Alex was the salesman and he was wonderful. He welcomed me when I entered the store, answered all of.my up-front questions and directed me to the area I needed. He touched base 3 or 4 times, without being high pressure at all. He worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for and I bought what I was looking for. I appreciated Alex every step of my purchase, and I am sure the next time I need furniture, Ashley is where I will go.
The first sales person I had an encounter with was absolutely terrible and definitely not knowledgeable about products I was interested in viewing. I actually gave him stock numbers of the sofas I was interested in seeing, even while holding his computer tablet in his hand he was unable to help me!!I was ready to leave the store.his name is something with an S. Then while walking around the store a WONDERFUL Man ( Charlie) had said hello are you finding everything ok Within 10 mins I found the two piece sectional I was looking for & the deal was closed . Charlie thanks for being so helpful cheerful & funny. Can’t wait to relax on my new sofa
