Ashley so far ( we have purchased many times mea).

We had heard good things about Ashley Furniture as a whole, but our last experience was far from stellar. When we ordered our couch, we had confirmed a delivery time 4 weeks away. This automated system confirmed the delivery time and then two days before the day occurred, we got a note that the couch was not going to be ready for another month (8 weeks total). The Ashley system then confirmed a 2nd delivery date, a full month later than expected and just one day before that delivery we got a notification that the couch was still not ready and was delayed another 4 weeks (12 weeks from ordering total). It was really strange that the system would tell us the couch was not available just a day or two before delivery each time, you would have thought they'd have known sooner. The sales rep who sold our account did credit some of the cost back to serve. Overall the couch did finally arrive today and it is the product we expected, however, the communication lapses on the delivery were indeed challenging.

I have shopped and made two purchases over the last 3 years with very positive experiences. Unfortunately, my recent purchase last weekend will be my last with Ashley as their customer service is unaccommodating when dealing with an issue. I went in and purchased a queen sized mattress and mattress protector. The protector was $120, which seemed expensive for what it was, but I mentally justified the price tag as high quality. Upon getting home and opening the package, I realized the protector was really a glorified fitted sheet with a thin "barrier layer" on top. I was disappointed and decided I would return it and purchase a protector elsewhere. Upon entering the store I was greeted by an associate who immediately told me returns were not accepted. I was surprised to hear this as I was never told during my purchase that sales were final and I would not be able to return anything. I was told I could speak with the manager if I would like which I agreed to. After waiting 15 minutes, I was informed by the manager that a notice about the sale being final should have been on my receipt. I informed them I was never informed that this was a policy nor did I realize it was a part of my contract. I was then fed what felt like a cop out excuse that "bedding cannot be returned new or used due to hygiene policies because it cannot be resold to another customer" I was told this was a "strict policy in the state". This is a ridiculous statement considering plenty of online mattress companies will sell you a whole mattress and allow return if you are unhappy with the product. At the end of the day, I accept and understand that the customer's responsibility is understanding what you are agreeing to when making a purchase, but I also feel it is incredibly deceptive to be rushed through a purchase and not be told what you are signing. Responsibility goes both ways and I don't feel Ashley is holding up their end of the deal. I'm glad to know there are so many stores in the area just like Ashley where I can spend my money, because another dollar will never be spent here by me.

I knew better and only went in to redeem a $300.00 store credit. My intention was to not spend anymore than the credit so we searched and searched until we found 2 items that would be less than $300.00. When we went to check out the person could not process the sale because their system showed a credit card dispute from a disastrous experience over a year ago. The dispute has long been resolved. Of course, “ their hands were tied and it was out of their control.” We went to lunch to allow them time to correct their error and when we returned the still had not corrected their issue, they had no time frame for when it would be corrected and offered the same excuse as before. At this point my history with Ashley told me they would never resolve the matter so I left them the store credit paper and forfeited the poor quality overpriced items we’d selected. I cannot say anything nice about Ashley furniture. Their products are inferior, their service is the worst and literally no one has the ability to resolve any issue. Check the BBB who currently has them at 1.08 out of 5 stars.

Well start off storing Batavia has rude salesperson I went in for some couches a recliner and some end tables which we're supposed to be on sale but because you didn't have them in your store you charged me full price plus he added on another almost $500 for the end tables when they were $299 on line basically I was overcharged for everything so today I will be canceling my order came home and thought about it and thought he shouldn't have overcharged me that much money it was 25% discount but when I got there he only would give me 15 very rude I won't be going there again mind you he was also rude to my two friends that went with me he told them to be quiet and sit there and eat popcorn he was being really rude could have been that maybe I'm Hispanic because I did notice a little different than how they treated everybody else I'm just as good as anybody else that walked in that place but felt discriminated thank you

That's rude! That's not professional 😐 She had a mad face since the begging and no personality at all. I looked at the Ashley website earlier today and identified several sofas which met my needs. Upon arriving at the Geneva store I was greeted by Brianna who was very helpful. I was directed to floor models of sofas which I then sat on, tested and found one that was suitable for my needs. It was on sale which was another plus as well as available for delivery. I made the purchase and arranged for delivery on a date of my choosing. Thus far it was a very satisfying experience.

Sonja is really great. She knew what she was saying in the sleep bed. She took her time to explain the difference between the mattress. Sonja and her employer were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for everything. You were very helpful.

Ok items but customer service is not trained and they cannot answer any questions or help with anything. Just referral to an AI bot or automated system phone number. It's impossible to get a human to answer a question. Do not buy anything from here. Waste of time and money. I have so much Ashley furniture now that is just garbage because they don't have any customer service.

This company has the worse quality and customer service. We ordered living room furniture months ago that was damaged during delivery. We cannot get it repaired or replaced and cannot get a return call after multiple calls and hours on hold. Now we are stuck with damaged furniture and no resolution in sight. Months and months waiting for repairs or help. Notice they respond to the positive reviews, but add a negative review, and they quickly solicit positive reviews to bury the negative comments. A lot of "thanks for the positive review" but none on how they can help with the problems in the poor reviews. How about providing a phone number or email to a real person that can help besides sending you into a call center or a text bot. Buyers should take time to read the negative reviews. Most of them center on quality and poor customer service. Better yet, go look at the reviews on the corporate website. Nice stuff in the store, but good luck if you have a problem. You are SOL. We had such a great experience with our sales professional, Sania. She was very helpful with helping us find the perfect sofa set.

We purchased a couch in March and they damaged it during installation. We have been waiting, emailing and calling to get it repaired but we cannot talk to a live person. Emails or automated text messages are all you will get. I have tried multiple times to talk to someone but they do not call you back or you are left on hold forever. We finally received a replacement piece in September to repair the couch but the first available appointment was in December, remember this started in March! Today the repair team shows up takes one look at the job and says it was a two hour repair job and they only scheduled them for 45 minutes so they packed up and left. I am now on hold again for the last 42 minutes so I resort to writing this review which will probably never get a sincere response. I am to the point of calling our credit card company to reverse payment. They can come pick this couch up and we will go somewhere else where they care about customer service.
