Nobody here seems to know what they’re doing. My husband went in yesterday to return an online order, and they refused the return, handing him a paper that said it had to be done through a “third party” and to call the number listed. He called, but it turned out to be the wrong number altogether. We were also there last week looking to buy a bed frame. A kind older gentleman tried to help us, but he clearly wasn’t trained on how to use the iPad system and couldn’t give us any of the information we needed. It was frustrating because I just wanted some basic details, and he couldn’t provide them. He was very sweet, so that part of the experience wasn’t awful—but overall, the staff seems unprepared and poorly trained.

I get the sales part but literally had this guy walking with me as I said I would browse. I asked a question and he took soooo long to calculate anything and told us to go walk, so we did out the store.

My boyfriend and I went to look at sofas as we’re about to move out but we were just looking for ideas and not planning on buying anything that day specifically. When we first entered and began to look around, one worker (Hispanic with a very thick accent) was very aggressive with his selling style, trying to get us some credit deal to buy something. We tried to politely draw a line and say that we were just looking and eventually he left us alone. (Key word: eventually) Later we were looking at mattresses because a bigger bed may or may not be on our list of things to buy once we see how everything fits in the new place. A man in a lab coat very nicely offered any help which we refused but then my bf questioned “why is the mattress vibrating?” The man was very cool and did a demonstration on the particular mattress, afterwards handing us his business card and walking away. That is how somebody should sell. Later as we were about to leave, we saw some goofy accent chair that had holes in the backside right across from the door and I wanted to see if it was comfy. My bf sat in it, hated it and then assessed it by sitting on it backwards and putting his legs through the holes. He did this because we were genuinely confused as to what kind of chair looks like this and what would you possibly do with it. The same Hispanic man then started yelling at us to get out, “leave! Goodbye amigos!” and waving us out. We were both astounded at the actions and attitude he held towards us… just because we refused his service to sell us something when it was just never in our intentions in the first place that day. As we walked out, telling him that “we’re on our way out anyway,” he proceeded to STARE us down as we walked out. There’s probably some things I’m missing or can’t remember because even my Hispanic boyfriend couldn’t understand his accent, but aside from the workers who respected us we were not very happy with our experience. Wish I got names, sorry

I had the BEST experience. I have to give it to Kobe. I was in the store from 1030 until 1415... I changed my mind about 15 times, and he was very patient and helpful. My phone was about to die, and he brought me a charger, waited until I called and unfroze my credit. And in the end, he showed me the perfect furniture. Beautiful, navy blue , leather furniture. I LOVE IT!!!! That was my goal. Navy blue leather....Annnnnnndddd, Alex was a wonderful help to me. He assisted in getting the price to where it was affordable for me, Gavin , Sal , and there were another tall guy, they were helpful, personable , friendly, and answered all the questions I had while Kobe was completing my paperwork. I have to say, I will refer my friends and family. I wasn't bomb rushed when I came in the store, but I wasn't ignored either. I appreciate that. The timing was perfect. The selection was nice, and the store was super clean. I highly recommend. The the very best part of my purchase is that I had NO pressure to buy! 🤗

Kobe was a 10/10 sales guy. I walked in not even thinking about buying anything but he managed to sell me on a couch, a pillow and a mattress. Give this dude a raise!!

Good pricing and quality seems decent. Store representatives stalk you the moment you walk in the door. Husband is a salesman so I understand they want/need to make money but it's too much pressure. Also very adamant about financing even when you say no not interested. Husband and I walked the entire store just browsing as we weren't really sure on what we were looking for quite yet and about 150 feet back the entire time the sales rep was lurking watching us. We finally turned a corner and lost him and I was able to make a run for it to the car. Unfortunately my husband had to use the restroom before he left. Wouldn't you know it, there was the sales rep waiting for him outside the bathroom door. If I go to this store again, I'll need to find an invisible cloak.

Great selection and excellent prices. Brand new store, very clean. 1 neat thing, if you buy a mattress from them they will donate one to a person that doesn't have a mattress.
